i have placed an order in myntra.com on 11th October, 2014 and they charged me extra money for next day delivery. The website showed me the delivery date as Sunday, 12th October, 2014 and when i called the customer support the IVR says the delivery will be made on 12th October. But the executives says Sunday is a non working day and they wont deliver on Sundays. Please take necessary action on these false promises and they looting the money of public

It was really frustating that we requested "Bata Men Black Sandals" with UK size 11, but got two different sized sandal pair 8 and 9. We requested for return but customer care again and again requesting for images of sandals. We sent them images 3 times, but they are not willing to raise return request. Requesting all MYNTRA users, not to buy anything from them.

Hi There, Teach your people how not to be rude to their customers. Make them understand that they are not doing any sort of favour to us. The person who just came to take back the product I wanted to return he was so damn rude. He wanted me to come down and when I told him my address given is in the 1st floor he wanted me to drop the item, he said he doesn't need the return form or my sign? Very very disappointing.

18932166, i have returned items from mentioned order id on on sep 3 /09/14(, dtdc r[protected], they have received on 14 sep, sice from sep 14 th i have been continuously requesting to them to refund cash on my bank account, which i made transactions, i have submitted my bank account details many times also . (recodically i have 2577 inr ) . but they are playing not to give my refund . on 25 th sep they mailed me, that will revert me back with three days ...its been morethan 11 days ..pls help to get my refund which i deserve and do not let them play like this .

I had very pathetic experience on Myntra shopping!! I ordered two shoes from Myntra on 27th Sep (Order No[protected] and before placing the order I called help desk to understand delivery time etc and customer representative said it takes between 3-5 days depending on location and as my delivery location was Pune it should not take more than 5days. I ordered the good after that I called call center and as per audio message goods were dispatched and I should be getting the same on 3rdOct however when I called customer care on delivery date about by what time I will receive the delivery of goods I got to know that it is actually not dispatch and I will get further update after 3 days on next delivery date. This was most frustrating that on the day of delivery I go tto know that its not at all shipped to me and Myntra will confirm the next delivery date only after 3 days. I asked customer executive to arrange my call with next level of escalation and he did the same but next level was not at all supportive and suggested that I can cancel the order. In past I ordered goods from other online mode eg. Flipkart etc but never experience pathetic service like this and worst escalation team who is not at all ready to assure smooth delivery. I learnt my lesson that I should not have tried Myntra (for me new shopping site); it seems they don’t need customers. I am a regular user of Myntra stuff, I always found your product with new stylish and best quality but my views have been changed from my last experience with USPA...I bought 1 t-shirt neon orange color from myntra and after 1st wash the color got faded and white patches are visible on this t-shirt which made it un-wearable...this is not the only problem I have faced, I have contacted myntra for the return and they declined my return and i have been told that we haven't got approval from USPA as you are returning it after a month..here, I wanna ask you all a simple question?..without washing a product how can i raise my complaint and why you guys can't return a bad product...what is my fault that i have used it, wore it and washed this t-shirt after a month of purchasing from MYNTRA...what you want ??? consumer to wash the product as soon as you deliver it, in front of your delivery boy, and then do the payment... this is seriously ridiculous, why don't you guys understand a consumer problem..what wrong we have did?? we have ordered a product and product color got faded ..why you are neglecting it from returning..your pretending as customer made some crime that he purchased USPA branded t-shirt... It will be great on your part if you have asked for return and try to understand the color fade problem so in future consumer will not fall for any such trouble...but it seems you guys dint believe in customer service at all.. Regarding Order no. # 20301835 The customer care guys can get the product delivered to zipcode-462016, however, when asking for a return as the items have been recieved in broken boxes and also not fitting well, they are not ready to schedule a pick up and asking me to ship those products instead. Had this been the case, I could have myself gone to a physical store to purchase the product, why should i buy it online if at all I have to go to the courier agency to again pack and ship the returns. Total fraud and unecessary harassment by myntra.

Hi, I had ordered for 4 kurtis online. Whole parcel arrived at different days. I received one part of the the parcel yesterday and the Delivery Boy was very dis-respectfull. He was not ready to come Inside my IT campus premise because he did not have a Helmet. I called Myntra and reported this behaviour. They assured me that it will not happen again. I received a part of my parcel again today and the same this repeated. I want to raise a complaint regarding the delivery Services of Myntra and their way of handling complaints from customers.

Hi Team, I am not really happy about the last two purchases which I have been done, quality is not up to mark compare to last so many purchases what I have been done . It's not about a dispute about such a small amount but its about trust, the service which i should have been offered. #*# Fault was totally at Myntra's side. They do not care or try to understand your concern and that is ridiculous 1. They deliver wrong product.. took ages to understand my problem. Does not show status of return request. 2. If you place it again then you would hear a rude reply from on call people asking you to continue only one request id. 3 .If you demand to talk with higher authority then they say but will NOT schedule a call as promised. 4. they say they have returned the money but you wont get in the account. They will share some screen shot to prove the refund which will NOT have your name/ order id/ account number. Very disappointed and painful experience I have got. Hi I have orderd Nike shoe on 29th Jul 2013 with order no. 18019872 which was delivered to Addres: A We have found out that the Nike shoe is fake and asked Myntra to have alook inti it by mailing them the show photos. In two days we got a message that the exchange product is created and shipped to Address: B If one has to exchange a product they need to be shipped at the same location. Myntra hs shipped the exchange product at location B.Exchange order no. 20066058 When I called Myntra they said that exchange is not available on Addres A. Then how come Myntra is able to ship the first product at all on Address A. First of all Myntra is shipping a fake product and later is not able to actually exchange it. All these actions prvoes that Myntra is fooling customers by shipping a fake product at first plce and then making it difficult for the cheated customer to replace it.
