I have ordered the products from myntra.com on 14 feb 2016 with order number[protected] and done the payment by net banking. Myntra.com promised me that the product will be delivered on or before 19th feb 2016 but failed as the product is not delivered to me. And according to myntra two delivery attempts were made, one is on 17 feb 2016 and other is on 18 feb 2016 but both time myntra did not inform me. I called to coustmour care but I din't get reasonable answer.

      But only One was delivered. I complaint against this to [protected]@myntra.com and their Facebook Handle, but they insisted that they send two. I asked them to provide me the CCTV footage. Do you Know what they Did?

        I ordered for an oleva watch from myntra online. On receving the product I saw there were some deffects in the product. They picked up my product through flipkart a month ago but haven't refunded the money back. Inspite of connecting with them several times they are refusing to refund the money.

          This incident happened to me by shopping at Myntra, deeply regret for having bought anything from them.

          I ordered an item( dress) some two weeks ago and realised that I received a wrong delivery update from the delivery guy from Myntra. Upon calling this person I came to know that he had misplaced the item and had knowingly sent the delivery update to avoid any consequences for him. I anyway made a point to bring this to the notice of customer care but they have been conveniently pushing off the issue for more than a week now. The item was worth Rs 600/- and would request you to kindly help me in this matter

            I bought denim on 28/11/2015 order no. 97800263.
            Point is a common man buys a denim for 3150 Bucks which dint even last
            for few months.
            Before also I used same company but never had such issue.
            Brand asked me to contact re seller i.e. Myntra & ask for return.
            Myntra is saying its not manufacturing defect so we are not responsible.
            Even I took it showrooms they are saying if I bought it from them they
            would have returned it immediately.
            So is it mistake to trust Myntra over showrooms?

              but I got one message that item was delivered

              I was order one t shirt the name of the company is Tokyo laundry and a casual shirt of the company is roadster at 6/02/2016.
              and I got message from myntra is your all item is delivered on 21/02/2016.
              but on 11/02/2016 I got a new message from myntra is your item was delivered.
              but still I don't get any of my ordered item.
              The total money that I paid that order is 1805 rupee.
              what I will do?

                  I've been a loyal Myntra customer for a long time now. what i used to love about them is their exchange and return policy - you don't like something, return it, no questions asked. but recently i was shocked to discover that the 4 sweaters i bought online (out of the 6 ordered), weren't up-to the mark. but i didn't worry much as i could return them as easily as i had ordered it.
                  To my shock and surprise, it showed that they can't pickup the return items from my address and i had to courier them to a mentioned address. i don't understand that, if they can deliver to my address then why can't they pick it up? (which they've done many times before).
                  I refuse to spend on courier charges for items which I'm dissatisfied with in the first place. i want Myntra to go back to the easy shopping company like it was before, coz i stood by them even when they had the problems with their delivery boys going on strike and all the deliveries go delayed by a few weeks that time.
                  I had shopped for my birthday, which was on 2nd of February. i had initially intended to return these sweaters and buy something else from Myntra itself, but i haven't and don't think I'll ever shop on Myntra if my items are picked-up ASAP and my bank account is credited with the money.

                    Myntra.com the name you all know by television add friends i want to tell you they are fraud i have order 7 shirts and when i have receive they all are non brand able and even those articals are not in company store when i cross check them after then i have make refund request for all seven shirts and send by myself as they dont have pick up in my area so i have courier it to new delhi and they recive my all 7 items as i confirm by calling there call center but when refund initiate they send only 4 shirts refund and give excuse that they did not recive three shirts i surprise and contacting them again and again but they are some time say tell us the weight of shipment i have given whole proof and there executives confirm of seven items recived but still they are not initiating my refund bull **** service i have seen first time from past 7 years i have make first time purchase from myntra and i never thought this could happen but they did friends and now still i am in contacting for refund but they are like, they know its there warehouse mistake but still they are not

                    Freinds its just to aware you about myntra.com How they are cheating there customers i have heard may complaints like this after this incident about myntra and this also happen to me so i want you to be ware about such Fraud from MYNTRA.COM

                      I have placed a full return request (worth INR 5600) for one of the myntra order. The guy from Delhivery courier came and collected the items and packed them in box and affixed a bar code. He didn't give me any receipt but told me that I would receive the acknoledgement number via SMS. I have not received any SMS and now Myntra is saying that refund cannot be initiated since they are unable to track the package.

                      Delhivery is not helping me to track the order, instead they keep saying that I should to talk to myntra. And myntra saying that as per delhivery records they are unable to track the package or was never picked up.
                      Please help me.

                        Myntra has just given me the worst online shopping experience ever . I have been shopping online since sometime but these guys picked up products for return and never acknowledged the pick up nor gave any receipt because that's their company policy and thus there was no refund. That's THEFT, blatantly put.instead what I get for an acknowledgement is that your return was declined and never picked up. WTF. But I have all the evidences with me. i placed an order(order no.[protected] at myntra for 14 products . out of this 14 items I placed a request for 5 items to be returned . for three of these items I asked for a cash back in the myntra wallet and for the remaining two I asked for a cash refund in my bank account after providing my bank details. I received a message for a pick up of these five products with the details of the pick up boy Ajay ( phone no. [protected]). Later that day I received an email saying !y return for two products with return IDs 11808775 and 11808825 have been declined and another couple of emails immediately after that telling me about a renewed return request for the same two products ( product codes 847059 and 942551) . but by that time the pick up boy had already picked up all the 5 products. I signed on the form hr carried and myntra doesn't give a receipt of pick up. The three products for which I asked a cash back in my myntra account were duly acknowledged and cash back in myntra account was received on the day of the pick up itself . nbut for the other two products of which I got a declined request message was never acknowledged till date despite numerous attempts at contacting the customer care . refund obviously hasn't been made nor has been attempted by them. It's been exactly a week since the products were picked up but there has been no acknowledgement of the same. It almost amounts to theft and cheating by myntra and thus this complaint. - Ajay.

                            Ordered Louis Phillipe sunglasses from Myntra day before yesterday 02/02/2016.
                            It was crooked slanting towards the right side. When I asked them to exchange the product, I got the most amazing reply
                            from them, they said, "Exchange is not serviceable at your pin-code." I live in Andheri west, it's in heart of Mumbai.
                            If you can't service exchange here, I can imagine the horror other people have to face who live in outskirts.
                            You can deliver where ever you want, coz you make money from it. You can deliver your products to MARS, but When it comes to customer service
                            you leave your customer like MATT DAEMON in MARTIAN.
                            When asked to give a best possible solution they asked me to return this product and
                            order a fresh piece and pay for it. You' ll get the refund for the faulty product in 15 days(7 days to pick up the product and 7 days to process a refund.)
                            So basically they are asking me to pay double the amount and hold my money with them for 15 days and then release it on bail as a cash back option as I had ordered Cash on Delivery.
                            I don't understand this nonsensical logic and monopoly that this brand is running and fooling people. You have problems with your logistics figure it out yourself, don't give us outrageous explanations!! All we want is a proper customer service not a crazy procedure.
                            Where as all you have to do is ask the person whoever will be collecting the faulty product to get a fresh piece(Not so faulty) along with him.
                            But your procedure makes as sense as this - eg: Walk on the road, then fall in a man hole, it will stink real bad, but you have to do it coz its the best possible solution. Figure your own way out of the sewer.Enough of illogical excuses and explanations!!

                              It's been almost 2 years I am shopping from their website. This has never happen.
                              I need a pick up from my address. Why would I shop online if I have to send return by courier by myself.
                              How can you send the product and if not liked how can you not send anyone for pick up?
                              Is this what am I suppose to do after paying and shopping online? I would prefer shopping from mall then.
                              How can they tell their customer that return service is not available?

                                  After Myntra received 3 items of my return delivery through courier, the company backed by replying that it has received only two items . hence they gave cash back for only two items. I have followed them from las 20 days for the same. but they didnt turn around. Even i sent them a proof of the receipt, which is properly detailed with weight of the items as well as the value which can ascertain that i have sent the products. Believe me they are cheaters. Their supply chain has got a big error. the staff has manipulated the return delivery and now they don't accept it.
                                  But for other customers i am going to sue them in the court of law.

                                    I ordered a pair of shoes from myntra in Dec 2015. I received those shoes in defective condition. I raised a return request on 8th Jan and since then they are making a fool out of me. First they said they will take it back and for two weeks they sent me messages that this and thus person will come to take your product. Then one day I got a mail that my request has been declined and after I raised the request again, they cheated me again. For 15 days they emailed me that I have to send the pictures, the numbers, the price tag. I send all the pictures the same day and after one week they said that the product can not be returned. We sent a fresh product. I am very disappointed with their services. Heights o[censored]nprofessional behaviour.

                                      I ordered several items by myntra app but they cancelled it by themselves without taking my consent. When I asked about it they told me because I have returned a order so they did cancel my order behalf of this moreover they blocked my account without taking my permission including my friends account too. I have cash back of rs. 314 and another return of appox.1125 rupees. They are not giving my money, they have robbed my appox 1500 rupees and blocked my account too.they say if I want my money back I have to give NOC first. They are blackmailing for my own money I want money back and my account too. These online sites are cheat, they say easy cancellation easy return but they are not doing that, they cause trouble for innocent customers and keep their money. Pls ask them to return my money

                                      Supernova006 - They have blocked my account too and even after it they told me that they have processed the refund of one out of two products on 22nd April as a goodwill but i have not received it yet in my bank a/c.

                                      I am planning to write to RBI and file a case in consumer court. I have seen and read many complaints against them on social media, so if you know some other people too facing harassment due to them, then contact me asap.

                                      have you received your money back from myntra, as i am having the same problem. They have blocked my acount without giving any reason and i have 15000 in myntra credit.

                                        I have been waiting for more than 12 days now for the product pick up. The first return request was raised on Jan 12th. As the date of resolution ( 5 days) came close.

                                        They closed and raised the request again. Again 5 days wait.

                                        Every time on the 5th day they cancel the pick up and re-raise the retuen request.

                                        This has happened total of 4 times. Please see all the attached images.

                                        I have spoken with the customer representatives many times but nothing happens.
                                        Extremely bad customer service. I am not going to purchase anything from Myntra/Flipkart in future.

                                        Also, I will put this on my social media accounts so that other are informed of this fraud.
