I have return two product on 21 December 2015, of Rs. 2169, still i have not received my refund. I am fighting with these guises from last two week for my refund but I have never receive a positive response from myntra.

    I had ordered three kurti's worth Rs. 2, 800/- from brand name Khushali (Order No.[protected]. The wrong products were delivered with original price tags. I initiated return request and was assigned return id nos. 10521378, 10521383, 10521389. the three of the products were reverse picked-up from me on 3rd December 2015 by their courier agent Delhivery. I had mentioned during the time of raising the return request that the wrong product was delivered. But they did not revert back. after a long wait I was been intimated that the return has not been accepted and the products will be re-shipped. I called them numerous times to clarify and present my stand. but my efforts were not been addressed positively. According to them if the products were wrong the would not have passed the quality check. They have re-shipped the product. i received the re-shipped product on 30th December 2015. Please help me in this matter.

      During one of Myntra's sale, I had purchased and returned 2 clothing items of which refund if around 1300 was due frm Myntra. I had chosen the option of direct deposit into my bank account. However, even after a wait of more than 1 month and continuous follow up, I had not received my refund. Also, I visited my bank numerous times as the customer care people always said that the amount is transferred. They never had any another answer to my issue. Later after spending hours at the bank, I realised that the amount was credited to a wrong bank account with just two numbers interchanged. Having known the problem, I immediately contacted Myntra and informed them about the problem as well as a solution to this. How they credited to a wrong account is another issue as they say that I quoted the wrong bank account number. Even if this is accepted, is it not that the bank always checks the beneficiary name and account number before making online transactions? To continue with the main issue, I informed them about the problem and the solution too. The payer bank ie the Myntra's Bank has to submit a mandate to the payee bank that is my bank and then the transaction can be corrected. Having done this, there was no reply from Myntra's side for almost a month. After rigorous follow up the only reply I got was - our job is done. Pls contact your bank. I again and again kept repeating in my communications that I cannot take any step further unless a mandate by your bank is sent. But everything is just turned to deaf ears. I am just hoping that they do the necessary steps fast or the final option would be approach a consumer court.

      Please provide updates . Same case with me, I knew i kept wrong account number and withing a minute i called customer care they suggested me same logic that wrong account number + name + IFSC code its not possible to transfer money . I asked him that i will cancel refund and again initiate refund with correct account number . He assured me not to cancel refund. Now they are saying that it is sent to wrong account !! and cannot do anything.
      This is miscommunication and false behaviour .
      Myntra has done the same with me. When I realised that they credited money into the wrong account, I notified them and they asked me to send them the correct account details which i did and still no response. After a week, they said they have made the refund once and it was all my fault that I entered the wrong account details. I have been shopping from myntra for last 6 years and I am saddened with the customer care that they provide. They dint take any responsibility to resolve the issue. Unacceptable. It needs to be taken to the consumer court now.
      Same happened with they interchanged last digit of my account number and credited refund in wrong account. And after that no response.
      I have returned the product the Myntra gave me the update that the refund is initiated but till now I didn't get any refund amount so please once check it and solve as soon as possible

      I received a wrong product after which I complained and it was returned. But now Myntra says that the refund failed as my bank account details were incorrect. I checked it several times but the details are correct. I've also received my previous refunds in the same account.

        I have purchased online product tracksuit and it is delivered on sunday[protected] and after that we have checked but it was not good conduction in this packet and I was request to return but customer care is not response to return my product . Reason:- Product not return by this site.

          Hi...The sizing chart provided for most apparels on Myntra is incorrect. I purchased 2 products (sweater & jacket) from Myntra after referring to the sizing chart provided against each of the items. Both the times, the actual product delivered was of a significantly smaller size than what was mentioned on the app page. This resulted in me having to get the items exchanged twice all because of incorrect info. Myntra, please look into it as it is a bug nuisance and this has been a bad shopping experience on your app for me. Amoolya

              I bought a Gas Shoes(Order No.[protected] from Mynta which looked in used condition (Images attached). When I escalated, their highest level of escalation says that we perform thorough quality checks and because the product is used we cannot return it back. When I counter questioned, how they are identifying it being a used one, they are just referring that they checked CCTV footage and logistic records. I asked them to share the images which they took while performing a quality check, for which they have the old response..."Its for out Internal Purpose". This is insane for a company which is purely an eCommerce portal and consumer is buying on trust after looking at the images. In such cases, companies come forward to help customers and become more transparent with them which is totally missing from this eCommerce retailer. I'm sure they don't have anything which can conclusively proof that they have shipped the new Product. I only demanded to share those images which they took while performing quality check, but seems they don't take that route. Really frustrating, but I'm not letting them go like this. This is not about the money for me, its about justice against such fraudulent eCommerce Retailers. Regards, Abhishek

                I had placed this order a couple of days ago. When I received this black Marks & Spensors sweater the pack was torn from the above. Since I was in the office and in the middle of something extremely urgent, I accepted the packet, also because it was a prepaid order. Once I reached home and opened, I was shocked to see that the packet was tempered with and there was a small cut on the top right corner. Immediately I notified these people through email and next day a guy came with an exchange but he never exchanged anything, instead he told me to send pictures of the sweater. i was baffled. i clicked a few pictures but to no avail. Again I was told to click a few more pictures which I did. Now, for the past few days, these guys have stopped responding to my emails ALL-TOGETHER. This is the height of poor customer service. I used to be a very very loyal customer but this incident has harassed me.

                  Hi, I had ordered provogue formal shoe black worth 1265/- order no.[protected]. And now its not fitting me proper.. so I placed a return order but when the dilevery boy came for a pick up he tells me that the barcode is not matching... So he cannot take the shoes.. He told me to mail the customer care and inform about it.This is really ridiculous how can a barcode be different.. or I guess its a mistake from myntra.. sending the right product with wrong barcode. This is really humiliating, I have been dealing with myntra for more than 2 years and this is what I get in return.. I have also mailed them about this but they haven't reverted back.

                      Hi, This is to bring to your kind notice that my return request has been declined by MYNTRA for the order no. 97626376 which was placed on November 25th, 2015 for the product "Women White Puma T-Shirt, Size XS/Qty:1". The reason behind the decline was "USED PRODUCT RETURNED" which of-course did not match their return policy. First of all this is highly disrespectful to give such an irrelevant reason to reject my refund by them. The question is why anyone will waste their time and brain for a product worth only Rs800. Time is way too valuable for doing so. Anyways. In regard of the stated reason given from their concerned department, i would like to mention the following points in my defence- 1 The product was return the next day of delivery. Return Id for the same is 10404152. -Return request from the app was given as soon as the item was received. Kindly check your servers for the same. The concerned person from the courier came the next day and the product was handed over to the guy. 2 All the price tag and other tags was well attached with the product during the time of return. Please refer image 3 and 4 for your ready reference. -Impractical to use to product with the tags attached and when the given product is of incorrect size. No point o[censored]sing the product and then returning it. The actual reason behind the return was as follows: 1 Fit Issue: The ordered size was XS and the delivered product seemed to be of an XL size. Please refer image 1 and image 2 as enclosed wherein the measuring tape clearly indicate that the size of the product was way too large than ordered. 2Quality Issue: The quality of the T-Shirt was shockingly poor. Material of the product should have been 60%cotton, 40%modal and 100%polyester but to my shock the apparel was not of polyester. Please refer image 5 wherein you can see that the bedshirt is clearly visible from the top of the T-Shirt. 3Unhappy with the product: Overall i was totally unhappy with the product. I have complained through their support e-mail and asked for the pick-up of the product and arrange the refund but no response have been received from them so far. Please help me with this.                         I had opted for cash on delivery for order no 99721474 delivered on 14th Dec'15 by Myntra. Delivery boy carried swipe machine and I had to swipe the card twice since the transaction had failed the first time, but my money got deducted. Second time it was successful which means I was charged double. And was informed by delivery boy that the deducted money shall be reversed in 48 hours maximum. It's been 10 days now no reversal is proceeded. I called the Customer Care atleast 10 times in past week but they are harassing me my making me repeat the complaint again and again. I end up narrating the same story to 15 different people including the supervisors, seniors. They asked me to send a statement of my bank transactions from 14th till date. I have sent them the Statement 5 times in last 3 days but they are just not ready to accept that the Statement is enclosed in mails. I forwarded the same mail to a friend for cross-check, he is clearly able to see and open the attached Statement but these Myntra people are refusing the receipt of Statement. I sent a normal attachment like one does in a mail, I tired sending through google drive, they said we cant open it, I again pasted the jpg in the body of the mail but I dont see any luck. They are suppose to return 2896 INR. They have blocked by money form past 10 days and are not going to even pay interest on the block money on the contrary are harassing me by asking me to email same thing 5 times till now. They neither are putting me through a manager nor are they giving direct mail id of particular concerned senior. They are just fooling me and nothing else. I need some assistance form your side in the matter Following is the list of people who have reverted from Myntra but merely for harassing apart from the customer care executives...                           One of the products I had purchased from myntra.com was re turned by me because od its cheap quality but my return was rejected on the basis of a missing price tag and a bar code which I didnt receive at all.                                 I placed an order on the 15th of December 2015, ORDER NO.[protected] Invoice No. VEC_INV_[protected] Invoice Date: 18th December 2015 SHIPMENT No.[protected] Which was shipped To : EST-KOL/PRK[protected] This order two printed Kurtas, Total value of Rs. 707.00 inclusive of Vat, and Shipping . First of all I placed the order using a SBI Credit card (XXXX 6071) to Myntra Design Pvt. Ltd. on 14th Dec. 2015, The transaction was confirmed by my bank the the Transaction was complete and my account was debited. on the 18th the MYNTRA delivery came to my home and asked me to Pay the amount of Rs.707.00 again as the consignment was CASH ON DELIVERY. The man said the previous amount would be refunded to my account. Kindly clarify the status of this transaction as there has been two payments received by MYNTRA for one delivery.                                   I've mailed u so many times but your Myntra customer care are not replying me back. It is very poor response from yours. I haven't got my gift voucher till yet and it was told that you wipp be getting your gift voucher after one week and one week has already has Been completed still I haven't got my voucher . plz reply me back as soon as possible.

                                    Myntra is the worst online portal available for shplopping in india...they are cheating and harrasing customers..i have ordered a reebok jacket worth rs 300 via myntra and when i got it the product quality was very bad.. it seemed they have sent me a duplicate product so i decided to return it back and when i called them..they gave a a return id 10214529 and wanted me to go to a dtdc courier facility and send it to kolkata ware house of which they provided the address..i sent it as instructed but after 15 days of no response from myntra when i enquired by myself they told me they have sm personal issues with dtdc in kolkata so we have refused the product so its getting back to you so you again to the courier dacility and this time you send it to banglore ware house ...bro i again went to dtdc driving fr 1 hour stuck 8n traffic spending rs 200 ka petrol and sent it to bengalore warehouse..and its been 1 month now they are refusing to pay me any courier charges and i am done calling them...I LL JUST MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY SHOULD BY POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS FROM THESE CHEATERS LIKE MYNTRA AND GET HARRASED..AND ALL OF THEM SHOULD POST BAD REVIEWS AGAINST MYNTRA ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA GOOGLE PLAY STORE ETC Lets see if one man can make a difference in a country like india...against fruadsters like myntra Name-Dr sonu kashyap [protected]@hotmail.com Phone-[protected]

                                      Placed order in Oct2015. In Nov i spoke to them, they informed me that order got cancelled automatically without informing &promised refund of Rs.1394 & Rs.5346. They sent email on 17.11.15 saying refund wil come in 7-10 days.On 2 Dec I mailed them tht refund has not come.I called them&mailed bank a/c statement as proof.Yet they r not giving refund.
