On 13th Jan I received an anouk navy blue kurta which was a prepaid order. Since I didn't like the quality of the product and there was size fit issue, I placed a return request. It was supposed to picked up by someone instead it got cancelled without intimation. Then again I placed another return request, again it got cancelled. Now it's the third time. I supposed to get my parcel on 4feb but when i checked in the website it was shown that my parcel has been delayed and will be delivered by 6 feb and when i check on the website on 6 feb it was shown that my parcel has been delivered on 4 feb. I ordered a pair of Jack & Jones Shoes from Myntra.Com on the 3rd of Oct 2021. I got my shoes on the 9th of Oct, and from then, I barely wore them five or six times. Unfortunately, in this period and with minimal use, the left shoes developed tear marks, as you can see in the attached images.

I received totally different product from there . Which is a black and grey sandle. After puting it on return on 7 feb (received on 7 feb) . When delivery agent came to receive it he denied that he won't be able to take it back and put it on hold .i have contacted myntra help support but they didn't provide any vaild support . Two track pants were ordered, paid in advance and delivered,
Were bigger in size,
One was to be refunded and another was to be exchanged,
But both were picked up without the exchange product!!
Recieved the refund against only one of the track pant but there's no accountability of the second track pant.
Kindly Refund or deliver the exchange product...

I have returned my product to myntra in proper way as it should have been. But they have not processed my refund as in terms & conditions it should have been refunded same day as myntra credit . But neither they have responded my complain nor their customer care no. is in service....

For an item that I have purchased from Myntra, there is no return option available. It say that my pincode is not eligible to return the product. How is that possible, if Myntra can deliver it to me, but can't arrange for pickup. There is no specific information given anywhere that says that one cannot return a product for a reason like this. One of my delivered products has stain on its edge due to which delivery boy didn't pickup the product for its replacement.
Please note the product was received in the same condition and is untouched. We raised the replacement due to size issue only. Hence we need the replacement of this product with large size....

Hi I placed an order of 1 hearing, 1 kurta, 1 toe ring but in the app it's stated as delivered by I have not received it. When I call the customer care they are telling the tat time is only 5.
