I have purchased a watch via Myntra. And at that time there was no invoice copy with the package and in fact, they have also not sent on email as well. And now when I ask for my invoice copy they refused to provide me after making me fool since last 20 days. I need a strict action against the company. They told me that they can not provide me 6 months old invoice but it is nowhere written on their website. Moreover, my watch's warranty was 1 year then how can they deny me to provide me with the invoice. Yeah I know it is my mistake, I should ask for the invoice at that time only. But the problem is that there is some issue in the quality of the product due to which company have extended my warranty.

    I had booked wiki by wildcraft unsex black and red printed bag on aug 31st or sep 1st 2016 (I don't remember the exact date)

    I had raised the request request 6 to 7 times, without any reason they are cancelling the request and i have to return the bag within 1 month of duration,
    Hardly i have 5 days to return it.
    Without receiving the bag, they had send a message telling product is been successfully received by delivery guy.
    And how long they need to pick up the product?
    Almost everyday i am calling the customer care of myntra and i registering the complain, but they are not at all takig any action regarding the complaint.

      Dear concern,
      I had made the order with myntra with the details captioned above, however the product which i got differed from what i had ordered. The same day i had made a complaint to myntra customer care & they had asked time for 3-4working days. Today they are telling that the product shipped is perfectly fine & that they cant do the return. I have made 100 of calls & made complaints again & again but no one is ready to listen there, very rude people & none of them are copoerative. I urge consumer complaint team to please take this issue with them & help me get the deserved refund.

        I have a shipment scheduled for delivery to my home. The executive seems to be more interested in delivering the product to nearby office at reay road then my home address.
        Please ensure that the products are delivered to the specified address by customer, not as how the executive is comfortable. Please solve the problem.

        Yesterday I got a call n delivery center people said I'll get the order today cause the Bluetooth got delivered at a wrong center and tomorrow I'll be going out for my duty m a doctor won't be hom for 14 days and I need my order today.

          Hello sir/madam,

          I had purchased a product from myntra on 6 august 2016 and paid online through debit card. I paid using app and my successfully placed order in the first time, but unfortunately after i received my product in a week and i went to the bank to check my balance. I noticed that they had deducted my balance two time. They had deducted rs.630 two times.

          Then i sent an email to them with about this deduction and after they replied they asked me for a bank statement of my bank account from 5 august 2016 (When balance was debited two times) to 20th august 2016. I sent them the bank state.in 5-6 days i got a reply from them that they have not received money two times and they can't help me in this case. After that i have sent more that 6-7 emails with many proofs like entry, one more bank statement etc.

          They are not refunding me my money. What they are saying that my first transaction was failed and successfully placed order in the second try. They are lying. As i said that i successfully placed the order in the first try. They should know that two.

          I am sending them emails since the begging of this month and they are not refunding my money. I want my refund.

            I ordered levis shoes from myntra on 6 september and i received it on 9 September around 2 pm at my office. I opened the package and there were only shoes, no bag of levis which the company give with all their shoes. i touched the shoes and polish came off and there was area (damaged) which was covered with that polish . there was dirt on sole and seemed to be used. so ordered the return and told the same thing in their comment box for returning. Now they did't updated me until i dropped them an email regarding the return status. They emailed me and said that your return is been put on the hold. after 3-4 days later they again emailed me that they can't return the product as it looked used to them and there is dirt on sole.
            They simply told me the same thing i told them and now they are not returning my money.

            their assistant contacted me told me that they will refund the money. But even after 3 days i didn't received my money . they are not even replying the email.
            I have placed an an order for Daniel Watch which is under 2 years of warranty period but I have not received any warranty card with the product nor Myntra is providing me the same even now.

              I am so disappointed by myntra, I had placed request for product exchange about 13 days ago and I haven't yet received my product!!!
              Expected date of delivery was within 10 days of order placed!!!

              Why the f#ck there is so much delay when my product is already shipped????
              Why the f#ck do you ship your products with ekart? It is hopeless.

              I uninstall your app from my phone like I did with jabong. Already lost hopes with online shopping

              If not delivered in a day, return my money back!!!

                This is regarding above order.
                I order it in cash on delivery, however i informed the delivery guy to deliver it on Card payment.
                On the first day he told me they don't have card swipe machine, he will bring the product next day.
                Again on next day he told me it was raining outside so he couldn't bring the card machine.
                On 3rd Day he returned it.
                On calling customer care he told me due to technical problem we couldn't deliver it to you.
                Really shamefull for a company like Myntra.
                Guys start avoiding product from this company.
                After flipkart taken over Myntra i was expecting good service but they are really in stone age.

                  I had boutgt a red hand bag online from myntra item code is 1186436 and order id is[protected], return id 16594230, we returned within time period, after period of time they are sending a mail that it is rejected due to product has been used, i am a mail how can I use that ladies hand bag.
                  why they respond after time of returning time. now i donot want this product and they are saying it has shipping within 3-4 days agian.

                    The return pickup was supposed to happen within 7 days after 1st Sep but it is still queued. Myntra did not respond to my mails nor did not respond to the issue ID[protected]. When calling the customer care again it always says all lines are busy. It has been 15days and still no response came from myntra.
                    This concludes my shopping with myntra. If this issue is resolved then only i'll continue shopping.

                      Hi team, I ordered a roadster brown shoe through myntra app which got delivered to me on the 7th Sept.
                      After checking the product, I changed my mind and requested for a return.
                      On the 10th of Sept, one of the delivery boy from myntra came to pick up the parcel however I did not get any confirmation for the same and the next day I got a message for failed delivery attempt. I have contacted myntra in two occasions but nobody seems to help me out.

                        I placed an order today from myntra for a pair of jeans and a top. I have paid the money online and even got a message from SBI about the transaction. but i havent received any confirmation message from myntra. when i thought of tracking the order, even their nothing was shown. so i have given a complain to them online. they sent a message saying one of their customer service member will attend to my problem within 24 hours. Im still waiting....

                        I buy three pair shoes of puma but one pair of that shoes were not packed in puma box and when i checked it was not original... i m very angry on that... nd now i decided ... i will stop shoping from this fake site myntra.com.. plz replace this product otherwise i will leave myntra this is not gud .                           This is in reference to order number[protected] roadster black sneakers costing 1600. I have placed a return request on the same day I have received the product. The very next day item was collected from me. Now I got a mail stating quality cheque was declined because I have used the product. I did not use the product even once. The quality of the product delivered to me was cheap and not at all value for money. I request to consider the request and make the refund as soon as possible

                            Sir, I had ordered woodland sandal on July 16 by seeing their message came to my number. The product was on 20%discount against it's MRP. Rs. 2995.But they collected full amount from me. When I made complainant, they instructed me to return it if I was not happy. Thus I had returned it and waited for refund till August. In the meantime thrice I contacted customer care regarding the same, then I got the reply that the money had been credited to ur account on July15. You take a screenshot of you bank transaction and approach you bank. When I tried the same nothing could be seen. Thus again I had contacted customer care, their reply was really irresponsible, they told me that our computer doesn't show any particulars regarding you. Again I had contacted customer care on last week of August then the told me that you returned product failed our quality check and the same had been returned to you. On the second day without any information about the shipping retail the product came to my house and took signature from my ward studying in 7 th std, on our absence without any intimation and re delivered it. I dint even tried the product after it's. Fisr and second delivery
                            I don't know what quality. Check they had. The order no was[protected] dtf 2/7/16 and return no. was 15503012. Please assure justice to me and other customers who had similar experience and do the needful with compensation for my refund please.

                                  In the year 2015, before Myntra turned into a pure mobile app based site last year, I had a balance of purchase amount as Rs. 96/- only. I didn't prefer mobile app base Myntra Application and hence since its very inception, I have gone out of Myntra. My said balance could be a meagre amount, yet Myntra will not be able to win over a customer like me, who wants Myntra to adjust that amount next time.
                                  Your purchase window never easily takes a customer to that option of claiming the balance. Remember, I am seeking a solution...but for Heaven's sake don't put your LOW IQ Executives to deal with me. Some sensible manager could do things right. Thank you.

                                    I ordered a shoe amounting total Rs 1059.74. While trying the shoe, the price tag got blown away. Since I not liked the fitting of the shoe, I decided to buy an another pair, but the company is not accepting the order just because the price tag is missing.

                                    Later I was told to share the shoe photos for their due verification(I also received an email stating this), which I did. Everyday I kept getting an email rejecting my request, while over the phone the rejection was always denied.

                                    And today again I got email from Mohammed rejecting reasoning the price tag is unavailable.

                                    I've been harassed for 2 days due to their miscommunication & disorganized process.
