        I had purchased a Ruggers Men Blue Regular Fit Casual Shirt, upon receiving I did not like its fit and hence submitted my return application on the same day (Return Id [protected]) . I received a text yesterday on 19th April 2022 that the delivery boy will pick up the product but later on he called and said he wouldn't be able to pick up the product. Today on 20th April 2022 the same man called and asked to throw the package down from the terrace because he could not come up to the floor I live on. I mean someone else might purchase the same shirt that I had just thrown down from the terrace. And it is the same delivery guy that always calls and asks to come down to take our package- we refuse every time - I am paying for doorstep delivery. I never like to file a complaint against any person immediately, but asking to throw the product down from the terrace just because he is too lazy to come up is absolutely unacceptable. I had ignored his previous behavior of calling to ask to come down to take delivery of the package but I request Myntra Team to take necessary actions against such behavior. Asking to throw the package down just because it is a return package is not right. I have been a customer of myntra for a very long time and never had to deal with such issues in the past, I hope to get the same good delivery experience from myntra in future.

          I have returned two items belonging to order ID 1201255 [protected] but got the refund for only one item. In spite of numerous follow ups with Myntra, I haven't gotten a satisfactory response, let alone a resolution! It's such a waste of time and energy for me! I want my refund ASAP. Please help

              Myntra account deactivated without any intimation. I ordered products for Rupees 30, 149 /- the very next day they deactivated my account. I called customer care they said they don't know anything about this. I received few products out of which few of them are wrong products. After this incident I don't want to continue with myntra i just want them to take back all the wrong products which I have received and all of the products are under returnable policy. I also received mail from myntra support saying that they will not accommodate with returns, exchange and credit. I want my money back and take back all your wrong products. Otherwise I will write on Twitter🐦🐦.

                I received 2 products without price tags. I initiated return as I didn't like the products. However myntra is refusing to accept and refund my money as the price tag is missing. I have shared images with the customer care showing the brand label intact and attached to the cloth but the price tag was never there. I have already ordered another product which is double the price (unfortunately again from myntra) because I was under the impression that the refund will be done. Now I have 2 products that I don't like and am being penalized for the fact that the product did not carry a price tag. Raised with their customer care and they are closing my complaints with their standard copy paste replies. Pathetic and horrible customer experience

                  Fake Fossil watch Received

                  Received a fake Fossil watch. I have not received my money back. I paid INR 9495 for the watch and now, Myntra has declined my request and no action has been taken since I complaint.The spelling on the watch is incorrect....

                  Team Myntra, Kindly do not send the delivery boy who delivered my lastest order for my future orders. The delivery boy delievers my and my sister's myntra orders regularly. He never calls me, nor does he ring the door bell. He opens the gate himself and comes inside the house permises without my permission. And then he knocks the main door. Last time I adviced him to ring the door bell on the main gate, but he did not listen. It has happened thrice in my persence that he came inside the house premises without permisssion. He many tines brings another person with him for delivery and is rude too. A few days ago my sister ordered a package from myntra, same delievery boy came without makeig a call but he just rang the bell and threw the parcel from above the gate so rudely. And he was gone by the time I reached the gate. This was the only time he rang the door bell. Otherwise he has started barging in the house without permission and he peeks inside the house premises. I am home alone most of the time and I do not feel safe in the presence of this delivery boy. Please do not send him for the delivery at my place.

                    I returned two products and the delivery boy came to pick up one item and picked up other products in place of that product. Now, I am unable to return both items. Customer care tells me that they can't do anything with this

                        I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
                        I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.
                        This happend 4 th times with me
                        I cant just simply waste my money please help
                        I am from poor family and i had saved money for my brother marraige and then i ordered these product now i cant return my product 🥺

                          They expired my myntra credit when in fact they have no right over my money . My 449 rupees were expired without any reason that too when i used them within one month

                            I received a gift card on my birthday on 19th April 2021. One of my friends gifted me the card of rs. 1100. Its expiry date was 18th April 2022. I thought o[censored]sing it later. so on the day, they sent me i.e. 19th April I received a mail about it which contained the gift card number and pin.
                            on 10th august 2021 out of nowhere, I received a message from myntra that u have received a gift card on 19th April and all the details about it but the oin for using it was different. the card number was the same. within a few minutes, I received another message with the same details but again with a new pin. so in total, I received 3 pins for the same gift card. I didn't notice that there is a different pin. I thought they might have sent me a reminder since it has been a few months since I received it.
                            now last month I thought of turning it. but when I entered the details it shows it has already been added to some account. so I immediately called the help center. they told me they will figure it out, but there was absolutely no response from their side. I called them many times they always told me they will get back to me in 2 days but there was no response from their side.
                            now when there are 2 days left for the card to expire they are telling me to register a cybercrime complaint we cannot help you.
                            there is one more thing which is bothering me is that the account to which it has been added is some myntra account only. it does not show the full account to which it has been added but anyone can figure it out.
                            I told them that there is a default from your side as to how can I receive 3 pins for same card. they are not responding to me and every time i register a complaint, simply after calling they close my issue without solving it.
                            I even talked to their executive. they always put the call on hold and waste so much time of the customer and at last, they don't even solve the query.
                            I request the authority to look into the matter.
                            I hope by registering the complaint I receive my myntra credits.
                            it's not a matter of Rs. 1100 but moreover the way they behave with the customer. how much of my time has been wasted. They don't reply timely, neither they bother about any complaints.
                            for your reference, I'm enclosing the screenshot of the error which is showing on their app every time I try to use my card.

                              This email is regarding order ID - 1200499 [protected] for Adidas shoes

                              The order was delivered on 2 April 2022, and picked up for return on 4th April 2022.

                              After filing for return on the app, as per the procedure, a delivery guy from Myntra came and picked up the shoes.

                              Despite that, I kept getting messages everyday and a delivery guy from Myntra kept coming to pick up the shoes.

                              Grievance was reported on 6th April 2022, however the same was closed without any follow up or consultation with me. The same amounts to unethical and deficient services.

                              Currently, i dont have the shoes and the refund also has not been initiated. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

                                I received a wrong product, from the same brand, just different from what i ordered
                                I submitted a request for return the same day within an hour,
                                It got picked up the next day, with all tags intact and everything was checked by the delivery executive
                                Later the same day, i recieved a prompt that the product hadn’t passed the quality check
                                I am deeply disappointed with myntra as I’ve been a regular and loyal customer to them, the reason why my return has a failure is still not disclosed.
                                I have returned the product as it was, thats how the tags were still intact
                                I wish to raise a complaint and be given my refund at the earliest.

                                  3 out 1 in put on return due to size issue
                                  2 i request for exchange

                                  On 8 of april delivery boy come to pick up the return t-shirt (men navy and he ask for exchange shirt has well
                                  I give to them
                                  Now he told me that by mistakenly i make it combo of 3 t-shirt
                                  As per delivery norms he is not right person to pick the exchange shirt on that day when he come for return shirt
                                  On 13 april exchange shirt reached at my home and he asked me for shirts (which i already give to the delivery boy on 8 april,
                                  I told that i already give to delivery person on 8 april and he told me that by mistakenly i make it combo .
                                  Delivery person told me that i did not have any update about exchange-shirt which you already give to delivery person
                                  My shirts status on application is delivered, but i did not get any exchange shirts from myntra team
                                  I request you to please exchange my shirts ourselves refund my money back

                                    A wrong product was sent to me by Myntra and now the return is being denied.

                                    I received the product on 8th April. There were 2 Blackberry Suits that were suppose to be delivered but I received only one and the other one was a Blackberry trouser.

                                    As soon as I opened the package I call the delivery guy who then told me to raise a complaint with the customer care which I did.

                                    The investigation took for around 5-6 days and the resolution I got today is that they (Myntra) cannot accept the return since the product I'm trying to return is a different one.

                                    On the very first place, I received a WRONG product and that is what I'm trying to return.

                                    I took few pictures of the product after unpacking the package.

                                    See attachment.

                                    The packer / shipper of the wrong product (Blackberry trouser) is the same as that of the correct product (Blackberry Suit).

                                      I have been calling myntra for last 10 days regarding a refund.. everytime they say to wait for 24 hours.. its getting on my nerves now.. they are harassing me now
