      I had ordered a "donna and Drew" bag on the myntra app. when it was delivered it looked very different from what was shown on the site. since i was not hsppy with the product, i requested a return on the same. However, they wouldnt accept the return even though the product was intact the way it was delivered itself because tehe barcode was missing. upon complaining to customer care that the bar code was not available with the product, they refused to accept any returns. so now i'm losing my money over a product the i cannot use.

        Dear Consumer complaint forum,

        Ref : Order # 94572192 – Pl note, I had ordered a product (saree) on 9 oct on Myntra.com and recd the order on 12 oct. The product was defective one, and same time i registered the complaint to myntra on 14 oct.

        I had sent continuous reminder and myntra got time to respond only on 17 oct. The stupid executive of myntra started writing the scripted language that my problem will be resolved in max 4 days, I have requested Mynta to deliver the product to me by 21 oct as i had ordered saree for my wife on occasion of Durga puja. But till date i havnt recd the Product from Myntra

        Myntra has ruined my festival and results in mental and personal trauma.
        Feeling helpless as i amnot able to do anything.
        Till date I haven't recd the exchange product - What level of commitment MYNTRA is giving..!!

        Pl help me to get compensation from Myntra in term of money.

          I bought a pair of trousers and didn't find it worthy enough for the price I paid. I requested for a return. The courier partner for myntra.com took almost 15 days to take the item back and then myntra got back to me stating the product is used. Apparently, I tried the product for a mere 2-3 minute time and even all the tags were intact. How can a product be used given the above conditions? Then emailed me that they've re-dispatched the item through indiapost as that the item cannot be refunded for. Indiapost never made the delivery to me and the parcel went back with the problem that it had insufficient address details. Completely frustrated with myntra.             Myntra has coolly cheating me by deducting money from wallet even without my notice. Though they claim claim o[censored]nconditional return policy, it is not true. I received a substandard shirt, which i returned back. However i noticed later that they have not refunded totally my paid money. In yet another case whne i ordered a shirt and within 2 minutes changed my mind to another shirt, they deducted close 250 Rs just in a flash. Very sad. It is time pullup this cheat to court ...

              I ordered a handbag order no.95114873 from MYNTRA and the quality was very poor. And the worst part was the delivery man (Arvind Kumar V09788). He was not that honest man. He lied and tried to take away 500 extra cash. I wont ever order from myntra again.

                I have ordered for Fila shoes during the BingBang sale and they delivered me the wrong product.They sent me slippers instead of shoes which I ordered.When I spoke with the concerned person he said that the product I ordered was a wrong product and asked for an exchange they said that I cannot go for an exchange. When I again placed the same order they just changed the product name and said that the product was a different one.This is the second time they have been cheating on people.They have the worst service I have ever seen.Bloody company and bloody cheaters.                   Order no. 94580120.I received a wrong product. i paid 2100/- for a denim and they gave me a lesser value product. Then i made a complain for return. Their pickup guy came but he denied to take a wrong product because company didn't ask him to pick a wrong product.Later on i found out same product they are selling in 1350/-. I written a mail to refund my money and take their wrong product.They ask to wait for 5 days and they will let me know. They told me after 5 days that they cant take the product back.if they are so sure about it that they delivered me right product so from where will i get a wrong product which tag intact. Imagine how Myntra making there customers fool.

                    I had booked an item and material and a wrong item was received and lodged request for refund and the same was picked up on 09/10/2015 and as per their email they will start process after 5 days of pick up date till date i.e, 16.10.2015, no refund and fabricating that material was picked from my place on 13.10.2015 which was false. I have provided the proof but they are not replying. I want the money into my bank account as i am facing for the 2nd time and i am not interested to purchase any item from MYNtra. I want compensation for calling bcak regularly also.

                      I order "Nike Men Blue Air Zoom Pegasus 32 Running Shoes" pertaining to the order number 93387603. but the order delivered to me is wrong shoe brand is same but different model.. when i request myntra to return or exchange this product they refused to return product. they say that i delivered right product.

Im sorry to say but the product that was displayed on the website was different than what it was delivered to me. The bag that i received looks cheap and is of a very bad quality. I feel duped and my money went down the drain. Please dont buy anything from this website especially if you are brand conscious.

                          I ordered a shoes of 6 size from the company when I got the shoes I found that left shoe was bent and was not comfortable at all. When I informed the same to the company they did not take any action. When the delivery boy came to my address for the shoe return he said that I can't accept it because it is used. Tell me one thing if I informed the defect in shoe within 2hr of delivery to the Myntra company why would I wear them I just checked the shoe comfort for 5 minutes. One more thing I ordered the shoes on urgent basis because my old shoes was torn properly. I had to go to the office just because of the Myntra defect I had to take unscheduled leave. Tell me who will bear the loss of my absent and my dissatisfaction JUST BECAUSE OF MYNTRA CPOMPANY.

                          They just sent a delivery guy to my address for pickup the defective shoes. Their delivery guy denied to pickup the parcel. After that I have mot got any call and message from their end.

                            I am an simple house wife, my name is Sudipa Karmakar, my regisetered phone no, is [protected], on 29/9/2015 a unknown phone call came from[protected] and told me that he call from Myntra.com so believe on him, then told me that the product which I have to return and refund will be done on few days. for that I have to give him my 16 digit debit card no.of State Bank of India, at first I refused to give. but reatedly he convinced me for that . then I gave him the no. because he told me he call from Myntra.com there is no fear. etc. then he ask me some OTP numbers which I received as SMS . I dont know what is OTP no.is. So I gave those no, also. And then I realised that I was cheated by someone. After that some sms come from my bank that Thank you for using the debit card etc. My Rs.22000 was gone from my account of SBI. to ATOM, PAY U, MOBIKWIK. Please do something for me . who cheated me, I am a layman.Plz help me . thanking you Sudipa Karmakar.

                                I have purchased two products from Myntra.com for RS 1478/- on 13-Sep'15 and I returned the product on the day I received the product i.e. 17-Sep'15. Return ID is 6618924 & 6618909. Today its 30-sep'15 and till now I haven't received the amount in my bank account. I have tried all three contacts of Myntra provided on the site including[protected] but the number is not valid. Please resolve the issue ASAP. I want my refund of RS 1478/- back in my bank account.

                                  Order no 900784 I have ordered the pair of sandle on 24 sep'15, I had processed the return request on the same day at night, next morning when courier boy came to me for pick the product then we had noticed price was not mentioned on the box or product. I had clicked the picture and shared at support @myntra.com and informed them price tag was not mentioned at the time of delivery but due to poor fitting I wanted to return this product. Next day I had received the call that due to price tag issue we are not able to refund the product, I had clearly informed them that was missing at the of delivery, but they are stucked on their statement and fource me to go with particular product. I had clarify that used shoes easily shows to every one, that's not used shoes only price tag was missing because I have not received the same at time of delivery also. Today again they (customer service person) said we need the barcode sticker, which unfortunately didnt had, So customer service people told me there is nothing can be done on this n hung up on me..which was very rude..a pathetic service u provide..Didnt expect this from myntra.. Now I am checking my status they have refund request defined due to the used product strange till today they dening to refund process due to the price tag issue now they have mentioned that used product I HAD BEEN LEGITIMATE CUSTOMER FOR LONG TIME AND FREQUENT SHOPPER TOO.. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE..THEY CHEAT U ..THE PRODUCT WHICH I GOT WAS NOT EVEN WORTH 1000 rs...THINK MILLION TIMES BEFORE U SHOP

                                    Hi, I was purchased the Product from Myntra Order ID : 91769602. The Quality of the Product and everything was too good which I expected. But just the thing is Fitting Issue as per the expectation. So on that basis I am decided to return the Product. Yesterday I had placed a return request and today Myntra's Return Department Executive Mr. Bhaskar Ravat ([protected]) come to collect the both Product in afternoon. He will also check products in front of me and verify that its as per the perfect condition and originality of the product as per the rules. But suddenly after 2 hours passed Mr. Bhaskar Ravat come to back and give me the product and told me that ( This product are not as per the rules ). even on front of him I talked with the Mr.Bhaskar that now what should I do? Than he told me that you have to talk to Customer Care Centre. and suddenly he left on front of me. On basis on that Issue I will talk with on Customer Call Centre executive ([protected]) (03:51 p.m) and he told me that don't worry about that you just send me the Snaps of the Product and send it to Support team. When I came back and captured a snap of the Jeans than I show that the both jeans are not which I given to the Mr.Bhaskar Ravat. Now after that I will try to call him on his Mobile number but he is not pick up my call. I am Shocked that what the things is happens with me. !! Please do the accelerate the issue. Now I am in critical stage that I had lost the original Jeans which I have already given to your Myntra's Pick Up person ( Mr. Bhaskar Ravat ) and I have another 2 different Company's Product which I not event Purchase or take any how. This is not a way where you are take this kind of step where you are not done my refund.! First of all this is my money and this kind of fraud is not allow any how. So its your duty to accelerate the issue or not but now I need my paid amount any how. Don't send repentantly this kind of message. I need concrete reasons and result for this Serious concern. If you cant help me in this matter than I need to talk with Grievances department Head of need to talk with your Department Head or CEO. Send me the contact number details of your are unable to talk. I have received the Fake Product from your Side, So its your duty to return my paid amount. Dont do to work like this kind of rigidity. You are tampering by me because I ware already paid the amount.! Because your fault why I am Suffer ..! If you cant do anything and always try to force to the customer that you are right rather than you made a very big and Hugh thief process cycle than return my Original Product from your Logistic department. Because you are not capable to resolve this issue by your thief Myntra's Policy. Remove from your Site that you are providing a 100% return policy because you are thief and doing bogus and fraud process in your company. Waiting your very serious matter's answer on high Priority basis.

                                      I ordered for 2 pairs of shoes and in both deliveries the sizes of shoes are incorrect
                                      One pair has been sent with two different sizes one foot is no.9 and the other foot is no.10 the other pair I ordered for was no. 10 shoes and the shoes sent to me were tagged with no. 9 and the actual shoe size is no.8.
                                      I want the exchange of both shoes with correct sizes ASAP.

                                        Pathetic approach by myntra they are selling wrost shoes of Hush puppies.
                                        They are claiming that product are sold and genuine.
                                        I bought a high price hush puppies shoes on may 2015 in within three months product became uncomfortanle to wear totally unwearable. I tried to reach bata indi also but they referrring that solution will be given by myntra only.
                                        I ve been using hush puppies for last five years but never seen such poor quality stuff. Its no more worth buying fromhush puppies and from myntra...
