I had opted for cash on delivery for order no 99721474 delivered on 14th Dec'15 by Myntra. Delivery boy carried swipe machine and I had to swipe the card twice since the transaction had failed the first time, but my money got deducted. Second time it was successful which means I was charged double. And was informed by delivery boy that the deducted money shall be reversed in 48 hours maximum. It's been 10 days now no reversal is proceeded....

One of the products I had purchased from myntra.com was re turned by me because od its cheap quality but my return was rejected on the basis of a missing price tag and a bar code which I didnt receive at all. The product is unused and I shipped it back immediately after receiving it. I want my complaint to be resolved...

Placed order in Oct2015. In Nov i spoke to them, they informed me that order got cancelled automatically without informing &promised refund of Rs.1394 & Rs.5346.
