I had ordered Van Heusen Bag, its size was big so i had returned it, payment was done using UPI, they updated that my Refund has been Processed. UPI refund should be credited instantly. I have not received my refund even after 4 days. I raised ticket with Myntra helpdesk and they closed it. If i call on their Helpdesk number, it has no option to talk to any person so it also is useless. I have no way to contact Myntra and get my refund back.

    I have tried to return the product multiple times, as the product was not good fit on me. But the picup agent refused to collect saying that the QC code is missing in their tag. What can I do in such cases, it is not my faukt though, if the seller needs QC, then why the hell is it missing in the tag? I also tried reaching out the customer service but even after my query got acknowleged as Resolved, still the QC issue is resolvd. And its been my 4th attempt for the return of same product, and Im spending my time & energy for a simple return. Still the return pickup agent is telling he can't take the pickup without QC code orelse need to call Myntra and request for QC removal. Please do the needful as soon as possible as the last date for return is expiring within 2 days!

      Myntra refused me to return my product based on some random reason. The normal return policy is 14 days but on one product it was 7 days. I ordered many items for my brother and would be husband and in order to avoid issue with size I ordered 2 sizes of most of the products. After wedding I tried to return one item and Myntra refused mentioning that we give exception of 2 days after 7 days window and it was the 3rd day. I requested them to allow me account credits for return in case money return isnt an option but they refused for all things.

        I purchase product from myntra 19dec.2021.but i change my style and cancel my order. But my money is already paid when i cancel my order i not received any from myntra but myntra saying that i refund your money you can check your bank statement but i checked no money receive from myntra they provided bank reference number to contact to bank but denied they said contact your myntra team.

          I didn't not received my refund for the 4 months. I talked to the supervisor for 3 times. When I a raised a issue regarding the refund without solving closing the issue how can it possible and shared the bank details so many times. Even today also without giving any response supervisor has declined the call when transferred how can be so irresponsible being a supervisor post. I went to the bank for the two times they told that we didn't received any refund if we received we would transfer the amount with in 3 days. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

            Myntra gave me bad stuff but I returned it, Courier by Xpressbee by Delievery Boy Myntra took back the goods through return policy, The product has been received but refund has not been given to me yet.

              I always aplly with COD and the delivery guy calls up to pick the items from his office which is 1Km away from my place.
              Is this right?

                  I had ordered a MK watch from Myntra.
                  The product i received was damaged, there's a slight scratch on the dial.
                  I had placed a return request on the same day, as there's no option for exchange.
                  The delivery guy, refused the pick up of the product and asked me to speak with the customer service, where they asked me to provide all the detailed info of the product.
                  After providing everything i got a message stating my return has been rejected due to quality check issue.
                  Now they are refusing to accept the product.
                  Hence i request them to either provide me the exchange of the similar watch or return the amount.

                    I had requested exchange for product received from myntra but delivery boy kept it on hold as preice tag is not there which i did not receive in forst place..i was only given tax invoice which in as it was received ..

                        Had ordered a shirt (Roadster men coffee brown pure cotton shirt ) on Jan 16, 2022 from myntra. (Order ID # 1194226 [protected])
                        It arrived early (19 Jan). I tried the shirt out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day but due some busy schedule the pickup not happened that day.Later i tried again for return they take the item by today (29 jan, 2022) After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "Cancelled: Sorry, since we were unable to pickup, your return request has been cancelled. For any related queries, please click here, http://mntr.se/rzik47385nx/. - Team Myntra." as it "failed to pass the quality check".
                        I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now the item and money both is at them.. they picked my shirt(small size) and i haven't received a refund either my product . What i will do with that "price tag"??? why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                          Hey! I recieved a product(shoes) that is totally different form what I had ordered. And when I did a return policy the delivery/pickup agent told me to call on myntra and after approval he will pick it from me!
                          Now! When I'm calling on customer care no. The number is going invalid...so tell me where I have to contact.
                          This is really very disappointing.

                            On january 16 th 2022 i ordered puma shoes from myntra via zestmoney.order got confirmed and i got my order on 21 st january.but on myntra app & myntra.com i am not able to see my order.after receiving the product i got my order id.order id is[protected]-8704203.since i want to return the item.kindly resolve the issue.on contacting myntra support they e mailed me that the order came from my second mobile number.but i am not able to login to that also.kindly do needful

                              I am a frequent customer of MYNTRA and i have bought many many products . In last 10 days some sale was going on and i ordered many items . Unfortunately some products don't exactly match with the pictures or quality is not as per expectations or many times size is not fit to us..In sch cases we have no other option other than returning the product.Today my myntra account was blocked for reason best known to the myntra team. Bt i am helpless since i am not able to access my account as its locked.Plz help me in unlocking my account.

                              They have done the same thing to me again. It seems that this kind of deduction might be part of their policy, and sooner or later, they may do it to others as well. I strongly advise everyone to be cautious when dealing with them. This behavior appears to be habitual. They had previously done something similar to me, but at that time, my wallet only had reward points, not actual money. This time, however, they have directly taken ₹5, 000—an outright act of theft.
                              The request to the consumer forum is that this app should either be improved or shut down. Kindly take strict action against this fraud through the government & help my hard work earning money back.

                                I have recieved a different colour jeans which I ordered.the order is mast and harbour pant though the customers have been getting different colour pant as the seller is misleading the consumer i haven't removed the tags anything and I raised a complaint with the Myntra they are saying they did all quality tests I asked them whether am i fooling you guys my registered mobile number is [protected]

                                  I placed an order on myntra from my account with phone number +91 [protected] on 26th jan 2022.. i was paying through net banking ( AXIS BANK ) however it was showing error henced i had to refresh the page and had to request for another OTP and then the. Order got placed…. However money got deducted twice from my account… and there is no information on my account about my first payment for which error was show but order not placed and amount got deducted.. i need refund
