Hi, my complaint is against the online shopping giant myntra. I'm a regular customer from last 4 years. This time I received a product with stain on it and I didn't notice it when it was delivered to me. Without even trying the dress, I returned the product. The myntra team came back to me that the product can't be returned as it has a stain. When they returned the dress, it was in a shabby condition. They asked me to mail the picture of product and tags as well. I sent that and their team send me an email that the product is in used condition so won't be returned. This product is of no use to me and moreover why I should I keep it when I didn't make any stain. It costed me Rs 1000/-.
Who can guarantee me that when the product was taken and resent by the delivery boy, it wasn't spoiled by him? What if the product returned to me was not what was sent to me earlier?
The stain WASNT there when I had received the product originally.

I need my money back. And strict action be taken against myntra for all causing all this trouble.

I placed order for 3 products on Myntra on 29th March, the products were to be delivered in two separate packages and this pathetic company chose to cancel my order on their own on 6th and 7th April respectively. I received emails saying me that my orders have been cancelled for they are undeliverable!!! if they were undeliverable why wasn't I informed earlier itself??? If the address didn't come in your territory of delivery why wasn't I informed at the time of placement of order itself??? And how professional of them to inform me exactly on the day I needed the products!!! these people have no sense of responsibility...And then they also have the courage to write in the email that they have tried calling me!!! Wow!!!

Thank God I did choose to pay them with COD option! Else, my money would have been stucked for sure...

What were these people trying to do if they can not even deliver a product from this alleged online company where customers expect them to deliver the products ON TIME & AT THEIR GIVEN ADDRESSES and not to receive an email on one fine morning which reads your 'UNDELIVERABLE ORDER' has been cancelled...

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...

Complain against myntra for fake promo .

I have not received my cashack from myntra of HDFC offer.

Myntra have given promo offer of hdfc cash back in 60 days and the due date was 03.03.2016, I made several calls and emails to them and they confirmed that they will credit the same before 04.04.2016.

I called them yesterday but they have not shown any interest in giving the cash back

I have purchased 6 pyjamas from Myntra. Their private label - LondonBee. They came in Polly bag with cheap quality packaging. It didn't even have washcare labels. They all are tagged size L, but actually all are different in sizes.

Worst part is that colour is bleeding. Wet rubbibg fastness is very poor.

I have used one, it spoilt my whole laundry in washing. I feel Myntra is responsible for the damaged caused.

And now they are taking more than a week to pick up other non-used the return requested products.

I bought a denim of forever 21 brand from your application, the details of
The product and order no., invoice number, shipment no. Is attached as

The product which i ordered from your application is not of fine quality,
The cloth material is of low quality that it got ripped itself. It was not
Expected from myntra that they have such malicious products in there
Product line. This is the worst experience i ever had with online shopping.

I would strongly suggest and appeal people in my social group not to opt
Myntra for their online shopping. I had bought this product very happily
But my experience has been worst now. I am surprised, how you people are
Making fool of the customer, using good brand name to sell product and
Delivering inferior products.

I want the refund of that product which i purchased. Else i
Will have to go to consumer forum to raise the issue.

Kindly do the needful.

It was delivered on 23 march 2016, this dress was not upto my fitting so i wished to return it. I tried returning through online but it was not accepting my barcode no.. I have ordered three Tissue Kurtas today with the order number as[protected] and[protected] from Myntra app, as all these three kurtas belong to same Brand, I am expecting delivery charges should be paid only once. Please check the details as per the order. I have to pay 145+145 rs as delivery, Please make it only 145 as all these three kurtas are of same brand and ordered on same date and delivery will also be at same address. I hope you understood my issue.

I've ordered from two t-shirts from myntra (Vector e-commerce private limited, gurgaon 122413 haryana )
Via order no.[protected] on monday march 14 2016 through india post tracking no. An[protected]in.
Details;
1) ucfbtsht[protected] united colors of benetton white polo t-shirts (15a3dtpj30) and
2) ucfbtsht[protected] united colors of benetton navy & mustard yellow striped polo t-shirts (15a3ap1j60)

But on receiving from post office, the seal was tampered and it was found that only one shirt was missing [ ucfbtsht[protected] united colors of benetton white polo t-shirts (15a3dtpj30) ].

How is the other t-shirt been lost ???

Hi:

I placed an order no.[protected]. Total bill was of rs 1134 inclusive of taxes. I had 750 rs already in myntra cash. So the rest amount i paid through credit card.
Unfortunately, i had to return all my suborders due to size issue. But i got refund of only rs. 964.96.

I need to get that tax amount back as i returned all the products.
Please resolve this asap.

I bought a shoes, worth more than Rs.3000, 3 months back, at the time of selling the website claimed to give 3 months warranty but the shoe started damaging in just 2 months. When i contacted them, they asked me to send the images of the damaged product. i have sent them the images on mail, they revert me back that its not a manufacturing defect therefore couldn't replace it. When i inquire them regarding the warranty they are not commenting on that.


Kindly help me out.

I have places adidas sweatshirt it didn't got placed and the amount was deducted from my account and i raise a complaint on myntra customer care about the refund they took around 23 days and still the amount is not refunded what pathetic service are they offering. Now customer service is telling me i will give you the screenshot of amount initiated from there end and you go to the back and ask for refund what useless people and service it is. I want my refund amount of rs 1569/- asap.

Company sold shoes which are in low in quality. I have wear the shoe one time and inside sole got misplaced and i have requested for return but no response has been received from myntra in last 15 days. My order id is[protected]. I have filed many complaints and filed at many places but no action has been taken till date . They are only saying please give us some more time some more time.

I brought a sling bag of brad Berrypeckers on 12 march 2016. they delivered it on 18 march.when i open the product i saw it was totaly fake from one i have seen.even it looked like used.so i want to return the product.

I have ordered a wildcraft unisex green and grey backpack on 04.03.2016 and delivered it on 05.03.2016.
But the delivered bag had one part missing (Angular waist belt).
So raised an exchange request and the exchanged product was delivered on 07.03.2016 around 7pm.
But this time i have received the used product from myntra,
There were one pieces of written paper inside the bag, some other product sticker inside the bag, and dust on all over the zip covered side.
I have informed the same thing with customer care executive immediately (Around 7.30 pm),
Also i have sent the mail with images of the bag to customer care address.

Complaint (Incident) number was[protected]

But now i got a feedback from them that they delivered the new product.
I have paid rs.3495 (There was no offer) for this bag and received used product.
They said that based on the images i have shared they were not able to recognize that was the used product.
So i told them take the product back and then check, but they are not ready to take back the item from me.
Just sharing this information because if anyone received any used product, please don't inform them that you received the used product.
Instead of that please return the item (If so there is a chance of getting the money back). If you informed them that you have received used product and then they will tell you to wait 5 business days to check internal verification and finally tell they delivered the new product, no way to take back that item. I don’t think so they are checking the return items are used one or not, because if that is the case then i will not get the used product.
I have already lost rs.3495.
Since last 2-3 years i am using myntra and this is the first time i got the used product from them.
Now onwards i won't use myntra and flipkart for buying any product, i already informed my friends about this incident.
Please share this info as many as possible and get away from this kind cheating from myntra...

I bought a pair of Carlton London nude wedges from Myntra but after using them a few times, the footwear worn out. It literally broke into 2 pieces. Now, after submitting the complaint they arnt taking any actions.

I have got an defective product from your app. Seriously I have trusted you guys too much I have so much expectations with you that's why I ignored other sites like snapdeal Amazon etc but what you have given me in return. Nothing I want to return my product I am sending an image of your product kindly pay some attention to it and do something other wise I will file an case against your company

Hey guys I ordered three products and I recieved them at the same day and when I opened the package two things was which I ordered was correct and the pant which I have ordered is wrong colour and when I contacted Myntra persons they are just telling me to send the photos of the package I'm been trying to send photos via app and it crashes all the time

It is giving me a pain to write you about this issue that i have got a wrong product & this is my first order on myntra. I was so excited for the same but when i saw the product i felt like why i have trusted you people & made a prepaid payment. I realised that i shudn't have trusted this much.

I wrote this on twitter but its been 4 days but not getting any positive response. Your help is required in sorting the issue.
