Order Id : 1198868 [protected] IN[protected] : I ordered a Swarovski Ring from MYNTRA online and paid Rs 6503 via card when placing the order. On 17th of March, we got a parcel delivered at our home and when my dad opened the parcel, the box was empty. There was no ring in the box. The packaging was cut and was taped with an express tape, We reported to Myntra same day & provided pictures of packaging and empty box. They said they will review and get back to us. After follow ups, they called us back saying they cant help us any further, They did the quality check before sending the package. They simply marked the complaint resolved, I have now reopened my complaint twice and they still do not agree to refund my Payment. So I have paid for something that I never received. Please assist,

    I have made an order worth Rs. 10, 399 on 9th march, 2022 and cancelled it on the same day. I have made the payments through Upi mode. My Order ID is:- 1198706 [protected]
    on the application it's been showing that the refund has already initiated But its not getting reflected into my account
    I have called the customer support but they are just delaying the issue and telling me to wait further and further.
    First they told me to wait 10 days i.e, 19th march.
    Today is 20th march and after calling they told me to wait for 10 more days and deny of giving Refund id no.
    I request you to please do the needful and refund my full amount of Rs. 10, 399.

      I had ordered shoes for some days before and today I received the mail that my order has been cancelled due to some unknown reasons. Now should I wait for some days for their response or should I order again? Let me know if anyone can help.

        The order initially had sizing issues due to which it was put on for exchange after which the product recieved had a different colour from the one shown in the picture so the product was subjected to return with reason stating 'colour is different' but the pickup agent denied to pick up the product as the colour was different from the original picture and didn't take the parcel away. So i request you to schedule a pick-up as soon as possible for the product and proceed with the refund process. I assure that all the tags on the product are intact.

          On Monday 14 /02/2022 i ordered amount of rupees 1904 got cancelled by some technical issues, i did my transaction UPI phone pe through . so this payment is done on UPI transaction im supposed to get my money within short time of period now Myntra executive dropping my calls, asking more more time to refund they tried twice to do refund as they told i have call recordings too I can receive any UPI payment i can do UPI payment but why Myntra is refusing pay my refund

            Three orders picked up by myntra pickup partner at the same time but refund not issued for two of them as myntra claims they havent received it.
            I returned the products and myntra pickup partners ( Delhivery ) came to collect it. Myntra should dig this up with Delhivery if needed. I shouldnt be suffering coz of mistakes made by others.

            Amount of 2 orders - Rs 3676, Rs 2449
            I want my refund asap.

              I'm a customer of Myntra, Shaireen Sharma.

              Product price : Rs.2950

              I originally ordered a Mac foundation Compact for Rs.2950 in the shade NC 35 from Myntra and Seller name was Vision Star. However, I Received a Duplicate Product with no Price tag and in a Different Shade NC 20. I sent the pictures of the product the way it was sent and raised the return request same day when received it on 10 March.

              On 11 March it was picked up and on 15 March my online status reflected that order was rejected and when I called I've been informed about the price tag missing.

              I have received a different product (NC20 in place of NC 35) on the First place and there was no price tag bcz it's a Duplicate Product. Now I've been informed that the same product is being sent to me and not even a replacement for the wrong shade and different Item. And the customer service is disconnecting the calls.

              Why will a customer remove a sticker tag and then sent it back. Will that not be apparent with marks on the box?

              Clearly it's a Case of Fraud.

              The website did not take any obligation to fulfill for the different product sent and did not consider it a part to be fixed from their end, The whole Focus is the Price Tag.That's how Customers are being Defrauded by Myntra.

              I wish to receive my Refund of Rs. 2950 but I've been informed by their customer support to wait and receive the exact same item (not a replacement) I sent back to them and then again arrange a pickup and then raise a complaint with them. Why do I have to wait and do that all over again. Clearly it's like a Mental Trauma given to customers so they just loose their interest to resolve their issue and leave their money.

                Hi,
                I have ordered a kurta set from Myntra..
                I was not in town after the product delivery...
                Once I back.. the size and quality was not satisfactory so I initiated a return.. But the Myntra is not picking up my order.
                Please pickup my product and initiate my refund amount of rs 2099 as soon as possible..

                    I ordered a t shirt on Myntra but after 2hours i cancelled the order. I have paid for that in two ways one is myntra cash and second is phone PE . Myntra cash money is refunded but my phone PE money did not refunded yet . What to do about it.

                      I am trying to login into the account after few months and they have blocked my account without informing about the same.

                      Before that i was able to placed the order . I might have placed a lot of returns that is because they have old products and they sale duplicate products over their site.
                      So, if this is the reason for it, then they should get their quality check first also they shouldnt allow more than 5 products to order

                        We ordered a Marc Loire Women Grey Woven Design Block Heels (Size: 39) (Image attached) from Myntra.com on 16 Feb 2022. We received a wrong product on 23 Feb 2022 (refer to images). The product was also physically damaged (refer to the attached images) and a totally different one than what we ordered. We initiated a return and the pick up guy rejected the pick up stating that the product image that he has and the one we are returning are totally different which was ridiculous as that was the main reason why we initiated a return. Since 27 Feb till date (15 Mar 2022) there were innumerable attempts to customer care service of Myntra trying to explain the problem and the reply which we repeatedly got was the following which shows how irresponsible and cunning this company is and how they can cheat the customers without any fear or sense of responsibility:

                        Thank you for reaching out to us, we understand that the product ''Marc Loire Women Grey Woven Design Block Heels'' you wished to return did not pass the doorstep quality check and hence our style delivery agent could not pick up the product.

                        We have further validated the claim and regret to inform that we are unable to accept the return request for this product based on the following details:

                        - Product went through the mandatory quality check.
                        - The product was sealed in a tampered proof packaging.
                        - No instance of package tampering was reported.

                        It is never our endeavor to hassle our genuine and loyal customers, however, in situation like these, to avoid platform abuse, we rely on information best available to us. If you have additional details that may help us re-investigate the issue, we will be more than happy. You can share the details by replying to this message.

                        We regret any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

                        Everything You Need To Look Good

                        There was No price tag which was attached to the product but we were asked to send photos of price tag! The images of the product we sent were not at all considered and valued and we were accused by the customer care that there was strict quality check and we can in no way receive faulty product!! I have provided the details of the product and my disappointment with this company which cheated me and in turn accused me that I am trying to fool the company.
                        I would like to see video footage of the original product that I ordered being packed and labelled with my address along with the complete details as to how the quality check was done for this particular product and provide evidence of the exact same product being shipped to me. I would have just discarded the product if the customer care was sober and apologised as humans can commit mistake and that can be corrected. This is totally not acceptable and I will not stop until I get justice even if it invoices going to the court and spending huge amount of money. I am going to show this cheater company what their place is if I do not get justice.

                          My mynyra account was blocked due to excessive returns as per told me by customer care. So I tried with different mobile numbers but another two numbers have been blocked simultaneously by auto search of Internet or address. How can myntra loose so many customers??? I've been a frequent and a loyal customer to myntra always. Still I wanted to be a part of myntra. Its my humble request to unblock at least any one number so that I can start purchasing. And I guarantee for zero returns from now onwards.

                            I ordered(26th of Feb'22) kurta and palazzo set but received only the kurta on 7th March. I raised a complaint in Myntra and the delivery exe picked up my kurta as per my complaint but he put my return on hold post pickup and asked me to get just the approval from myntra which he mentioned would take only 2 hours and would reach him within same day. From 9th of March everyday I had been calling up Myntra and they are postponing the resolution date from 12th to 14th to 16th now. I have already paid an amount of 944rupees and now Myntra is playing fraud with its customers. Attaching the conversation and resolution dates from Myntra's Escalation Managers that they are denying now.

                                Recently I ordered a pair of "Puma Women White Cruise Rider Colourblocked Sneakers" in size 7.

                                I received my order on 11th of March 2022, the condition of the product was very bad, the box was completely torned off, shoes were dirty with marks all over it.
                                The only reason I accepted the product from the delivery guy was only because the box was covered with the Khaki coloured Paper Packet of Myntra (in which they usually deliver in) which was in good condition.

                                After opening the package and finding it in such poor condition, I immediately raised a Return request on the same day and mentioned the same issue for return; The order was picked up from me on 12th of March 2022.

                                After returning the product, It's reflecting on my Myntra app that my Return request has been declined because of quality check issues.

                                ***My issue is that my sole reason for returning the order was because of poor quality, how can the return request be declined. I don't want the product it's Myntra's fault to send poor quality product, and put the blame on customer.
                                The same product was returned without any damage from our concern. It's very disappointing to hear such response from a reputated site like yours. It's very clear that product was not damaged from our end, how you delivered us we returned it in the same way. I want my refund back for my product please don't reship us, please do check your quality check's again and refund our amount .

                                I request to kindly look into the matter, and find a solution to refund the amount paid by me i.e. Rs 4099/- . ***

                                  Order ID # 1198290 [protected] Roadster women blue shin fit, this item doesnt have a tag and only received in a plastic cover with some barcode. Now return is being rejected. When I call to CS, some ### is saying investigation is done and Iam wrong, so return is being rejected. This is a cheap trick. When I didnt receive the tag, how will I return with it????

                                    I ordered a pant and a top from Myntra and i received a notification saying the product has been delivered. But I didn't get a call from the delivery agent and I didn't receive the package too! I expect a refund or demand the package to me on my hands asap! I didn't expect myntra to be THIS CHEAP!

                                      I had raised a pick up around 15 days
                                      back, next day a pick up agent comes and rejects the pick up based on a
                                      barely noticable dust mark at the back side of the dress which even i did
                                      not notice and which as per him was a so called "damage". Firstly i had
                                      called the myntra customer care around 10 days back as my return status was
                                      put on hold and then the next day i get an email that my issue was
                                      "resolved" and that i will have to keep the product with me forcefully just
                                      based on the judgement of an unqualified person's quality check. This was
                                      nothing but a blatant insult of principle of natural justice because i did
                                      not even get the chance of getting heard. The return was put on hold on the
                                      basis of a one sided story, the person didnt even have any proof or photos
                                      of the "damage" but Myntra decided to listen to their pick up agent over
                                      their customer.
                                      Today again i called and after speaking to a Myntra superviser i have
                                      completely lost trust in Myntra. Now its not about the product, its about
                                      right or wrong.
                                      When i tried to record the call, the superviser intentionally cut the call.

                                        I have contacted Customer care, they are saying 5 days of delivery have passed. So they can not resolve the issue.

                                        2. In addition, I have ordered same (above) product of two different sizes - S and M. I paid as follows:
                                        a) Size S : ₹ 754.00,
                                        b) Size M : ₹1, 969.00
                                        I do not know why the cost is such different.
