I had ordered a Nautica T-shirt on feb 27th 2022 from myntra which they delivered very quickly on Feb 28th. I tried the one of the T-shirt out of two ordered but due to fitting issues and quality of the t-shirt I decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pickup was done on next day (1st March) wherein the delivery agent checked everything and approved the same till that time the product was absolutely in a good condition. I received a message on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed. Next day I got another message saying my return is "failed to pass the quality check".

I called up the customer care and they informed me that the product was used. Are u serious? I m sure your delivery agent must have mishandled the product because everything was fine before the pickup was done. I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

    I ordered a Nike women white Court vision perforated sneakers and received a fake white shoe instead. I messaged the customer care thrice, talked to their customer rep twice, where they claimed that they have sent me the right product, which obviously I didn't get.
    I have always trusted Myntra but they ended up fooling me. I am really disappointed as I have saved money to buy the shoe, and now I can't exchange it nor can I get back my money.😫

      I had ordered a pair of high heels from BATA, which was delivered on February 22, 2022. I always wear a size 6, which ordered here as well. I found that the size was too large (which made me suspect mislabeling). I attempted to return it. Now, I had only worn it to check for the size, and the label was intact. It was also dusty when it arrived. When the agent came to pick it up, he mentioned that the heels were dirty, implying that I had used them. Further, I got a message stating that the quality check had failed, and the refund was on hold. I tried talking to a couple of executives under customer service, and they mentioned that they would check it. I have attached the message provided by the first executive. I tried again and talked to the second executive, who mentioned that there would be a reevaluation. However, the heels were returned to me today, without any resolution, and the issues have apparently been "resolved (please see image)." Myntra maintains that the heels are used. However, the heels were too large for me, and the tag was intact. There was no way for me to be able to wear the heels. This has deeply saddened me, as I believed Myntra to be a reputable company. I have ordered items from Amazon, and never have I faced such a problem. I checked previous complaints, and failing of quality checks appears to be a recurring issue. I would like to request for a full refund, and would like to request Myntra to stop scamming people. If there is no resolution, I plan to lodge a formal complaint in court.

      Day 1-no response, so far. I would like to add that the heels costed 2, 999 INR, and since I am a working girl, it is a large amount. This silence from Myntra casts doubt on my integrity, which is extremely unfortunate.

      Day 2-It appears that the complaint is being worked on. Other than that, I have received no conclusive information. I would like to once again request for the heels to be taken back and my money to be refunded to me. Even now, after the heels were returned back to me, I have not used them and do not wish to use them.

      I am truly shocked with how Myntra appears to deal with customers.

      Day 3-I was contacted by a customer service executive. They mentioned that they would send someone to pick up the heels and would be able to refund via a voucher. The process was to sign in to the YONO SBI app, to select "YONO Cash, " to select "ATM" and enter the amount, and to use a pin they had provided. Supposedly, a link would be generated, which would ask for a voucher code. Upon entering the voucher code, my refund would be completed. However, as am a working girl and as I was unsure about (I suspected it to be fraud), I decided to wait until later. I received a call again in the evening, and the same person urged me to complete the process. I mentioned that I was busy, and they mentioned that I could have completed the entire process during the time I was talking to him. I mentioned that I was having to talk to him as he had called, and I had deadlines. Finally, I gave my phone to my mother, and immediately the executive mentioned that I could complete the procedure whenever I was free.

      I have discussed with my parents, and I am not comfortable with a refund via voucher which allows to click on a link. Accordingly, I would like to request for a direct transfer!

      I would also like to enquire whether refund via a voucher is common or whether this could be fraud?

      Facing the same issue regarding shoes. Been asked to wait but no response from team Myntra and cannot raise more requests to return the product because the return ticket has been closed and marked rejected.

        I ordered shoes from Myntra on 21feb 2022 and they turned out to be the ones different from what was shown in the website so i quickly put in a return request for the same, the brand was same but the colour and size was not as i had ordered. I had not even tried it on seeing that this was clearly not what i had ordered. They put my return on hold after pick up and two days later said the quality check failed and the product will be re shipped to me, the customer care did not help in providing any kind of information and what i was supposed to do as it's not my fault that the product sent was wrong and different. They also kept closing all my issues raised and marking it resolved even without actively talking to me or trying to resolve it. They also kept transferring calls to their supervisors and on being asked about why i was being subjected to all this their only response was they don't have anything they can help with and just asked me to wait. I have pictures of the shoes being in brand box all new and unused just before i handed it over to the pick up executive, falsely accusing the customer saying the product is used is a white lie on myntra's part. I even asked for the same shoes if not refund but they size was out. I expect my query to be handled and my refund to be made as soon as possible since i don't want to be stuck with a wrong product that i did not order.

          I placed an order of Tommy Hilfiger Olive Green Scanton Fit Chinos, but I didn't like the colour of the product that's why I wanted to return it, but I don't know why my return was put on hold saying that the product is wrong by the pickup boy, then I even shared image of the product to Myntra for approval as the product was not different it was the same that was ordered but as I didn't like it I was returning but my request was declined. Now I want to cancel my return request inorder to place a new one, I am unable to do that. The product had a 30 day return policy which is till 24th of March, 2022. So I must get return option till the promised date.

          Today in the morning I got a call from Myntra Escalation Desk and I was said my return request will be cancelled and I will be able to place a fresh return request and I was promised i will get my refund. Accordingly I raised a return again today in the afternoon. But when no one came for the pickup i called Myntra and I came to know my return request has been again put on hold as earlier it was declined.
          If it's the case then how come my return window got open and I was able to place a new request today itself. Myntra is totally frauding people.
          Also the call recording of the conversation is there with me

            Ordered a mango top on 23rd February and it got delivered the very next day. As soon as I opened my package it was a different product (top) in the same colour, I contacted their customer care service by writing down the issue to them, they asked for some pictures and tags and after that within 48 hours I got a revert back from them that they can’t take it back because according to them their so called quality check is done before shipping any product. I really need help in this as I am a college student and 1500 bucks is a big amount for me

              I am a frequent customer of MYNTRA and i have bought many many products . 15 days back my account was locked by Myntra without any prior information to me . I called their customer care 4 times and spoke with them but none of them told me the reason for blocking my account and also they could not resolve my problem. I have balance of Rs. 2400 in my account with Myntra Wallet which Iam unable to use since my account is locked. The customer care refused to transfer my money from their wallet to my bank accounts. I want my hard earned money back which Myntra has deliberately forfeited and also not communicating me as to why they have locked my account.This is totally unfair and harassing customer.

                  Didn't receive refund money

                  My friend ordered a top to me from your website on 10th Feb 2022 and I paid for the product using UPI(Gpay). As the fit wasn't perfect, Ireturned the product and asked for refund. It was said that the refund processed and it will be credited within 1 day to my upi account . But it's been a week, but she did not receive any money in her bank account from Myntra. How long will it take for the money to reflect in her account? It was also mentioned...

                  I had placed an order of a pair of Mango Jeans on Myntra. I had ordered Indian size 30 and received Euro size 34. It is an incorrect product that I received “without any tags and packaging”. When I tried to return it, the request kept getting declined constantly. I have earlier also received products without a tag and I checked with friends, and it has happened with them as well.

                  My return is put on hold. I order shoes from myntra with order ID (119587688871785861403). The shoes were brand new with all tags but due to large size i posted a return request. My shoes were not dirty as i didnt wear them outside but the pickup executive told they are dirty and please return them under category o[censored]sed product received. Later he itself put my shoes on hold. Shoes are crystal clear and new. I just want to return them because of bigger size but myntra executives always say to my query that they are given you brand new. I accept that they came to me as brand new and yes they are brand new now also but i want to return them due to misfit.
                  Kindly help product is brand new with all intact.

                    I had ordered a noise airpod mini on 25th February 2022 and somehow due to some tenchnical glitches my number was wrongly sent to the logistics and because of it I could not take my order even though the delivery was at the door and and i could not receive the otp as a wrong number was given by the Myntra support team and now when I want to cancel the order I am not being able to cancel it as the option is not available and my 999rs is stuck...

                    My account is deactivated and need a solution for the same. You cannot just deactivate my account without any warning and just not provide any alternatives! My orders are blocked and not able to return anything anymore! How is this absurd behaviour justified? Need this sorted out asap!

                      I have ordered shoes on 15feb 2022 and raised multiple request for returning the product. Called sevral time to customer care and also tried my best to explain the product is unused. Then also they are rejecting my request over the call and not resolving my complaint. Reason they are giving is quality check failed. As per the discussion i have mailed them the images of the product and all the images clearly shows that the product is unused.
                      But their Pick up agent is giving false information that the product is used.
                      I really don't understand how only one person can reject the product, if he does soo then why there is no other process of quality check as per customer demand. I also told seniors of mytra to recheck the product I will do couirer but they dnied.
                      And on behalf of there pick up agent they have decided that the product is used.
                      What I can say here is they are trying to give me that product of Red Tape Forcefully (women beige air +walking shoes Size 5, price of purchase rs1979, cost of product 6599rs forcefully. )

                      This is really painfull that for returning my shoes i need to put immense efforts.

                        I had ordered for a pair of sneakers and the same was delivered on 25th February 2022. To my dismay I found the size of the shoes was too small and did not match the size I had ordered for. On 25th February 2022, I at once requested for an exchange for another product, but the exchange was denied (26th February 2022) citing outlandish reasons like small stain etc. when I had simply not even tried the shoes as I found it to be small. Myntra has to process the exchange at the earliest and ensure customer satisfaction and not harass the customer for their shortfalls, failing which customer confidence will go for a toss as nobody wants to waste hard-earned money on some online portal which gives them useless products and does not care about customer service.

                          Regret using Myntra.

                          This is to bring to your the pathetic services that Myntra has been providing of late.
                          I was a loyal customer to Myntra since more than seven years but this last buying experience has made me belive that Myntra is no longer a provider of quality services.

                          I bought a product which I had marked for return (unused). First the delivery guy refused to pick from door step and asked to bring it to the delivery centre. When I raised a complaint for not picking up, Reluctantly they picked up the product. However, to my surprise after two days of pick-up, I received a message stating that the product did not pass the quality check and hence cannot be returned. But the product does not return back to me for a week now. So my product is at mercy of delivery partner who is keeping my product since 10 days now and does not return back to me. For your information, the delivery centre is hardly 10 minutes away from my residence.

                          Uncountable calls, follow-ups, raising queries (which get closed without a solution), putting endless amount of time and yet the product lies with somebody with no guarantee on the safety of the product.

                          Myntra literally made me beg for my paid product. And still I am without the product today. Who is responsible for this inconvenience and lack of proper services? I am at a loss of money, product, time and trust in Myntra.

                          Customer service - Worst experience. CSR either put you on hold or transfer your call or drop the call or simply resolve your open queries without any solution. Below are the list of queries I had raised, some don't even reflect now in my app because the count was more than three.

                            I had ordered two products from a saree and a lehenga. I did not like the stitch and design of the lehenga and i did not like the pattern of the saree, the blouse piece in the saree is of maroon color and the saree is of pink color which is total mismatch. I want to return both the products.

                            I had called customer care around 15 times and they say they had sent a proper product and cant take it back. I never said the product is damaged i am saying i did not like the product. I even attached clear photos of both the products to tell them the product is not damaged. They have declined my claim . I have been in contact with them from last 6 days.

                              I had ordered a wrogn shoe on feb 23rd 2022 from myntra which they delivered cery quickly on feb 24th.                               The same issue happened with me today, can you please help me and tell how did Myntra contacted you for return.
                              Did they reshipped you the product or they directly refunded the amount, because I contacted the customer care immediately and they said we will first reship it and then raise a request for refund. What should I do Please help the amount is very big Rs 4099.

I saw your message today.They did not reship the parcel though they did inform me initially that they will reship it and I have to again request for a cancellation however they refunded my money directly the moment I said that I m gonna escalate this issue on social media. (I hope you got your money already)

                                Myntra decided to lock my account saying I have violated security terms without a single notification or warning. Even my order was accepted, they locked it after delivering the items because they knew that if they lock after the delivery I wont be able to return. This is so unfair and injustice to customers like us. Anyways I reached out on mail [protected]@myntra.com and their customer care to at least return items because while placing the order I was said return is possible till 30 days from delivery. After multiple calls and follow ups, received a response that "Since your account is locked, you can't return the products". They just mention I have violated clause 4 & 12 but none of them could provide the exact reason and they can't even do anything about it. This is how they have started cheating the customers and clearly myntra doesn't value its customers. Even if its unfair, I know no action will be taken as Myntra is a brand now and we are just stupid customers. Still raising this complaint with a little hope that Myntra will at least accept the return.

                                  I placed my order on 25th Feb 2022 and paid through Paytm. Rs 1638 was deducted from my Paytm but the order did not get placed and Myntra is denying the fact that the transaction was successful.

                                  Hi. I have a similar issue. I would actually like to know on how they refunded you? Was it through a voucher or direct transfer?
