I purchased a product named "peora sterling silver & rhodium-plated ring (Order no.:[protected]" from "myntra" on 9th nov 2016 through online shopping portal. They delivered it on 13th nov 2016. And on 23th nov the ring got damaged. I registered a return complaint on 24th nov. They accepted the complaint and their delivery boy arrived to my location to pick up the product. But he said the product is used so he will not be able to accept the opened product from company side. Now they refuse to return the product or the money as per company policies despite of the 'return' &'exchange' option provided on their site for which i have enclosed attachment. I want to file a complaint against "myntra". Please find the enclosed attachments.

    I have tried for placing an order on[protected] and[protected] but it has not been placed and the amount has been deducted from my bank account both the time, when i contacted to customer care they told me that my amount will be returned to the same account within 48 hours but its much more than 24 hours and i have got nothing and even no response from the company side. I request the related authority to look into the matter and please resolve it as soon as possible.Even i have already sent the bank statement of both the transaction to the customer care when they demanded it from me.

      I ordered jewellery from myntra on 24 nov, 2016. Order number[protected].
      Tracking number is ml[protected]
      The site promised to deliver it by 27 nov, 2016. But i didn't received the order.
      More over there is no update in order tracking status.
      Please make me inform whether it will be delivered or not. I need the order urgently as i have to attend the wedding of my brother. And now i am having no time to buy the product from market.
      Please help.

        I purchased a navy blue butterfly top label 499 from myntra. But, it came without a tag which is very true. I tried returning this top once and explaining the circumstances that how it came without a tag, the team promised to take the return. Then, due to the nature of my job, had to travel outside and hence, couldnot actually return the product so the request was closed but later again when I re-initiated the same, the request was closed saying that no Exception can be made. But, I challenge this decision as HOW CAN IT BE AN EXCEPTION WHEN IN FIRST PLACE THE COMPANY HAS ITSELF DELIVERED ME A PRODUCT WITHOUT TAG.Secondly, I am a customer who makes prepaid payment as mostly I am not at home which means that my money is already debited in advance at the time of placing any order. So now if any order comes and I am not there then, by default, it will not be opened and checked and I, as a customer can also receive faulty product which I CAN ONLY SHARE WITH THE TEAM ONCE I OPEN THE PACKET. SOMETIMES WHEN I;M NOT THERE, THE PACKET IS NOT OPENED FOR DAYS, Let alone the product being Tried or damaged. WHAT IF CUSTOMER IS RIGHT AND THE PRODUCT RECEIVED WAS ACTUALLY WITHOUT A LABEL? I EVEN REQUESTED TO CHECK THE CCTV FOOTAGE FROM WHERE SUCH INCOMPLETE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED BUT I DONT THINK THE STAFF IS COMPETENT ENOUGH OR HAS CHECKED THE CCTV FOOTAGE, AS THEY KNOW THEN IT WILL BE THE FAULT OF MANAGEMENT WHICH WILL BE HIGHLIGHTED IN RED.ALSO, IF THEY ACCEPT THE RETURN, THEY CAN MAKE IT GO THROUGH THE TEST IF IT HAS BEEN USED OR WASHED SUBJECT TO SUCCESSFUL INSPECTION ONLY THEY RETURN THE AMOUNT, THEN WHY I AM DEPRIVED OF THIS OPPORTUNITY??I AM HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED BY THIS BEHAVIOUR WITH A CUSTOMER WHERE THE CUSTOMER NOT ONLY MAKES FREQUENT PURCHASE BUT ALSO MAKES PRE-PAYMENT. WEBSITES LIKE JABONG ARE MUCH BETTER IN THIS ASPECT.I MYSELF WORK IN SERVICE INDUSTRY BUT ALSO KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CERTAIN LAPSES, WE CANNOT PENALISE THE CUSTOMER FOR OWN FAULT OF THE MANAGEMENT.

          While placing order for my product with Order Id[protected], I had selected mode of payment by card when product arrived logistics refused to accept card payment and demanded for cash!!! Why can' you just provide logistics with card wipe machine when it is mentioned card on delivery at the time of order placing.

            Ordered for a saree originally of M.r.p Rs.1595 but shipped a different saree with M.r.p rs.1495, so now when i want to return the product, myntra is unable to pick my product due to wrong details of saree as the details dont match with the originally ordered saree, they have assured me refund but has done nothing till date, a almost 20 days now, evertime i call they say, the issue is being forwarded to the concerned team, order related to mobile no.               I have ordered 1 jeans...Though I have returned the jeans...The amount is not yet refunded to my account...I made payment through online...I made return request on 3rd Nov...But still its not refunded.                 Hi, I ordered two items from Myntra on 19th Nov 16 and received s confirmation that it would be delivered on 21st so I took a leave from work as I live alone and there is nobody to receive it. I waited for entire day and called the customer service at 7 to get status thereof, I was told to wait till 8PM but wasn't lucky to receive it. I have to ruin my day and now there in no option except cancelling as I'm fuming. Why there is promise to deliver it on 21st when Myntra's logistic services are not capable enough to deliver it on the same day as promised. Also, there is no confirmation text/email on 21st to confirm that it could not be delivered on 21st and next delivery schedule. This is lacking of customer service:/

                Will never recommend Myntra to my friends and family.

                  My ordered product has not been delivered yet, though I have paid the amount. Your representative reporting that they did not get me on time, but my delivery address is O/o the SDE, Nazira Electrical Sub Division, Near Kareng Ghar, Gargaon, 785686 where a lot of people working over there. The delivery boy can easily handover the product to any person working in the office, from whome I can easily collect the product. But it is very much disappointed to inform you that your delibery boy did not given any interest regarding proper delivery. Now please redeliver my product as soon as possible.                       I had made a purchase on 19 July which got delivered on 25 July. It was a COD and the amount was Rs.870. I payed Rs.1000.
                      As the courier boy had no change he said he will return the change to me after an 1hr. After several further communication he kept saying he would come to return the cash but never came back. I texted him on WhatsApp and said I will file a complaint against him but he said please don't. He is testing my patience now. It's been more than 5months now and I need my cash back.                         It's been more than a month that I didn't get my refund.This is so unacceptable that they have taking so much time and when I mailed then even I send them the picked up received also till yet I didn, t get any response regarding this.And even I called them atleast 8-9 times and they always replies that ma'am we apolozise you your refund has been proceeded already.And It will shown in your wallet within 48 hours.This is the horrible experience that I have ever get.I also filled a complaint against myntra that they supplied the defective as well as the worst product and they first take the money and don't returnd it back if possible.

                              This complaint is regarding the return of the product "Fort Collins Black Sleeveless Hooded Jacket" pertaining to the order number:[protected] at Myntra.com

                              The product i received was defected and small in size. When I applied for exchange request, the myntra's concerned team denied the return of the product saying that from there side there was no problem, without even looking at the product from where it is defected.
                              I even called the customer care and also mailed the issue to them but then also no positive response came from there side.
                              I purchased the product on 10.11.2016, the product is still in 30 days replacement policy of theirs.

                                Sir/Madam,
                                I ordered product from myntra app on 13th November 2016. My order id is[protected] and shipment id is[protected]. Myntra upgraded my order and promised to deliver on 14th November 2016. But they fail to deliver on 14th November. I do not receive any response from them in response to the failure of delivery on deadline. Next day, i.e, on 15th November 2015 I receive message at 09:53am that their deliver man is out for delivery but I did not get my product. I also called their customer care service, myntra's executive replied me that I will surely get my product at 8'o clock. But I did not receive my product. Now they e-mailed me that there are many unsuccessful attempt to delivery your item if there is one more unsuccessful attempt then we will return product to fullfillment centre.
                                This is not my fault at all. If they are unable to deliver my goods then why should I suffer?
                                Earlier also they invalidated coupon worth Rs.400 without any reason.
                                So I request you to take necessary action and help me in this regard.

                                  I had an overall bad shopping experience at Myntra.I shopped for 2 kurtis for a price of approx.1700 INR .The product shipped was of a very inferior quality so i decided to return it back.I received no intimation from the company for pick ups infact for the multiple return requests generated i had to make calls to ask if a person would be coming to collect the packet or not.Sometimes these messages had a pickup person's number sometimes it didn't.people have denied duty on phone.I was not valued as a customer.I was spoken in a way that shopping at Myntra was the biggest mistake.I was addressed by a wrong name in one of the apology emails.Myntra executives did not read my emails properly.My pincode permits delivery and pickups but having been assured multiple times, the product was not picked up from my residence and ultimately i received no refund for the same.
                                  I have at length spoken with the authorities at Myntra but all i vain.With Reference to incident[protected],[protected],[protected].. iam attaching photos of order and multiple return requests.

                                  Despite Myntra having been notified about the complaint, i haven't received any call/messgae from them.What i do keep on getting is their spammy emails about customer research and other offers.Its high time they should start respecting their customers.Also I did receive an email saying I would be contacted in another 24 hours by their representative but their call never came.

                                    I received my order[protected] a roadster navy blue hooded sweatshirt inspite of wrangler black sweatshirt of worth Rs 1694
                                    First of all I received my order on 27th Oct and when I received this wrong product which is the "roadster navy blue hooded sweatshirt "i request return same day but when courier person ask me to request a return of wrong product has to be done from Myntra helpline itself .

                                    I reached to Myntra helpline when I registered a complaint over there .
                                    I got to know that you have to wait till 4th Nov for this return request process and the same day I have been ask for 4th Nov as resolution time but what happen is you guys told me on 4th Nov, " sir we are checking with our warehouse team you have to wait for 24hrs .

                                    Now what happen when I called to get update on 6th Nov because you guys thinks once customer get a wrong product they have to chase you because it's him who is suffering right now then I called on 8th Nov as usual because it's me whose valuable money is on stake as the product which I received in spite of what I supposed to receive is way less then the worth of product I ordered..what response I get from Mr Muhammad is "sir please wait for end of the day"

                                    And on 10th nov I got most awaiting mail as sorry sir we have confirmed from quality check team we have shipped a correct product .

                                    What myntra support team is doing asking for quality check team whether u send wrong product .

                                    Tell me a order bag containing a T-shirt which is correct and the other product is wrong how can you say that they had confirmed that they have sent correct product.

                                    Just tell me one thing i[censored] asked a person whose work is to check whether right product must be sent to consumer or not ...
                                    Hey did u send some roadster sweatshirt rather than wrangler sweatshirt
                                    Tell me what you expecting from them yes we did sent wrong product you guys will then honour him/them with incentive's. ..

                                    We consumers are not fool now suggest me what step should I take of this well doing with me.

                                    I have this option and lastly the most likely one where i will surely get a justice to file a complaint against myntra in consumer court.

                                    You people think we are fool let me tell you I will cancel all my product which I had purchased from your f... App and will share this incident and will try to spread this wrong doing with me

                                    I know this won't trouble you whether I m posting here and will definitely going to sue you in court.

                                      Worst experience of myntra services I ever had... i had bought swetshrirt onlin by myntra which was delivered on 3 November... afterwards i recognised tat size of the sam is different... but of my orders of swetshrirt is nt updated as delivered i cant go for further process... i had called several times to myntra... but still they r nt solving my problm... t has becom headace for me now... i m waiting for updates from 3rd november... very bad experience with myntra... even after buying products from myntra from several years

                                        I have placed an order with myntra on 22nd October 2016 and expected delivery was mentioned as 27th October 2016 but part of my order is not delivered till 11th November 2016. I spoke to myntra representative on 7th November and was assured that my products will be delivered in 2 days but my product was delivered within promised time and again i spoke to myntra representative on 9th November 2016 and again i was assured that my product will be delivered by 11th November 2016 but still not delivered. Today i got a call that myntra will update in next 24 hours. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and regreting my decushion to shop at myntra. Such a poor service is not expected and pushes me in not making an order from myntra in future.
