I have received my order yesterday from myntra the packaging was not proper and when I check the product I found it was damaged like it had some black dirty line inside its design on shoe.
I have returned the shoes immediately now. I got my return rejected due to quality check.

It was already damaged what could I do in it the reason I have returned was quality only.

Unable to redeem the gift card and it got expired. Tried to connect with Customer service but no luck. Number were [protected]/[protected].
Please help me to get my voucher back.
This is very frustrating. No one answers.

Few days ago i bought two dress from myntra. Two products are not fit me then i request to return but they send a message like this 'your return pickup failed' .why they are not ready to pickup my return product...

I ordered a kurta set which i cancelled and the refund status was shown as initiated but i still haven't recieved the refund .
I cancelled my order on 6th april. It has been around 18 days since then....

Worst service getting from myntra afr so many calls not even getting the solution I am done with Myntra forever. They are the most unprofessional online retailers/ looters . And their customer care executives really don't care about losing customers. I have a unique bad experience with Myntra.Every day I receive message that the delivery agent is out for pick up but they never came. They could deliver the product on time but failed to find my address while returning. Myntra once again failed to address my issue.Myntra services are going down. I have uninstalled the app and making sure to buy anywhere else but never on Myntra. They play the cheapest game over some thousands.provided executive no is not reachable.they r not taking efforts to call me atleast...

My return is not getting picked up since 3rd April 2022, Order ID # 1200674 [protected].

After calling them continously since 9th April 2022 I haven't received any solution, if they do not want the product they should refund the amount, the product being a small size is of no use to me.

Cost of product is 2166 Rs.

I have cancel my order and it was prepaid and it is 48 hrs now but till now i have not recived my refund. Order ID # 1202263 [protected]

I met Samantha Karvhidev on whatsapp. Her whatsapp number is +[protected] and her assistant is Krisha Mody +[protected]. She guided me to a website ecom89.com claiming to be official Myntra site but using a different login interface. She has made me make different purchases on this website saying this is to increase the merchant sales falsely and then will refund my money with commission on the same. They are working towards improving the reputation of merchants on Myntra. She has made me make purchases to the tune of Rs.168340/- and is now not refunding my money, saying I have to pay handling and security fee for Rs.1, 00, 000/- to withdraw my money. It seems like an extreme fraud but all this is being done in the name of Myntra. She has also given me a Myntra account statement which I am attaching for your perusal. Pls help me get my money back or else i will have to approach the consumer court.

Refund is initiated from myntra asa myntra says we have generated the reference number but I have not received the refund yet.

I had purchased a Ruggers Men Blue Regular Fit Casual Shirt, upon receiving I did not like its fit and hence submitted my return application on the same day (Return Id [protected]) . I received a text yesterday on 19th April 2022 that the delivery boy will pick up the product but later on he called and said he wouldn't be able to pick up the product. Today on 20th April 2022 the same man called and asked to throw the package down from the terrace because he could not come up to the floor I live on. I mean someone else might purchase the same shirt that I had just thrown down from the terrace. And it is the same delivery guy that always calls and asks to come down to take our package- we refuse every time - I am paying for doorstep delivery. I never like to file a complaint against any person immediately, but asking to throw the product down from the terrace just because he is too lazy to come up is absolutely unacceptable. I had ignored his previous behavior of calling to ask to come down to take delivery of the package but I request Myntra Team to take necessary actions against such behavior. Asking to throw the package down just because it is a return package is not right. I have been a customer of myntra for a very long time and never had to deal with such issues in the past, I hope to get the same good delivery experience from myntra in future.

I have returned two items belonging to order ID 1201255 [protected] but got the refund for only one item. In spite of numerous follow ups with Myntra, I haven't gotten a satisfactory response, let alone a resolution! It's such a waste of time and energy for me! I want my refund ASAP. Please help

I placed return for two items but pickup agent declines pick-up every time. when i call myntra support they provide me no solution and just ask me to wait for next deadline.

Myntra account deactivated without any intimation. I ordered products for Rupees 30, 149 /- the very next day they deactivated my account. I called customer care they said they don't know anything about this. I received few products out of which few of them are wrong products. After this incident I don't want to continue with myntra i just want them to take back all the wrong products which I have received and all of the products are under returnable policy. I also received mail from myntra support saying that they will not accommodate with returns, exchange and credit. I want my money back and take back all your wrong products. Otherwise I will write on Twitter🐦🐦.

I received 2 products without price tags. I initiated return as I didn't like the products. However myntra is refusing to accept and refund my money as the price tag is missing. I have shared images with the customer care showing the brand label intact and attached to the cloth but the price tag was never there. I have already ordered another product which is double the price (unfortunately again from myntra) because I was under the impression that the refund will be done. Now I have 2 products that I don't like and am being penalized for the fact that the product did not carry a price tag. Raised with their customer care and they are closing my complaints with their standard copy paste replies. Pathetic and horrible customer experience

Received a fake Fossil watch. I have not received my money back. I paid INR 9495 for the watch and now, Myntra has declined my request and no action has been taken since I complaint.The spelling on the watch is incorrect....
