I had placed an order on mantra .com mobile app Oder no:[protected] Oder placed on Oct 20th 2016 pack of 5 t-shirts Amount deducted from my bank account online for Rs 2050 including delivery charges but the product never arrived at my address till date on the app also it shows not delivered I have made 7 phone calls no help at all from customer service keep letting me know that it will be resolved nobody is taking the ownership in the co to notify me and keep and a follow up please help

    Hi,

    I had selected the return option for a product i recently purchased as i did not like the same on 15th october 2016.

    My product was picked up nearly after 14 days on 29th october 2016 by this courier service called shadowfax and he gave me an acknowledgement receipt as well.

    However after few days i get another message from myntra saying that my pick up has been reassigned to a courier service called ecom express and to keep the item ready for pickup.

    This is so strange!! Then i called tata cliq as informed in a message to contact them for refunds/queries and spoke with mr. Anant kashinath netke and upon checking with him, he said that the product has not been received till date and to send a complaint mail to myntra.

    How unprofessional!!!.

    I request you'll to look into this matter and seek full reimbursement of the money i spent on this product as this return policy was a very bad experience for me even after i have not used the product at all.

      I purchased a product from myntra on 2nd oct 2016 and paid for it in cash. I wanted to return it and that is when i realized that it was not marked delivered on the app. On talking to the delivery guy he said its his mistake that he didn't take my signature as it was cash on delivery and he will make sure the product is returned. As i was travelling the next day, i was in a rush to return the product and so i gave the packet to him. Later when i came back home i logged in to myntra to check if the refund was processed but surprisingly it was marked undelivered on the app and there was no mention of refund. I started email communication with myntra on 6th oct 2016 and till date they have been saying that my issue is on priority. I can furnish multiple email communications with them.in my last phone conversation i was told that i will get a voucher for the same amount that i will have to use in 30 days. I agreed to it as anyways i had to shop for diwali and i was ok with credit points instead of cash. Now diwali is over and i have nothing in hand - no refund, no voucher, just same old lies that my issue is on priority. I am attaching some emails that i have sent to myntra.

      They said they will resolve my issue by 4th Nov EOD and its is 5th Nov today and issue is still not resolved.
      This is the worst online shopping I have had so far. I have already uninstalled the app and will make sure none of my family and friends use it.

      They don't value their customer, you can tell by the customer satisfaction rating -- its 2%

        Hello sir my name is vinay singh and my registered phone number is [protected]. My order number is[protected] i placed an order 3 items on myntra dated 4-10-16 hoping that it would come before durga puja which was on 9-10-16 but myntra delivered 2 items on 27-10-16 after the end of major festivals and the remaining 1 item is still undelivered and today is 3-10-16.

        Sir, if you can take any legal action please take it because this company is making offers and services which they can't fulfill resulting in lose of our valuable time and hope...

          I brought one Triveni art silk saree and that was not as good quality which was showing online page so I return but they rejected my return because the product which I send according them it is a local product. But I send that same saree. So I call I fight with them regarding this but they says it won't be possible to return and they send it back to me and today I got that product which is totally different used saree which has false and Pico. This is so katha stick saree their is no pally or border. It is very bad condition used saree. Oh my god! I don't know how is Myntra become so cheap. I feel their is some problem with the pickup line whomever is handling this.

            I ordered the product but received wrong product. When i check with customer service regarding the same, they are not even understanding the issue and not sending person to pickup the product instead they ask me to self ship the product. But in the site they say they will arrange pickup for any returns. This is not at all fare. Why do we order online if we have time to go out to courier the product. As they have sent the wrong product, they should arrange the pickup to return the product.

              2nd time in a row Myntra delayed my order. I purchased products worth 15k and 11k with cash on delivery. Thank god i chose this option. They just dont seem to deliver what they promise. Customer service is robotic with their replies. Never buy stuff from there. Really bad experience. They may lose a customer and i know they don't care. But lemme tell you Myntra 1 + a few more and suddenly you will have hundreds.

                My return orders no.18028497&18028413, once you pickup and return back to me. Now the pickup ajent saying they need the approval from from your side. I recieved the items without price tag. Packing and invoice are there. You see i have purchased items for nearly 10000/- from you. I am facing this problem for first time.

                  I have been trying to return a few items which I had ordered and received o9n 31st Oct. order ID[protected] .

                  The return policy says, there is no facility for return, at the same time it says " customer address required for return " There is no place to fill in the customer address.
                  Also i live in a metro city in the heart of the city, there is no reason why the courier cannot pick up when it can deliver .
                  Moreover it asks for some information about order ID and return ID if I have to courier it myself, where there is no return ID showing anywhere, without which they will not pay for the courier charges, which they claim they will .
                  I even doubt if they will return the amount paid for after the product has been returned .
                  The contact no is a machine, where there is no option to speak to a customer care executive to resolve queries .
                  Need help to return 3 of the 9 products ordered .

                    Request to reactivate the myntra account for the refund status

                    I am extremely dissatisfied with the myntra services as whenever i call the customer care, i never get the resolution for my query. Today just 10 mins back i called the myntra customer care to request for the reactivation of my account .I have to check the refund status of my previous purchase.but the myntra representative told me the accounts suspended and he can't reactivate it.

                    I don't want to do any...

                    Myntra must be spending crores on advertising but your service is absolutely pathetic. First, you guys take so much time for product delivery. Secondly, you mislead customers by sending a msg saying you have delivered and next minute another msg comes saying you couldn't deliver coz customer phone was not reachable. Then when I try contacting the no you send in a msg they informed me that the product is wrongly delivered. When I try calling the customer care agency she tells me the product is yet to be delivered.

                    Are you guys taking us for a ride????

                    It's an absolute disaster to transact with Myntra. This is the last time I am dealing with you guys. No point luring customers with ads and brand ambassadors when you can't even meet basic service.

                      I have placed the 7 orders i.e. crocs women green clogs, sling bag from the house of tara, mast and harbour women red backpack, wrangler blue low rise jane slim fit jeans, Dressberry blue chambray tops and red tops and Dressberry women maroon espadrilles on the 4th of October 2016 with the total cost of 8025.44 rupees and the order nos. are[protected]clogs, sling bag and backpack),[protected]wrangler jeans) and[protected] dressberry 2 tops and espadrills) . The products were about to reach on 21st October but they delayed it and made the delivery date to 24th October. Days paseed I haven't received anything about the status of the product . I emailed them and they replied that one of their customer care team member would contact me but no sign of him. When I complained about it they sent me a sorry message . I called the customer service centre three times and they replied with "give them time till 28th October" but still no sign of any steps regarding my problem.

                      Myntra sent me a USED, TORN, SMELLY pair of shoes...
                      When I requested an exchange for the same, Myntra denied.
                      This is outrageous..

                        Sir,

                        Dress purchsed on 7/10/2016 through credit card payment option. This e-tailer has assured delivery on 26/10/16. But even after waiting for 19 days i am still to get the material. I has thrice called and inquired about the parcel but i didn't get any firm commitment.

                        Request you to kindly help me to get my money back with penalty for not delivering material and not listerning customers complaint. I had wasted my precious time by ordering material and subsequent follow up. If a etailer don't have capacity to deliver shipments ontime then don't allow these companies to accept orders.

                          I ordered a leggings from myntra, of c9 brand, the product i got was too small almost of a kid's size it is. It came without tags, even looked slightly old. So i requested a return or exchange and they declined saying it doesn't has a tag. I don't know what to do, i even sent them pictures of the product. I have all the bills with barcode on it. When it is their mistake why should i pay for it. Someone from their team might have done it. And they are not agreeing to take it back. My order number is[protected]

                            I ordered a jeans from myntra order no[protected] on date[protected] but after 3 days no message of shipment came to me then i contacted to customer care they raise a complaint and said it must be shipped within 24hrs but again after 2 days it is not shipped again i tried to complain on customer care they pickup the phone and make me hold for 10 mins and then said i told this case to my supervisor and cut the phone. Today date is[protected] but still the product is not shipped .
                            I am a regular customer of myntra and very disappointed by this behavior .
                            Suggestion for Myntra :Make toll free customer care number in high priority.And look into this matter.

                              My package was suppose to come by 29 October. I got a call from the delivery guy on 26th Oct by 12pm that time I was in office busy with my work. security man informed me. I called the mantra guy to come another time, but he was not listening and shouting at me.

                              i don't know this person name that's why i put his number.His behavior towards customer is very rude. He don't have patience for waiting.He is bad-tempered and have no quality for this type of Job.myntra is good company and I am expecting a positive response from your side. Hoping you people really

                                I ordered Levis Briefs of size 'S' in the Order No:[protected].

                                The size written on the box of the product is 'XL' as it can be seen in the image.

                                But Myntra has put a wrong barcode on the product stating the size to be 'S' (can be seen in the image).

                                As this product comes under non return category, I am not being able to return or exchange it.

                                As the size delivered to me isn't correct please initiate an exchange request and provide me with the required size 'S'.

                                Kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                  I had placed an exchange order on 15th oct'16 and the expected delivery date was 21st oct'16 (Order was for birthday gift on 26th oct). On calling the customer care on 21st oct'16 to know the status of my courier i got to know that the package was lost by their associate which was not at all intimated to me. When i registered a complain regarding same to myntra one of the customer care executive mr. Mohd shoaib promised to solve my query within 2 days and will update the status to again raise a request for exchange. After 4 working days i am still in follow up and the status is same "that the query will be solved in another 2 working days" i am feeling like i made a mistake by shopping online on myntra as it will ruin the birthday occasion completely.
                                  At last i expect your response by end of the day today if myntra takes responsibility.in other case myntra should refund my all money and will be suggest all my friend and family not to shop at myntra in future due to this irresponsible behavior.

                                    Order placed: sunday, july 03, 2016
                                    I was supposed to receive a cashback of 10% of order valuewhich was never credited to my account till date. I had raised the issue with myntra on there official facebook page and then they had promised me to get in touch with me and further promised my cashback. Soon i received a call from myntra and the lady asked me to take my cashback in form of myntra coupon valid for 3 months. As per the opportunity i took it as it would have been better to resolve the issue at earliest though i knew this would mean that i would have to buy something from myntra in a haste within 3 months. So a coupon was credited to my account on 17 oct 2016. I was trying to shop with this coupon and i found that either i could apply a promo code or this coupon to purchase the item. (Fooled 1 as i could not not make use of this as money but rather a coupon rendering other codes useless). Even then i made my mind to use it somehow, and when i tried to use this code today i saw that the coupon has already vanished from my account. (Fooled 2nd time)
                                    Now i would like to request myntra to credit my cashback into respective account rather then giving me something unworthy.

                                    1.Shoes is having dust box is tonne wrapped with rubber bands.
                                    2.No VAT paid Bill given they have deducted VAT.
                                    3.No followup for delivery.
