I have purchased Johnplayers jean in the myntra new year deal. Its MRP is Rs.1999, with 50% off i purchased for Rs999.

WHen i received the product, i could see that the quality of the material is not JP standard. It looks like replica product.

Kindly take some action towards this and address the issue. There may be many people who will not know the difference between original and duplicate.
In duplicate market the same is available for Rs.500.

    Myntra has initiated a refund to my account but still the money is not debited to my account they gave me a ARN number from the payment gateway company-30000863616359234147704. But still now the payment is not refunded to my account it should reflect in 7-10 days but the time has already passed . they told that they had initiated the refund on[protected] but not refunded yet and it is not reflecting in my account.
    Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My product have not delivered on time and now company want to me to recieve that product after expected time and i am not able to do that so i want my compensation

      I had ordered a dress top from myntra.com at 19th december' 2016 with order no.:[protected]-1604801. The company gave me an estimated date of delivery of 26th december' 2011. I did not receive it till 04th jan 2017 then i called their customer service. They told me that due to excessive orders and ongoing sale, there has been a delay but i will receive my product in 3-4 days. I waited again for a couple of days, did not receive it and again called. The customer service they again gave me the same reason. After 3-4 days i looged complained via mail to myntra and again and again they are giving me same excuse and also not ready to cancel the order.
      I still have not received my produt and any positive response from the company. The customer service is useless and they never contact themselves. They did not investigate the order themselves and keep track of it.
      Kindly let me know how to proceed.

        I had ordered 3 products from myntra last tuesday and i still haven't recieved any of them. Also the delivery date of 2 products are supposed to be today. I had ordered these to give it to my friend for her birthday and it's tomorrow. So i had ordered thinking i will get it today. I never had a delivery problem earlier and i am quite dissapointed .

        My order is failed bt my amount of rs 1222.04 is debited from my pnb account on 03.01.2017.This amount is refunded till now in my account.I am trying to call on CC number bt that number is not available.Please refund my money.

          Hi, My name is Amritha, i ordered 2 items an amount of 1, 204 on 3 january 2017 at 5:27 am, the amount was debited from my bank account but did not receive any order confirmation or nothing.Contacted Myntra customer support and also mailed them my bank estatement pdf, they told my amount will be refunded in 48 hours but i regeret to inform you that now its 8 th day till now i did not receive my refund.
          Am really upset with this.

            PLEASE LOOK INTO MY ISSUE AND RESOLVE IT SOON.

              Iam very disappointed with mantra e-commerce company.i purchased a titan watch .It was defective product which was shipped to my address.i requested for return .They declined my return request though they have return or exchange policy.they made me to have defective product .It is very painful to loose my money and have defective piece.they are just violating their policies. And cheating the public

                I placed an order (Order No:[protected]-0445603) on the 28th December 2016. Before placing the order the time line for delivery was 5 days, after placing the order, the date changes to 14 days i.e. 12th January 2017.
                False commitment has been displayed on the website which is highly misleading and fooling the clients.
                After all of this, I called on customer service for assistance. The colleague I spoke to (Vinod) said I have to wait till 12th Jan to get an update and that they can’t get an update from the third party logistic.
                I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money, to which he said that in possible and I have to wait till 12th Jan (again) to cancel the order.
                Very upset by such answers, I asked him to connect me to his senior (Ms. Lata), she had no answer which could help or resolve my concern, all I wanted to know was the reason for so much of delay and if they can’t help me in delivering the product, help me to cancel the order. Lata also like a parrot, just repeated the same information like Vinod.
                So after spending 24 minutes on call and waiting for 12 days, no one actually help me or resolved my problem.
                Right now is feel like a fool to buy online on myntra and I am furious and frustrated with horrible service.
                I wish one day this company has to pay for all its falls doing with clients.
                HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE TIMELINE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

                  I bought a chinos of Tommy Hilfiger from myntra, actually I bought 2 same chinos of different sizes, one for me and another for my brother. But eventually, when it was delivered i saw that one of the jeans was not of same color and the other was right color. When I asked for a return (i tried calling them about 7 times), they gave a response that it not fault from myntra site. It is form you, so they denied for pick up and could not get the return.

                  A bag make of Nike was ordered on 2nd January 2017 under the end of reason sale .I tracked the order on 3 it was going fine, but the next day when I tried to track it on 4 January .Status was 'returned to origin ' and it is also showing that order was cancelled .But I didn't cancel the order .

                    I ordered a red tap shoe and choose payment card on delivery option, today delivery boy came a asked me to pay in cash as he did not has card machine, he asked me to call on customer care no, i asked for an alternate option if i can make payment online if they do not have cash, he said no mode of payment can not be change.

                    I think it's not my mistake, if cod option was there so i should have get that.

                    I had to cancel order and i ordered the same shoe in different price, who is going to compensate this.

                      Bought U.S.POLO.ASSN. men navy suede casual shoes on 3rd July'16 through order No.[protected] with code No.1368121. The shoes is not being frequently wore then too both shoes sole has been broken. I do have woodland and leecooper but never seen any branded shoe in such stage.
                      Seems like its a duplicate product is being sold by Myntra.
                      This was 1st time i shopped from myntra.
                      This shoe is hardly 4-5 month old while other which i bought is 2-3 years old then too i a very good condition.
                      I need my money back.

                        kindly note my 103551326449055148401 order Id, Question Reference #[protected].
                        1) I am not happy with your answer, considering the fact you are one of the biggest e-commerce company and there is no service recovery whatsoever.
                        2)Instead you expected me to understand the situation.
                        3)There was no notification at my end when you increased the price of the product even though sale wasnt finish .
                        4)My product was out from the cart, and showed out of stock, when i tried to process the payment.
                        5)After checking again i found out product was there in the inventory but you guys hiked the price without any prior notification.
                        6)I would really appreciate if could offer me the same price as it was before .
                        7)Because i end spending more than an hour one one single purchase which I could not do as you Mobile App was super slow and so was your website .

                          Myntra is a bigest fashion online shopping hub but they have lots of problem in there trade.
                          1. there is no toll free no. hell.(not happening with amazone and flipkart)
                          2. and the price amount shown for each product is not the final price they use to add the vat cst and all and after which i have seen the the 50% off became 35% off for a product . (not happening with amazone and flipkart)
                          3. when u try to reach the costumer care by phone they have lots of options to listen and select for which the amount will get deduct from ur mobile.(not happening with amazone and flipkart)
                          4. most of product have pay delivery.(not happening with amazone and flipkart)
                          5.before the sale they use to show some product for which u will have to add that to ur basket but when u open ur basket at sale time all product will be out of stock like if the sale is starting at 00:00 (mid night) and i[censored] will open ur app at 00:00 then also u wont be able to buy any thing.
                          6. i[censored] unfortunately or mistakenly buy something using net banking and now u want to cancel the order after 1 hr then also myntra will pay u back ur paid money after 1 to 2 week.(not happening with amazone and flipkart)
                          7.product delivery is too late.

                          and some good things are like :
                          1. Quit good llooking and batter quality product then amazone and flipkart.
                          2. u will get proper picture of products.
                          3. Myntra app is having batter and more user friendly option then amazone and flipkart.
                          4. the product delivery person talk more gently then amazone and flipkart.

                                I applied for the return of order no.[protected]-0488003 (HRX- back pack), as the product received was defective. I packed the bag as received along with the Myntra invoice slip. There was no tag attached inside bag only a rate slip of HRX was pasted on the polythene cover of the bag. I returned the product as it is but the associate did not except the product stating there is no tag inside bag. Could you please look into it as i am very sure that there was no tag inside bag when i received the courier.

                                    It is highly not acceptable from Myntra at least in regards of the quality of products.
                                    The reason of returning this product is I just wore this jacket twice and i just found out the inside material is torn and the stitch is not at all good this doesn't show a good quality product. And its not even a week. When I inquired with Mynta they are saying this is not a manufacturing defect whereas if you see the part where it tore it clearly shows the quality of material used. I hope you understand the situation. I am attaching the images of the product which will show you where the dispute is. I am expecting at least here i can get a good service from you. I would request your help for returning and refunding or at least replacing this product with a same but good quality product.

                                      I have given order for two bags and your company has delivered my only one bag. Still i am looking for it & customer support is not giving any support. They have cheated me. I had paid for two bags and you pigs delivered me only one. Still i am suffering because of this.
                                      But i have received only 1 bag and paid for 2.
                                      How can u talk to me like this. I had paid all money in advnace. I asked courier delivery man, that i Have ordered 2 bags. He told me that he have only 1. One may be came afterwards. Both bags invoice was in one bag, u had maid 1 bill for 2 items. And that was also inside d box. If i found that above d box, i will reject to receive that. This is not a fair business. When i open that box dt time i came to know it is only 1 bag in dt box. Same time i call ur customer service and told them d fact. Talk to ur courier service and solve d problem. And deliver me d bag as early as possible. I need it soon for my next week's travelling.
                                      I think it was my mistake to shopping with u.

                                        I had purchase a product bearing id number[protected]-0892201. However, the product has a hole in it. However, the concerned denying to accept it and saying that the product has undergone proper quality check.
                                        See the reply of company to the customer (We had re-escalated this issue to the concerned team. however, I regret to inform you that your return request has been declined as the product was shipped from our end post proper quality check). Soon after receiving the item I had requested you to return it, since it is a defective one. But, after calling 5 to 6 times to your customer care, I received the mail that Myntra can not accept the return request, since the product was dispatched after proper quality check. If this is true, I am sure the team is not doing its work sincerely and also not thinking to retain customer. Do the company think I have made the hole in the item? How the company dare to claim that it was properly checked for quality. Share me the CCTV footage where the product was checked for quality. Let me see what type of checking your team is doing. Giving all this hassle to a customer only earn bad reputation to your brand. I am a regular customer of Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, FabIndia, Ajio. But I never faced so much trouble for returning a defective item
