Hi, am tejaswi. On 18th of july 2016 i requested for return later i recieved a mail from myntra team subjected that before 23rd of july return pick up person will come for pickup. But till now any pickup person didnt come to pickup the item. I had a conversation with myntra customer service they used to tell that because of climatic conditions process delayed asked me to wait 2 more days
. From 3 days am waiting still there is no response...

I have lodged 2 complaints for the refund of my shoes with the return number being as follows-
[protected] I lodged it on 9th July 2016. It was the same date the shoes were delivered to me.

When I enquired about my complain, they asked me to furnish me a new complain. I did so.
Second one being 15582791
I lodged it on 22nd July 2016 but there is no response till now.

I ordered my shoes on myntra, I received the order today on 27th july. And the packaging was too Bad. So request the myntra company to look over this Bad packaging and not to repeat this again...

I had made an purchase at MYNTRA.COM on 17th June 2016.
the transaction was failed .

I ordered a product from myntra.com on july 4th 2016. Till now i didnt get any response from the company. I tried to mail the customer service but they are saying like we are not able to reach you on phone. If that is the case i should atleast get a message from the logistic team that you order is going to be delivered by this time this date and the contact number of the person who delivers the product. I dont get any such message from them....

I placed a return request on 11 july 2016 but still the pickup is not done. On 23 july my request was automatically declined and again raised from their side but again the order is not picked up. My 30 days return window is ending on 30 july. I called customer care thrice but they always say due to large number of orders pickup has been delayed and will be picked up within next three days but not pickup is done....

I request product return. The product is taken away by the myntra representative but money is not refunded.
My payment was through credit.

My daughter ordered on line for several items vide order id[protected] with advance payment. A few items delivered. But major chunk worth over rs5000- not delivered as per schedule.
