I have ordered a backpack on #Myntra on 9th Aug, 2016. It was delivered on 12th Aug, 2016. But, I was not quite satisfied with the product. So, I decided to return it. My request of returning the product had been placed successfully on 12th Aug, 2016 and I got the confirmation message that the product will be picked up on or before 17th Aug. But, till now, no guy from #Myntra has come to pick up the product.

I had ordered the bag costing rs.1140. I had received defective bag from myntra online shop and i have placed return order its been a almost a month and i hav returntd on 27 july still i dint get any rsponce from myntra. Its been worest exprience from them i had contaced customer care for 6 times and no clear responce from them when ever i call ther were asking for 2 business days time. The order id[protected]

As informed, i had ordered formal shoes of san frissco on 14th aug, but after 2 days when i recieved the order it was very disappointing that the order which i made by seeing the online images was totally different which i got, the recieved shoe is of very poor quality its material is a rubber, plastic material not a leather, just it looks similar in colour and design but material quality is totally different, completely waste.
And most important there was missing a price tag, how come is this possible, very strange and due to that i am unable to replace it.

I have ordered the kurta from myntra.com, but it was diffrent from the product they have shown on website.the material mentioned was cotton 100% but it was polyester material.the pattern they have shown was different too.its a complete fraud with the customers.during the purchase i have checked the details the pattern of kurta is different it was looking attractive, but when i received its really disappointing to see that its pattern and material were different.i am really unhappy with the product.

Misbehavior of myntra delivery personnel is insulting and inhumanly. This effected badly the religious emotion of durga puje for which i made the purchase for my daughter. I am an old customer of myntra and has decided to discontinue further service from this company. The misbehaving of the delivery person for paid service to myntra should be brought to justice. Myntra is the worst site ever for online shopping. you people provide the worst service ever on this planet and once i recieve my order it will be the last time i ever shop on myntra. my order was supposed to reach by 18th august, i even payed online, but the order hasnt been recieved yet as well as the ship man called just once after which no call was made regarding the order. above all the customer care provided is pathetic, it keeps saying that the call can't be connected. so how am i supposed to even get the status. the other help line nos is rubbish as well. i have no gaurantee that if this complaint would be resolved looking at your pathetic service history.

I had placed order for 4 items with Order Number:[protected] on August 7, 2016. I received one packet on August 10 with two items and eye liner was supposingly had to be in the same packet. but I got an empty packet with just a bar code. I had immediately raised this issue with them on call and later on mailed them and sent the images to company of the empty packet. Yesterday I got a mail from them saying that they cannot refund me my money. They are not refunding 475rs. I dont understand what they think of this as if I want two eye liners. For saving my time I had done this and in reply they are telling me that they cannot give me neither my money nor I have got product. It seems that it was foolish of me of paying the money beforehand. This is very unprofessional. Definitely after this I am not going to shop from Myntra. But this was not expected out of them.

The shoe quality is not good and also has a removable bruno manetti sticker which clearly shows that it is fake. Myntra should deliver what it promises online. Order id:[protected].

I got the message saying that my item has been delivered. I checked it with my neighbors also, no one has the item. I have already raised the complaint. I have already paid for the item. Either refund the full amount or make sure the product reaches me.

I haven't get my refund, i was cancelled on 6th of august 2016, and many mail send to myntra, still they didn't give my reply.
I thought is it reliable company or not.
I am very dissapoint with it.i want take legel action against myntra

Had ordered a jacket online and when the product was delivered it was discoloured and defected. the product was sent back and its been 14 days since the pick up and i still havnt got the cashback.

Hello I requested
a return on 4 August 2016 and till today its queued and they asked me to update the shipment details but there is no option available to do so.
And even the help line does not provide any information related to it.
And this 30 day return policy will end by the end of the month and what if the product is still queued till the deadline ends
As a customer i feel it's helpless in this situation.

The return was picked up on 2nd August'16 and it has been 14 days the credit has not been received. No option to speak to customer rep for checking the status. The service always has an issue while reversing the payment from the company. The item is in new condition and unsed with all packaging and tags intact. I am not sure the issue with the process.

Need my money back.

Recently i have ordered one bag from myntra, (Almost a month ago) the day when the product delivered i observed the defects like dust and kind of old bag qualities, but still accepted but even after not using the bag so far when i just see the bag its hand is broken as shown in the photos.,

My return was delayed becoz the delivery boy told that top containing poly was not there, actually when i opened my parcel there was no polythene my top was kept as it is in the myntra envelope... It was of people rs 700 and i want to return it... I even called customer care for continuous 5 days and waited for around 15 min. Daily but i was unable to talk to any customer care executives it's so frustrating after spending so much money the services are so worst that nobody is even responding to my mail...

I had placed a return request for a product and suddenly on the day on which the same was to be picked up from my place, the request got cancelled on its own and the again i had to place a new return request.
Mytra has not refunded any money even after 30 days of the return of the order.
Mytra is flop site its products are substandard and doesn't even worth spending on the products it serves, and the service is also very slow.

I got a refund for my order in the gift card and its been so many days they have closed the gift card option for payment. I contacted the company they said it would be activated on 31 july and then when i checked it was not available then they said on 1st aug then 2nd august. Then they said it would activate on 8th august due to some technical issues and till now it is not available and when i contacted executive he said 16th august and when i said its been so many days m waiting for this u r delaying them he replied so rudely that would can we do then? I also mailed them so many times but did not get a satisfactory response. I also complained several times against the quality of a product i ordered from them but i never got a reply in response to that order. This is really disappointing and disgusting.
