Bad 😕 It seems that Myntra.com has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
Not able to return a product because product status is not updating as delivered in App
Hi, I am not able to return a product on Myntra as the product status is still showing in transit even though it is delivered to me. I have raised issue many times on customer care but they are closing the issue without any resolution everytime.
I want to return the product and get my refund, please help.

Refund not got and not getting help to update account details
I had purchased a Here and Now men Navy Blue bomber jacket from Myntra app order Id- 119402541320492808401 and due to fitness issue I had returned it and same had been picked up but I haven't received my money back. For this I have contacted with Myntra customer support executive they replied that you have to update your account details on orders section of Myntra app. And when I tried to update the same then it showing error there. And when I contacted to customer support executive they replied that try after some time but there is not any improvement on that and I haven't got my refund. So please help me to get my refund.

I returned my product to Myntra and they sent me a message saying refund amount of Rs.899.10 has been successfully processed on Jan 08, 2022 and it'll be credited to my Indian Bank account on Jan 18th. What is this Myntra.. I am purchasing from this site from a long time now I am facing this type of problem such as parcel showing delivered and I didn't get it really pathetic... I have done whatever I can do contacting with courier services and Myntra customer care too but courier company not receiving my phone now and Myntra said that they resolved my problem. What did you resolved ? Niether I got my product nor my refund. Which type of behavior is this literally pathetic 😡🤬

On 19 Dec, 21 l had placed an order of rs 2717 from Myntra through Mobikwik, money deducted but order not placed.l made a complaint against my order on the same day at Myntra and even l had shared an invoice with them but today (18 Jan, 21) they said that matter resolved with out providing any solution.They even not replied my email and did not consider the invoice .They even gave me rs 50 cashback on the same day for the order that I placed.Please do to the needful and solve my problem as soon as possible.

I have two issues
First one is i ordered a dress from myntra. But i get some duplicates product without tag or any thing so I tried to return may time but the pickup person didn’t came once so I complained at myntra helpcenter but every time I complained they tack it and after two days its showed me that resolved with out doing any thing. The that duplicate product is also with me and didn’t get refunded I tried to complain 5-6 time and aslo return the product 6 time but i m helpless
And second thing is also ordered a shirt at same time but its not fitted so because of not availability I returned the product this time the pickup person take the product and after taking i get the message that your pickup is canceled so product is already gone so I didn’t had that shirt and also not refunded so I complained for both but myntra didn’t answer about this two things

I ordered Roadster Blue Regular Fit Mid-Rise Clean Look Stretchable Jeans on 3rd October 2021 for Rs. 568/-. Order id is #1187756 [protected]. But because of improper fitting I returned it and claim for refund. But till date I didn't got the refund in my account. On raising a complaint you said the refund is credited to my account on 10th November 2021. Refund reference number is[protected]. Previous complaint ticket number is IN[protected]. But till date my account is not credited by the refund amount. After asking to the bank, it said to raise a complaint on Myntra's Website again. So i am making the complaint again. Please do the needful in this regard.

Please know my case history below,
# first i requested for exchange of my shoes Red Tape
# A courier partner reached at my door step early morning and asked for replacement. I went to him with the old shoes, he try to match the serial numbers and try to scan but the same was not happen and he declined for the exchange, first of all number mismatch or any other issue are not my fault.
# after that I raised complaint for the same on 12th January 1pm. And I got assured that my complaint will be resolved on 15th January 1pm.
# but unfortunately that was also not happen on 15th then i contacted with your customer service team again and the senior from escalation department talked with me and assured me the resolution.
#on 16th i got message from your team that I will receive the exchange on 20th and finally j was happy that after so many efforts i got resolution.
# today i again got message from your side that the exchange is not possible and all the possible action are blocked for that order.
Now please tell me is there ang fault of me rahter than onyl shopping with Myntra. I am feeling that I did a crime by shopping with Myntra by which I am getting lots of issues. I had never such worst customer service ever. Your team just forcing their decision on the customer. If they say exchange is not possible than there is no value of customers complaints, escalations, how much they try, your team will forcefully agree them to listen and accept their action.
