I've mailed u so many times but your Myntra customer care are not replying me back. It is very poor response from yours. I haven't got my gift voucher till yet and it was told that you wipp be getting your gift voucher after one week and one week has already has Been completed still I haven't got my voucher . plz reply me back as soon as possible.

Myntra is the worst online portal available for shplopping in india...they are cheating and harrasing customers..i have ordered a reebok jacket worth rs 300 via myntra and when i got it the product quality was very bad.. it seemed they have sent me a duplicate product so i decided to return it back and when i called them..they gave a a return id 10214529 and wanted me to go to a dtdc courier facility and send it to kolkata ware house of which they provided the address..i sent it as instructed but after 15 days of no response from myntra when i enquired by myself they told me they have sm personal issues with dtdc in kolkata so we have refused the product so its getting back to you so you again to the courier dacility and this time you send it to banglore ware house ...bro i again went to dtdc driving fr 1 hour stuck 8n traffic spending rs 200 ka petrol and sent it to bengalore warehouse..and its been 1 month now they are refusing to pay me any courier charges and i am done calling them...I LL JUST MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY SHOULD BY POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS FROM THESE CHEATERS LIKE MYNTRA AND GET HARRASED..AND ALL OF THEM SHOULD POST BAD REVIEWS AGAINST MYNTRA ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA GOOGLE PLAY STORE ETC Lets see if one man can make a difference in a country like india...against fruadsters like myntra Name-Dr sonu kashyap [protected]@hotmail.com Phone-[protected]

Placed order in Oct2015. In Nov i spoke to them, they informed me that order got cancelled automatically without informing &promised refund of Rs.1394 & Rs.5346. They sent email on 17.11.15 saying refund wil come in 7-10 days.On 2 Dec I mailed them tht refund has not come.I called them&mailed bank a/c statement as proof.Yet they r not giving refund.

My order no.97361875.i had ordered a kurthis by menka of rs 849 on nov 20, friday, 2015..i didint received my item till decmber 15, 2015. But it has shown that item delivered on decmbr 9. But i didnt get my item. I had made payment through online. So urgently send my item or refund my cash to my account.

Hello Sir. I ordered for Reebok shoes Approx Rs.3229.15 and i got different company cheap product. I was already escalated many time but still waiting for resolution. Every time they denied to give resolution and informed that we was shipped a proper product as per the hub update. I had returned one order placed with myntra. However there is no pick up arrangement. I have called customer care almost 5 times to know why the order is not picked up. I have brought one pair of shoes online from myntra.com in Rs.928.. ...and I don't like the fitting so I returned it...then I brought a cap of rupees 353 approx.. according to myntra return policy... They do are not returning my remaining cashback... They harassing me a lot.till date . I have called them many time...they justbsaid ..it takes 3, 4 working days...but it goes so long... Sir I had bought hrx sweater from myntra and I created return policy and myntra pickup boy Mr.Rohit Kumar picked it. After sometime company inform me that is product is changed and back to me but when I open it is different product. Too old and bad

HI, I have returned a product of ID 10137685 and the cost of the product is 599/- and I returned the product on NOV 25th 2015. But till now the money is not credited to my account. I have ordered one dressberry red jacket from myntra...delivery time mentioned in the product deliver time and information is 3 days. When i made the payment of 1399 on 30th of november ... Then i have rcvd one email that product will be delivered by 5th december almost after 5 days ... I have ordered for some one else not for me i m in delhi and the address i have mention to my frnd in chennai. He left chennai on 4th of december.. i called up myntra to cancel my order but the executive said we cannot take ur cancellation request for the same as iten has already dispatched. I bought Fastrack aviator sunglasss from myntra app. It was delivered timely, but was in extremely small size. So, I proceeded the return and the guy come to me and denied to take the product back since the rate of the product doesn't match with the invoice. I tried to make him believe that it is the only product which I received from myntra. But he talked rudely and fled away. I, then contacted to support team and a pre written mail I received that I will be contacted soon. But it has been 5 days today. No one from myntra called. I assure you guys, this site is a typical Indian shop like which care until you buy. Doesn't care at all if want to return or exchange your product. Worst myntra.

I heaven't received my item .then I tried tracking order it also showing item delivered.I made payment online also.Then I tried to call myntra customer care many times. they are telling we will check it and inform you, then no further reply coming .The order shipped threw IP.Item delivered is of fake news. I want that product as soon as possible, I need refund

Reference: Order No. 95494465 I had placed an order through myntra app for 4 sarees but due to bad material i had refunded all the sarees. While placing the order i had made a payment of Rs. 8, 367 but the amount refunded on cancellation was Rs. 8, 366.73. I mailed them several times and even shared a screenshot with them showing that Rs. 8, 367 had been paid but they are not willing to refund the balance amount. They had rounded of the amount to nearest rupee at the time of making payment and have now retained the amount with them. I have even shared another screenshot which shows that there are calculation mistakes made by the app.

I have provided a return slip with signature of the courier man who took the parcel from m and it has been a month they are giving lame excuses of not getting the product as at my end i have even provided them the proof of pickup reciept..disgusting customer care just delaying my complaint instead of resolving it

The customer care number they have provided is of no use. I wanted to change my address of delivery. I gave them a complaint about it just after placing order. They said they will contact us within 24 hours but instead they already shipped it. And now when i call them no one picks. I have already paid online. Now if i get a defected product, mark my words, i will close this whole myntra website. You will be in trouble. There have been so many complaints already about myntra. So closing this whole business won't take much time.

I called myntra multiple times for return of my product. There was no pick up of order for almost more than a month. Please guys take care next time you order from myntra.

Customer service is too poor. They just tell you that it will be picked up in 72 hours just that. Zero customer service.

I have still not got refund. Item has also not been picked up yet.

Hi I return the clothes on 6 Nov and 15 November 2015 after that I get a massage from myntra that they refund my money, with customer care also I checked that it must be return in my bank account but still after 10 working days this amount doesn't reflect in my account.

Hi,

Why I am not getting my refund money, when I returned the product when handed over was in the same condition as I had received it.and courier boy checked and confirmed. This is not my fault if it goes missing after that by courier boy. Therefore, I want my refund money.

I had placed an order but later on i refund the order and got amount in my myntra account and i requested them to transfer my money into my bank account and they promise to trasfer money on 1st of oct 2015, till now it didn't credited in my account . and they are still wait for some months. my id is [protected]@gmail.com, hoping for a quick action from your side
