My order no[protected] contained a used pair of jack and jones jeans. There was even a used handkerchief in the pocket. I returned the item but refund was cancelled saying I sent a used product. So how am I supposed to send back a new product if they shipped a used one in the first place. This is pathetic service and dont know what quality checks they are following. I am never going to buy from myntra again.

I order this product on 21st sep and suppose to deliver by 27th which is today but till now it's showing up as packed. Customer care also gives false promise. No escalation point. Not able to cancel as well.

    I have returned puma running shoes, Myntra is neither returning my money nor returning my shoes by saying that the shoes failed in quality checking.

    I am struggling from last 1 month several times called myntra, not getting any resolution.

    Worst experience with myntra, never going to use myntra's app.

      I placed an order with myntra in the eors i. E. End of reason sale on 2nd july 2016 with order id being [protected]. And made the payment through sbi debit card. I was eligible for the cashback as confirmed through email by myntra. Further it was confirmed that the cashback would be credited on 2nd sept but the same is not credited until date. On enquiring for more than 15 mins to myntra i got a reply that the same isn't credited on 14th sept. But when i checked the same was not credited.
      On complaining the same, myntra asked me to provide the bank statement for period from 02/07/2016 to date which i refused instead i provided them with mini statement which clearly reflects that there's is no such credit from myntra.

      Inspite various requests, the myntra team is keen on asking me to provide my statement only after which i would be credited with the cashback.

      But i have refused to provide the statement on grounds of my privacy. I would not want to share the same. Instead the mini statement clearly reflects that there is no such credit in the said period.

      So instead i requested to provide me the bank statement of myntra where the same is reflected. But these people are not replying even for that.

      I further have got a mail that i would not provided the cashback for the reason i am not providing my bank statement.

      I would like to file a suit on myntra for 1. Claim of the cashback eligible to me. 2. Claim for the damages suffered by wasting so much time for the issue. 3. For the mental harassment these people have made me face.

      And further to mention no website can ask for any private details of the customer in any scenario. And no policy of any website will be valid for this.

        I have ordered a safari black duffle bag whose tracking id is[protected] from myntra on 17th september, 2016 and till date my order is not delivered... I have veen calling customer care since saturday, 24th and everytime they are just ensuring to see to it but still no actuon has taken place... I have my flight on 30th septemner, 2016... If this is the process you follow and after soo muuch complaints by customer still there is no action... Then i'm sorry to say i'll nt recommend anyone to buy anything from this site even i'll cancel my further orders

          This is to acknowledge you all that i feel i have been cheated from your end, as when i was doing the online shopping on your website price shown was much discounted rate, and when i actually purchased it all product priced got increased suddenly, and this i came to know when i already paid the entire amount. The discount which you have showed on website was 40% to 60% and when i bought it became 20%. Your website gets hanged in between last night i have been waited till 5:30am but nothing worked and today morning when my amount got deducted then i came to know that you all had increased the entire price of the product.
          This is not fair from your end, as this was my first experience with myntra, where i feel i have been cheated by you guys.
          Request you all not to do such kind of thing, will never recommend myntra to anyone.

            Order no:[protected]. I return the item to myntra 15 days before but they are not refunding my amount (Rs:2310.00). I try to contact customer care.1st they told, we do not have any information about the refund item. I call them many time now they are saying there is some issue with price tag we cant refund the amount. I do not have any idea what to do now. I read many customer reviews on different websites, i found many customers are facing the same issue with myntra.

              Hello sir, I'm Akash Vispute. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com . Last week I ordered the Puma Blue colored jacket from Myntra. But after one day uses, I found that it has serious cloth issue. It is defective product. So I registered it for exchange. Because I am very unsatisfied by product. It has serious defect issue and they have declined it. I think the product that they sold me was not genuine one or maybe fake brand, that's why it has cloth issue. Myntra is selling duplicate stuff in online and making people fool.
              As I suffered very serious problem and it harassing me. The cost of jacket is too much, so please take a serious action on it. But after calling Myntra, they said that, they have send exchange order, but till date I haven't received yet. My order ID[protected]. The delivery boy is not contacting me. They are not calling me. They are making me fool. The amount of jacket is too much that I paid, so that I hope my problem will resolve as soon as possible...I am hoping that I will get exchange of this jacket.Take a serious action against Myntra.

                My order no is:[protected], i had ordered a bata formal shoe, which was suppose to be delivered by 19th september, 2016. But still i did not received it yet. It is pending with myntra logistics for many days. Why this site is taking orders where they are unable to deliver the item? I need compensation for this. Thank god i opt for the cash on delivery option, otherwise my money will be forfeited. But still i need correct explanation and compensation from myntra, as this involved my time and efforts.

                  I purchased about 6 sarees from Myntra with seller title ' BANARASI SILK WORKS'. I received one used product with pink colour and I have created return request for it. My return request itself is cancelled many times and I placed the return request again and again by calling the customer care. Finally the request has been placed the product was picked up after so much of pain and discomfort. There was no status update even 12 after the item was picked up. When I enquired about it I got a shocking reply telling that the quality check was failed and it was returned in used condition. The reason for creating the return itself is I received the item in used condition. They are gain reshipping the used item to to me which is of worth 3000 rupees. Please do not buy anything from Myntra. They do not provide any value to customer time and money. Good Bye Myntra. 'BANARASI SILK WORKS' IS BIG FRAUD SELLER and please do not by any items from this seller in any online website. The worth of the products I did not receve the refund is RS 5000.

                    The delivery boy of my area is very rude. The way he talks and his behaviour is very rude. He is never on time of delivery and sometimes I receive a mail regarding delievery rescheduled of delivery or unsuccessful attempt of delievery.
                    Myntra logistics had never let me down previously but I was forced to write a complaint due to their awful behaviour.

                          I have purchased a watch via Myntra. And at that time there was no invoice copy with the package and in fact, they have also not sent on email as well. And now when I ask for my invoice copy they refused to provide me after making me fool since last 20 days. I need a strict action against the company. They told me that they can not provide me 6 months old invoice but it is nowhere written on their website. Moreover, my watch's warranty was 1 year then how can they deny me to provide me with the invoice. Yeah I know it is my mistake, I should ask for the invoice at that time only. But the problem is that there is some issue in the quality of the product due to which company have extended my warranty.

                            I had booked wiki by wildcraft unsex black and red printed bag on aug 31st or sep 1st 2016 (I don't remember the exact date)

                            I had raised the request request 6 to 7 times, without any reason they are cancelling the request and i have to return the bag within 1 month of duration,
                            Hardly i have 5 days to return it.
                            Without receiving the bag, they had send a message telling product is been successfully received by delivery guy.
                            And how long they need to pick up the product?
                            Almost everyday i am calling the customer care of myntra and i registering the complain, but they are not at all takig any action regarding the complaint.

                              I had made the order with myntra with the details captioned above, however the product which i got differed from what i had ordered. The same day i had made a complaint to myntra customer care & they had asked time for 3-4working days. Today they are telling that the product shipped is perfectly fine & that they cant do the return. I have made 100 of calls & made complaints again & again but no one is ready to listen there, very rude people & none of them are copoerative. I urge consumer complaint team to please take this issue with them & help me get the deserved refund.

                                I have a shipment scheduled for delivery to my home. The executive seems to be more interested in delivering the product to nearby office at reay road then my home address.

                                  Hello sir/madam,

                                  I had purchased a product from myntra on 6 august 2016 and paid online through debit card. I paid using app and my successfully placed order in the first time, but unfortunately after i received my product in a week and i went to the bank to check my balance. I noticed that they had deducted my balance two time. They had deducted rs.630 two times.

                                  Then i sent an email to them with about this deduction and after they replied they asked me for a bank statement of my bank account from 5 august 2016 (When balance was debited two times) to 20th august 2016. I sent them the bank state.in 5-6 days i got a reply from them that they have not received money two times and they can't help me in this case. After that i have sent more that 6-7 emails with many proofs like entry, one more bank statement etc.

                                  They are not refunding me my money. What they are saying that my first transaction was failed and successfully placed order in the second try. They are lying. As i said that i successfully placed the order in the first try. They should know that two.

                                  I am sending them emails since the begging of this month and they are not refunding my money. I want my refund.

                                    I ordered levis shoes from myntra on 6 september and i received it on 9 September around 2 pm at my office. I opened the package and there were only shoes, no bag of levis which the company give with all their shoes. i touched the shoes and polish came off and there was area (damaged) which was covered with that polish . there was dirt on sole and seemed to be used. so ordered the return and told the same thing in their comment box for returning. Now they did't updated me until i dropped them an email regarding the return status. They emailed me and said that your return is been put on the hold. after 3-4 days later they again emailed me that they can't return the product as it looked used to them and there is dirt on sole.
                                    They simply told me the same thing i told them and now they are not returning my money.

                                      I am so disappointed by myntra, I had placed request for product exchange about 13 days ago and I haven't yet received my product!!!
                                      Expected date of delivery was within 10 days of order placed!!!

                                      Why the f#ck there is so much delay when my product is already shipped????
                                      Why the f#ck do you ship your products with ekart? It is hopeless.

                                      I uninstall your app from my phone like I did with jabong. Already lost hopes with online shopping

                                        This is regarding above order.
                                        I order it in cash on delivery, however i informed the delivery guy to deliver it on Card payment.
                                        On the first day he told me they don't have card swipe machine, he will bring the product next day.
                                        Again on next day he told me it was raining outside so he couldn't bring the card machine.
                                        On 3rd Day he returned it.
                                        On calling customer care he told me due to technical problem we couldn't deliver it to you.
                                        Really shamefull for a company like Myntra.
                                        Guys start avoiding product from this company.
                                        After flipkart taken over Myntra i was expecting good service but they are really in stone age.
