Hi, I had ordered for 4 kurtis online. Whole parcel arrived at different days. I received one part of the the parcel yesterday and the Delivery Boy was very dis-respectfull. He was not ready to come Inside my IT campus premise because he did not have a Helmet. I called Myntra and reported this behaviour. They assured me that it will not happen again. I received a part of my parcel again today and the same this repeated. I want to raise a complaint regarding the delivery Services of Myntra and their way of handling complaints from customers.

    I placed an order successfully but recieved no mail and the app shows no orders placed.PFA screenshot for your reference.

    I have placed order in myntra online payment from credit card due to delay in delivery I canceled the order but they haven't return my money yet also I have returned two products no update is been provided through any communication please do the needful


    I need the refund asap

I have self shipped that item via dtdc(tracking id-Z[protected]. Myntra has received the product on 5th of september. But they have not refund my money yet. kindly slove my problem.

              Mayur mangesh chavan Email address : [protected]@yahoo.com contact number# [protected] As the below screenshots says the offer made by myntra for the jeans below was rs2139 But i have been charged rs 2206 excluding the vat which is a incorrect and misleading advertisement when i called customer care i was told by the myntra customer service representative that in their system the offer is according to the desktop website as i have placed an order through an myntra mobile app she could not assist me and cannot resolve the issue because in the system the charge is different as to what had been offered to me i have been a loyal customer and have placed many order but this misleading advertisement has really made me upset. It's not about a dispute about such a small amount but its about trust, the service which i should have been offered. So requesting your team to kindly look into the matter because this might have happened to many customers who must have gone through this but never complained. Regards, Mayur [protected]

                #*# Fault was totally at Myntra's side. They do not care or try to understand your concern and that is ridiculous 1. They deliver wrong product.. took ages to understand my problem. Does not show status of return request. 2. If you place it again then you would hear a rude reply from on call people asking you to continue only one request id. 3 .If you demand to talk with higher authority then they say but will NOT schedule a call as promised. 4. they say they have returned the money but you wont get in the account. They will share some screen shot to prove the refund which will NOT have your name/ order id/ account number. Very disappointed and painful experience I have got.                     Hi I have orderd Nike shoe on 29th Jul 2013 with order no. 18019872 which was delivered to Addres: A We have found out that the Nike shoe is fake and asked Myntra to have alook inti it by mailing them the show photos. In two days we got a message that the exchange product is created and shipped to Address: B If one has to exchange a product they need to be shipped at the same location. Myntra hs shipped the exchange product at location B.Exchange order no. 20066058 When I called Myntra they said that exchange is not available on Addres A. Then how come Myntra is able to ship the first product at all on Address A. First of all Myntra is shipping a fake product and later is not able to actually exchange it. All these actions prvoes that Myntra is fooling customers by shipping a fake product at first plce and then making it difficult for the cheated customer to replace it.

                      I placed my order on September 5, 2014. I got a call on 13th of September for the delivery of package. The delivery guy said he'd try to reach my place by 1 p.m. to which I replied that I'll by leaving home at 1p.m. He called me again at 1:28p.m. to let me know that he has come and there is none at my place. So I asked him to wait till I figure out how to receive the package. I called him back a couple of minutes later to give him the directions of the receiver's place which is a minute walk from where he was standing. I gave him the direction clearly but he could not understand. I explained it for more than 5 minutes but he was reluctant to understand. I gave the receiver his number with whom he misbehaved. My order no.: 19505365 The delivery man's phone number: [protected] The package has not been delivered yet. This was supposed to be my first buy from Myntra and I am very dissapointed with the dysfunctional system. I hope you look into it.

                        It was 11th September 2014 when i place an order of a pair of Nike black free 5 shoe, pepe jeans khaki shirt and a black wrangler shirt the total amount of the order was Rs.6195 and the promised date of delivery was 19th September. ORDER ID : 19764767 Although the first two days went normal but when even after 14th sept the tracking status has remained same i contacted the customer care they told me to wait for 2 days so they can forward my complaint to the logistics team, but there was no call from there side . After that i called them again on 17th then they again said that my complaint has been sent to the logistics team and they will get back to me on this by 19th (just how can they get back to me on the promised date .) Meanwhile i have sent numerous complaints to them through mail and all other means possible but they keep dodging my questions and shy away from giving any clear answers. (for those who don't know the meaning of shipment status it is tool on myntra's website which shows the progress of your shipment like when you place the order it shows the order has been placed then when the order is forwarded to the courier it displays that the order is shipped to 3rd party logistics and son on until the product is delivered) For example and as a proof i have submitted 2 pics :- As you will be able to see that the support representatives keep contradicting each other one says that there is no guarantee that my order will reach me before the promised date while other assures me of delivery before or on the promised date. But as today is 18th and my shipment status has still not changed when i check the courier's website (bluedart) they say that this doesn't exists I am now 100% sure that if they have not even shipped the product yet on 18th then how can they delivered the product by 19th . Apart from this i have spent more than 16hrs and 500 rupees taking to the customer care, writing mails and finding solution to the problem. Its my humble request to everyone reading this to please suggest me a way out of this problem moreover i would like to know the procedure of filing a case against them ( will i have to file it in the consumer forum or the district court). Although money is my prime concern but i even want to teach myntra a lesson. NOTE - even after all this trouble i wont tell anyone to stop using myntra it is a trusted site and i am an regular customer . its just that once things go wrong like in my case, these guys take a very long span to solve the problem ie around a month and that too when you consistently keep on reminding them which is very frustrating. ALL THAT SAID PLEASE HELP ME TO TEACH MYNTRA A LESSON THAT THEY WILL NEVER FORGET .

                            On 6th September I placed a return request for one Kurta & one T-shirt. The return ID was 2300415 & 2300407 respectively & order ID was 19058289. On 9th of sept I received two SMSes saying that both the products are going to be picked up by Samit and on the same day the guy had picked up the Kurta & the T-shirt. On 10th sept I checked my Myntra a/c & saw that the cash back was only for the Kurta. On 11th Sept I received another sms from Myntra telling that their agent Argya is going to pick up the T-shirt against the return ID 2300407. I called the guy & told him that the product has been already picked up on 9th of Sept. On the same day, i.e. 11th night I received another sms informing me that the return request has been put hold by Myntra's delivery team & I am to contact Myntra's customer care team for further details. On 12th Sept I contacted the customer care & was informed that the product is missing but they will look into this matter. On 14th Sept I got a call from the Myntra customer care telling me that they have tracked the T-shirt but the product tags are missing on it. They told me that they will deliver it to me and I have to take photos of the same and write to Myntra requesting for a refund. I have refused to do that & told them that when I returned the product, it was in the same condition as I had received it. It is the responsibility of the pickup agents to check the state of the product and log a report if they find something amiss. This was clearly not done by the agent as the product when handed over was in the same condition as I had received it. There was no communication from Myntra after that. I called the customer care on 16th & they are still insisting on me accepting the product, photographing it and then writing to Myntra for processing the refund. This is something that I feel is an unfair practice as I have no control over the product once the pickup agent has accepted the product. What happens to the product after it is accepted by Myntra representative is not my responsibility. This is the state where this issue is at right now .

                                on 3rd September 2014 I received a message from Myntra stating that I have Points woth Rs. 1502 in my account. But, when I logged in to my Myntra account I saw 0 points. I called the customer care and asked the agent about it and she said that sorry sir it was wrongly sent it to you. How can a reputed company like Myntra do this? They send these crappy SMSs to promote their product but this is just not only promoting but also fooling the customers(misguiding the customer).i don't think they have doing any kind of action about this because same thing happen with otter's too. also they have send wrong product to customers they show original on site but send copy i have proof. attached with this. also the product is very very cheep quality road quality.So bewear with online shopping.

                                  Hi, being an old customer of Myntra, I received a message from Myntra on 3rd September 2014 stating that I have Points woth Rs. 954 in my account. But, when I logged in to my Myntra account I saw 0 points. I called the customer care and asked the agent about it and she said that sorry sir it was wrongly sent it to you. How can a reputed company like Myntra do this? They send these crappy SMSs to promote their product but this is just not promoting but fooling the customers. I have saved the message and have also taken the screen shot of it. I am going to drag Myntra into consumer court for misguiding the customer by sending incorrect SMS. Either Myntra should compensate for the Message or be ready to get Sued. I am planning to post this issue in all the forms and will also report it to consumer court.                                     Honestly, I deny to all the above words quoted. I understand its 2 years old post and lot has changed over a period. Myntra has degraded to an extent today that buying from local market makes you feel worth the money. I agree that their services have improved..but what a consumer wants is balance..balance between the product quality and company services. I have faced a 2month long issue with Myntra ( a company I actually recommended people to buy from in India) but today I see it as . And there will be no surprise if Amazon flicks the turnover numbers because we as an Indian are concerned more about money than the Brand Name & Value. Just a brief about the issue (I shall later intimate you about the detail post on my blog ): Purchase 1:I purchased stuffs worth 3k to avoid shipping and have all the goods at same time. ISSUE 1: One item from that is defective, products delivered at different times Myntra Help: Returned the product Myntra Process: Transferred the amount back Purchase 2:I purchased another item of the same type from that same company (Dazzelgear). ISSUE 1: The item was under 1k so I had to pay shipping again, and the product was again of a 3rd class quality and defective Myntra Help: Returned the product Myntra Process: Transferred the amount back Purchase 3:I purchased another item of the same type from a different company (Kook n Keech) ISSUE 1: The item was now clubbed with few more stuffs to avoid shipping again, and the product was again of a 3rd class quality and defective Myntra Help: Returned the product Myntra Process: Transferred the amount back MAJOR ISSUE: Every-time the faulty product is delivered and complained of, Myntra gives a standard reply : Sir, you can return it back". I mean the reason one pays and buys stuff online is to avoid hitting the local stores and mall and for convenience. Why would someone buy from you if he has to go through all this atrocity on online shopping as well. Also, they want me to click photos of the defective product and send them, I mean come on, like you even we are employed/ run business and dont have the time to run this errands for GOD SAKE. Cant you just confirm the product while sending it forward. Also, I ordered the shoes worth 2.5K which came in a filthy box where they conveniently wrote a letter inside that say "SORRY". I mean what sub-standard way of delivering the expensive stuff and not allowing the buyer to enjoy the feel of shopping. All I am saying here is if a brand like Myntra is what we cannot trust, then where is the scope of expanding and investing this heavy money in e-commerce business by VC's. Don't they care about their repo?

                                        I had a credit with the most famous online shopping site Myntra.com. I wanted a cash back but unfortunately they do not have the option of doing so. So after months I decided to shop something just to clear out my money. And so ordered a pair of footwear from Do bhai, 2 nail paints from colorbar & an eye shadow from revlon. Footwear perfect, out of the 2 nail paints 1 was awesome, the other equally bad (the color online was different & when received it was different) so first got cheated there. And last but not the least I had expected was the eye shadow. The image on the site was so perfect that anyone would fall for it but in real its exactly the opposite. I was actually worried when it came because I couldn't find it when I opened the box. By this I mean it was so tiny I haven't seen such a small cosmetic product in my life. I was planning to return it but thought it would be a waste of time. The product is just the size of my toe. This was the first & the last time I was shopping online. These people can easily fool you just for their benefit by the way they put the product on their site. The least you could do is write the description of the product so that the customers can decide to buy it. Thank you for your wonderful service & sorry for the loss of 1 customer.
