I received a defective Makeup Revolution Pallete from Myntra on 14th of February.I returned the product on 15th of February citing the product I received was defective.But today i Check my app and saw my refund has been put on hold because as per them quality check failed.The customer care is useless, they are asking me to wait till 23rd February but I'm really unsure about them.

    I ordered sneakers on Feb 16th 2022 with Order ID # 1196908 [protected] in myntra. I found size was misfit and initiated return on the delivered date itself...i.e., Feb 17th ...And the Myntra agent picked it up on Feb 18th...All the tags are intact. And the product is as it was. But I got update that my return was rejected during quality check...I refuse to believe it. This would definitely not happen. Please help me in this issue. And there is no explanation why the product is rejected during quality check. Please help.

      For the very first time i used Myntra platform for shopping and got highly disappointed ... I have purchased around 16 items and have returned 2-3 items for some reason. Out of three 2 was for size issue which got replaced but 1 white shirt came to me with yellow patch which was not taken in to consideration and have been informed to call customer care and than only it can be returned. Now i have raised complaint for the same and hope so it will close On positive note. But in all this process of returning product and raising compliant to Customer care all the excitement which an individual have for his new purchases are dead now and feeling like FLIPKART & AMAZON are far better than this. Overall Myntra should not tie up with such dealers who try to sell their defective product on Online platform.

          I had ordered #1196346 [protected] (Women Maroon Sneakers, though i have received a Black Shoes. I had raised the complain on the day thai i had received the different product. As per your customer support suggestions, i uploaded the picture and the details what they asked. But still, the problem is not resolved and now they have marked the issue resolved...Every time delivery boy asking commission for pickup..

          I request u to escalate the issue and do the needful.

            Order placed and paid for. Order not delivered. The company claiming the order was delivered and is refusing to share any details on further course of action or details of where the product is. The company customer care executives have been saying nothing can be done.

              The watch that I had ordered from Myntra was not starting. I Placed a return request while also contacted the customer care. They raise a complaint Against that I waited for a response and the response that I got was that the product was delivered to me after a stringent quality check and they could not do anything about it. After that I contacted the customer care to 3 times and all of them told me the same thing that it was delivered after a quality check and they could not do anything about effectiveness of the product. At the same time I also contacted for sales customer care and they told me that for them to check it out I have to send it to their Bangalore branch and it will take 30 days for them to give me a feedback on that. So from my end it was Myntra’s fault that they had delivered a defective product to me at failed to acknowledge it so defectiveness at the same time also pawning defective items to customers. Now I am left with a 5K defective watch and I have to go through the hassle of getting it checked and sending it to the Bangalore branch and I am the one getting duped in this process while day just raise their hands of that they cannot do anything about this issue. I demand that Myntra Accepts the return for this watch and also provides me a refund for it as this issue has nothing to do with me and it’s their fault for delivering a product that is not in a working condition and also duping me for it.

                We have order 2 items in the Myntra app. When we see that the terms are returnable within 10 days. We always thought that the return items will be picked by the Myntra only.

                When we tried to return the item, they mentioned that "The location is not eligible for the pickup and we have to self return the items".

                We called and asked the Customer support, they mentioned that the self return mentioned in the Item description.

                The Item is eligible for 10 days to return in Big and self return some when in the bottom.

                As you already have the customer pin code while ordering it, why don't you display/warn the customer saying that the item is not eligible for pickup and should be self-return.

                  Quality check issue/return on hold

                  Hi,
                  I ordered cultsport short on 13 feb 2022 from Myntra. Product delivery get on 16 Feb 2022, after that I file return request on same day after watching that product is not so up to the mark. pick-up schedule on 17 Feb 2022.as per schedule I am ready with product with all the tags (price tag and brand tag)even white paper which is inside the product, bill, then transparent bag and outer khaki bag.when pickup boy come for pick up...

                  I ordered footwear from @myntra and received it on February 17th, 2022 at 1 pm IST. I requested a return at 1:15 p.m., and the product was picked up at 3.30 p.m. the same day. Before leaving, the pickup driver double-checked the product to ensure it was in good condition. I now see that the return has been halted due to a quality control failure, and it claims to be stained. I did not use the product and returned it in the same condition that I received it. Please assist me with this.

                  The footwear is from the brand Nautica
                  I had the same thing happen to me for 3 pairs of shoes! They're not able to give me any specifics or details as to why it failed their quality check, which leads me to believe that the shoes are not selling and so this is the way they force customers to buy their products. It's a proper scam. I'm deleting my Myntra account for sure.
                  Hi. I have a similar issue. I would actually like to know on how they refunded you? Was it through a voucher or direct transfer?

                    Ref. issue in the subject line:
                    I requested for a return of Apsley product bought from Mintra.com.
                    Courier partner refused to accept and miss informed Mintra that product is different.
                    Actual Issue was that information on Price tag was missing from the manufacturer.
                    I contacted customer care, who is bullying by asking images of the product and everytime closing the complaint without return of the product.

                      On 14th February 2022 I received my black shirt from Myntra but it has a hole near the 2 button as such I immediately filed a return process and filled the product defective on the reasons options the pickup agent came on the same day and refuse to take the product back because he told me that he didn't receive any kind of report of defective product and refused to take this product back with him and told me to contact the customer care as search I did and they told me that they will resolve the issue and on 15th fab i received message saying that my issue has been solved I was overjoyed but nothing happened on 16th I contacted cc again and apparently they told me that the issue has been resolved but the product was not defective on there end so they are basically implying that I I have damaged the product but guess what I hade filled the claim within 15 minutes of delivery but they still didn't listen to me and he said we will resolve it and added another report and he told me that I have to wait until 22 fab for the result but I am convinced that they will not resolve my problem as such I am complaining about their misconduct on this platform
                      I don't know if all the big corporation use this kind of conducts for their profit but I am only a teen with minimum pocket money I don't have that kind of money which I can spend on there defective products I am deeply disappointed from Myntra which is known to be the one of the most famous online shopping brand in India

                        On 4th February i have made a return request of two product one is hangup deep navy formal suit (price 2449 waiting for refund) and the other one is MANQ men blue formal Blazers (price 2099 i got the refund for this product on 13 February). 5th February around 1 and 2 o'clock the delivery boy came and successfully collected the two product after that i checked my myntra app it's was showing that the picked up was successful from that day i was waiting for my refund amount but on 13th February a delivery boy call me and he told me that i made a return request for a product (hangup deep navy formal suit). which was already collected from me on 5th February. I told him the product is already collected from me and disconnected the call. And checked my myntra app and it's was showing that the return pickup failed. Then i made a call to myntra customer care and they said we have registered the complaint it will take 10 to 14 days to get your refund back but its already 12 days gone and today 16th February i checked my myntra app again, now it's showing that the product was delivered i was shock i have already returned the product on 5th February. Now i want my money back...

                              On 12th Feb I had ordered for a levis Shirt worth Rs 1380 after discount. ON 14th Feb the product got delivered. The moment I opened it I found that it was a wrong product. I applied for a return in original condition. On 15th the product got picked up and the pickup guy said everything is OK. But by evening I received a message that my refund had been put on hold failing quality check and the next day on 16th Feb I received a msg stating refund rejected because of failed quality check. Though a wrong product but just imagine the quality of product that has been sent to me that it is not able to pass its own quality check. How do this website expect customers to use product of such quality. On top of that they have rejected my refund and the product is being reshipped to me. What should I do with the wrong product. Rs1380 is not a small amount. This was the first time I purchased something from Myntra and I have had the worst experience. Plz stop doing cheap tricks and refund me my money instead of reshipping the product again and again.

                                    Account got blocked

                                    My myntra account with Email id- [protected]@yahoo.com and Ph. No. [protected] got blocked because of some unknown reason. I bought some products some of which I need to return but not able to login to do so. They didn’t even notify me before blocking the account and because of which I couldn’t cancelled the already ordered products beforehand.
                                    Kindly look into the matter and unblock the account ASAP, so that I am able to return...

                                    Refund declined for damaged product

                                    I ordered a suitcase trolley worth Rs. 3k and received a broken product. I got the product on 9th Feb, 2022 at 12:26 pm and initiated return in just 4 mins (12:30 pm). The delivery guy came the very next day to pick up the product and confirmed the damage. Now Myntra has declined my refund stating the product didn't clear quality check. How is a damaged product supposed to clear quality check??
