I had ordered Tommy Hilfiger men's Navy blue casual sneakers on 13th February 2022 from myntra. It arrived on 18th Feb. I tried the shoes but due to fitting issues, I decided to exchange them with another size (Earlier, I had ordered size 9 and requested an exchange with size 10.5 inches). I requested for the exchange on that very day(12:35 PM). I did not misplace any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick-up was due Tuesday 22 Feb and the agent took that item and delivered another pair of sneakers of size 10.5 inches. The delivery guy delivered me the order but the condition of the box delivered was pathetic. The box was torn and shrunk to that level where the shoes (Even though they were not used) looked like some old pair of shoes with so much shrinking due to poor logistics. I felt bad after looking at the product, however, I was not ready to return the product because of the lengthy procedure they have set up for any transactions. But when I put on one of the shoes to see if it fits, I found it was too large of a size for me to use and hence I decided to return the item. I did not even go to put on and try the other shoe, Immediately I filed a return request and packed everything as it came and kept it aside, for the delivery agent to collect it on the very same day. (Tuesday 22 Feb). I called the delivery agent immediately and informed them that I have a return request and asked him for pickup, he said he would pick up the shoes the next day as he was occupied with another delivery, I said Okay and kept the call.

The delivery guy came the next day to pick up the order and take the item. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed I got another message the next day (24 Feb) saying my return request has been declined as it did not pass the quality check process.

I called up the customer care and the guys who answered did not help me answer my query then I spoke to the supervisor, but guess what the guy who spoke earlier was better than the supervisor, there was no help they just wanted to waste my time saying “I currently understand sir, we’ll take your feedback and talk to the delivery company, you’ll get he reshipment within 48 hours, wait for the reshipment we will try to solve it then”. And now why the hell would I do that when I don’t want that dirty product? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am I not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want a refund. They are asking me to accept the poor quality product again, which I don't want to accept.

What happened with me is totally unfortunate and unfair, at least myntra could have acknowledged their mistake. This is terrible. Please I urge the consumer forum to kindly help me to get a refund of Rs. 5, 162.

    I order a sandal of Anouk brand from Myntra for my mother.she was supposed to wear it marriage but Myntra has delivered a totally different product heels from W brand which my mother cannot wear. When i returned it a guy from their executive team said please cancel your return request we are looking into case. After 4 days I received a call from their agent and she on my behalf returned the order. Then the courier team guy came and denied to take product as it is different product which i ordered. He said sir we did not get approval from myntra team. He came 4 regular days and said same to me. When i called Myntra they said it will be done today but again delivery guy said the he did not received approval from myntra. I who paid the amount the one who recieved the wrong product is suffering. Myntra is just telling lies and doing harrasment.
    I have lost all my faith and trust on Myntra. I am using this app from last 8 years. They are thug only.

      I want to know when will i receive my refund of 598 rupees.
      The product was picked up on 22 february
      and i have attached the slip which I received after my product was picked up but haven't received any updates regarding it. As I am your regular customer i[censored] don't take any action on it from now on I will never shop from myntra. So please do the needful as early as possible.

        The Colour plus Tshirt which was requested for return is not getting picked up since Feb 13, 2022

        Moreover the update being received is pick up failed .

        No one has neither tried contacting us nor did we request for reschedule.

        I am not getting the refund either

            First while placing the order it showed the product will be delayed due to corona restrictions and it will reach me before 27 Feb. i was okay with it. But now it again shows the order is delayed and it will reach by 1 March. How many more days should I wait for it

              I’ve orderd three items from myntra total of 2, 472 my money is debited from my account but the order was not showing as placed. It’s still showing in my bag. I want my money back as soon as possible otherwise I’ll take more strict actions !

                Myntra is harassing customers return already picked from address Myntra is showing it delivered not initiating refund even after courier company confirmation
                Few product return raised but Myntra is cancelling return request automatically without giving any reason customer care is disconnecting call again n again not even calling back

                      I have ordered my shirts on 14 feb it has to be delivered on 17 feb but by 19 feb I didn't received..and I cancelled it and again ordered and according to myntra it has to be delivered by today still i am not getting update regarding my order... i am totally disappointed.. can i get my order or not???                           I had ordered a roadster man green cotton jogger on 2 Feb but on the very same day due to some size issue was there I made a request for exchange. But at the time of exchange delivery man denied to exchange after giving me the reason that the product was used or having some color faded issues. After that I was made multiple requests to the customer care and ask them to solve the issue but every one giving me the false promises. I even don't remove the price tags from the product. This was the 2nd time when i found such kind of issue. Last time I got a product without the price tag and when put a request for exchange or return your delivery man denied to take time product back. In such cases why customer will bear or pay the price for your fault. This is totally annoying or misappropriate behaviour from Myntra. Totally disappointed once again.

                                I order a blackberry suit from myntra and received on 19/02/2022 Order ID # 1197051 [protected] Within half n hour, I registered for refund because the product quality was not branded and seems to be fake. On 19th feb itself pickup agent called me for pickup but as I left for my work, I returned on 20th Feb in the morning, The pickup agent who came to pick up the order also confirmed that product is in good condition with all tags intact but now myntra is saying that tags are missing. Also the pickup agent has blocked my call and not answering. Pl suggest what should I do. I am felling cheated as I have been the privileged customer and i require the outfit for my sister's wedding.

                                  Myntra has deactivated my account without any prior notice. Whenever I call customer care they tell me that they cannot reactivate my account. I have products to return as I am facing problem with the size of the item. And I am not able to login to my account to return the items. I request Myntra to reactivate my account so that i am able to return the products.

                                    I had ordered (Order #[protected]-2363803
                                    ) a "Bitiya by Bhama Girls Maroon & White Printed Basic Jumpsuit" from Myntra app on 19th Jan 2022. The order was placed for the delivery along with another order to the same address. The latter got cancelled on the app citing the reason as "Inability to deliver to location". Shortly, the first order delivery status was updated as "delivered". Neither have I received the order nor was any communication made by the delivery partner regarding order delivery status. Despite my multiple attempts at raising the issue in Myntra, the complaint status kept getting updated as " Issue resolved and closed" without any attempts at communication with me or explanation on how and why the issue was resolved. Finally, my call was forwarded to the supervisor and she said nothing can be done now as the order was apparently delivered (for which they also had no proof to corroborate the word of the delivery agent). So not only did I suffer monetary loss and no delivery of the said item, but I was also not issued any compensation. Such a blatant disregard for the customer's complaint and flagrant violation of the company's apparent claims of trustworthiness was the least expected from an established company like Myntra. This incident has forced me to never use their services and to also discourage my friends and family from ever shopping on Myntra ever again.

                                        The delivery was behaved very badly. He double checked the product and said that the product was in good condition but later my return was put on hold . When I called him again he cut the call and said that he can't talk right now.
