Date - April 10 and April 12
I had tried placing an order on both the dates mentioned above and on both days the payment process was not successful. However, on both the dates the amount was deducted from my bank account and the order was not placed.
April 10 - Rs. 1129
April 12 - Rs. 1556
On April 12th, I was told by the customer care executive as per protocol they "normally" request the customer to wait for 48 hours and since that time has passed for the amount that was deducted on Apriil 10th and that she would be putting in a complaint regarding that. For the amount that was deducted on April 12, I was asked to wait for 48 hours and then Myntra would put in a request for refund.
Today is April 19 and according to their customer care executive Neha the request for a refund for the amount has not even been initiated. They have no idea why. The Escalation Supervisor, Mr. Akhil, said that if they are informed that the issue has not been resolved, then they handle those cases on priority bases. It has been one week since April 12, they do not even know the details as to why the refund has not been initiated. On being asked for a valid reason as to why the refund has not been initiated all Mr. Akhil had to say was that he would have to check with the finance team. Is the customer supposed to remind them to do that? Is the customer supposed to remind them to look into the matter? Is the customer supposed to keep getting after Myntra just because their money is stuck? Way to go, Myntra!
I just want my money back.

I have ordered 2 sweatshirts and there was size problem. I filled return file formalities but no action was taken. It was said it will be soon picked up by our customer but no-one has come to take the order.
