I am a regular customer of Myntra. I never faced any problem before . But this time I am very much disappointed. I had ordered few items on 18th July. The items are not delivered till date. i talked to myntra, they extended delivery time from 31 july to 4th Aug without raising any complaint. After 4th Aug I am continuously mailing them, but they answer in very diplomatic way. They don't have exact answer. I clearly said them that after 7th Aug there will be no one to receive item, but it seems Myntra have hired robots as customer care who identifies only keywords in the problem and reply accordingly. They cant understand the situation. I still need to know the answer. Order number : 17610709

    My order no is 17955195 which consists of 2 items of which one is Peter England belts and the other is UCB T shirt. I had received my Peter England belt but I have not get received the T shirt I have ordered. It is saying that the order was returned to this origin. I would like to know the status of my order and I want the product to be delivered immediately.

    I have placed 5 items but 2 items canceled auto because of no stock and more over date is Jan 17 still am not getting my product i did, t expect from mytra .Kindly get back to when my ordered i will receive can i get my two items money back.

      My order number 17563353 with myntra says delivered, but I have not received the product yet. I have paid Rs 2202 for this product. It is a Puma navy blue jacket. I called myntra several times and they did not even bother to raise a complaint. They keep telling me that they will provide me with the proof of delivery but they have not provided it yet. I have also called the courier service through which myntra was supposed to deliver my product. But the courier service as well did not provide me with the proof of delivery but have updated the status as delivered against my shipment or order in their systems. What a shame on myntra. Guess it is a new way myntra has adopted to mint money from the consumers, and have also made the courier service company named Aramex a partner in this game of minting money from consumers. I didnot expect this cheapness from myntra. I will never ever order from myntra and will suggest the same to my friends.

          We are the top spender in the myntra shopping festival held in april. We had won 3 iphone5s On daily basis ie on 26, 27, 28 april and we had won the highest weekly spender prize also that is 1lakh tanish voucher. But as soon as time came to dispatch the gifts myntra people had blocked all our ids and given the reason that your return is more as its nowhere mentioned on myntra website that you cant return product. Still after that MR.KIRAN HS from escalation team confirmed that we will get our all gifts even i haVE PROOF IN THE FORM OF AUDIO with me. After few days when they have to return money he told you will get 1phone 5s only. But from total of Rs.543000 shopping we had successfully completed Rs.430000 shopping. For this much shopping they had given us 1iphone only. So now we have all the evidences of what we had won and what myntra had promised in form of photos and AUDIO conversation. So please dispatch our remaining gifts or else i will take some legal action as i am having all kind of proofs with me.

            Hi Myntra, This is with regard to your service and return pickup service agent. I placed an order on 18th of July with an order id 17544769. I wanted to return a jeans of that package and placed return request for your agent to come and pickup. 1. I requested the agent, E.Raju ([protected]), to come before 12noon, but he said it wouldn't be possible to come by the requested time. Hence, i asked him to come and pickup from our watchman the next day.. he asked me to call the next day to know if he will be coming or not. When i called him the next day, all i heard was he wasn't coming to pickup as there are no deliveries in that area for that day... in his words.. 'We wont come like that, we will pick up whenever we come to that area' in an arrogant manners. 2. Finally he came the other day and is when he figured out the Article Id's are not matching on the jeans and the package invoice(which shows your service levels). And asked me to contact Customer care. I contacted, and made the required actions. 3. Now, on last Tuesday (29th Jul), i got another message saying agent R.Naveen will come to pick up the package. Till today, Friday (1st of Aug), i didn't get any message or call from neither Myntra nor agent Naveen. When i called him today he said.. "You got my name by mistake as your area is not where i come for pickup" and handed the call over to some one else(Prbly, the right agent for that area). Now, this person asks me about my address details and asks if it is okay to come now. When i raised my concern about not being contacted for 3 days he again handed the call over to Naveen. Naveen seemed not at all sorry about not contacting me and in turn questioned me that why didn't i call him on the Tuesday it self in a rough way. It's really annoying the attitude of your agents. I doubt whether someone would actually have addressed my return request if i hadn't contacted your agent Naveen. And i regret that i made a purchase from myntra.

              i had purchased ADDSSPSH104182 - Adidas Men Blue F5 TRX FG Sports Shoes (F32747-SOL) and I received the shoes within a week time. But its really disappointing to say that although the outer packing was dry and had no damage, on opening the packet the adidas box was heavily wet and in mutilated condition.The shoes were heavily wet and dripping in water.
              Its very disappointing to receive supplies in this condition.

                Now, when u make ur customers irate to gain unethically this only happens that a loyal platinum member becomes a hardcore hater!

                Myntra deactivated my account without any notice. Well as per their policies i understand they can delete accounts anytime. I had 750rs in the account and they gulped it alongwith the account. now when probed further that why my account got deleted they say i used multiple gift cards in my account due to which their concerned team has deactivated my account. Today they r asking me to produce all the gift cards that i have ever used in my account. Wonderful indeed! So you should not use Myntra gift cards in your account, or else they will deactivate the account anytime and tell you to submit all gift cards used. My question, why should a customer be harassed? Tomorrow Myntra will ask its customers to produce bank statements and salary slips to know whether he or she can actually buy it. If asking for all used up and added gift cards is logical for Myntra, the day is not behind when they will actually ask for salary slips to check buyer's capacity.

                Myntra practices policy of looting customers, telling them cheats, harassing them. Its time they should publish a book on all these fradulent activities to carry on business and earn money without hassles and within a short time span. Kudos!

                  Dear concerned, This is really disappointing as well as aggravating for me to come to terms with the fact the despite making payment for an order (ref. no:[protected], the person whom I had sent the product to was asked to pay for the same before he could even get it. Was it not even mentioned on the order in the first place itself that the order was prepaid and no COD was supposed to be applicable on it? The order has now returned back due to the same issue, and despite paying for it I have not received the product. I had ordered the product on 17th July, 2014 and after waiting for 7 full days I am being told that the action will take yet another 5 business days for the product to be dispatched (in case the issue is resolved). When I called up the Myntra support team today, they told me that the order is being handled by Third Party Company and that you guys cannot do anything about it. How in the world can you not do something about the very product your dispatch team and tell a customer something like this???? I really want you to do something quickly in this matter, or else I will be forced to seek for help from some official entity. I hope you understand my situation and will definitely help me out at the earliest.

As MYNTRA is a very Big and Successful brand name it is making people trust their website and invest money. I have been defrauded like this and many are being defrauded. My deeply request to you is please have a look on the website and take an immediate action so that fake companies like this should not use your name and make people fool. Thank you.

I had Purchased an order on 26th June 2014 from myntra with order Id. 16781338 which contains a combo offer (Hrx Men pink color shirt and Roadster White Color Shirt) pink shirt is delivered on my address but I haven’t got the white shirt. It’s been approx. 27 days I ordered it. I call myntra customer care more than 10 times in past 20 days but they are giving excuses (every time they have new excuse) Or they say my order will be delivered in 3 business days. But no result from so far. I am completely disappoint from myntra. Please look into this matter.

                        I had ordered 2 shirts from Myntra.com & I received the shirt within a week time, I found that the product is very old stock., I wanted to return it...so. I called up the customer care & they said there is a procedure to be followed & there after the amount will be credited to my A/c.I followed the same & returned the product to their Bangalore Branch, Its been more than a month, I haven't received a single penny from them.I spent more than Rs.100/- by calling customer care but they are misguiding me by giving fake answers :(, they are big time scamers, i suggest not to purchase any product from myntra.com

                          With reference to the above mentioned Incident, and the solution suggested by your customer care executive, I have put a return request for my order, which was delivered damaged with a security tag. The Pick up boy who came to pick up the order, is not ready to pick it up, because he want a mail from the myntra customer care to be sent to the dwarka hub, for picking up the order, I am completely confused what I need to do further regarding this issue. I have been a regular customer of myntra, but never faced such a problem, request you to kindly help.

                            I have submitted a request for a product on 4th july as the fit was not correct.

                            I'm told the pick up will be done in 2-3 days. Its been over 15 days and nothing. More than that lies and misguiding the customer.

                            I have been calling them emailing them and Nothing has been done.

                            My last email to them.

                            I have been REQUESTING Myntra for over 2 weeks now to pick up the return! IF YOU OFFER SOMETHING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAN EXECUTE IT.

                            I have been speaking to your executive almost everyday. My Shreyas assured me on Saturday that the product will definitely be picked up the same day. OBVIOUSLY THAT WAS NOT DONE. I SPOKE TO ANOTHER EXECUTIVE ON SATURDAY EVENING AT 6pm, SHE ASKED ME TO WAIT TILL 8PM. NOTHING HAPPENED!

                            Sunday I got a message saying the delivery boy is out to pick it up. I call him his number is switched off. AGAIN NOBODY PICKS IT UP.

                            Monday morning I get a call from mr. Shreyas, CONFIRMING with me if I had refused to return the product on saturday evening when your delivery boy came! IS THAT NOT IDIOTIC?! When I'm calling each and every day trying to follow up... WHY would i suddenly refuse?

                            I HAVE LOST ALL PATIENCE WITH MYNTRA. I know that this email will only be escalated without any action...JUST LIKE IT HAS BEEN IN THE PAST.

                            THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER.

                            I am definitely writing about this at all consumer forums.

                              I was placing an order from myntra.com on 07/07/2014 during the payment session was expired money was deducted from my bank a/c but the order was not placed.then i contacted to myntra sent them my bank statement they told me to wait for 10 days your money will be refunded to your bank a/c. after 17 days today when i called them they told me that we didnt received any amount.Where my bank statement is saying payment was done to their a/c . my mail_id-s.[protected]@gmail.com ph no: [protected]

                                  I ordered one John Player slim fit Men Formal Shirt on 22 june 2014 (ORDER NO.[protected]. At the time of placing order customer care personnel very confidently affirmed that it is pure cotton. That After calling some 4-5 times, and getting assurance from different people regarding the delivery on the next day, I finally received it on 2 july 2014. But my happiness could not last for long as when I checked I found out that although on the website the detail of that product stated that it is a slim fit shirt, in reality it was a Regular fit. Not only that there was another surprise, it was not made of pure cotton but was enriched (mix) cotton. I instantly called up at the customer care asked for explanation. so I was informed that when website states cotton in the description, it means blended cotton and the their own person should not be trusted in that regard. Obviously there was no explanation regarding the slim fit issue. Then on 3 july 2014, I requested her place a return order for the same. She told me that it has been placed and the same would be picked up from my place in 3-5 working days. Then even after repeated reminders to pick up the parcel it wasn’t picked up. On 13 july 2014, I for some 10th time called up at the customer care, then I was enlightened that the parcel has not been picked up because their earlier customer care personnel registered it for self-shipping. So he modified it and promised that latest by 16 july it would be picked up. But till today, on 19th july 2014, even after spending over 100 rupees by calling Chargeable customer care helpline, after waiting for for some 30 days since placing the order, it has not been Picked up.
                                  On Monday, 21 july, 2014, I will file complaint at the consumer Forum in Mumbai for proving deficient service, delay in delivery, delay in pick up, mental harassment and uncooperative employees providing wrong and false information.

                                    I have ordered a watch from myntra and hav explained the customer care in detail i used it for few days and it was damaged, after making me wait for one month, the customer care replied as you have already used it cannot be replaced, seems the customer care or myntra team doesn't have any real work, other than waisting our time. Such a disgusting service, completely spoiled the spirit of online shopping. WORST SERVICE EVER!! Hello Jithesh, I am sorry for the delay in response from our end and regret the inconvenience caused.                                       Dear sir, i had bought a pair of Reebok shoes from your site www.Myntra.com on the 2nd or 3rd July and I first used the product on the 6th for my fitness training. While running on a cemented rough path, I accidentally fell and rolled off to some extent. When I stood up gain so to run, I observed that the left side on the front of the front shoes weared off. As a small slip on the cemented floor caused it to tear the newly bought shoes.I filed a return request, and your official came to pick up the product, but when he arrived he refused to take it away and said that your team has received my complaint and that i would receive an approval message within a day or so and then my product pickup will be scheduled. But i didn't seem to get any message from your staff. As my product is covered under 30 day return-warranty, i would like you to schedule a pickup for my product and replace it with a fresh piece as fast as possible. I need to change it quickly. I highly appreciate your services. I hope you do the needful as early as possible and keep updating me for the pickup of my good.

                                        i have ordered ID 17275905 Which i booked on dated 09/07 its being almost 8 days when i have confirmed wd courier company they reverted that yesterday Myantra has hand over the consignment to Courier Company Bluedart,
                                        Means it take 8 days to reach courier company then more 5/6 days for delivery will it make any sense for Shopping,

                                        I want full return of my moneyy and take oath not to have any business shopping wd myntra will inform on fb to others as well one morething they do not have any local conatct no or toll free number so every time yoiu decides to call them it will suck ur money over the call as well bcoz of long hold and STD charges

                                        shame on shopping
