Myntra delivered v2 value and variety product delivered but inside the package product was zara brand delivered. so i’m many time requests to myntra help line but they are deny to return product....

The reason I want to the product is because the colour I placed the order for was black but what I received is yellow. I had opted for return and when the delivery agent came for pick he did not pick up the return because what I ordered was for black but what I received was yellow. How is this fair? I've ordered a Roadster co-ord set from Myntra recently and I didn't like the dress and wanted to return but when I put a request it said I should self ship the product. If they are providing door delivery why can't they pick up the item from here? This is not fair I want the product to be picked from where it has been delivered.

Dear sir/Madam,

I received one product from Myntra. And that product is not suitable for me. Because i raised return the product. When I received product in that no tag slip is there. But delevery agent person asking for tag receipt. I told him I only received product but in that tag is not there. Same day I sent mail through Myntra application but nobody is responding my mail.
