I have ordered a wildcraft unisex green and grey backpack on 04.03.2016 and delivered it on 05.03.2016.
But the delivered bag had one part missing (Angular waist belt).
So raised an exchange request and the exchanged product was delivered on 07.03.2016 around 7pm.
But this time i have received the used product from myntra,
There were one pieces of written paper inside the bag, some other product sticker inside the bag, and dust on all over the zip covered side.
I have informed the same thing with customer care executive immediately (Around 7.30 pm),
Also i have sent the mail with images of the bag to customer care address.
Complaint (Incident) number was[protected]
But now i got a feedback from them that they delivered the new product.
I have paid rs.3495 (There was no offer) for this bag and received used product.
They said that based on the images i have shared they were not able to recognize that was the used product.
So i told them take the product back and then check, but they are not ready to take back the item from me.
Just sharing this information because if anyone received any used product, please don't inform them that you received the used product.
Instead of that please return the item (If so there is a chance of getting the money back). If you informed them that you have received used product and then they will tell you to wait 5 business days to check internal verification and finally tell they delivered the new product, no way to take back that item. I don’t think so they are checking the return items are used one or not, because if that is the case then i will not get the used product.
I have already lost rs.3495.
Since last 2-3 years i am using myntra and this is the first time i got the used product from them.
Now onwards i won't use myntra and flipkart for buying any product, i already informed my friends about this incident.
Please share this info as many as possible and get away from this kind cheating from myntra...
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It is not expected of a e-commerce company.company like myntra will erode customers trust in online shopping.
Even i trust amazon fully and use its services every now and then.I will have this myntra's experience at the back of my mind whenever i am going to order anything from hereon.It is not like they have duped me too like myntra infact they have not given me a single chance in last 5 years.I mentioned amazon just to validate my point that how one ponzy company like myntra can bedevil other good brands in the same field.
