I received a wrong(old & used) product for which I had raised a complaint almost 15 days back. Also asked to change my pick up address. Even after 50 times i called to their CC & speaking to their CC agents/supervisor/manager escalation manager multiple times still neither my pick up address has been changed nor they are picking up that wrong product. Even after receiving the pick up approval their courier team has rejecting the pick up frequently. All together disgusting & ridiculous service Myntra has & they are just to snatch the customers money. I NEED MY MONEY!!

        Hi

        This incident took place on 07th March 2022,

        I had ordered Woodland shoes (ProPlanet Men Khaki Solid Nubuck Leather Mid-Top Derbys) and was delivered the wrong product (Men Khaki Solid Nubuck Mid-Top Sneakers).

        After asking for a return or replacement Myntra customer support said I was delivered with the correct product.

        Even the delivery person said he has seen many similar issues created by Myntra and has to face issues due to the worst service provided.

          I ordered a blackberrys blue fomal shirt Order ID # 1196134 [protected] on Feb 14th 2022. I received a damaged product(2 holes near pocket). I applied for return request on 21st Feb but when the delivery agent came, he said that return is not approved. So I tried to contact customer care but 2 days later, they rejected my request. After that I tried 2 more times for return but they are canceling every time. So I tried to exchange the product with another shirt but still then they are not approving my return. What shall I do with a damaged product now. I have been a loyal customer of Myntra for a long time and such kind of behaviour is highly unexpected. It seems that Myntra is doing some fraud and trying to keep my money by giving a damaged product. I want this issue to get resolved as soon as possible.

              I ordered a WROGN jacket from myntra i got this on 04 march 2022 after pacakage opening i got a used jacket which have dirt stain on collor so i raise a return request by using myntra app it so 05 march 2022 as pickup date but pickup agent refused to pickup and say product is used so i cannot pickup after that i call to customers care for my issue they say we raise an issue next day that issue was also rejected
              Myntra is doing every effort to not pickup
              There customer care executive say our product get quality check they try to blame my for this
              I got delivery on 04 March and raise return request with in one hour after delivery

                My return pickup failed

                Hello team, I
                have ordered Noise buds mini with Order ID # 1197557 [protected] . But i got empty box (Product completely missing).

                I already raised complaint many times and i shared unboxing video and images also, but Myntra team is not capable to handle and customer support is very very poor. They simply saying "we can't do anything".

                Because of your incapability in the product delivery, why i have to loose my money.

                If you delivery the product correctly, why i have to complain again and again.
                Please take this very very seriously and please don't say silly reasons like "Product delivered correctly" or "We can't do anything".

                Please refund my money back.

                I already sent videos and image proofs to the Myntra team . Here also i tried to attach video, but i am getting an error. So, please refer to those video.

                  We were trying to place an order on Myntra, Order#119050787052679079901 and I used my back account details to process the payment however as per Myntra due to payment gateway failure the transaction failed on Myntra application. We filed our first complaint(IN[protected]) with Myntra in December 2021 and as per their response on 19th December 2021, Myntra has not received this payment in their bank account. So, we approached ICICI with the same explanation given by Myntra however ICICI has sent us an email with the details stating that the amount has been credited to Myntra's bank account. The same details have been shared below and we also shared the same details with Myntra however irresponsible Myntra customer service team closed issue number without even investigating properly. So, we have request them again to open a new issue number(IN[protected]) and again they come back and state the same reason that they have not received the payment and closed the ticket again.
                  Despite of following up with Myntra for over 4 months and showing the proofs of ICICI that the money has been credited to their back account they still come back and say they have not received. We have approached ICICI multiple times to check if the money did really credited to Myntra's bank account and they confirmed it has been. See the proofs with transaction IDs shared by ICICI below.

                      I have submitted a request for a product on 13th Jan 2022 as the fit was not correct. The return is getting rejected based on some false reasons. To address this, I have been speaking to your executives almost everyday. And they are just creating multiple tickets and closing them and creating again when I call for an update. In addition to this, your team updated the issue with wrong details as "I received wrong product and trying to return it", but the actual issue is about product size. Now they created another ticket and asked to wait till 8th Mar.

                      I am going through so much ordeal to deal with Myntra on this. When I asked to transfer call to supervisor then your team is often disconnecting the call after few seconds while placing the call on hold.

                      IF YOU OFFER SOMETHING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAN EXECUTE IT.

                      I HAVE LOST ALL PATIENCE WITH MYNTRA. I know that this tweet will only be escalated without any action...JUST LIKE IT HAS BEEN IN THE PAST.

                      THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER.

                        Even exchange of this product is not possible they are telling its not passing the quality check. But the product received was itself in a bad state. and the customer care is not ready to respond on this issue. PLease help me in the exchange or return of this product

                          I ordered a product on Myntra and received on 18 Feb 2022. I found the product fit not good enough so created a return request . It was returned on and received by a Ekart executive . He didn't gave me any return receipt as mentioned in the Myntra email . Later myntra send message about return rejected as product mismatch. Calling customer service they are telling about not receiving the product .
                          How can a product be mismatched if it's not received . They're not trying to solve the issue and just playing around . Now my ₹1999 is stuck due to these stupid issues .

                              I had ordered a Nautica T-shirt on feb 27th 2022 from myntra which they delivered very quickly on Feb 28th. I tried the one of the T-shirt out of two ordered but due to fitting issues and quality of the t-shirt I decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pickup was done on next day (1st March) wherein the delivery agent checked everything and approved the same till that time the product was absolutely in a good condition. I received a message on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed. Next day I got another message saying my return is "failed to pass the quality check".

                              I called up the customer care and they informed me that the product was used. Are u serious? I m sure your delivery agent must have mishandled the product because everything was fine before the pickup was done. I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                                I ordered a Nike women white Court vision perforated sneakers and received a fake white shoe instead. I messaged the customer care thrice, talked to their customer rep twice, where they claimed that they have sent me the right product, which obviously I didn't get.
                                I have always trusted Myntra but they ended up fooling me. I am really disappointed as I have saved money to buy the shoe, and now I can't exchange it nor can I get back my money.😫

                                  I had ordered a pair of high heels from BATA, which was delivered on February 22, 2022. I always wear a size 6, which ordered here as well. I found that the size was too large (which made me suspect mislabeling). I attempted to return it. Now, I had only worn it to check for the size, and the label was intact. It was also dusty when it arrived. When the agent came to pick it up, he mentioned that the heels were dirty, implying that I had used them. Further, I got a message stating that the quality check had failed, and the refund was on hold. I tried talking to a couple of executives under customer service, and they mentioned that they would check it. I have attached the message provided by the first executive. I tried again and talked to the second executive, who mentioned that there would be a reevaluation. However, the heels were returned to me today, without any resolution, and the issues have apparently been "resolved (please see image)." Myntra maintains that the heels are used. However, the heels were too large for me, and the tag was intact. There was no way for me to be able to wear the heels. This has deeply saddened me, as I believed Myntra to be a reputable company. I have ordered items from Amazon, and never have I faced such a problem. I checked previous complaints, and failing of quality checks appears to be a recurring issue. I would like to request for a full refund, and would like to request Myntra to stop scamming people. If there is no resolution, I plan to lodge a formal complaint in court.

                                  Day 1-no response, so far. I would like to add that the heels costed 2, 999 INR, and since I am a working girl, it is a large amount. This silence from Myntra casts doubt on my integrity, which is extremely unfortunate.

                                  Day 2-It appears that the complaint is being worked on. Other than that, I have received no conclusive information. I would like to once again request for the heels to be taken back and my money to be refunded to me. Even now, after the heels were returned back to me, I have not used them and do not wish to use them.

                                  I am truly shocked with how Myntra appears to deal with customers.

                                  Day 3-I was contacted by a customer service executive. They mentioned that they would send someone to pick up the heels and would be able to refund via a voucher. The process was to sign in to the YONO SBI app, to select "YONO Cash, " to select "ATM" and enter the amount, and to use a pin they had provided. Supposedly, a link would be generated, which would ask for a voucher code. Upon entering the voucher code, my refund would be completed. However, as am a working girl and as I was unsure about (I suspected it to be fraud), I decided to wait until later. I received a call again in the evening, and the same person urged me to complete the process. I mentioned that I was busy, and they mentioned that I could have completed the entire process during the time I was talking to him. I mentioned that I was having to talk to him as he had called, and I had deadlines. Finally, I gave my phone to my mother, and immediately the executive mentioned that I could complete the procedure whenever I was free.

                                  I have discussed with my parents, and I am not comfortable with a refund via voucher which allows to click on a link. Accordingly, I would like to request for a direct transfer!

                                  I would also like to enquire whether refund via a voucher is common or whether this could be fraud?

                                  Facing the same issue regarding shoes. Been asked to wait but no response from team Myntra and cannot raise more requests to return the product because the return ticket has been closed and marked rejected.

                                    I ordered shoes from Myntra on 21feb 2022 and they turned out to be the ones different from what was shown in the website so i quickly put in a return request for the same, the brand was same but the colour and size was not as i had ordered. I had not even tried it on seeing that this was clearly not what i had ordered. They put my return on hold after pick up and two days later said the quality check failed and the product will be re shipped to me, the customer care did not help in providing any kind of information and what i was supposed to do as it's not my fault that the product sent was wrong and different. They also kept closing all my issues raised and marking it resolved even without actively talking to me or trying to resolve it. They also kept transferring calls to their supervisors and on being asked about why i was being subjected to all this their only response was they don't have anything they can help with and just asked me to wait. I have pictures of the shoes being in brand box all new and unused just before i handed it over to the pick up executive, falsely accusing the customer saying the product is used is a white lie on myntra's part. I even asked for the same shoes if not refund but they size was out. I expect my query to be handled and my refund to be made as soon as possible since i don't want to be stuck with a wrong product that i did not order.

                                      I placed an order of Tommy Hilfiger Olive Green Scanton Fit Chinos, but I didn't like the colour of the product that's why I wanted to return it, but I don't know why my return was put on hold saying that the product is wrong by the pickup boy, then I even shared image of the product to Myntra for approval as the product was not different it was the same that was ordered but as I didn't like it I was returning but my request was declined. Now I want to cancel my return request inorder to place a new one, I am unable to do that. The product had a 30 day return policy which is till 24th of March, 2022. So I must get return option till the promised date.

                                      Today in the morning I got a call from Myntra Escalation Desk and I was said my return request will be cancelled and I will be able to place a fresh return request and I was promised i will get my refund. Accordingly I raised a return again today in the afternoon. But when no one came for the pickup i called Myntra and I came to know my return request has been again put on hold as earlier it was declined.
                                      If it's the case then how come my return window got open and I was able to place a new request today itself. Myntra is totally frauding people.
                                      Also the call recording of the conversation is there with me
