On 23rd Dec 2012 I purchased product worth 58350 Rs from Myntra.com to win the prizes on offer (Top Five & women's/men's hot shopper of the day). As per their policy they were suppose to declare the winners on the 4th working day.

I am asking them for the status from last 15 days but they are not giving any update on the same, they also change their policies very frequently and that is not in the favor of consumers....

'My Myntra" page on Myntra website shows the order is still to be processes, Myntra courier company page shows the items have been delivered to me on 11th december, Myntra call center says if the courier company says they have delivered-they must have delivered to me... A separate mail from Myntra ( I have a copy of the same with me) suggest the delivery of items were not processed till 17th December... I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE...

Myntra.com is an abo[censored]ely fake site as they don't sell genuine products first of all, the product delieverd wont carry any invoice and if you ask them to refund they credit the money to their own site which forces one to buy the product from the same site again.
Requesting you to take a serious action against them and get back me my money for the purchase of a watch from this site.

I Purchased U.S. POLO ASSN. MEN BROWN SANDALS at INR.1699 in myntra on July 20th (order no.3364460) and received on 24th July.

Usually rarely I use sandals , I used the above sandals for few times a, Now upper layer start torn which looks very ugly and also above sandal is not comfortable to wear for long time.

I ordered a Nike bag and Adidas bag from Myntra.com and both of them turned out to be absolute fakes. They had the fake nike price tag but when I tore open the price tag, all the details were written in chinese and the product also looked extremely fake up close to me. I have used Nike and Adidas before and I would know what the original looks like. Even Googling the originals can help.
Also, they claim to not take returns...

They have send cheap & old stock to me,which were worn out and lost color in the first wash itself.

I placed an order for a wrangler t shirt and i received the product and found out that it was not genuine,i have attached the picture as a proof that is a fake. Never use Myntra.com. I used it to gift a beloved friend. They delivered a damaged dress - torn on one of the sides (clearly shows they sell seconds material) When I asked what they can do to resolve the issue - they said they will take it back and after checking it return a money voucher to me. Who cares about the money! They will take the gift back? That is the best they can do? Do they even know what a gift means?
