I bought a shoes, worth more than Rs.3000, 3 months back, at the time of selling the website claimed to give 3 months warranty but the shoe started damaging in just 2 months. When i contacted them, they asked me to send the images of the damaged product. i have sent them the images on mail, they revert me back that its not a manufacturing defect therefore couldn't replace it. When i inquire them regarding the warranty they are not commenting on that.


Kindly help me out.

    I have places adidas sweatshirt it didn't got placed and the amount was deducted from my account and i raise a complaint on myntra customer care about the refund they took around 23 days and still the amount is not refunded what pathetic service are they offering. Now customer service is telling me i will give you the screenshot of amount initiated from there end and you go to the back and ask for refund what useless people and service it is. I want my refund amount of rs 1569/- asap.

        Hi

        Company sold shoes which are in low in quality. I have wear the shoe one time and inside sole got misplaced and i have requested for return but no response has been received from myntra in last 15 days. My order id is[protected]. I have filed many complaints and filed at many places but no action has been taken till date . They are only saying please give us some more time some more time.

          I brought a sling bag of brad Berrypeckers on 12 march 2016. they delivered it on 18 march.when i open the product i saw it was totaly fake from one i have seen.even it looked like used.so i want to return the product.

            I have ordered a wildcraft unisex green and grey backpack on 04.03.2016 and delivered it on 05.03.2016.
            But the delivered bag had one part missing (Angular waist belt).
            So raised an exchange request and the exchanged product was delivered on 07.03.2016 around 7pm.
            But this time i have received the used product from myntra,
            There were one pieces of written paper inside the bag, some other product sticker inside the bag, and dust on all over the zip covered side.
            I have informed the same thing with customer care executive immediately (Around 7.30 pm),
            Also i have sent the mail with images of the bag to customer care address.

            Complaint (Incident) number was[protected]

            But now i got a feedback from them that they delivered the new product.
            I have paid rs.3495 (There was no offer) for this bag and received used product.
            They said that based on the images i have shared they were not able to recognize that was the used product.
            So i told them take the product back and then check, but they are not ready to take back the item from me.
            Just sharing this information because if anyone received any used product, please don't inform them that you received the used product.
            Instead of that please return the item (If so there is a chance of getting the money back). If you informed them that you have received used product and then they will tell you to wait 5 business days to check internal verification and finally tell they delivered the new product, no way to take back that item. I don’t think so they are checking the return items are used one or not, because if that is the case then i will not get the used product.
            I have already lost rs.3495.
            Since last 2-3 years i am using myntra and this is the first time i got the used product from them.
            Now onwards i won't use myntra and flipkart for buying any product, i already informed my friends about this incident.
            Please share this info as many as possible and get away from this kind cheating from myntra...

              I bought a pair of Carlton London nude wedges from Myntra but after using them a few times, the footwear worn out. It literally broke into 2 pieces. Now, after submitting the complaint they arnt taking any actions.

                  Hey guys I ordered three products and I recieved them at the same day and when I opened the package two things was which I ordered was correct and the pant which I have ordered is wrong colour and when I contacted Myntra persons they are just telling me to send the photos of the package I'm been trying to send photos via app and it crashes all the time

                    It is giving me a pain to write you about this issue that i have got a wrong product & this is my first order on myntra. I was so excited for the same but when i saw the product i felt like why i have trusted you people & made a prepaid payment. I realised that i shudn't have trusted this much.

                      Ordered a levi's brown belt for men worth 1499 bucks form Myntra.Got delivered on 27th feb 2015 when i opened and looked at the product there were mutliple scratchings on the front side of it and on the back there was a cut.I immediately raised a request for replacement.Next day the boy declined from taking it and asked me take an approval from myntra by writing a mail to them. After many calls and email finally the reply i got from them on 7th march that sorry we can not do anything as the product was checked in the warehouse properly and then was dispatched.My question is how on earth if it was checked properly i got that worthless, junk product delivered to me even after paying huge sum. What a stupid, pathetic and horrible mechanism they deploy to check for the defects in the product in their warehouse.whether they really do it or simply claim to do so make avail to us whatever products getting rejected by some other party.Do not use myntra's services.Better go for amazon.I have been using amazon for last 5 years and it has never happened and even something goes awry they take the product back and refund. Myntra outrightly rejected and did not try to offer me anything..I did a blunder by ordering this belt from their site.This was my first and last time with myntra. Will not use myntra from hereon and advise you all not to get duped like me by myntra. End result...paid 1500 got used and defective product and myntra is not taking it back.

                      saddest part of this deal is even after paying a huge sum i got used, degraded product.That is not what i had paid for.It was hard earned money that i thought of spending on product i liked but instead got this junk.And after all the torment i went through calling again and again, writing multiple mails to them everytime i was assured that it will get resolved and you will hear soon from us but something else happened.
                      It is not expected of a e-commerce company.company like myntra will erode customers trust in online shopping.
                      Even i trust amazon fully and use its services every now and then.I will have this myntra's experience at the back of my mind whenever i am going to order anything from hereon.It is not like they have duped me too like myntra infact they have not given me a single chance in last 5 years.I mentioned amazon just to validate my point that how one ponzy company like myntra can bedevil other good brands in the same field.

                        I had bought a top of around 330 rupess.. bt due to issues had to return it.. but till date i did not get d money refunded in my myntra account.. i have been a regular customer with myntra. so it is very unexpected.. i would request you to refund the money.. please..

                          I never expected such kind of service at least from a reputed company like Myntra.
                          It is extremely dissapointing that in spite of being a loyal customer to the online shopping portal this is the kind of service the company offers.

                          The product Adidas Neo white v run vs casual shoes got delivered to me on 23 rd february 2016 along with one more adidas shoe. On that very day itself i had placed the return request. The next day i.e 24 th February 2016 the product got picked up by myntra pick up executive.

                          Now after 10 days i have received the intimation from Myntra that the product is used and cannot be accepted.
                          First and foremost i am well aware of the policies and procedures of Myntra on product return and exchange, secondly it has really come on my integrity that i have returned a used product which is definitely not the case.

                          I can confirm that the product has not been used by me and if there is any tampering with the shoe is found then it must have happened during the transit.

                            I want to highlight to you since my experience with Myntra makes me believe that your ecommerce portal is in the business to make money and not provide services

                            I placed an order of Nehru jacket to be delivered in Mumbai order no[protected] on 28 th feb 2016 with expected date of delivery as 6th March 2016 .it was a prepaid order since it was a birthday gift . On 5th March 2016 at 4.45 pm the order was cancelled by Myntra without any intimation to me due to non availability of stock . I called up the call centre n spoke to 3 employees - Mr tarikh and Ms Simran who claimed to be from escalation team . I demanded an immediate refund of my money since order was cancelled by Myntra . They did not even accept to try expediting the process of refund . They just kept rattling it will be refunded in 10 business days ie till 15 th March 2016 . Myntra without providing services will enjoy the money for 16 days and I will lose interest on my own money
                            I really want to understand in today s day and age which banking transaction takes 10
                            Days ... When I place an order for cash and delivery your delivery boy calls up 5 times in 7 minutes since he does not want to wait long for money . Where as when you cancel the order your staff does not want to even try to prioritise the return of my funds !!! Shocking !!!


                            I too work in a service industry and trust me things do not work this way ...

                            I am totally disappointed by this rude and bad business policy of so called leading online shopping website ...

                            Mr Ananth I would urge you to rectify this blunder of looting people which is currently looking like the mainstream business line of Myntra ...

                            I need my money back immediately along with the interest I lost all these days

                              I have ordered the Juan David leather casual shoes on 19 Feb, 2016 and delivered to me on 21 Feb, 2016 vide order no.[protected] and product code- 595366. So i have to try this shoes for one hour but i have noticed that shoes quality is good but coming unnecessary sound like children shoes. So i have requested to return the product on 22 Feb, 2016. Myntra agent came to my house and not pickup the product because he said "you have used this product so i cannot take this product please talk to customer care." I informed to the customer care and they said to me please sent the pictures of product like tags, shoes, etc., I have done like they said. but they now denied to return the product and not refund the payment. So please Sir, it is to my humble request to you, look into the matter and take necessary action at your end.

                                I bought a Being Human Jacket in medium size from Myntra.com bearing order no.[protected] which was later exchanged for a large size bearing order no.[protected]. but to my utmost shock, I received a product without tags and labels. When I raised my concern and requested a return, I was being asked to send images of the product which I did. But, they are just a bunch of crooks and they denied the return request mentioning that the product would have failed the quality check if the tags would have not been there. How many times they deliver defected and dirty products, hadn't these products undergone quality checks. I've been following up with them since last fourteen days, completely frustrated.

                                Please someone help me and let me know where should I raise my concern.

                                      I have ordered a unisex green color skybags trolley of large size from MYNTRA which is subsidary of flipkart on 05-02-16 on order id[protected] of rs 3988 inclusive of vat.and received a package on[protected] and i paid it through cod...but to my shock it was a wrong product delivered.when i submitted a return request twice on return ids 12071351, 12151051. .but myntra is rejecting the request saying it has delivered correct product...they dont even pickup the product for return.now i have written to myntra customer care thrice on incident numbers [Incident:[protected]], [Incident:[protected]],
                                      [Incident:[protected]] but they have rejected to return pickup, and even uploaded the images of wrong product delivered.but it is closing the request saying it has delivered correct product..iam asking for retun pickup and refund...please ensure that the return is done and my refund of rs 3988 is issued..
