    I ordered a product from myntra.com on july 4th 2016. Till now i didnt get any response from the company. I tried to mail the customer service but they are saying like we are not able to reach you on phone. If that is the case i should atleast get a message from the logistic team that you order is going to be delivered by this time this date and the contact number of the person who delivers the product. I dont get any such message from them. If i try to contact customer care on phone they are not at all listening to the concern and just answering that we have many requests to process and it takes some time to process and sorry for the in convenience. What kind of service they are doing i am not able to understand.In the market companies are struggling to deliver in hours but it has been almost a month, still no progress. The worst e-commerce service i have ever seen in india. I would like to know how to proceed to reach out the higher officials so that i can contact them and let describe the situation. So they get to know what going on.

      I placed a return request on 11 july 2016 but still the pickup is not done. On 23 july my request was automatically declined and again raised from their side but again the order is not picked up. My 30 days return window is ending on 30 july. I called customer care thrice but they always say due to large number of orders pickup has been delayed and will be picked up within next three days but not pickup is done.

            My daughter ordered on line for several items vide order id[protected] with advance payment. A few items delivered. But major chunk worth over rs5000- not delivered as per schedule. On not getting the items by the last day i. E. 15th july, as promised, complained to company. Ref no.[protected] on 16th july. Talked to customer support with great difficulty, because getting the phone line is a tedious task. The company has no toll free no. To help customers?? Promised delivery by 20th july vide mail. But again promise broken. Desperate customer makes frantic call, sends mails asking for refund. After herculean efforts the customer support promised refund action by monday, 25th& assured confirmation mail to this effect. But even as at today, no action taken, not even a mail in reply of action taken.. Can this company be made to respond to customer grievances positively?

              I ordered Fila shoe from myntra on 6th july.
              itz 26th july todAy
              20days passed.when i snd them an email on this, they replied that they ll fix my issue in two mins but still no msg or notification came frm them n in app itz still showing 14july As expected delivery date.is this the procedure of online shopping.if they cant deliver on time then they should shut down their business or they cAn ask for more delivery charge.inspite of giving fake expectations
              20days is really a big period to deliver shoes n nt a single email frm them

                Dear Sir,

                I Bidyut Lata Mahapatra had made an Online Purchase with the following Details

                Order Placed: Sunday, July 03, 2016
                Price : Rs. 759

                I received the Order on 11th July, 2016. On receiving the order I found mismatch with the received item and the Item which was advertised on their Website and I initiated an return order immediately i.e. on 11th July itself

                The return order was accepted by the website and the item was Picked up on 13th July.

                Till today i.e. 25th July, I have not got any refund. Plus the item is with Myntra supply chain. I have tried to reach Myntra through various channels (Mail/CustomerCare/Twitter Support center) and either I don't get any response or they say the Return order is rejected and then they dont take any action when the refund should ideally be initiated within 7-10 days as mentioned in the portal.( I have attached the order details for your reference)

                Its a time consuming experience dealing with Myntra Support and it has caused Mental Agony as well. I would seek your support to resolve this issue as early as possible.

                Also let me know if you need any other details.

                    I had a horrible experience with myntra.

                    Firstly product not as per display. They cancel the order saying out of stock as the product was for sale and then saying it as out of stock i stil can see the same product onlyn with high price.

                    Secondly, i wanted to exchange the my too because of size issue i have received the product so late after placing the order and then no person stil came to take the product. The product was placed on 3rd jul and stil there is no 1 to pickup and give my exchage product. Todays date is 25 th jul almost a month to exchange it.

                    Thirdly i want to return my sunglases. Return has come today on 25th jul that too one vehicle standing outside on main road, calling all return product people to come on main road and then like stupid every1 standin in a queue to return the product. The queue is so long that it will take another 30 mins of yours just to return your own product.

                    I need my money back and will advise no one to go with such a horrible shopping site.

                    Unable to return my product, myntra delivery man asked me to contact customer care but couldn't contact them nor i could find mail address.
                    A reminder came from myntra but i was not able to furnish any reply.

                      I returned the seiko watch that i bought from myntra.com on 27th june because of a used product that myntra delivered to me. Though myntra team updated me that the refund was processed on 27th june itself, i am yet to receive the refund amount credited in my account. It's been a month that i am following up with myntra.com and every time i get a false commitment that refund is already under process. On 21st july, they told me that refund could not be processed due to technical issue without providing any details. Now they are asking me to wait for another 7-10 days.

                        I placed an order during eors (end of reason sale) sale which included a shrug of brand only and a handbag. due to high rush of orders the product delivery was already delayed, also when i received the order it was not the one i ordered, it was some jacket of brand wrangler. this was very disappointing from myntra's end. i did not expect this mismatch of products from company like myntra. i also attached pictures of product (jacket) that i got in the mail. i assure the product is unused and intact. then after waiting more than 48 hours for their reply in mail i could not see any response from their side. then i called the customer care. they sent me the mail that the products which i ordered are out of stock so they could not initiate exchange request instead they initiated a return request and will arrange return pick up of jacket. but when the person came from pick up he said it is not matching with his list so he denied the pick up. i don't understand what they are doing. i have made prepaid payment of worth rs.2316/-. i want my money back as soon as possible and some action from them in regards to apology.

                          I had ordered 2 items on 3rd july and it was expected to deliver by 12th july, however they delivered late on 14th july. When i opened the package there was only 1 item and while checking online it was showing as both items delivered. Following i had several communication with customer care and they declined refund request. Be careful if you are buying from this company as they cannot handle the complaints properly and responses are never on time. Fortunately the amount was less than 500 but myntra.com cannot be trusted for integrity.

                            I had placed an order through myntra when they had a sale on 2nd july but aince july 16th i was kept calling and asking to dispatch my order and they were telling i will be dispatched asap but on 17 july thy have cancelled my order and they have given a discount voucher for rupees 400, after i have order one more produch of puma football and i have applied that coupon on it and now i just cheched and found that after 5 days from the order date again they have cancelled my order without letting me know.
                            Now am gonna file a complaint in courte.
                            Its a fraud company that they are running.
                            Before i was told that there are gonna call me back but i never got any call from myntra.

                              I had returned my product on myntra on 10th july 2016. I was informed that a refund of the amount paid would be made withing 7-10 days but it has been more than 10 days and no refund has been received yet. After called the customer support and mailed the complaint at [protected]@myntra.com. I don't get any response from the company. The customer support team is always busy due to heavy call volumes. I don't know how many errors are they doing in their delivery. My return no is: 14816291. Now i cannot rely on myntra for money. They have become a fraud company.

                                I placed an order for jewellery from myntra on 2nd july 2016 and received the product on 4th july 2016. The product was not at all good. Nothing like it was described on the site. It looked like used product and very poor quality. So i put a request to return the product on 4th july 2016 itself. Immediately i received a mail from myntra saying that the return request is accepted and expected pickup date is of 9th july. After not receiving any mail, sms or call until 12th july 2016, i lodged a complaint regarding the delay in the pickup. On 15th july 2016, i got a mail stating that they are sorry for the delay and that the matter is escalated. They assured that i will receive a call or sms from the executive who will pickup the product. After 5 days, i. E. On 20th july when i didn't receive any call or sms from myntra, i called them up on their customer care no. After waiting for almost 15, mins, 1 of the executive answered. After saying him all the things and asking him the reason of delay, all he had to say was "we apologize" and due to many orders and pickups this was delayed. On the call, he stated that for return of jewellery an approval is required from higher authority. He said i have to share the images of the product. When i asked why wasn't this mentioned when i requested for return, i would have shared the images that time only. All he said was sorry. For my every question, he only had sorry. He assured that the pickup will be done as soon as possible. Today, i. E. On 23rd july i received a mail from myntra stating that the return pickup of the product failed. Nobody called me from myntra and simply they updated there systems. Its been 20 days, my money is also stuck with myntra. Had i had that money, i would have purchased something else.Instead, myntra is earning the interest of my money. Very good way to earn money myntra. I am really very disappointed with myntra. Didn't expect such a ridiculous behavior from myntra. Why do they commit to their customers when they cannot keep it. I have been a very old customer and i am sure i am not going to purchase anything in future now.

                                  I purchased puma navy sweatshirt on 2 of jully 2016 but because of size problem i requested a return option on 6th of jully 2016 the same day i got it
                                  But its 20 days no one came and i did not even get the call... I did call the customer care center but they're just lying... For time i tried myntra and this is what got... All i want is my money back i don't wanna shop anything from myntra anymore

                                    My return was scheduled to be picked up by 17th july. It's 22nd july and the company is sleeping comfortably while i am being made to wait for getting my money refunded.

                                    I have called the company multiple times. Every time i am being assured that the pick up would happen today but the same pathetic service standards are met and product is not picket up.

                                      I purchased a nightdress of klamotten brand through myntra online shopping app. This product was purchased by me with other 3 product also. When i received it, it was covered in a sealed packet. After making payment for this product, i opened the packet. I saw that product has no tag/logo of klamotten company. This fact made me doubtful about the product and i made a return request against it. The next day, associate of myntra, came to my place and show me the product. When he found the product without tag, he refused the same to take it back. I was shocked concluded that in a multi product order, company put some false product also without tag.In most of cases, consumer do not make complaints against it and use the same. Thus, false product runs in market which worth is 0 amongst consumers. My return request is 15508869. I strongly request you to please take action against myntra and refund my money with damages.

                                        Return initiated on 9th july, 2016. It was supposed to be picked up by latest 14th july. It's 21st july now. It hasn't yet been picked up yet after repeated assurance from their side that the product will be picked up "today". I have been continuously emailing/calling and following up with them.
                                        I don't think it is fair that a customer should suffer because of their mismanagement. Pathetic service. They violate their return policy by harassing the customer.
