But when I get the product the package was containing garbage instead of the product. Please take action as soon as possible. EITHER THEY GIVE ME THE PRODUCT OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK....

Hi, I bought a dress and it was not in size which was mentioned. I asked for exchange and they promised that they will exchange the same by 20th Feb 2015..Its 19th Feb now and no update...details showing in progress...when i called their customer care they said we don't have product with us...when i tried to made a refund request its also not working...
