Myntra customer care is denying return of the product delivered different than description. After multiple rounds of complaints, they’re still denying to accept return stating that the product passed all their mandatory checks. Please look into this at the earliest

    After placing a return request for a wrong product delivered, no pick-up agent came and closed by return request saying 'customer happy with the product'. I called their customer care team multiple times with 2 escalations, but everyone their is just repeating the same thing like a puppet - that we have raised a complaint, kindly wait. And now when I'm trying to place the return request again, the app says the item cannot be returned.

      I bought air nike shooes for 4500 rs. Due to size and fitting issue, I raised the return request within 2 days. But myntra.com rejecting my request 3 to 4 times. My product has return policy of 30 days and it is within the return policy. I called them many times but they are not supported. Please help me to get my return refund request. Thanks.

        Hi

        I ordered 2 leggings I opened md immediately thought of returning it back. I received the refund of one leggings as it was sealed. The second is rejected as it says that it's used wherein wasn't used at all. I want my money back nd keep ur ### products to yourself

          I have ordered Flying Machine Men Black and Grey Colourblocked Puffer Jacket from Myntra, on 25/04/2022 I have received it but I didn't like the product so within a day I have placed the return request with
          items covered properly. The delivery boy name Biswajeet picked the order from my home and he himself open it and checked the item at that time. I don't know how he covered it, so it is showing Return is on hold quality check failed.
          It had all the tags in it as I have not used that product, and also at the same day of delivery I returned that.
          I have been a customer with Myntra so long, I have never expected this kind of fraud activity is going on in Myntra. In order to avoid giving refund to customer, they are removing the price tag from there end and blaming customer that, they have used the products.
          Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and return my amount of rupees 3299.. be it in my source account or in myntra credit (as we are not cheaters/looters who will use the product and return it!)

            Max brand jeans order 13to 14 years old but recd 5 to 6 years and some other pant in brown colour. Couldn't exchange due to mismatch. Delivery guy told me to complain it online. Tried several times but couldn't do anything.

              I had placed a return request for a grey enamor inner and the item was successfully picked up with another pink inner on 16th April by delivery agent around 12:30 - 1 pm.
              I saw another return was scheduled for the same product after somedays. And now Myntra is saying that they did not receive the product and not refunding the amount.
              I am attaching the ss for your ref.

                There was no gift wrap in order

                I sent a gift, and asked for a gift wrap. Myntra charged me extra for the gift wrap, but the gift wrap was not provided rather it was sent in a plastic cover. The message sent for the person was sent on A4 size paper and it was crumpled. Invoice was also sent with the gift. What kind of pathetic service is this?...

                  i ordered slippers from myntra the day i recirculating the parcel i wore it to check the size and comfort of the slipper and i saw the print on the slippers was peeling off i immediately requested for return after two days the pickup happened…now today i got the prompt that my return request has been rejected they are saying that the product was used …

                    The money got deducted from my account, but the order was not confirmed.
                    It's been 4 days, I haven't received any refund yet.

                      I ordered a pair of coffee mug and recieved it on 25th April at 1.30 pm . As I opened it, one of the mug's handle was broken. I have not even removed the packaging of the other mug. I want it to be exchanged or else a refund be made as soon as possible.

                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                        Hi! I ordered polo neck maroon coloured Louis Phillipe T-shirt on 24th, Order ID[protected]-8431801. The Tshirt was deivered to me on 25th evening. I opened the packet and saw that there was defect on the Tshirt, it had stain (photo of the Tshirt is attached for reference). Also, there was no tag attached to the Tshirt. I initiated the return request immediately and packed the Tshirt in the same plastic in which it was delivered. The very next day viz.26th Afternoon this Tshirt was picked up by Myntra agent. From 26th Apr - 27th Apr, the status of this return was reflecting on hold due to quality check issue and no tag availability. Firstly, there was no tag attached to the Tshirt and I initiated the return request immediately as soon as I saw a defect and no tag available on it and the same was picked up the very next day by the Myntra Agent and Hence there is no probability of the product being used. I wrote this as a concern to Myntra through Myntra app via help centre. I also tried getting in touch with the customer care no. but the IVR did not give an option to connect to an executive.
                        Today my query/concern was resolved with a resolution stating that my return is rejected due to quality check failed.

                        This is complete irresponsible behaviour and poor service delivery by Myntra.
                        Myntra being the largest online marketplace is doing fraud by supporting and onboarding fraud vendors who sells fake/cheap/defective quality product without displaying brand tags making it unsure whether its a brand or a local stuff. This is a smart way of delivering defective product without the tag so that the customer cannot return the order.

                        I am a regular buyer of Myntra and have ordered multiple stuffs in past few days (my order/transaction history is available for reference). I request Myntra to kindly complete the return formality and refund me my money back as this is causing me financial losses and mental harrassment. I would also want Myntra executive to call myself and settle my issue at [protected]. Failure of the same would make me post negative reviews on social media platforms, Myntra webpage, customer review wall and National consumer forum. Expecting resolution of the same at the earliest.

                          I have ordered 3 roadster shirts and returned the same. I have entered my bank details for refund but mistakenly a digit has been mentioned wrongly. Now Myntra CCE is only providing the reference number instead of repeatedly informing that Bank ac number has been mistakenly provided wrong.

                          They are not transfering the call to seniors and only confirming that they can't help me in this matter.

                            I have ordered online Skechers shoes (Men Black Go Run Mojo 2.0 - Lucite Running Shoes Size: 11) on 17/04/2022. Received on 18/04/2022. The size and product was not good quality so return requested on 18/04/2022 and accepted on 19/04/2022. The product picked up after checking the tags and quality on 20/04/2022. Return request has been declined on 20/04/2022. The App shows item reshipped on 21.04.2022 but still the product is not delivered to me. All communications received on email. Company says product is delivered but not received or such communication received on email. Myntra is requested to either return the amount of Rs 2899/- paid to you or the product

                              I ordered a product and then the product didn't fit on me it too small and the quality is not as expected when I try to return it the pickup man says that it is used but is in brand new condition and well packed it says that the fabric of inner part of pocket is not good but I gave them as i received I told them that's not my problem I also didn't get proper answer from customer care executives Myntra is a scam i didn't prefer anyone to buy anything from it please solve my request as soon as possible
                              This is thr new business now. They are looting people by removing tag from the products and saying tags are removed by customer. Post that they are reshipping the products and not providing refunds.

                                Exchange is stopped saying that my product is deffective. But the product is too small in size(size 30) and that's why I have ordered 2 size bigger(size 34). Prize tag is intect. I was not at home when the Myntra person came. So i want to know why they are not exchanging my product. Trying to call Myntra customer care since 21st April. They do not call back. It is pathetic.

                                  I reached Myntra and created a case id no
                                  IN[protected]on 27th March. i have also created IN[protected], IN[protected] for the same issue.
                                  during my my 7th-8th email in next 15-25 days.
                                  I was processing an order where a transaction failed on your website but my ICICI account was debited with Rs 15134 on march 14th.

                                  I reached ICICI and Myntra through chat and they said to wait 7-10 business days.
                                  After 7-10 business days when I reached ICICI they said Myntra had not given the funds back yet so they asked to reach Myntra again.
                                  When I reached Myntra through chat on 27th this issue was raised for what I was told someone will get back to me on 30th march.
                                  on 30th march the issue was closed by Myntra without providing a solution to me.
                                  On 31st march when I reached Myntra chat support team they said they escalated it so wait 3 more days. and again 3 more days on april 4th and 6th.

                                  that kept going till my last email on april 7th which I never received any response of.

                                  ICICI told me if myntra did not receive the funds then they need to provide me a confirmation of the same with all details through email. then only my bank can process further.

                                  I kept asking Myntra to just send me an email which my bank asked but they never emailed me.
                                  all myntra did was kept closing my cases and sending me chat copy paste over my email responses which only said it was closed.

                                  Now as I am in US I gave on them as they are not responding except going in circles. I am hoping i can be heard here at this platform and this is not acceptable consumer service not to even send an email saying this transaction funds we never received by us so I can dispute with my bank to move further.

                                    I order a t shirt from myntra, but i got wrong size one so i returned the item on 22 April, but no one is coming for pick up the item, every day i got message from myntra today out for pick up, but no one is calling Or coming to pick up it is really dissapointed, yesterday i called the delivery boy he tell me he came yesterday but no one is coming and today i call him he is not attending the call why you are this much of irresponsible

                                      I placed an order for a t-shirt on myntra, I made payment with debit card. the amount had been debited from my account on the name of myntra but my order was not placed, while the customer care of Myntra sucks and they have no representatives to help and just virtual assistance which is futile.
                                      I even mailed them but no response, while I again placed order this time in cod mode and it got placed. Myntra has no complaint resolution policy which is disappointing.
