Honestly, I deny to all the above words quoted. I understand its 2 years old post and lot has changed over a period. Myntra has degraded to an extent today that buying from local market makes you feel worth the money. I agree that their services have improved..but what a consumer wants is balance..balance between the product quality and company services. I have faced a 2month long issue with Myntra ( a company I actually recommended people to buy from in India) but today I see it as . And there will be no surprise if Amazon flicks the turnover numbers because we as an Indian are concerned more about money than the Brand Name & Value. Just a brief about the issue (I shall later intimate you about the detail post on my blog ): Purchase 1:I purchased stuffs worth 3k to avoid shipping and have all the goods at same time. ISSUE 1: One item from that is defective, products delivered at different times Myntra Help: Returned the product Myntra Process: Transferred the amount back Purchase 2:I purchased another item of the same type from that same company (Dazzelgear). ISSUE 1: The item was under 1k so I had to pay shipping again, and the product was again of a 3rd class quality and defective Myntra Help: Returned the product Myntra Process: Transferred the amount back Purchase 3:I purchased another item of the same type from a different company (Kook n Keech) ISSUE 1: The item was now clubbed with few more stuffs to avoid shipping again, and the product was again of a 3rd class quality and defective Myntra Help: Returned the product Myntra Process: Transferred the amount back MAJOR ISSUE: Every-time the faulty product is delivered and complained of, Myntra gives a standard reply : Sir, you can return it back". I mean the reason one pays and buys stuff online is to avoid hitting the local stores and mall and for convenience. Why would someone buy from you if he has to go through all this atrocity on online shopping as well. Also, they want me to click photos of the defective product and send them, I mean come on, like you even we are employed/ run business and dont have the time to run this errands for GOD SAKE. Cant you just confirm the product while sending it forward. Also, I ordered the shoes worth 2.5K which came in a filthy box where they conveniently wrote a letter inside that say "SORRY". I mean what sub-standard way of delivering the expensive stuff and not allowing the buyer to enjoy the feel of shopping. All I am saying here is if a brand like Myntra is what we cannot trust, then where is the scope of expanding and investing this heavy money in e-commerce business by VC's. Don't they care about their repo?

      I had a credit with the most famous online shopping site Myntra.com. I wanted a cash back but unfortunately they do not have the option of doing so. So after months I decided to shop something just to clear out my money. And so ordered a pair of footwear from Do bhai, 2 nail paints from colorbar & an eye shadow from revlon. Footwear perfect, out of the 2 nail paints 1 was awesome, the other equally bad (the color online was different & when received it was different) so first got cheated there. And last but not the least I had expected was the eye shadow. The image on the site was so perfect that anyone would fall for it but in real its exactly the opposite. I was actually worried when it came because I couldn't find it when I opened the box. By this I mean it was so tiny I haven't seen such a small cosmetic product in my life. I was planning to return it but thought it would be a waste of time. The product is just the size of my toe. This was the first & the last time I was shopping online. These people can easily fool you just for their benefit by the way they put the product on their site. The least you could do is write the description of the product so that the customers can decide to buy it. Thank you for your wonderful service & sorry for the loss of 1 customer.

        This is your system failure ...


        Issue is this

        Rates are getting vary time to time,

        I was ordering a red peplum dress for the very first time, i thought this site is a trustable site, so i was going to order, even i orderedthis dress .At the time of ordering your site displaying the price 671 rs( without delivery charges )
        But when i checked this next day it was showing 770 ( with delivery charges)

        Why this all is happening, shud people trust your site, i don't think so they shud, i will forward this case, will not put it aside, this is not happening with me first time, same happened in my home, my cousin ordered 3 latops, at the time of the order price per lapi is
        Previously i cancelled my order due to same reason, again this happened with me. I think from now onwards i will not order anything from your site.


        Very problematic ( inconvenient ) service, i must say.

        Even your person cancelled my order when i complained to him without my permission, i think his name starts with ' n '... Nitin, , , , , , i remember.


        I don't know what to say... I can only say is that your service or site is not trustable at all.

          Hi,
          I am one the biggest follower of myntra.com and have been completely influenced with the services you provide . I am being chosen as one of the customer to be provided with fashion magazine by Myntra.

          But this time by providing this defected adidas t-shirt has completely changed my interest and has put me in doubt regarding the previous shopping I have done so far . Now I am in quandary about the t-shirts / jeans I have shopped through myntra many times considering in mind the quality of clothes being offered as is clear in this t-shirt . The t-shirt contains misprinting from one side that sometimes occur after overuse or by washing the clothes many times . I have rechecked the design photo at myntra website and it is clearly visible that one side of the design in the t-shirt is misprinted as is seen after washing or is observed in old clothes .

          I would like to return this t-shirt and would like to take the amount as cash and not to be cashed back in my myntra account . Because from now on, I may not shop from Myntra in future . Kindly help me get this t-shirt return as soon as possible and provide me with my money in return as cash .

            Hi, the cash back reversed #18215352 and 17781543, , i havent till got the refund to my bank and have sent the bank statement to myntra and you people seems to be not bothered.. spoke to customer care.. and its almost a month.. If not actions are taken.. i will raise a legal consumer complaint and i know how to face this... and publish dirty reviews about your website.. I am serious.

                My name is Hasan Shabber, I had ordered a Turtle formal shirt on 17th Aug, and got a messgae and call from myntra on 19th aug for delivery. I resheduled the order at evening time as i was not available in the morning so the delivery boy just hung up and gives no response. The same scenario repeated till friday by that guy named as Deepak. I have to call one of my friend on saturday to recieve the delivery in the morning time, when the delivery guy comes he said give money first then i will give you the parcel otherwise not, don't we have right to check whether the product i have bought is ok or not, other e-retailors permits to do so. Delivery boy refused to give the parcel and went back, is this the service you are providing. I'll make sure that from next time i will not even open the myntra website as you guys think that you are above all. This behaviour is pathetic.

                  I bought a pair o[censored]CB shoes at myntra.com(product No.[protected]. Used it for just few days and the shoe looks like ive used it over an year.Very bad quality and the fron part is detached from the sole and so is many other parts.i can't return it because they say i need all the orginal tags.But i had no intention to return them so threw them away.What should i do??

Which I have asked them transfred to my citibank account but still amount is not transferred it has been 2 or 3 weeks but no one has taken any action for this.                       this mail is regarding a rs. 2000 off coupon. my coupon code is SMWgzz i selected some products of Rs. 2090 then applied this coupon nd got 2000 off and final amount payable become Rs.90 only. but at the final payment page again the full amount of Rs. 2090 become chargeable.. this is really disappointing for a platinum user. i am very much disappointed by your fake coupons. you have really hurt the sentiments of a platinum customer of myntra.com. I have also attached 2 screenshots of the error faced 1. 1st screenshot shows that coupon becomes applicable nd amount payable is very less 2. 2nd screenshot shows that full 2090rs. become chargeable please see to my problem asap. and provide me with a new coupon. i am really very frustrated my mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com i am a registered platinum user contact no [protected] i have send mails regarding this matter to [protected]@myntra.com but they are not giving response. please see to my problem.

Such cancellations usually happen because the product in your order did not meet our quality standard. Unfortunately, we do not have another unit of this product in stock to ship to you.                               spent 2 hours selecting all that I wanted sitting in Australia. applied the coupon IND42 for their freedom sale. The coupon worked but i didnt go thru the payment as had to comfirm the size. Went back to my cart the next day to place the order...This time the coupon didn’t work even though it was still valid. Called them from Australia. Was on phone with them for 45 mins on ISD…..with no result or explanation. Spoke to 2 girls Mohseena n Gurmeet( claiming to be the supervisor), both with no skills... I was so furious at their incapabilities…. which were several.. What a Waste of time and I what a bunch o[censored]ntrained buffoons!

                                  I had Rs 3821 in my myntra cash back account, which i had requested to be transferred to my bank account. I recieved Rs 467.47 on 26 jul 14 and Rs 937.90 on 28 jul 14. The balance amount of Rs 1875 have been recieved till date. Every time i sent a reminder mail, i get a reply asking for two more business days. Now finally they are saying that only Rs 402 is balance for transfer and we are working on it. But actually i have to recieve Rs 1875

                                  Myntra.com has started playing games with the customers. I had Rs. 1159/- in my cashback account. I asked them to transfer it to my bank account. They did not transferred the amount, nor even they updated me with the status. I called them up and they refused to transfer the amount. The reason was so stupid. They people were saying that i have retained one of the free items in the order, which was such a foolish and harassing allegation. After that, I decided to buy something by using that cashback and what I saw is that there is no cashback in my account. I asked about this from the customer care executive and they were not sure about what has happened. After so many days they mailed me that the deduction was done due to retaining of some item of the order which was placed almost 2 months ago. They are awaking after 2 months when there is cashback available on the myntra account. I want to sue them for mental harassment and fraud.
                                  i have ordered and cancelled the item on the same day and not yet refunded my money back, and more their customer service does not work at all and they don't even reply to mails also.very worst experience with myntra
                                  I have ordered 2 pairs shoes for the same paid amount through internet banking But did not deliver the goods to given address. its come to know that while tracking, the goods have Returned To Origin. so i am looking my amount to refund.
                                  I ordered a Vishudh red and white check kurta from Myntra on 30th September. It didn't look good on me so i made a return request instantly and after a lot of attempt from my side it finally got picked up on 23rd October. I was supposed to receive my refund on or before 2nd November. I didn't receive my refund yet. The order no. is[protected]-6894503. The amount is Rs. 1301. please help me in getting my money

                                  I Am Gargi mondal. I have placed an return request for honey by pantaloons jacket. Pick up guy had come and picked the product up. But they miss placed by product and declined my request by saying that i want to keep the product. I informed myntra immediately they have promised me to resolve my product within 72 hours. But i didn't get any information from their end. They closed my complaint without informing me. Again i called and thay said nothing has happened like that. I got surprised to know that they dont believe their customer they just overlook the problem. Simply disgusted. I am just highly disappointed. They did not even refund my money back.. shame

                                    Well this my second complaint to myntra, last time i ordered three belts from myntra, Order ID: 18330894 .i got confimation through mails or messages, i also got the information that the order has been dispatched from the warehouse but i didnt get the information when the order is out for delivery and not even the number of delivery person ...please please resolve this technical problem as soon as possible !

                                      I have been a regular customer at myntra and have a platinum account. Now I have a big problem with them. I placed an order few week back #18199046, call the customer service many times in regards to the order the order. The executive there assured me that the product will be delivered latest by 9th of august 2014, on 9th midnight, I called them up in regards to the same order and they informed that the product cannot be delivered its out of stock. My concern is why can't they inform the customer prior in hand if they cannot deliver it instead of waiting for us to call. My 2nd experience with myntra... Last week I placed an order #18237374 with express delivery facility so that the product gets delivered the next day since I was not satisfied with their delivery service. And I did got the order the very next day. I placed a different order the very same day but was not able to use the express delivery facilities, so called up customer service and ask them to place the order for me using the facilities, all he has to say was the facilities was revoked a week back, when I had placed an order with express delivery the day before. It clearly shows that the executive in myntra are hardly aware of the term and condition, policy of the company. Whatever that comes in their mind to get rid of the customer they just say it to get rid of the calls asap. It clearly shows they are hardly trained and are unaware if the company policy. What a shame. 3rd experience... Same week I placed some orders#18239414 # 18341026 #18370700. Expected delivery on 10th of august 2014, I spoke with Gazi Alam a case manager from the escalation department. He promised me that the product will be delivered on 11th august 2014, gathering all the order together before 10.00 am but the promised was not being kept, I called up the customer service and spoke with many people from escalation department as wel, he again promised me that the delivery would be done by 2.45 pm . I waited till then and the promised was not kept again. The delivery guy came around 5pm. I refused to accept the order as I already informed most of the people from escalation department that if it's not delivered on time I will not accept it. In regards to all the three scenario I requested for a call back from the manager, I requested on every three days. I haven't got any call from them yet. I don't have words now, all I could say is, they provide the worst of service anyone could ever face. It's been three times and 3 days I ask for the manager call back but I haven't received any calls from them. I have tried calling the Myntra head office, and the house office Bangalore many times trying to speak with any of the concern person in higher authority but they would either hang up the call or keep on forwarding the calls to some department to other which are not related at all. All I can say about Myntra is the customer service is pathetic, their escalation department is at worse and the manager their dont want to take any responsibility. All in all they are irresponsible service provider. List of agents and people I have spoken with the customer service. They are the worst. Akshay Kumar, vikram Singh, bipin bopiahh, sweta, brajendra Kumar. And from escalation desk noorjahan, diksha shetty, drithiman, Case manager, Sandeep, reneesh and gazi alam. All this people are not responsible towards their job.

                                        I have been a regular customer at myntra and have a platinum account. Now I have a big problem with them. I placed an order few week back #18199046, call the customer service many times in regards to the order the order. The executive there assured me that the product will be delivered latest by 9th of august 2014, on 9th midnight, I called them up in regards to the same order and they informed that the product cannot be delivered its out of stock. My concern is why can't they inform the customer prior in hand if they cannot deliver it instead of waiting for us to call. My 2nd experience with myntra... Last week I placed an order #18237374 with express delivery facility so that the product gets delivered the next day since I was not satisfied with their delivery service. And I did got the order the very next day. I placed a different order the very same day but was not able to use the express delivery facilities, so called up customer service and ask them to place the order for me using the facilities, all he has to say was the facilities was revoked a week back, when I had placed an order with express delivery the day before. It clearly shows that the executive in myntra are hardly aware of the term and condition, policy of the company. Whatever that comes in their mind to get rid of the customer they just say it to get rid of the calls asap. It clearly shows they are hardly trained and are unaware if the company policy. What a shame. 3rd experience... Same week I placed some orders#18239414 # 18341026 #18370700. Expected delivery on 10th of august 2014, I spoke with Gazi Alam a case manager from the escalation department. He promised me that the product will be delivered on 11th august 2014, gathering all the order together before 10.00 am but the promised was not being kept, I called up the customer service and spoke with many people from escalation department as wel, he again promised me that the delivery would be done by 2.45 pm . I waited till then and the promised was not kept again. The delivery guy came around 5pm. I refused to accept the order as I already informed most of the people from escalation department that if it's not delivered on time I will not accept it. In regards to all the three scenario I requested for a call back from the manager, I requested on every three days. I haven't got any call from them yet.
