Reference: Order No. 95494465 I had placed an order through myntra app for 4 sarees but due to bad material i had refunded all the sarees. While placing the order i had made a payment of Rs. 8, 367 but the amount refunded on cancellation was Rs. 8, 366.73. I mailed them several times and even shared a screenshot with them showing that Rs. 8, 367 had been paid but they are not willing to refund the balance amount. They had rounded of the amount to nearest rupee at the time of making payment and have now retained the amount with them. I have even shared another screenshot which shows that there are calculation mistakes made by the app.

I have provided a return slip with signature of the courier man who took the parcel from m and it has been a month they are giving lame excuses of not getting the product as at my end i have even provided them the proof of pickup reciept..disgusting customer care just delaying my complaint instead of resolving it

The customer care number they have provided is of no use. I wanted to change my address of delivery. I gave them a complaint about it just after placing order. They said they will contact us within 24 hours but instead they already shipped it. And now when i call them no one picks. I have already paid online. Now if i get a defected product, mark my words, i will close this whole myntra website. You will be in trouble. There have been so many complaints already about myntra. So closing this whole business won't take much time.

I called myntra multiple times for return of my product. There was no pick up of order for almost more than a month. Please guys take care next time you order from myntra.

Customer service is too poor. They just tell you that it will be picked up in 72 hours just that. Zero customer service.

I have still not got refund. Item has also not been picked up yet.

Hi I return the clothes on 6 Nov and 15 November 2015 after that I get a massage from myntra that they refund my money, with customer care also I checked that it must be return in my bank account but still after 10 working days this amount doesn't reflect in my account.

Hi,

Why I am not getting my refund money, when I returned the product when handed over was in the same condition as I had received it.and courier boy checked and confirmed. This is not my fault if it goes missing after that by courier boy. Therefore, I want my refund money.

I had placed an order but later on i refund the order and got amount in my myntra account and i requested them to transfer my money into my bank account and they promise to trasfer money on 1st of oct 2015, till now it didn't credited in my account . and they are still wait for some months. my id is [protected]@gmail.com, hoping for a quick action from your side

I ordered 1 shoes from myntra and I got size problem so I returned it back and they said me that your cash will be added to your myntra account and still I dint get any cash in myntra if your company is so cheap then go and sit in the road like poor people... don't make people fool to shop in your app

Im unable to book any product from the myntra app. though i give my login and password im unable to login. Jus get a msg everytime saying oops! thers's a problem pls try again later. I was asked to take a screenshot of the page and send but dont know where to attach it. Getting fedup coz I love myntra products and have purchased earlier but unable to do now. Not even possible to add products to cart or use buy now option. Was asked to clear cookies & cache and re-install the app but everything has proved futile. Pls check on this & sort out the issue at the earliest.

We at MYNTRA expect and desire some serious quality norms and GENUINE ORIGINAL reliable products to be offered..! But my most recent experience proved to be a disaster..! I had purchased a FCUK tshirt, BLOOD RED in colour from your online subsidiary MYNTRA.com, barely 9 MONTHS AGO...! Order no:73577076 Hardly put on 5 times, i thought of DRY CLEANING it, as a part of my routine which i follow with my entire wardrobe! And i was flummoxed...

I have returned 2 of the items under Order No: 94980756. Myntra updates say that refunds have been successfully processed at their end on Oct 15 and Oct 17 but now after more than 10 business days the refund is not credited into my bank a/c. Every time I follow up on this, I get the reply that they have processed the refunds. I have shared my bank statement screenshot too twice to validate that I have not yet received the refunds. This really disappoints me as I have been a proactive customer at myntra. Request you to kindly look into this as such carelessness would lead to nothing but losing out your customers and the word of mouth leads to a major further customer loss.

I had ordered product 'Florence White & Purple Cotton Unstitched Dress Material' .On receiving, i found that the i did not like the product, so i wanted to return it.But i found that the price tag was not attached to the suit.INSTEAD IT WAS BROKEN AND WAS FOUND LOOSE IN THE PACKET.
The very same day i called their customer care, i was told to send the images to [protected]@myntra.com which i did.

Later they came with reply saying that the product came to me after their Quality check, (basically denying the broken price tag thing).They said they cannot return the product.

Actually the watch contains 3strips which one indicates hours and other one indicates minutes and the last strip indicates seconds. After 2weeks of purchase the strip which denotes seconds have been detached and rolling inside the watch it self..

I ordered a product and recieved itin frst week of october. Product fitting issues was ther so i returned the product and raise the request to refund the money. Their staff came to my residence picked up the product on 14th October. Again i called up support centre to check about my refund but instead o[censored]pdating me on that they again send me a product refund message. And a person came again.. when i call them again their representative assured me that henceforth there won't be any trouble but again today on 3rd november i received a message of product return and that the person will come to pick product on 15th nov. What the hell is this!! What will he come and pick up when the Product has been alteady returned to Myntra. This action has been very disturbing and mentally harassening not only me but my family too gets disturbed. This was the first time i bought online and probably the last time. A very very poor and disgusting experience. Thank you Myntra for giving me such pathetic experience.

Hello, The product that I received was shorter is size and so I raised return request with Myntra on 21st October, 2015. The product that I received had bar codes attached only on the outer covering and not on the product or product box. But they are continuously asking for the bar code attached on the product box or product cover. I sent them multiple images stating that there is no bar code sticker with "9261" which they are asking for. I also sent them images of all the covers, box and packaging. But they are consistent that product must have bar code sticker and its not their mistake. Now they have declined the return. I had created a return request for 2 Kurtis on 10th Oct. Myntra sent a courier boy through Delhivery logistics. That person collected 2 items and issued a receipt. He asked me to hand over both the items to him. He collected it on 16th Oct. I am following up with Myntra since then but I dont have any update on this. Everytime I call their customer care, they tell me that they are working on it and ask me to wait for 3 business days. Its been more than 25 days, but still I have not got my refund. I already wasted Rs100 in calling their customer care and following up with them.

I have ordered carlton london loafers size 7 with order no. 95633970 dated Oct 20, 2015 for Rs.4295/-. But I have received size 8 instead of size 7 and original carlton london box was missing I have received the product in Myntra box and received a letter from myntra stating that the box was damaged in transit . Myntra is playing with the customers money by delivering wrong and fake products. I have raised exchange request, on 01/11/2015 it was accepted but when I request the same to be cancelled and demanded for return, they declined the same without stating any valid reason. I had ordered a pair of heels from myntra on 17 october'15 They delivered the product in the myntra's polybag but without any shoebox inside When i asked for the exchange they denied to exchange the product giving me a reason that they can't exchange the product because it is without any shoebox. They've denied delivering the product without a shoebox and are not exchanging it in the same condition as delivered.

I am Moin Dobiwala from surat i had ordered 4 tshirt last month out of which 1 was torn in which i request refund in my bank but till now i did not get my money yet as i had share my bank detail also they are cheaters as they are contumer [protected]@myntra.com is worst mail services i had ever met because i think there is no 1 to read or operate there when i spoke to customer care number they are telling they didnt get my Account number properly i had share it thrice before calling i want my money back is there any processor to take them to court!
