This complaint is regarding return ID 11130251 and order number[protected]. its been more than 2 weeks and I see the return has not been initiated nor order being picked. I have been regularly following up getting in touch with Customer care for return with no help. I have registered a complaint too but no effect and my issue has not been addressed. This is annoying and giving me bad impression about Myntra after sales service and customer handling. I REQUEST SOME TO LOOK AT THIS ON PRIORITY AND PROCESS MY RETURN ASAP.

My order ID number[protected] was suppose to be delivered at 12th jan'16.but i have not received the courire as I tried calling the courire boy but he kept his fone switched off.

Ey, Is there anyone who will reply, please note the Incident:[protected], i have asked you guys 2 months ago please consider my order as i have not received yet, what you guys replied was awesome you guys told me that you were really sorry and you guys are escalating the case soon and now i doubt what the hell you guys are sorry for and may be you guys are escalating the case to home minister or finance minister or prime minister that's the reason may be you guys took 2 months for a single case, now let me escalate whether your seniors do the same or they are some responsible guys. hope they will understand the concern. thanks Priyanka

I ordered one kurti, they did not delivered my order saying address is incomplete.I know the address is correct.order I'd is[protected]

I ordered 3 things during the big myntra sale. I got 2 as a seperate shipment and 1 later as another shipment. My total cost was Rs 1082.98 including 99 rupees as shipment cost. I paid Rs 662 for the first shipment. So I had to pay remaining Rs 420. But the Next shipment costed Rs 519. Cost of the 3 items without any shipping cost are as follows - shipment 1(1. Dressberry black flats -249.50 . 2. Flying machine black skirt - 314.48) Shipment 2 - faballey black crop top -420 This totals to - 983.98 Shipment cost - 1082.98 - 983.98 = 99. But myntra expects me to pay 662+519 =1181. Is this how they loot their customers in the name of sales? This is extremely dissapointing. I never expected such service from a website like that. Apart from all of this the delivery guy cancelled my first order by mistake without even talking to me. But he still delivered the items to me. It shows as order cancelled but I got the shipment.Iam so frustrated with all this that I want to return the first shipment. Even if I want to return it I cant because it shows as cancelled. This is the worst online experience I've ever had. I returned the second shipment because I had to pay extra cost which is unfair. Look into this and make sure Myntra doesnt repeat this. I have proof for everything mentioned above.

Hello, I requested to return my T-shirt and I got massage from Myntra that Ekart guys will come for pick up the Tshirt, but they rescheduled the again and again, and also they not talking properly. I felt very bad, I love Myntra but, the service is very irritating me. I am returning this Tshirt because its very large, I can't wear it. ..thanks

Dated 03.01.2016 To Myntra Customer care Team Reg – Complaint against Return product “Roadster Grey Skinny Fit Jeans" (Order Number:[protected] worth Rs 977.04 With regret I have to make complaint that I bought above referred product and due to fitting problem I have initiated its return through Return ID: 10698497. Your company have major negative aspect of Return Policy as your company did not provided pickup facility, No Communication over telephone, No authentic Authority to contact etc. On 23.12.2015 I have to send the above products through Speed Post (Pic Enclosed) along with Order Number: 99170279 Return ID: 10858911, Order Number: 99170279Return ID: 10858900 and Order Number: 99104536Return ID: 10698598 to Vector E-Commerce Pvt Ltd. CTS NO-1386, Lower Ground Floor, Acropolis, Marol Church Road, Near Airport Metro, Andheri East, Anugondanahalli Hobli, Hoskote Taluk Mumbai - 400059 I confirm that the parcel packet was consisted of 4 Cloths including “Roadster Grey Skinny Fit Jeans" having Return IDs as mentioned above and total weight was 1646 grams. The Post office charged Rs171.00 as well. I was shocked to note that your company informed me approval of refund status of only 3 return products Return ID: 10858911, 10858900 and 10698598 and not Return ID: 10698497. Today I got message from your team that “According to the revert from the concerned team, "Roadster Grey Skinny Fit Jeans" has not been received at our warehouse.Hence your refund request for the same has been declined.” I totally condemn the decision of your company as I am not going to bear monetary loss of Rs977.04. (My Hard earned Money). I request you to enquire into the matter meticulously as I do believe that there is some error or fraud or theft like activities appeared in your warehouse. I have good faith on your company and as such on 02.01.2016 I purchased more products of more than Rs 4000.00. If I have to face such kind of behavior I would no longer be your customer anymore. I tried placing an order for the shoe and it took money from my card and now when I check it such shows me .there is order as such please take action immediately

I have return two product on 21 December 2015, of Rs. 2169, still i have not received my refund. I am fighting with these guises from last two week for my refund but I have never receive a positive response from myntra.

I had ordered three kurti's worth Rs. 2, 800/- from brand name Khushali (Order No.[protected]. The wrong products were delivered with original price tags. I initiated return request and was assigned return id nos. 10521378, 10521383, 10521389. the three of the products were reverse picked-up from me on 3rd December 2015 by their courier agent Delhivery. I had mentioned during the time of raising the return request that the wrong product was delivered. But they did not revert back. after a long wait I was been intimated that the return has not been accepted and the products will be re-shipped. I called them numerous times to clarify and present my stand. but my efforts were not been addressed positively. According to them if the products were wrong the would not have passed the quality check. They have re-shipped the product. i received the re-shipped product on 30th December 2015. Please help me in this matter.

During one of Myntra's sale, I had purchased and returned 2 clothing items of which refund if around 1300 was due frm Myntra. I had chosen the option of direct deposit into my bank account. However, even after a wait of more than 1 month and continuous follow up, I had not received my refund. Also, I visited my bank numerous times as the customer care people always said that the amount is transferred. They never had any another answer to...

I have purchased online product tracksuit and it is delivered on sunday[protected] and after that we have checked but it was not good conduction in this packet and I was request to return but customer care is not response to return my product . Reason:- Product not return by this site.

Hi...The sizing chart provided for most apparels on Myntra is incorrect. I purchased 2 products (sweater & jacket) from Myntra after referring to the sizing chart provided against each of the items. Both the times, the actual product delivered was of a significantly smaller size than what was mentioned on the app page. This resulted in me having to get the items exchanged twice all because of incorrect info. Myntra, please look into it as it is a bug nuisance and this has been a bad shopping experience on your app for me. Amoolya

I I had bought many of the apparels from myntra. I had got cash on delivery in the pincode 673004, but now they are telling me there is no delivery here. Please, I want the solution fast......

I bought a Gas Shoes(Order No.[protected] from Mynta which looked in used condition (Images attached). When I escalated, their highest level of escalation says that we perform thorough quality checks and because the product is used we cannot return it back. When I counter questioned, how they are identifying it being a used one, they are just referring that they checked CCTV footage and logistic records. I asked them to share the images which they took while performing a quality check, for which they have the old response..."Its for out Internal Purpose". This is insane for a company which is purely an eCommerce portal and consumer is buying on trust after looking at the images. In such cases, companies come forward to help customers and become more transparent with them which is totally missing from this eCommerce retailer. I'm sure they don't have anything which can conclusively proof that they have shipped the new Product. I only demanded to share those images which they took while performing quality check, but seems they don't take that route. Really frustrating, but I'm not letting them go like this. I had placed this order a couple of days ago. When I received this black Marks & Spensors sweater the pack was torn from the above. Since I was in the office and in the middle of something extremely urgent, I accepted the packet, also because it was a prepaid order. Once I reached home and opened, I was shocked to see that the packet was tempered with and there was a small cut on the top right corner. Immediately I notified these people through email and next day a guy came with an exchange but he never exchanged anything, instead he told me to send pictures of the sweater. i was baffled. i clicked a few pictures but to no avail. Again I was told to click a few more pictures which I did. Now, for the past few days, these guys have stopped responding to my emails ALL-TOGETHER. This is the height of poor customer service. I used to be a very very loyal customer but this incident has harassed me.

Hi, I had ordered provogue formal shoe black worth 1265/- order no.[protected]. And now its not fitting me proper.. so I placed a return order but when the dilevery boy came for a pick up he tells me that the barcode is not matching... So he cannot take the shoes.. He told me to mail the customer care and inform about it.This is really ridiculous how can a barcode be different.. or I guess its a mistake from myntra.. sending the right product with wrong barcode. This is really humiliating, I have been dealing with myntra for more than 2 years and this is what I get in return.. I have also mailed them about this but they haven't reverted back.
