My cash back scheme in mantra sale is that extra 10%off on shopping above 2000 and payment should be done by sbi debit card. so i buy a puma bag, a ed hardy t shirt and puma running dp shoes. t hen i ordered it and payed it by my debit card and i don't get my cash back till now. i order on 3 july and puma shoes was delivered on 7 july and ed hardy t-shirt and puma bag was delivered on 9 july 2016

Myntra offers flat rs. 400 off for new customers to a customer who makes a purchase of product of rs.999 and above. i tried to buy a shirt pricing rs.1214/- (product code at myntra website 1237043) so it should cost me rs.814 + vat applicable instead it costs me rs.1080 + vat. this is very unprofessional that they make false statements to their customers. so i request to a valid action against this.

Myntra cancelled my order saying (We regret to inform you that this order has violated our terms and conditions. Your open orders exceed your available cod amount limit. Hence we are cancelling this order. Request you to place your next order choosing online payment mode.) order id:[protected]

And this is very inconvenient. I did all the hardwork searching, wasted my precious time and internet, who is going to pay for all these waste. I am very angry and unsatisfied and lost all the faith on myntra. I used to think that myntra is one of the best and real* online fashion store. But now i got to know that it's another fake crap.

Hi i ordered 2 pair of shoes from myntra and the delivery date was expected as 8th july 2016. But i haven't received the product yet.
While tracking the product i could see that the product is already arrived to my location on 5th only.

Hi,

I am kumud sharma, ordered a roush shoe and raised a return request on 4th july.. Till date no one has come to pick the shoe for return.
Cutomer care people are also not responding and keeping my call on hold for 15-20 mins each time.
It has been 6 days since the return has been initiated.

I am planning to go out of station on tuesday for a week.
Please arrange the pick up on or before monday 11th july.

It is so inconvenient to shop and exchange online using myntra. Highly disappointed

Sir.. i have ordered ucb slippers n spykar jeans with online payment. the jeans size is large and slipper size is small.
O i have returned both items in a same packet. the refund of jeans is credited to my account but the amount of slipper is not refunded.
Then i called myntra then they said to me that quality assurance process is left in ur slipper so after it, u will get ur refund within four working days.
So i ordered the slipper of big size four days ago and today it was dispatched. today 10 days are over and when i called myntra today, they are saying that we did not get ur slippers and will not refund u.

I ordered a shirt from myntra.com . When I got it, I was not satisfied so I filed for the return of the product. But when the delivery guy came for taking it back he rejected to take it as he said that I don't have the pricing and other tags. So I tried to contact myntra but I am not able to make any direct contact (via email or phone). I want my product returned and I be refunded. Please help me out.

Myntra cancelled my cash on delivery orders made during eors.
They are saying that they reserve the rights of cancelling the orders and since i have returned two-three cash on delivery orders they have cancelled my orders. they must acknowledge that if i have returned products i have also bought multiple products. the buing and cancelling products is the discretion of consumer.

Moreover i just called customer executive late at 4am and he is telling there is no such terms about exceeding cash on delivery but we ourselves decide that limit based on your order history. that is just nonsense... u r making fool of a consumer... i will not tolerate this

Also, i received two days before that i will receive my products by 14th july and now they, mailed me that my products are cancelled,.. utter nonsene

This is preposterous.You are cancelling my order on the v.day of its arrival.You should have mentioned such ridiculous policies earlier on instead of blindly cancelling my orders.This by far has been my worst shopping experience.N I regret choosing Myntra shopping app.N I'm definitely never suggesting my friends to shop from this site either..This was not acceptable or customer satisfactory.

[protected] my cancelled order id, cancelled before shipment, waiting for my money. no sms saying order cancel or refund initiated, customer care just have wrost reply ever "we apologise" but no action taken money should be back to my bank account. myntra app show order cancel payment mode online but refund status no refund.
While placing order immediately sms get triggered order placed money received, while cancellation why does it take some much tym. first timw shopping with myntra and such a wrost experience. never faced any problem with other website online shopping. give my money back as soon as possible. i believe myntra earns more by not returning money back against refund instead of actual shopping earning. attached 3 screen shot which says order cancel, payment mode online and no return

Kindly help me with the refund process.
I ordered one product from Myntra on 30 July and then cancelled on the same date. They initiated the process of refund of amount Rs. 1554 which was told to me that it will be credited on or before 11 August. I followed Myntra and they told me that it's your Bank problem due to which it has been not credited.

Hi,
I tried orderering some products on October 29 2020 and tried payment through zest money unfortunately due to some network issue the order didn't get placed but the amount through emi is debited from my account .I already complained that day itself and Myntra customer service told me to wait for 48 hours still the amount is not credited back . When I contacted zest money since the amount is deducted they need a confirmation email from Myntra that the order is cancelled please help me out

I had placed an order on 2nd july 2016 (order no[protected] and i am highly agitated with service standards of myntra. claims about delivery attempts made by them and their courier service provider are absolutely false. not even a single attempt has been made by the delivery team or the courier service provider and i can prove this. there is always a person at my place to take any delivery.

The fact is that myntra are not in a position to fulfill the order and hence are making false claims and are writing rubbish updates on the attempts made like customer did not had cash/ not available to accept delivery.

Either deliver the order by the date committed or be ready for the brunt which will soon hit you hard.

I had placed an order on 2 july uptill date it has not yet shipped. daily i am making calls they are informing please wait for more 24-48 hours and it would be shipped.

On 6th july they had confirmed that it would be shipped in 48hrs. it's mote than 48hrs, today they are saying it please allow some more days.

It's a case of fraud.

I have placed two orders on july 01, 2016 and it was said that the order has been placed and will be delivered by 10th july, 2016 but, the order was cancelled on july 08, 2016 for no specified reason, i haven't been informed why this happened even when they said that the order will be delivered by july 10, 2016 and now i'm really not happy with the situation, i wanted the order so bad, but i now can't get them as they are now out of stock or the prices have increased. Did they do this because the products were out of stock but then why even accept the orders, i'd like to know the reason for the cancellation of the order? Will there be by any chance i can get the same product at the same price? Really not happy and actions should be taken.

My order on 2nd july was not processed even after submitting details and payment n then after rates of product are raised or some of them are out of stock, i hope you kindly act to my complaint and avail me those products with same discounted rates as on 2nd july, though i was technical error but atlast it was your mistake
