i returned my order with return no.2340319 amount 416.31 dated 18 sep ...received a mail on 25 sep that my amount will be credided to my account as i was asked to give my account details.i have not received my amount in the account..yet..please look into the matter...my account with myntra showing the returned item with ball references

See the product in the picture it is different from the product which has been delivered to me, the photos are attached of the product delivered to me. The fabric is entirely different. I asked for exchange with correct product myntra denied to exchange the same saying we'll refund. I do not understand why should I get refund I want the correct product only when the product is available with them. Even if they sent a different product I am ready to keep it but I am not sure if the product worth of the money I paid for, And nobody is there to clarify the same to me. Please help me to convey them the same, I loved both the sarees I want to have both. I want to buy the same saree again but I am afraid if they send me the same stuff twice then my money would get stuck again for another 20 days. I just want a clarification from the Brand that yes they sent the wrong product and they'll replace it with correct one if not then I can keep the wrong product but only after knowing the exact value of the product. As the one which is delivered is seems to be a georgette fabric and what I have ordered is silk saree.         sir, i had purchased a product my order id no being 21679594 on the 19 oct and i received a message on the 24 that the product will be delivered by a staff by the end of the day. so i called back that guy regarding the product and guided him to a address that i would be available in patna but despite this he ignored all my request .A few days later i learnt from the logistic tracking that the person incharge in patna had cancelled and refused the product on my behalf and had sent it back to the warehouse thus resulting in loss of my time and your money.

          My refund of 389 rs is not processed, I have only received the below: Myntra acts smart...please check ur transactions carefully with myntra 29/10/2014 MYNTRA.COM BANGALORE IN INR 318.46 CR shame on myntra for cheating, it is such a pity that I have to check carefully on my transactions and follow up on each and everything. do u think customers are fool? why is myntra cheating. refund the complete 389/- as ws present in my cash back.

            I have ordered a pair of shoes on 13th of October 2014 and paid for it. But Myntra just wont deliver it. Have made complaints thrice to customer care but their only reply was that 'they were very sorry for the inconvenience' and have made no effort to deliver it. The order no. is 21410358.. and the worst part is that now it shows " you have no order" in my account (cannot cancel the order). I have a screenshot of the details and the remarks they have been putting up for non delivery of the item. It doesn't feel right as to why they wont deliver the item, something is just not right.

              Hello, Myntra deactivated my account without any notice. Well as per their policies i understand they can delete accounts anytime. I had 2221 in the account and they gulped it along with the account. now when probed further that why my account got deleted I need My account urgent Please I would request you to active the account or i Shouldtake this issue To Indian Navy Commanding office and I think I Should Take This With INDIA TV media DO want were YOU people want TO do BUT i ned my account IM giving you 2 working day i need your feedback

                We have been regular customers of Amazon - in USA and now also in India - and their great return and exchange policy of purchased goods made us think that other online sites such as Myntra.com or Flipkart.com would also be alright - even though they are Indian shops online. And we ordered - first time - a couple of pairs of shoes/flats etc from Myntra.com and we realized that we made a big mistake! Myntra did not send right sizes, they did not send a couple of pairs in the original box! SO immediately on the same day we asked for replacement. Their pick up courier fellow came to our place unannounced but luckily my wife was at home that evening. The pick up fellow refused to pick up the footware stating they were not in original boxes, they appeared to be used(even through they were 2 sizes smaller) etc etc. In fact we had kept all the packaging material, tags, plastic bags, courier cover - everything! The pick up person misbehaved, and talked down on us indicating we wasted his time by asking him to come and pick up the goods after we used them. What trash mentality! Then we contacted Customer service and they behaved exactly the same way - we continued for about one hour and talked to a senior person at Myntra - they asked us to take pictures of all footware from various angles, pictures of packaging etc and send it over to them on email for them to decide whether to allow exchange! What kind of junk / mis-trusting / typical indian mentality shopper is this! We clearly said we did not have time for all this and would rather return all the items but the person explained a long procedure to return - we will need to pack them(with all original packing material, tags, etc) and send it to them by courier, they will check and if they find all okay - they will refund our money. This is the worst service we have experienced in India doing online shopping. Our experience has been only with Amazon so far(in India and US) and we were very happy but Myntra is junk. Stay away from Myntra - the junk grade typical Indian company!

                  I have been following up for my footwear issue since 6th july..Since 3 months i have been very patient but i feel its high time that action needs to be taken against the company I had placed the order for footwear and the agent never delivered the footwear and to my surprises when i was following up for the status they intimated that order is cancelled as no one was available which was wrong statement Executive says that due to high delivery they had outsourced the delivery to other agency and inconvenience is regretted.agains executive placed the order and footwear was delivered. With in 2 days footwear wore out and i was intimated to send snap shots .I followed the instruction and received an response in aug/ sept that footwear will be picked up but till date it has not been picked up.I have complaint at the corporate office as well I only get auto response's.I feel we should strongly stop auto response's and have quality check for product sold by them as not only services but quality of product is also pathetic. I hope i will get quick response on my issue.Also would require compensation for pain taken Shipment no 17494552

                    Need to exchange a shoe with different size but as there is some technical glitch on myntra site unable to fill from website, hence requesting Myntra support from past 10 days but in vain .Some of the orders are delivered but in website under my account it is showing under pending status.                         I had ordered one UCB pink ladies top from myntra.com on 30 September 2014 along with 2 other ladies t-shirts (order no.[protected], which was delivered on 6 October 2014 and i have raised the return request (return id. 2517280) of it on 8 October 2014 for which they scheduled pick up on 10 october 2014 which has till date not been picked and regarding. Which i have called them 7-8 times and 3-4 time to their logistic center and from both sides i was taken for granted and disrespected by their representatives, they gave me dumb and fake alibi and kept on promising that it will be picked by next day everytime i called them. And now it is more than their promised policy of pick up with in 5-7 working days. So i want to take legal procedure against them for disrespecting customers and taking undue advantage of customers patience And not delivering and satisfying their customers.

                          Hi, My order Id is[protected]Puma Men Blue Hooded Sweatshirt).I had ordered it on 12th Oct . I had made a return request but myntra's great concerned team has rejected. I want to tell that first I ordered the same product, it was looking in very old condition I thought to exchange it but again same type product came. So then also I managed to wear, but when my friends and all told why wearing this much old ...So I kept that product in same condition in his cover and thought to return but, I got a message that it has been rejected due to tag not found on product.Please let me know people will wear tag and go outside ???I had cut the tag as I had thought that I will keep this product, but my servant threw the tags what can I do ??Next day only I made the return request.Please I don't need this product at any cost .Either cut the amount of tag cost and make them refund or else keep this item with them itself, but I don't need this rubbish item. So please take some action against this.Product tag doesn't cost more than 5Rs, for that how can you not accept, item and its in unused & unwashed condition??? Please consumer court help me with this as the product cost is more than 1600/-

                          Nw they have refused to take the item...posting in consumer complaints also didn't helped me...i m very angry and unhappy wid tat...why online shopping sites are still up...tey shld be banned...why tey write 30 days policy ..and wat for policy...in shop i[censored] buy anything when u go to return they don't see tags and all tey see the bill...then wat for u need tags myntraaaaaaaaaaa...if no tag cut the amount yaar so simple...
                          These fake sites shld be bannned very soon by the government as tey are harrasing peoples... Please higher authorities i[censored] ter...feel the pain of customers...1600 rs for earning people has to do lot of hard works..not sitting lyk myntras owner in home and taking percentage from vendors...

                            While checking myntra out I found a tremendous offer on SISLEY brand that on shopping of 3000/- I get an item free from sisley itself from among many items listed. I choose a laptop bag and placed the Order No. 21093922. They provided me the tracking detail when the item was shipped from the warehouse. My order was split into two packages I.e the items that I paid for and other containing Sisley Laptop bag which was free. After 4 days i recieved one of the package containing the paid item. I thought that within some days I would be receiving the other one too. But while tracking the second package I found out that my second package has been returned from my city to warehouse back. I contacted the courier company and they told me that the product was returned due to wrong pin code provided. How is this possible that one of the package arrives at the correct address of an order and the other having the sazme order details has wrong pin code. Also who is responsible for wrong pin code, I have been using myntra from past 2 years and was ordering products on the same address since then and have not changed my pre-feed address. Then on complaint I got a call from myntra saying that they cannot provide me bag as it is out of stock and I can buy any other sisley bag of the same amount.I agreed to that, but when i looked upon the site, there is not even a single sisley bag listed. Below attached image is the mail I got respond from Myntra before they told that now the bag is out of stock. Please help!!!

                              [Order ID: 2075956] The order placed on Myntra.com on 01.10.2014 was cancelled by them due to lack of inventory on 02.10.14 but the money deducted has still not been returned. When contacted, the customer care person says it'll be done the next day but the day hasn't come for the past one week. In complaint lodged over email to myntra.com, the person asked me to share my bank statement details with them in order process my complaint. Why should I share a personal document to a website, which definitely has plenty of other ways to verify my claim? I get the feeling that they are just trying to cheat the customers. They have a ingenious way of doing it too. First, they list a product that they don't have, and then they do not refund the money.

                                  This complaint is regarding my order no 21478640 at Myntra. I placed the order on 14th October under the next day delivery option. Neither did i get the delivery on the next day nor I was informed about the status from your side . Then today, I called your customer service center to inquire about my order . Your representative asked me to cancel just one of the items from my order and assured that the rest of the order I will receive in few days !! Then when I checked my e-mail, I saw a mail stating that you people cancelled my whole order !! When I again called your customer care, you advised me to book the order again . That order is now costing me so much more than what it was costing me earlier !! Is this the kind of service you provide to customers . I thought you people are for customers convenience and this is how you deal with them !! You are supposed to provide correct information to the people and not mislead them. I am highly disappointed . I want the very same order at the same price . I will not pay a penny more for that order. The mistake was done from your side, so you should bear the loss as well and not me.

                                    Myntra.com are cheater, they have evolved with new business of making money online. On 9th Oct'14, i have placed order for two sari's, with Net Banking payment of worth 1258/-. With Order ID: 21189502 Without intimating they have cancelled my order of sari saying "its out of stock" and CASH BACK amount will be credited in your Mynt Club cash back account, which will is valid until Nov 14th 2014. First thing comes to mind:- 1).Why they have displayed the product online, when it was out of stock. 2). Why i received cashback point in myntra club which is valid till 14 Nov. Instead of actual cash back in my BANK Account, if i forget to buy with Myntra with CASH BACK POINT, it will be expire and the amount will be credited to Myntra. Means they are compelling me to come back and make a purchase. Also the cashback point is valid on and above purchase of min. 1000/- With the worst experience i don't want to purchase anything from MYNTRA now. And i want my cash back in Respective BANK Account, not in mynt club.

                                      I have purchased garments from myntra. Some of the products I sent them back. They credited the amount in my myntra account. I emailed them for sending the money to my credit card back. They replied me that they have sent money on 22 SEP, 2014 in my credit card back. But I didn't get any payment yet. Earlier they required my credit card statement for checking whether I got or not, I sent them the same, but still they are not taking any prior action on my request. I have sent at least 10 emails and also telephoned them many times for asking the status. Every time they send the reply - "Our Finance team is already working on the issue to provide the relevant details on the transaction. Please allow us one more day, so that we can provide you an update at the earliest." My Question Reference is #[protected] Please look into this matter.

                                        i have ordered "Locomotive Men Maroon Polo T-shirt" on 15th September, 2014 Order No. is 19987152. Which is received on Thursday, September 18, 2014 08:43:29 but this product didn't have tag attached. I process a request for return same day and your executive have taken back this product. After some time same day your executive called me about that this product has no tag i unable to process your return request and told me to contact customer care then i talk to customer care executive and they asked me to wait for two working days for resolving my complaint. After two days left i have not received any information about my complaint then i again called to customer care and again they asked me to wait for two working days but again no reply from your side. i also talked to myntra I have contact in customer care more then fifteen times but my complaint is still pending.
