I placed an order for a white dress from urbanic
Order ID # 1199334 [protected]
I recieved my order on 21st of march 2022
And within half n hour or less i put the return for that dress due to size issue and a dirt stain on it . The courier boy came on 22nd to pick up the return . He checked the tags and all ither details and picked the product and i recieved the message that your return has been picked up successfully
Now in the evening when i checked the refund status they are showing quality check fail fue to stain and missing tags
And the tags were intact then only their courier boy picked up the return
Its really disgusting at their end kindly refund my amount asap

    I ordered a product on 17.03.22 and raised the return request on the same day as I didn't like the product fit for myself (RETURN ID [protected]). The product was supposed to be picked up by 29th march. On 21.03.22 I received out for pickup message. when I called the E Kart number provided by mantra I was told that the product will be picked up the next day. On 22.03.22 I again tried calling the pick up the number provided to confirm by what time it will be picked up, but no luck as the number was always busy. By afternoon I recieved a message that due to quality issues VectorECommerce rejected my pick up. Nobody even showed up to check the quality of the product (which by the way is still with all tags intact and unused) and they rejected my pickup. My 2400 Rs are stuck with myntra please help. All screenshots are attached. I can provide my call logs and recorded call interactions with pick-up partners if needed confirming the same as all calls get recorded in my phone automatically. This is clearly a case of consumer fraud.

      Ordered a H&M cardigan but received a kids jeans in a extremely small myntra packet by default a sweatshirt would never fit in it in the very first place .So I requested for a exchange but the delivery agent said it does not match the cardigan ordered so he cannot take it and requested me to contact call centre. After telling the agent the situation he said it would be resolved within 4 days however they said they did proper investigation and that they had sent the right product. I still contacted the call centre and asked them to reinvestigate nearly 4-5 times however every time they said they sent the right package. Later when spoken to the escalation desk manager, he wouldn’t listen and said they’ve checked all cctv and that the seller was the best seller indirectly telling me I was lying and that his company doesn’t tolerate online platform abuse.I sent them proper evidences on mail with photos and videos on how a sweatshirt would never fit in the packet in the very first place . It was a matter of common sense but still couldn’t get my refund of 2300.they’ve scammed me for 2300rs inspire of being a myntra insider

        Ive not received my refund of 4344rs

        I placed a return request for 3 products on 12th March. Since I wasn’t available at home my request got cancelled. I placed a request again on 13th March. Products were picked up by the executive on 13th march. Few minutes later I got a message saying return request cancelled for all 3 products. I spoke to customer care many times no help from their side. Delivery executive said he already sent everything to myntra. I lost both products...

          Purchased a dress from Myntra. Did not like the qualitu so Requested a return.Pick up executive called once I requested to reschedule it to either the sameday evening or next day.But he cancelled the return.Later had to call the customer care and explain whole story and requested for pickup.Myntra arranged return.
          Now the Courier Guy(Pickup Executive) took the Dress in perfect condition with PRICE TAG, BRAND TAG in MYNTRA Cover as it is we received. He checked and said all is fine but now the status is shown as Quality Check failed.Product is eith them and no refund so far.We are extremely disappointed and feel like a mere cheating the customers. Myntra has to take action against such things and to justice to its customers.
          We trusted and invested INR 2300/-.We can never trust Myntra again and would never recommend anyone.Never expected this.You lost a very good customer

            I'm being charged for convenience fee and i was not aware there will be inconvenience fee for return hence I want that to be waived off so that i can process my order or else this one going to be my last order from Myntra as I've credits which cannot be transferred

Upon checking abt seller which is Consulting rooms pvt limited came to know this fraud seller the seller has complaints all over the Google you can check. I have raises the complaint with myntra and they have picked my product but updated pickup failed and now my money is stuck. I will soon escalate this on social media i have purchased the shoes from my hard earned money and my money is stuck now .

              Today after 48 hours Myntra didn't sent any mail to delivery team abt wrong product and the pickup agent came back and given the product and ask me to contact CS and raise a pickup with wrong product approval. Lack of communication gap between 2 teams just delaying the process. Although i recived call back from myntra and they ask me toh wait for another 48 hour they need approval as per them. This is really headache .

              Myntra not helping at all. Their customers support team really lacks skills neither they ahe any access nor they are doing anything just keep closing all the ticket and increasing timeline

                  I had purchased a watch from Myntra on February 27th, 2022 and had filed for the return for the very same on February 28th, 2022. The mode of payment was through Google Pay UPI & the amount was deducted from my State Bank of India's account. The merchant has processed the due refund amount of ₹ 569 on March 3rd, 2022 which hasn't yet been reflected in my bank account.
                  I would request you to please look into the matter at the earliest as it has already been 14 days since the day of the transaction the processing of the refund.

                    Ordered fossil watch ES4113 from myntra. Product is not received but shown as delivered . Payment made in full and the delivery is a prepaid. Made complaint with myntra about the non delivery but they have closed the tickets citing the product was delivered in a sealed and pristine condition as per their investigation and hence the claim stands declined.
                    For the prepaid delivery without pin authentication how is the product was delivered.

                      Order Id : 1198868 [protected] IN[protected] : I ordered a Swarovski Ring from MYNTRA online and paid Rs 6503 via card when placing the order. On 17th of March, we got a parcel delivered at our home and when my dad opened the parcel, the box was empty. There was no ring in the box. The packaging was cut and was taped with an express tape, We reported to Myntra same day & provided pictures of packaging and empty box. They said they will review and get back to us. After follow ups, they called us back saying they cant help us any further, They did the quality check before sending the package. They simply marked the complaint resolved, I have now reopened my complaint twice and they still do not agree to refund my Payment. So I have paid for something that I never received. Please assist,

                        I have made an order worth Rs. 10, 399 on 9th march, 2022 and cancelled it on the same day. I have made the payments through Upi mode. My Order ID is:- 1198706 [protected]
                        on the application it's been showing that the refund has already initiated But its not getting reflected into my account
                        I have called the customer support but they are just delaying the issue and telling me to wait further and further.
                        First they told me to wait 10 days i.e, 19th march.
                        Today is 20th march and after calling they told me to wait for 10 more days and deny of giving Refund id no.
                        I request you to please do the needful and refund my full amount of Rs. 10, 399.

                            The order initially had sizing issues due to which it was put on for exchange after which the product recieved had a different colour from the one shown in the picture so the product was subjected to return with reason stating 'colour is different' but the pickup agent denied to pick up the product as the colour was different from the original picture and didn't take the parcel away. So i request you to schedule a pick-up as soon as possible for the product and proceed with the refund process. I assure that all the tags on the product are intact.

                              On Monday 14 /02/2022 i ordered amount of rupees 1904 got cancelled by some technical issues, i did my transaction UPI phone pe through . so this payment is done on UPI transaction im supposed to get my money within short time of period now Myntra executive dropping my calls, asking more more time to refund they tried twice to do refund as they told i have call recordings too I can receive any UPI payment i can do UPI payment but why Myntra is refusing pay my refund

                                Three orders picked up by myntra pickup partner at the same time but refund not issued for two of them as myntra claims they havent received it.
                                I returned the products and myntra pickup partners ( Delhivery ) came to collect it. Myntra should dig this up with Delhivery if needed. I shouldnt be suffering coz of mistakes made by others.

                                  Product price : Rs.2950

                                  I originally ordered a Mac foundation Compact for Rs.2950 in the shade NC 35 from Myntra and Seller name was Vision Star. However, I Received a Duplicate Product with no Price tag and in a Different Shade NC 20. I sent the pictures of the product the way it was sent and raised the return request same day when received it on 10 March.

                                  On 11 March it was picked up and on 15 March my online status reflected that order was rejected and when I called I've been informed about the price tag missing.

                                  I have received a different product (NC20 in place of NC 35) on the First place and there was no price tag bcz it's a Duplicate Product. Now I've been informed that the same product is being sent to me and not even a replacement for the wrong shade and different Item. And the customer service is disconnecting the calls.

                                  Why will a customer remove a sticker tag and then sent it back. Will that not be apparent with marks on the box?

                                  Clearly it's a Case of Fraud.

                                  The website did not take any obligation to fulfill for the different product sent and did not consider it a part to be fixed from their end, The whole Focus is the Price Tag.That's how Customers are being Defrauded by Myntra.

                                  I wish to receive my Refund of Rs. 2950 but I've been informed by their customer support to wait and receive the exact same item (not a replacement) I sent back to them and then again arrange a pickup and then raise a complaint with them. Why do I have to wait and do that all over again. Clearly it's like a Mental Trauma given to customers so they just loose their interest to resolve their issue and leave their money.

                                    I was not in town after the product delivery...
                                    Once I back.. the size and quality was not satisfactory so I initiated a return.. But the Myntra is not picking up my order.
