My Experience or Feedback with Myntra Some of my frnds and family member suggested me to try Myntra online app for the shopping experience, so I tried it 1st time and the order which i place was approved and after a day so it was cancelled. they gave me a unbelievable excuse that the product was not upto the mark and to cover up there mistake they gave me a discounted coupon. 1. we are buying there products bcoz they are offering it in a discounted price not with the discounted coupon in exchange of compensation. 2. All those people who are paying for the service in advance before there product reaches us and after that we dont get what we need its really frustrating 3. Myntra App is bug and when ever you will try to place an order it will show you 3 or 4 are left as soon as you confirm your order, it will show your order was cancelled or out of stock 4. we are surfing for hours to get the perfect match and top of that your get cancelled and no apologies and worst part is that they think we are not aware about of shopping and there apologies will cover up. 5. I placed another order for shoes and that order was delivered to me after 9 days and I live only 50 kms away from the dispatched area.They printed the wrong phone number and I have only provided them one. 6. once again i collected my confidence ordered one more pair of shoe and i was wrong. They proved themselves correct that they are no more reliable and trustworthy. my order was dispatched and for next 10 days their was no update where the product was and when I contacted them through an email and after that they came to know that the shipment is lost. Can you believe again the same story apologies, discounted coupons and case was escalated to there escalation team and they were not able to reach me over the call and did not tried to contact me again and received an email stating your money is refunded back to your myntra online account. Once again i drafted a mail that i need someone from the escalation team talk to me And after 24 hours later a lady call me and again repeats the same tune we are sorry for the inconvenience blah..blah ..blah. she promised me that you will get your same order with the same discounted price and i will try to deliver the product ASAP. Now comes the dates and facts last order was placed on 18 july and the dilevery date was 29 july. now its more than a month 23rd August. no actions I want to add little more to this issue. we all customers are not dealing with online order and shopping 1st time we are doing it since 4-5 years. I gained trust with Flipkart, Jabong, Amazon etc. they never disappointed me . I NEVER faced any issue with the product or with the service. Myntra is earning money when we all are surfing for the product and you still dont buy anything and they refund our money to there cashback account app which is again there own bank account under which you see your cashback money is refunded. you will have refund your money back to your own bank account, then it is refunded. they are earning from us and showing us they care. "I LOST MY TRUST, MONEY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY VALUABLE TIME" I request each one of you please comment and what should I do and what can be the possible actions. I will still add all updates

    I ordered a ucb shirt from myntra for my placements on 31 august which i got on 1st august. due to fit issue i returned the product so that i can get it exchanged with the product one size bigger. the product was picked up on 7th that too with much hassels and very irresponsible behaviour of the delivery personnel i was expected to get my money back within one week of pickup which unfortunately never happened and till now i am in a negotiation with myntra as to when i will get my product money back.

      I have bought artificial jewelry from site .MRP was Rs.3806 and discounted Price Rs.850 .As soon as I received product, I realized that product is not upto mark and not value to money .Immediately I placed return request as it is mentioned in invoice you can return product with 30 days . Myntra has rejected request and mentioning that Jewelry is not a returnable product .I argued that it is not mentioned in product and when I bought It was not mentioned an y where .Moreover on your invoice it is showing 30 days return with no other condition. Myntra replied that in our FAQ it is mentioned that Jewelry is not a returnable product . I argued that it should be mentioned on product while buying, no one will first go and read FAQ before buying any product .It is clearly misleading buyer and giving wrong info to sell the product . Myntra denied all claims and saying we are not mentioning it on product but it is general return condition which we are showing in FAQ only . So guys don't get trap in Myntra like company who are not transparent to customer or buyer and become problematic while buyer try to return product . Shame on you Myntra.com .I got cheated and trapped .Try to avoid such companies who cheating buyer to just increase sell. Disgusting !!

          I ordered a shoe from MYNTRA. due to mismatch of size i ordered a replacement, but due to my hectic travelling schedule the box in which shoe was kept has been misplaced. the company says they will not return the shoe without box. but the box was not the original adidas box (it was simply written myntra over the box), this means the company can produce as many boxes it can. and also there is a probability that a fake product is supplied by the company as the size 8 fits me perfectly of adidas brand, how can this shoe does not fit me? also the company is not providing the original box. the company should change my product or refund my money back. and i am not gonna shop online further because of vague company`s policy.

            Myntra is selling single hand glove(only for one hand ) just to make the price look cheaper. I have recieved only one right handed glove and then through customer care i got to know that myntra is seperately selling right hand and left hand glove in order to make sure that if one has purchased a right handed glove then by default one have to order a left hand glove. Who knows tommorrow myntra will start selling a pair of shoe or socks seperately which means we have to puchase a left foot shoe and then a right foot shoe seperately if both are available. This is the most childish flop ideawhich had been thought by an unknown genieus in myntra.

              My order no. is 90024130. I had ordered MANGO Maroon & Black Printed Hirt Garnet Top n recd altogether some different product of same brand. N when I sent the pics of order recd. Myntra started harassing me by asking bar code. While I had already sent the pics. They r not able to provide the product as I believe that the product is out of stock n still was on display. They r not able to honor the delivery n seeking excuses n started harassing me. My money is with them. I ordered one more product sisley navy cropper trousers n requested for exchange of color. Now they say they don't have policy. Whereas in their online exchange service..it's mentioned that 'did not like the color'.it's has happened many a times in the past that they deliver the wrong product. It's high time n seek ur intervention. Thanks & regards

                I purchased roadstar shoes and it was delivered on July 2nd, 2015 . I don't use it for few days. After wore it for 5-6 times, I found that cloth material teared and out of sole. This shows a very poor quality of your product. I tried many times to registered a complaint against your product and services, but unable to find out your email address or complaint register site. I am deeply disappointed with your product and services. Also I don't want a new pair of shoes, I just only want that your representative comes to my place and take this poor quality material shoes, I don't want to use this kind of poor quality shoes .                   Details of orders I have given on 2nd august 2015 in my order list is not being able to see. It has not been delivered yet to 781301. It has not been cancelled nor return too. It was a shoe from puma and a t shirts at a total cost of Rs.1048. Not even a message is given to track the delivery Details. Order given was Puma shoe (55% off) + Tshirt with all total Rs.1048

                      My Return ID: 6166489 I am buy two times brand jeans with Myntra.com but both time product not original one I buy killer and another john players. Both time colour is fade if the product is original then colour is fade. When i want my money back in my Account they refund me only 738 but buy time I am pay 939 Rs, why return me 738 amount. Please guys don't shop with Myntra.

                        I bought few products from myntra. I Wanted to return 2 of them because of some size issues.He called me saying that he has to pick up the return order and when I reached there saying that I want some time as I have to get them from luggage room of my office. He refused to wait and said I will not wait and left. If myntra cannot keep going service providers, then there is no use to run such big companies with such efforts.

                          My order no 88067078 Dtd 21.07.2015, I have booked shoes and it was suppose to be delivered by 30th July 2015, but still I have not received the product . I am doing regular follow up with Myntra but no one is able to answer exactly when i will receive my product, every time i am getting different answer. In the reply of my first mail dtd 31st July 2015 they said it will be delivered within 2 working days, then in second mail dtd 8th Aug 2015 they said will be delivered by 8th Aug 2015 and in your last mail dtd 8th Aug 2015 they said will be delivered by 13th Aug 2015 that is also no confirmed

                              Packaging of gift wrap

                              OK.. I had made an order from Myntra and it was a gift wrap being sent to my friend. Inspite of my confirming again and again to customer care that its a gift wrap. An tax invoice was sent. Were as customer executive confirmed that no invoive is sent. Very bad expreience. There were two packages. I again called them after first gift was received that pls make sure that invoice is not there on second gift. But it was still there....

                              During their big sale time I was trying to make purchases the transactions couldn't get through and order was declined while they charged my card for the amounts. After receiving my statement i was surprised to see those charges and called up my bank they confirmed that the merchant has claimed the amount so I have been charged, they provided me the transaction details as well. Post this I call up myntra customer service and they were not able to establish that any order was placed for these amounts and out rightly wrote on a mail that they have not recvd any such amount. Then after these 10 days of ping pong with myntra I write back to my bank and then they provide me documentary proof that myntra has claimed the amount. Am surprised how much fraud is this website committing and charging people without delivering anything. I want to take this up legally now for the amount of harassment they have caused me.

                                This is in reference to the product I ordered in around 20th July 2015 ( Cobblerz Women Brown Pumps, size - UK6, Order ID: 87700372 Shipment ID:[protected]. After I received the product, I found it to be a size bigger after trial, during the trial I noticed there were some faded white marks on the sole of the shoe, I ignored and tried to see if it fits, which later caused very thin, hairline like scratches underneath. later, when I ordered for an exchange with the same product, just a size smaller than that (UK5), Your delivery boy (Raj Kumar) refused to take back the older product due to those faded white marks, which was hardly that visible. I spoke to one of the customer care executive she guided me to send an e-mail, including the picture of the product, now that e-mail address is not valid, so I am enclosing the pictures with this mail, judge it for yourself and kindly process my order for (UK5 -Cobblerz Women Brown Pumps ) as soon as possible. The Exchange Order ID is 26224890.

                                  The product which I bought, after trying it out at home, was found to be one size smaller than the size which I actually wear. Mailed Myntra.com to exchange the product with the one size larger than the one bought. They refused to exchange/refund it quoting that my pin code does not fall in their area of refund/exchange. Yet they can deliver their products to my pin code, but cannot send the same delivery men to take the product for refund/exchange. This type of customer service is provided by Myntra.com???

                                    I ordered a product from myntra. Which was delivered to me but i didnt like the quality of the product so i request to return it on the same day. The pickup man came after 3days and he denied to take the product back with the reason price tag was not available. I tried convincing him but he just left. Then i contracted myntra helpline and provide them with the photos of the product and even with the bag in which it was delivered with all details. Now they are not processing my return.
