I have order a biba kurti and ordered deliverd dated 8th july 2016. But i didnot like the kurti and its fitting. So, i placed the request for the return. The return no is 15065395 of rs 945/. Your agent come and pick after checking.
But after 2 day he came to return it again by saying that its not acceptable as its is used one. If it so i also received the used product in same way and if it is than why he take it after checking and why not he return it at instance or on the day


. So i requested you to give me the approval and return ur product and refund my money back

I have ordered 3 products out of which i have received one product which i have not ordered. my order id is[protected]. i have already send the all required information to you. but still apart from apology mail i have not received any communication when i will get my product. is myntra care for their customer.? do you guys follow any standard or timeline. sorry to say but very pathetic service

Purchase with e-retail site "myntra.com" i have been cheated in daylight!!
Had purchased 2 caps for the summer 2016, biggest mistake yet in choosing buying site/portal. 24th of june starting, i am still waiting to hear from anyone in myntra. a cod purchase of 1738 rupees was done on the afore mentioned date.
Re-shipped the caps [ return id: 14574768 & 14574772 ]

I had to invest personal time efforts in shipping them back. shared receipts for courier. and then my bank a/c info's for neft.
They have been playing around the refund once as cashback. why do that??

The workers in aizawl, mizoram are extremely bad. They are not polite and difficult to talk with them. There is a middle-age worker that do not respect customers. I have to wait for so long since they could not find my package and when i ask them about it, he started saying its my fault since i did not take the parcel the day earlier. And just for that he started talking to me rudely and did not even want to give me my money change and i have to search the exact amount of money to give him. I am extremely angry about this. Such a disrespectful shopkeeper!

I got the order on sunday 10 july and wear the shoe for first time and as soon as i started walking its uper material came out.
When i called up at customer care they told me that it would be exchanged therefore i send them some pics of shoes and i got to know that the shoe is out of stock with them.
I need replacement as soon as possible.

I have returned a product named Antony Morato slim jeans to myntra of order[protected] but they are not accepting it and excusing that its a used product . But I did not used it at all ...this is not first time which happen to me its second time..they always cheating people by excusing " just give us 2 days we will resolve this issue" but later they say that they can not accept it ..that means you have to keep that item ...

I wanted to return a pair of jeans which I ordered from myntra few days back...
But they are not showing the product anywhere in the orders... They are not at all showing any return options.
So I am unable to return it.
They don't accept the product bar code $
Customer service doesn't pay any attention to the problem and take no measures to resolve the problem .
I want to return the order at all costs

I had ordered black swim suit from myntra.com that cost rs. 2999, now, i have paid the full amount and the product i have recieved is totally diffent from what i had ordered.. I just received the top piece and the bottom piece which cover full legs is missing..
I want myntra to send me the full product or refund full money..
I believe govt should take some steps against such online cheater retailers.
I have spent more than rs.200 in calling them as they dont have toll freee no. And no email id whatsoever..
There is no option but to call, and wait for min 10 min for them to reply..
I need to file an official complaint against myntra in the court of law.. Pls suggest how to do that??

It was confirmed to me that my order will be delivered by 9july... Bt till now i didnt recieve it... I ordered 3 items on 2july... 2 of them have been shipped & the 3rd one has not been shipped till now and the day for its delivery was given 7july.. I dont know whats going on with myntra but m highly disappointed with this...

Ordered 4 items during the sale of 2nd 3rd July of Myntra, they delivered it on 7th July in 1 package. The package contained only 3 items of the 4 I had ordered!! Due to my absence during delivery, the package wasn't opened and they collected the full amount from my place. Within 5 minutes of the delivery I came to know that 1 item is missing, I called them quickly and registered complaint, also called the delivery guy from ekart logistics. He told me that it doesn't come under his responsibility to check the package wether it contains all items of oreder or not, he just have to deliver and collect the payment printed on the package invoice! So I called myntra and gave them all details of order including package barcodes. They told me to wait for 3 to 4 days!!

Even after registration of complaint, I did not receive any email related to it and the auto email of delivery stating that all items were delivered was received. Each day I called them for follow up and they put the call on long holds n at the end kept on saying we are investigating the issue.

Yesterday, on 10th July, I suddenly got the mail stating that they have checked from their end and the item was delivered with good condition! And they closed the issue. I called them and tried to communicate my issue but they did not listen and kept on saying they have provided resolution and can't help much now.Calls last for more then an hour but the answer was same they can't help and they are SORRY for this !!

I feel cheated as I have not even received the item and paid for it!! This is the most rude and unacceptable behaviour from any e commorce organisation. E commorce is entirely based on trust, if this is the way they deal with customers then I think, they don't have any values for customers!

The package was small in size containing other 3 items which were tshirt, shirt and nail paint.now they are claiming they had sent heels in it! I am not able to get where can such a big item be misplaced then!!

My cash back scheme in mantra sale is that extra 10%off on shopping above 2000 and payment should be done by sbi debit card. so i buy a puma bag, a ed hardy t shirt and puma running dp shoes. t hen i ordered it and payed it by my debit card and i don't get my cash back till now. i order on 3 july and puma shoes was delivered on 7 july and ed hardy t-shirt and puma bag was delivered on 9 july 2016

Myntra offers flat rs. 400 off for new customers to a customer who makes a purchase of product of rs.999 and above. i tried to buy a shirt pricing rs.1214/- (product code at myntra website 1237043) so it should cost me rs.814 + vat applicable instead it costs me rs.1080 + vat. this is very unprofessional that they make false statements to their customers. so i request to a valid action against this.

Myntra cancelled my order saying (We regret to inform you that this order has violated our terms and conditions. Your open orders exceed your available cod amount limit. Hence we are cancelling this order. Request you to place your next order choosing online payment mode.) order id:[protected]

And this is very inconvenient. I did all the hardwork searching, wasted my precious time and internet, who is going to pay for all these waste. I am very angry and unsatisfied and lost all the faith on myntra. I used to think that myntra is one of the best and real* online fashion store. But now i got to know that it's another fake crap.

Hi i ordered 2 pair of shoes from myntra and the delivery date was expected as 8th july 2016. But i haven't received the product yet.
While tracking the product i could see that the product is already arrived to my location on 5th only.

I am kumud sharma, ordered a roush shoe and raised a return request on 4th july.. Till date no one has come to pick the shoe for return.
Cutomer care people are also not responding and keeping my call on hold for 15-20 mins each time.
It has been 6 days since the return has been initiated.

I am planning to go out of station on tuesday for a week.
Please arrange the pick up on or before monday 11th july.

It is so inconvenient to shop and exchange online using myntra. Highly disappointed

Sir.. i have ordered ucb slippers n spykar jeans with online payment. the jeans size is large and slipper size is small.
O i have returned both items in a same packet. the refund of jeans is credited to my account but the amount of slipper is not refunded.
Then i called myntra then they said to me that quality assurance process is left in ur slipper so after it, u will get ur refund within four working days.
So i ordered the slipper of big size four days ago and today it was dispatched. today 10 days are over and when i called myntra today, they are saying that we did not get ur slippers and will not refund u.

I ordered a shirt from myntra.com . When I got it, I was not satisfied so I filed for the return of the product. But when the delivery guy came for taking it back he rejected to take it as he said that I don't have the pricing and other tags. So I tried to contact myntra but I am not able to make any direct contact (via email or phone). I want my product returned and I be refunded. Please help me out.
