    Recently I ordered a pair of "Puma Women White Cruise Rider Colourblocked Sneakers" in size 7.

    I received my order on 11th of March 2022, the condition of the product was very bad, the box was completely torned off, shoes were dirty with marks all over it.
    The only reason I accepted the product from the delivery guy was only because the box was covered with the Khaki coloured Paper Packet of Myntra (in which they usually deliver in) which was in good condition.

    After opening the package and finding it in such poor condition, I immediately raised a Return request on the same day and mentioned the same issue for return; The order was picked up from me on 12th of March 2022.

    After returning the product, It's reflecting on my Myntra app that my Return request has been declined because of quality check issues.

    ***My issue is that my sole reason for returning the order was because of poor quality, how can the return request be declined. I don't want the product it's Myntra's fault to send poor quality product, and put the blame on customer.
    The same product was returned without any damage from our concern. It's very disappointing to hear such response from a reputated site like yours. It's very clear that product was not damaged from our end, how you delivered us we returned it in the same way. I want my refund back for my product please don't reship us, please do check your quality check's again and refund our amount .

    I request to kindly look into the matter, and find a solution to refund the amount paid by me i.e. Rs 4099/- . ***

      Order ID # 1198290 [protected] Roadster women blue shin fit, this item doesnt have a tag and only received in a plastic cover with some barcode. Now return is being rejected. When I call to CS, some ### is saying investigation is done and Iam wrong, so return is being rejected. This is a cheap trick. When I didnt receive the tag, how will I return with it????

        I ordered a pant and a top from Myntra and i received a notification saying the product has been delivered. But I didn't get a call from the delivery agent and I didn't receive the package too! I expect a refund or demand the package to me on my hands asap! I didn't expect myntra to be THIS CHEAP!

          I had raised a pick up around 15 days
          back, next day a pick up agent comes and rejects the pick up based on a
          barely noticable dust mark at the back side of the dress which even i did
          not notice and which as per him was a so called "damage". Firstly i had
          called the myntra customer care around 10 days back as my return status was
          put on hold and then the next day i get an email that my issue was
          "resolved" and that i will have to keep the product with me forcefully just
          based on the judgement of an unqualified person's quality check. This was
          nothing but a blatant insult of principle of natural justice because i did
          not even get the chance of getting heard. The return was put on hold on the
          basis of a one sided story, the person didnt even have any proof or photos
          of the "damage" but Myntra decided to listen to their pick up agent over
          their customer.
          Today again i called and after speaking to a Myntra superviser i have
          completely lost trust in Myntra. Now its not about the product, its about
          right or wrong.
          When i tried to record the call, the superviser intentionally cut the call.

            1. I ordered ‘Moda Rapido Women Pink Floral Embroidered Yoke Design Straight Kurta’ on 26 Feb 2022 in Myntra. Myntra is claiming that it is delivered, but I have not received the product.
            Order details:

            Paid: Rs 1969.00

            I have contacted Customer care, they are saying 5 days of delivery have passed. So they can not resolve the issue.

            2. In addition, I have ordered same (above) product of two different sizes - S and M. I paid as follows:
            a) Size S : ₹ 754.00,
            b) Size M : ₹1, 969.00
            I do not know why the cost is such different.

              Hi Team
              After all my efforts and mental trauma being faced, I have reached you for a solution.
              I have been cheated by Myntra and it’s courier partners and faced following problems:

              1/ On 5th March 2022, I have received a product delivery of hush puppies shoes
              Order ID #1198028 [protected]
              for a prepaid order of Rs2974 . To my horror, when I opened the sealed packed, there was a broken box with old dirty used shoes of some person. Attached pictures.
              I immediately raised the complaint with myntra customer care and was assured that I will get a solution by 8th or 9th March2022. However next day, ie 6th march my return request was approved and pickup agent came to pickup the product, he took pictures and refused to pick the same.

              When I again called the customer care, they said they will update. And return is approved, I need not to worry.

              2/ In the evening again I received a message that “pickup will be done, delivery agent out for pickup”(ie on 6th march).
              After an hour or so, I received a message that the pickup failed on its own saying I was not available . Although I didn’t even receive a call / message or No one came for pick up.

              3/ I had called, raised tickets many times but all of them getting closed on their own without any updates. New tickets are opened by removing the pictures that I provided.

              4/ my claim was reinvestigated again and I was again assured that my claim is approved and I will get the money back once pickup is successful.
              5/But everytime I get the message of out for pickup, it got failed within 5 minutes. I had placed many complaints, everyone I was assured that myntra has raised complaint against courier partner.

              6/ from 5th march till 11th March noon, I received around 10-15 calls from myntra escalation desk that my return is approved. I got that in written also, that they have approved and I will receive amount in original mode of payment.
              7/ the pickup agent only picked my call one time and he clearly told me he is instructed that he will not do pickup. He openly challenged and said that I can do his complaint if I want.

              8/ on 11th March 2022, around one I received a call of a manager saying my claim is declined and I will not be refunded as I am returning a fake product.
              Well this was my complaint at first place that I have been delivered a wrong product and instead of refunding they started blaming me.

              I am extremely disappointed by Myntra’s services and feel cheated.

              I feel cheated and disgusted, disappointed. The whole 7 days I have faced this mental trauma. It is my hard earned money. I wanted to gift the shoes to someone. They played with my mental strength and gave me mental stress for nights . I was assured time and again on calls and in written that I will get back my refund as it is approved. But then all went in vain. They are blaming me now. I am still very emotional as they are blaming me that I am returning them a fake product.

              I want my money back at any cost. It’s my hard earned money.

              I hope Myntra’s team will look into the matter seriously rather than making me move from one ticket to another, one call to another.

                  On 8 March 2022, I ordered Noise Mini Air Buds. On 9th March 2022 i received the parcel which is empty from inside nothing was there. I called the customer care executive of myntra and they ask me to wait till 12th March for the resolution and now today 11th March they closed my request and tell me that we don't have the video evidence o[censored]nboxing the parcel. I am very disappointed with there services. I am asking my refund or the product but they are refusing the both things. They are only asking the video o[censored]nboxing the parcel. But we have the pictures only because we don't know that if the Myntra do frauds with their customers like that we have to make the video o[censored]nboxing the parcel. I ask several times with the delivery man that I have to open the parcel and check everything in front of them but he refuse to doing the same thing. So now the conclusion of all this is that I am writing the office mail to the CEO of Myntra and want the proper resolution of this situation. Myntra is the fraudest e- commerce website. They take the money of their customers and don't give their parcel to them.

                  Fake, Fraud and most disgusting website. Boycott them immediately.

                  Don't believe on their services they are such theif people and the fraud website.

                  Totally Unacceptable these things, now i tell them what happen when they do fraud with their customers.

                  Even now Myntra don't capable to get the reviews. They don't have their loyalty to give the right resolution to their customers.

                  Shame on you Team Myntra.

                    I have ordered a product from Myntra app with order Id[protected]-7903501. As the product was as per expections, so I create a return and product picked up on 10th Feb 2022 through xpressbees logistics.
                    The product was in transit from 10th Feb 2022 to 10th march 2022, one complete month.
                    I confirm that I have shipped the product which I received with all tags intact.
                    As this can be logistics fault, still they declined the refund

                      I have placed a return request on 26th Feb 22 but till date the order is not picked up nor I have received any concrete response from MYntra. Myntra is simply extending the pick-up date. Currently, it is showing 21st march 22 as the pickup date that is almost a month from the return request.

                      My money is blocked nor I am able to use the product.

                      This is simply unacceptable.

                        From the total 20 products that I ordered 5 got delivered on 9th March 2022. I placed return request since I had fitting issues with all 5 and bigger sizes were sold out. Same day return was picked up in the evening. The pick up agent asked me if all tags are intact and I showed him each item before he accepted it. Next day I check the app and see that refund is on hold due to quality check fail. I get in touch with the customer care and am assured that they will look in to it and resolve this before 14th March. On 10th March in the night i get a message these 5 products will be shipped back to me. So i again call and customer care says on the app the complaint is open so he cant do anything. At midnight the complaint status changes to resolved and I again call customer care and this time lady tells me she cant do anything please accept return goods and then call customer care. This is the first time I have faced such an issue. I have been using Myntra since quite some time. Due to this issue I cancelled other 15 products of the total order which was worth 20, 000. Refund for the same is on hold.

                            I have placed a bulk order on Myntra of 20 products out of which 5 products were delivered on 9th March 2022. I tried the products and placed a return request on the same day and it was picked up by the agent on the same day itself. While returning I showed each item and tags to the person who had come to collect the items. Every time refund is initiated maximum by next day however in this case it was kept on hold as it failed quality check. I called up the customer care and they informed me that the product was used and they will look in to the matter. These 5 products are worth Rs 5441

                            I am now worried about other 15 items which are on the way if the same thing continues my Rs20, 000 is at stake. This is the first time I experienced something like this with Myntra. I have been a regular customer and never faced any such issue.

                              I ordered a T-Shirt and it got delivered today at 1:30 pm. I had to pay Rs 349 at the time of delivery. I gave him Rs 500 and he returned only Rs 50 instead of Rs 150. I thought he will give me Rs 100 more but he wore his helmet and went back. This is my Order ID # 1198519 [protected] and I want my Rs 100 back. I waited for mote than half an hour thinking that he might be back but he didn't come.

                                I had ordered 2 dresses from Myntra out of which only one was delivered in the package.The other dress was never delivered yet the status of the order is being displayed as delivered in the app.Have raised multiple complaints already to the customer centre still no action has been taken and the issue is marked as resolved even though it has not been resolved(Screenshot attached)
                                Since this was a prepaid order I had already paid 3000 INR for the said dress.This kind of customer treatment is not expected out of myntra.Highly disappointed.

                                    I ordered loreal shampoo and i got the defected product. The cap of the bottle was damaged and the shampoo was leaking. So, i placed a return request and now i am getting the message on app as my return is been put on hold as quality check was failed. Seriously?? Why would i damaged the product. I have paid for the product and it's my right to get the proper exact product which i ordered not hte damange product and then putting the blame...

                                      I have self shipped my yellow Chime jewellery set to the Myntra return logistics, Bangalore on 15th February, 2022. The product reached their warehouse on 25th Feb. But they are not returning my refund. Everytime I call the customer care service they ask me to wait for 24/48 hours. It's been a month waiting. I am really very disappointed by Myntra. They are not returning my money purposely. I want my money back as soon as possible.
