I have ordered a pre-paid product from Myntra of amount - 603, with order id[protected]-4499401

I haven't been contacted by the delivery team regarding product delivery or any issue with delivery.
After one notification saying delivery is failed and will re-attempt they canceled my order without any information.

I tried to talk to Myntra's customer care but they are not willing to help. They are not providing any concrete reason why the order has failed or been canceled. Their reasons are -
1. Some logistic issues, PIN code is not serviceable
But this is the senseless reason because -
1. When I ordered the product I checked the pin code serviceability, also you can not place an order if service at the delivery address is not available.
2. I have received orders from Myntra on the same address/pin code in past.
3. There was not a single attempt made for delivery to my knowledge and there is absolutely no information provided to me about any issue.

Myntra's customer care told me to order the same product again but 1. They are providing any assurance that this time it will be delivered.2. I have ordered a product at a discounted price right now same product costs me 4 times.
So there is absolutely no help or hope from Myntra's customer desk.

My complaints are -
1. If at any given pin code service is not available why the false claim of service availability is assured on the website to app.
2. Why the customer has not been contacted for the delivery.
3. Who is going to pay the increased price of the product.
4. Myntra has used my prepaid money for 2 weeks and then canceled the order.

I ordered a product from myntra and returned it as it didn't fit me. I made sure i return it with all the tags and bills. After waiting for almost 7 days they rejected my refund saying that the tags were not in the product which was a lie. later they said i'll be reshipped my product with 7 days but didn't receive it either. it took 10 days to get my parcel. in which in got a wrong product. raised it to myntra many times they just keep giving me timelines and they is no update on my case. their customer service is least botherd and no one from their team has called or given me assurance that it would be resolved. no update on what is the solution.

I returned one item from myntra that is defacto women red&black checked shacket . Pickup is completed on 23rd april. Today i have a new message like out for pickup. Already completed that then why send like that messages and when i get my refund . Myntra is very worst app

I want to launch a complaint against one of your executive who mis behaved with my brother. My brother simply called to want to know an update on orders he shouted at him and said he is in hospital

My account has been hacked and I am not able to reset my password either. I raised the same complaint in the customer care of Myntra and he told me to wait till 4th may after putting my call on hold for 15 mins atleast on a 20 mins call. I told him that my bank details or personal details could be harmed if any immediate action is not taken and after i asked to speak to his senior he put me on hold again and then abruptly cut my call after 3 minutes. My account is still hacked and no action is being taken.

I ordered 1 sandIe with order number [protected] I got delivering today msg 2 days ago since then i am Trying to call delivery agent. On 1st day he is only telling that he will deliver in afternoon but didn't call. I called him then he said will deliver in night then at night he said he will deliver tomorrow. Tomorrow also same thing happened. I got delivery failed msg. I contact to help line but nothing happens they just raise the ticket...

I have canceled one item continously 3 times because of discounted rates but myntra block my cash on delivery option.

I had ordered a shoe having size 10 but when i got the product it was unable to fit in foot.So i requested for exchange of size 11. When the delivery boy came he didn't accepted my product by saying that the shoe is stained little black.
The shoes which i ordered were totally white and about the stain which he was talking its little black already when i received the product.
Now myntra is not accepting any call or there is no option to write them. I am stucked please help.

I used ola money to pay for my Myntra order. It was written in the app that if we would pay using ola money we'll get a 200 Rs cashback and I did the same but didn't get the cashback.

I didn't receive my order but they are telling that they delivered. I didn't even get a call from delivery agent nor a message of otp at the time of delivery. I contact myntra customer care 4 times and always telling one thing that delivered. I need a refund of my amount to my order

I ordered black colour kurta. However I have received an yellow colour sharara. Immediately I placed the return, however they are not accepting the return, saying they shipped the correct product.

Just bought nike shoes from Myntra.com
two days back and after receipt of product .
We observed that the quality and the size was an issue then we request to return the product.

Delivery guy came next day and stated that the “ quality check of your return failed as the brand tags for this item were missing”

You need to contact customer care .

So I contact customer care and they said wait for more 2 days and then will update you the status…

And then we wait for 2 days and they email us the status which say return has been rejected.

It’s a scam a bought shoes for about 7k

Waste of money don’t go for Myntra

My order was placed on 17th April 2022.
I received wrong product hence I asked for an exchange.

I have ordered a chain and a finger ring of Roadster in Myntra website, chain has been delivered properly but I received empty box for finger ring. I aslo tried to call them but they didn't have that option in their call. So, please me to return the product.

Account is deactivated for some reason and can’t get it reactivated
Called many times but no resolution

Myntra customer care is denying return of the product delivered different than description. After multiple rounds of complaints, they’re still denying to accept return stating that the product passed all their mandatory checks. Please look into this at the earliest

After placing a return request for a wrong product delivered, no pick-up agent came and closed by return request saying 'customer happy with the product'. I called their customer care team multiple times with 2 escalations, but everyone their is just repeating the same thing like a puppet - that we have raised a complaint, kindly wait. And now when I'm trying to place the return request again, the app says the item cannot be returned.

I bought air nike shooes for 4500 rs. Due to size and fitting issue, I raised the return request within 2 days. But myntra.com rejecting my request 3 to 4 times. My product has return policy of 30 days and it is within the return policy. I called them many times but they are not supported. Please help me to get my return refund request. Thanks.

I ordered 2 leggings I opened md immediately thought of returning it back. I received the refund of one leggings as it was sealed. The second is rejected as it says that it's used wherein wasn't used at all. I want my money back nd keep ur ### products to yourself

I have ordered Flying Machine Men Black and Grey Colourblocked Puffer Jacket from Myntra, on 25/04/2022 I have received it but I didn't like the product so within a day I have placed the return request with
items covered properly. The delivery boy name Biswajeet picked the order from my home and he himself open it and checked the item at that time. I don't know how he covered it, so it is showing Return is on hold quality check failed.
It had all the tags in it as I have not used that product, and also at the same day of delivery I returned that.
I have been a customer with Myntra so long, I have never expected this kind of fraud activity is going on in Myntra. In order to avoid giving refund to customer, they are removing the price tag from there end and blaming customer that, they have used the products.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and return my amount of rupees 3299.. be it in my source account or in myntra credit (as we are not cheaters/looters who will use the product and return it!)
