I placed an order today from myntra for a pair of jeans and a top. I have paid the money online and even got a message from SBI about the transaction. but i havent received any confirmation message from myntra. when i thought of tracking the order, even their nothing was shown. so i have given a complain to them online. they sent a message saying one of their customer service member will attend to my problem within 24 hours. Im still waiting....

I buy three pair shoes of puma but one pair of that shoes were not packed in puma box and when i checked it was not original... i m very angry on that... nd now i decided ... i will stop shoping from this fake site myntra.com.. plz replace this product otherwise i will leave myntra this is not gud . I was very sad ... i dont think this site is also a fraud...

I ordered from Myntra pack of t-shirt but during the delivery one T-Shirt was missing.
I also tried to punch my request through your Myntra App.. in that drop down Missing Component option is not there due to which I selected wrong option however in description, I have mentioned complete detail but still I did not get any confirmation from Myntra related to my concern.

Sir, I had ordered woodland sandal on July 16 by seeing their message came to my number. The product was on 20%discount against it's MRP. Rs. 2995.But they collected full amount from me. When I made complainant, they instructed me to return it if I was not happy. Thus I had returned it and waited for refund till August. In the meantime thrice I contacted customer care regarding the same, then I got the reply that the money had been credited...

I purchased a belle fille maroon top from myntra on 13 aug 16 which i receive on 22 aug 16 and on thr same day i filed a complained about the defect of the product and request to replace the product but no one respond to my complaint.

In the year 2015, before Myntra turned into a pure mobile app based site last year, I had a balance of purchase amount as Rs. 96/- only. I didn't prefer mobile app base Myntra Application and hence since its very inception, I have gone out of Myntra. My said balance could be a meagre amount, yet Myntra will not be able to win over a customer like me, who wants Myntra to adjust that amount next time.

I ordered a shoe amounting total Rs 1059.74. While trying the shoe, the price tag got blown away. Since I not liked the fitting of the shoe, I decided to buy an another pair, but the company is not accepting the order just because the price tag is missing.

Later I was told to share the shoe photos for their due verification(I also received an email stating this), which I did. Everyday I kept getting an email rejecting my request,...

I placed an order no[protected] on 2nd july of amount 2791.80. I paid the amount with sbi card on which 10% cashback offer was there. I didn't get any cashback till date. Offer was for the amount more than 2000 or 2500 rupees payment. No item was returned after purchasing. I have checked my account details for the same. There is no cashback till date in the same. Its a matter of cheating with consumer....

I ordered 6 items as part of 1 bulk order mostly containing mens wear items like lowers, t-shirts and kurta. i ordered during sale time on aug 14, 2016 and received items wednesday 17th august, 2016. the missing items was a puma t-shirt code 1246109 in my order of 6 items #[protected].

There was no special request for early delivery or anything. i was wondering why the package was not complete and wondered if one order is broken...

I have received a one no. Hair comb instead of ordered sadi on dt 22.8.16 agaist order no[protected] invoice no.[protected] there after a complent was sent to to myntra for sent a correct material. After this they have intimated to me that the received product may be returned to myntra.But they have qoted product name sadi inplace of Hair comb
.hence the courier denied the receive the above material.please return my paid money₹1169...

I have ordered adidas men's shoe on 14th july 2016 with online payment of rs. 2, 792. After receiving the product we doubted its originality and size was also not fit and proper . Therefore we returned the shipment through Overnite Express Courier which returned the product at Myntra office ( address provided by myntra). The returned product was delivered to them on 2nd august, 2016. Thereafter we are continuously in contact with myntra online...

I ordered[protected] a bag from myntra.com part of flipkart.com. They confirmed to service my order. After 4days when there was no update on my bag I filed a complaint[protected] in there costumer care and they assured me that my product will be shipped in next 3days. After 2days of that my product was automatically cancelled by them saying that they don't have it in there stock....

I had ordered a bag and i received it in a couple of days as well. But I'm not satisfied with the size and hence have to exchange it for a bigger size which can be done only in their website. This can be done only after the product status has been updated as "delivered" in the website. Its been 3 days since i received the product and till now the status has not been changed.
