Misbehavior of myntra delivery personnel is insulting and inhumanly. This effected badly the religious emotion of durga puje for which i made the purchase for my daughter. I am an old customer of myntra and has decided to discontinue further service from this company. The misbehaving of the delivery person for paid service to myntra should be brought to justice. Myntra is the worst site ever for online shopping. you people provide the worst service ever on this planet and once i recieve my order it will be the last time i ever shop on myntra. my order was supposed to reach by 18th august, i even payed online, but the order hasnt been recieved yet as well as the ship man called just once after which no call was made regarding the order. above all the customer care provided is pathetic, it keeps saying...

I ordered a t shirt from myntra they send wrong size product and not refunding it. I have unused product its outer packaging, its invoice. Still myntra customer care is harassing me....

I had placed order for 4 items with Order Number:[protected] on August 7, 2016. I received one packet on August 10 with two items and eye liner was supposingly had to be in the same packet. but I got an empty packet with just a bar code. I had immediately raised this issue with them on call and later on mailed them and sent the images to company of the empty packet. Yesterday I got a mail from them saying that they cannot refund me my money....

This is to bring to your notice that i have been sold fake bruno manetti shoes which were up for sale around independence day. The shoe quality is not good and also has a removable bruno manetti sticker which clearly shows that it is fake. Myntra should deliver what it promises online. Order id:[protected].

I got the message saying that my item has been delivered. I checked it with my neighbors also, no one has the item. I have already raised the complaint. I have already paid for the item. Either refund the full amount or make sure the product reaches me.
Kindly look into the issue as soon as possible.

I odered a paint n mytra delivered me a top.. I open the packet in front of my associate sachine 2 ([protected]) its a request to mytra plz accept my return request regard the wrong product i m an old customer of mytra otherwise i leave it and complain further

Hello I requested
a return on 4 August 2016 and till today its queued and they asked me to update the shipment details but there is no option available to do so.
And even the help line does not provide any information related to it.
And this 30 day return policy will end by the end of the month and what if the product is still queued till the deadline ends
As a customer i feel it's helpless in this situation....

The return was picked up on 2nd August'16 and it has been 14 days the credit has not been received. No option to speak to customer rep for checking the status. The service always has an issue while reversing the payment from the company. The item is in new condition and unsed with all packaging and tags intact. I am not sure the issue with the process.

I had ordered1 roadster tshrt amount of 440₹. Which was delivered to me on 25/7/16. But product quality was not up to mark. So i packed it up again & returned. The item was picked up on 03/08/2016. Its been 13 working days & i have not received my refund. Return no. Is 15687919 i have sent emails to myntra & called them many times still i have not received any reply stating that return. Please look in to matter......

Recently i have ordered one bag from myntra, (Almost a month ago) the day when the product delivered i observed the defects like dust and kind of old bag qualities, but still accepted but even after not using the bag so far when i just see the bag its hand is broken as shown in the photos.,

Really upset about the myntra's delivery of the product, in order to keep our trust on their products they should deliver the god quality...

My return was delayed becoz the delivery boy told that top containing poly was not there, actually when i opened my parcel there was no polythene my top was kept as it is in the myntra envelope... It was of people rs 700 and i want to return it... I even called customer care for continuous 5 days and waited for around 15 min. Daily but i was unable to talk to any customer care executives it's so frustrating after spending so much money...

I had placed a return request for a product and suddenly on the day on which the same was to be picked up from my place, the request got cancelled on its own and the again i had to place a new return request.
Mytra has not refunded any money even after 30 days of the return of the order.
Mytra is flop site its products are substandard and doesn't even worth spending on the products it serves, and the service is also very slow....

I've purchased many item through myntra but now cash on delivery is not available on my registered id but when I tried through different phone and email address, for the same location, cash on delivery is available.this is the worst problem I've ever faced for online shopping.Please help me.This is not what I expected from this site.poor customer service provider....

I got a refund for my order in the gift card and its been so many days they have closed the gift card option for payment. I contacted the company they said it would be activated on 31 july and then when i checked it was not available then they said on 1st aug then 2nd august. Then they said it would activate on 8th august due to some technical issues and till now it is not available and when i contacted executive he said 16th august and when...

I m very disappointed from Ur services. I have received 2 to 3 days late my order. when it founds unsuitable for me I make return but it owns declined and no body came to picked up.

As pe the above subject I have taken shoes from Mintra but when I treid I got shoe bite I requested for return but I got negative feed back so Am thinking go for consumer court becasue shoe bite not due to size issue its due to not proper stiched so It product different not size issue so Please suggest.

I had ordered many products from Myntra.com but most of the times delivery man can not call me single times and after 1 or 2 days i receive mail that my order has been cancelled.
So i would like to request you next time my all order of Myntra.com should come from "Delhi Very Courier" because their service is good.
