    It took more than 1month 4 MYNTRA to pick up 2 units 4 wic i hd placed a return request. This happned coz d person use 2 go 2 some other address.After sending them several mails i ws asked 2 replace d pick up request n finally d 2 tops(Mirage Yellow Embroidery kurti n Wills Lifestyle black top)wer picked up on 13th jan 2016 by Mr. Nadeem (cell-[protected])from Kalina . When i asked for refund Myntra failed to acknowledge the receipt of Wills Lifestyle black peplum top product code(481646).Funny part is when i mailed dem sayin that both units hv been picked up dey placed a return request themselves for d black top, mkin me say d same thing ovr n over again.
    Similar incidence happened with me in July 2015 for product code 635347.The pick up agent is well aware of the unit he is coming to pick as he is sent by MYNTRA only dan hw cn dey say they hv nt received.where is the disconnect i do understand.

    I received a call from Myntra saying that the amount for the wills top has been credited to my account. The guy informed me that they have not received the unit but as they consider me a valuable customer coz I am a regular shopper from Myntra they have decided to Credit the full amount of Rs.1206.98 against return ID 11966589. I am glad that the issue got resolved.

      First of all the delievery man delivered my package to a unknown addresse after crying for about 15 days I got back my parcel and all this from online debit payment ..after that when I got a lesson that from future don't believe in online payment ..I come to know that my address is blocked for cod really you've got to be kidding me ... Shopping karne kai baaad pata chalta hai ki bhai cod aption hi nai milega

        While returning a product, myntra is telling they received wrong product without tags!! Cheating customers by not returning the money or giving correct product!!! its been 2 months, noone is giving a proper answer. Myntra is cheating people, as we can see from these hundreds of complaints, its not only happened to us. Myntra is cheating customer in every way possible. is this the way to gain money? by fraudulent?? cheating??

          Okay. I placed an order for jalandhar city on 10th jan 2016, and got an expected delivery date of 19fh jan.
          The order/product was dispatched on the very same date. And on 12th jan the product was recieved at Jalandhar logistics hub. EKART is the logistics partner for both flipkart and Myntra.

          On 13thjan, got a message from ekart that my product will be delivered today before 7pm by "delivery boy's name" "phone number". But, no such product arrived at my doorstep on that very day.
          Next day, contacted Myntra via email, and it takes atleast a day or two to get a reply back. And got the message from Ekart as well that the product will be delivered today by the same person. Contacted the person, he told me that he is on leave so the product will be delivered tomorrow. I went to that logistics hub Jalandhar and they asked me the tracking id and I provided them that. After that, I was made to wait for around 20-25 minutes, they kept on telling that they were looking out for my order, but I didn't get that order. And then afterwards I left. After this again got the message that they were failed to deliver the product and they have rescheduled it. And this whole process kept on happening till 18th jan which was last date for delivery of product by ekart.
          And also I tried contacting the delivery boy aswell in the days between 13-18 twice or thrice but that guy hadn't had a clue about my order. After that got an email on 18th night, that I have made cancellation request of the order, but there was no such cancellation request madeby me. Then, on 19th got call from myntra regarding this that my porder has been cancelled, I tried to listen to there explanation and they told me that there were multiple attempts made to my address and I was not available that's why your order has been cancelled, just disconnected the call as I was busy at that time. After that i called the Myntra cx care in the evening, they don't have any TFN despite being a multimillion company.
          And told them about all this and they told me that multiple attempts were made to deliver the product, but unfortunately they were not able to deliver it and that's why, now the product has again been sent back to myntra, and they have cancelled the order. Told them that I haven't recieved any calls from ekatr team or the delivery boy. And narrated them the whole story. They then asked me to wait for next three days till the time they get a revert from there ekart logistics team as well.
          And this was there reply, they don't have any streamlined process I guess.

          Disappointment/Sufferings offered to me-
          4 calls were made by me in all. 3to the delivery guy(5mins) and 1 to myntra(25mins).
          2 Emails were sent to Myntra support.
          Lot's of humiliation, disppointement, harassment.

          Please help me with this.
          What i want?
          The product andthe compensation from the sole company which is responsible.

            I ordered a Killer Grey Lean Fit Casual Shirt size shirt with XL size. Glad to see that it got delivered so early. But the pathetic point is that that got a wrong size shirt and that too a damaged one.

            I have already discussed with them the issue & also send the pics. However, they are not reverting on this.
            This was a gift and it was the most embarrassing moment when the package was opened. Pls help to get it resolved urgently. Order Number:[protected]

              Recently I purchased a pair of shoes order no[protected] but they supplied a shoes of 2nd quality and it was having a manufacturing defect when i asked them to exchange it their courier simply rejected it by saying that this shoes can not be returned as it was having dirt signs on sole of shoes when I wrote to the company about defect in shoes they asked me to send pics of the shoes to them which I send them promptly but despite the defects clearly visible in the pics they declined by saying that they can not see any defect in this shoes and asked me to send more pics by the time I came to the conclusion that I have been fooled by this company Please beware of this company and dont get trapped in the name of discount Aslam Ahmed

                      This complaint is regarding return ID 11130251 and order number[protected]. its been more than 2 weeks and I see the return has not been initiated nor order being picked. I have been regularly following up getting in touch with Customer care for return with no help. I have registered a complaint too but no effect and my issue has not been addressed. This is annoying and giving me bad impression about Myntra after sales service and customer handling. I REQUEST SOME TO LOOK AT THIS ON PRIORITY AND PROCESS MY RETURN ASAP.

                          Ey, Is there anyone who will reply, please note the Incident:[protected], i have asked you guys 2 months ago please consider my order as i have not received yet, what you guys replied was awesome you guys told me that you were really sorry and you guys are escalating the case soon and now i doubt what the hell you guys are sorry for and may be you guys are escalating the case to home minister or finance minister or prime minister that's the reason may be you guys took 2 months for a single case, now let me escalate whether your seniors do the same or they are some responsible guys. hope they will understand the concern. thanks Priyanka

                              I ordered 3 things during the big myntra sale. I got 2 as a seperate shipment and 1 later as another shipment. My total cost was Rs 1082.98 including 99 rupees as shipment cost. I paid Rs 662 for the first shipment. So I had to pay remaining Rs 420. But the Next shipment costed Rs 519. Cost of the 3 items without any shipping cost are as follows - shipment 1(1. Dressberry black flats -249.50 . 2. Flying machine black skirt - 314.48) Shipment 2 - faballey black crop top -420 This totals to - 983.98 Shipment cost - 1082.98 - 983.98 = 99. But myntra expects me to pay 662+519 =1181. Is this how they loot their customers in the name of sales? This is extremely dissapointing. I never expected such service from a website like that. Apart from all of this the delivery guy cancelled my first order by mistake without even talking to me. But he still delivered the items to me. It shows as order cancelled but I got the shipment.Iam so frustrated with all this that I want to return the first shipment. Even if I want to return it I cant because it shows as cancelled. This is the worst online experience I've ever had. I returned the second shipment because I had to pay extra cost which is unfair. Look into this and make sure Myntra doesnt repeat this. I have proof for everything mentioned above.

                                    Dated 03.01.2016 To Myntra Customer care Team Reg – Complaint against Return product “Roadster Grey Skinny Fit Jeans" (Order Number:[protected] worth Rs 977.04 With regret I have to make complaint that I bought above referred product and due to fitting problem I have initiated its return through Return ID: 10698497. Your company have major negative aspect of Return Policy as your company did not provided pickup facility, No Communication over telephone, No authentic Authority to contact etc. On 23.12.2015 I have to send the above products through Speed Post (Pic Enclosed) along with Order Number: 99170279 Return ID: 10858911, Order Number: 99170279Return ID: 10858900 and Order Number: 99104536Return ID: 10698598 to Vector E-Commerce Pvt Ltd. CTS NO-1386, Lower Ground Floor, Acropolis, Marol Church Road, Near Airport Metro, Andheri East, Anugondanahalli Hobli, Hoskote Taluk Mumbai - 400059 I confirm that the parcel packet was consisted of 4 Cloths including “Roadster Grey Skinny Fit Jeans" having Return IDs as mentioned above and total weight was 1646 grams. The Post office charged Rs171.00 as well. I was shocked to note that your company informed me approval of refund status of only 3 return products Return ID: 10858911, 10858900 and 10698598 and not Return ID: 10698497. Today I got message from your team that “According to the revert from the concerned team, "Roadster Grey Skinny Fit Jeans" has not been received at our warehouse.Hence your refund request for the same has been declined.” I totally condemn the decision of your company as I am not going to bear monetary loss of Rs977.04. (My Hard earned Money). I request you to enquire into the matter meticulously as I do believe that there is some error or fraud or theft like activities appeared in your warehouse. I have good faith on your company and as such on 02.01.2016 I purchased more products of more than Rs 4000.00. If I have to face such kind of behavior I would no longer be your customer anymore.                                     The case is still open as nobody from Myntra responded to my complaint. They are bother about monetary losses of the customer. This is major drawback of Online purchasing. Even companies like myntra should be sued in the court of law.
