No response to the complain lodged on 18th Jan.and the customer care no.is out of service.Not finding any way to reach Myntra.

We didn't receive the product (KURTI)
yet, the order was placed in the month of November and payment is also done.

I cancelled my order with Order ID # 1194310 [protected] also the refund is granted but my 78.24 and 52.17 INR had been added to the Myntra credit without my consent and knowledge.
Please remit my balance amount to the account and stop cheating people like this.

I have ordered hrx navy blue shoes from Myntra from anja*********[protected]@gmail.comwhose size didn't match my feet size, so I put return request and after careful examination and checking of product it was picked up by agent, but I got that product back because of quality check issue.
Inspite of proper tags that unused product was failed in quality check stating reason that it was used, the product was thoroughly checked by the pickup agent and then also it was returned so either the pickup agent is not right or the product was used itself.stop duping the people and refund my money

This is regarding my order[protected]-3971003. There were 5 items in the order out of which I have only received one item however the status was updated as delivered. There are 4 missing items in the delivered order.

The order with only one item was delivered on 28 Dec. I have immediately raised a concern to Customer care with multiple tickets however the issue is still unresolved as on date. Attached is the screenshot of the tickets which are subsequently closed without resolution.

I have spoken to customer care multiple times however they are unresponsive and unable to identify the root cause of the issue and hence resolve it. I kindly request to please investigate the issue of these 5 missing products in the delivery and let me know the updates. All I want is confirmation that the package shipped by the seller to Myntra and then from Myntra to the Logistic department and then delivered to me was the same. But Myntra has failed to verify it. Customer-care desk kept providing the information about package delivery date and time to its different stops, but they were unable to verify if the package was the same or not.

Please note that this is a serious breach of customer trust - How can the order status be updated as delivered when 4 items in the order were not received at my end.

As this is a serious breach of consumer trust i.e. delivering one item against a payment of 5 items and because MyntraSupport is unable to resolve this for last 28th December, 2021, I am left with no choice but to raise it to further authority.

Reason: It's asking to update bank account number and if trying to update the bank account, when I click on the link It's giving an error "Something went wrong"
I have contacted the customer center or help multiple times but I didn't receive any update regarding the issue I have raised.

I have ordered two set of Ruban earrings. After receiving, I choose to returning both the earrings. Because first one is defective and another one is different earring.but nobody is coming for pickup up my return. It's around 25 days.i want my money back.

I had purchased a Here and Now men Navy Blue bomber jacket from Myntra app order Id- 119402541320492808401 and due to fitness issue I had returned it and same had been picked up but I haven't received my money back. For this I have contacted with Myntra customer support executive they replied that you have to update your account details on orders section of Myntra app. And when I tried to update the same then it showing error there. And when I contacted to customer support executive they replied that try after some time but there is not any improvement on that and I haven't got my refund. So please help me to get my refund.

I returned my product to Myntra and they sent me a message saying refund amount of Rs.899.10 has been successfully processed on Jan 08, 2022 and it'll be credited to my Indian Bank account on Jan 18th. On 17th jan 2022 at 8.46 pm an order of Rs 4217 was being placed.Money has been deducted from account but order didn't get placed.what to do ?

What is this Myntra.. I am purchasing from this site from a long time now I am facing this type of problem such as parcel showing delivered and I didn't get it really pathetic... I have done whatever I can do contacting with courier services and Myntra customer care too but courier company not receiving my phone now and Myntra said that they resolved my problem. What did you resolved ? Niether I got my product nor my refund. Which type of behavior is this literally pathetic 😡🤬

I have placed the order today but it couldn’t get placed but the amount has been debited frok my account.

I have ordered the Roadster Women Hoodie but due to some reasons my order didn't place and payment got debited on 14 Jan 2021. Yet I didn't receive any refund.

On 19 Dec, 21 l had placed an order of rs 2717 from Myntra through Mobikwik, money deducted but order not placed.l made a complaint against my order on the same day at Myntra and even l had shared an invoice with them but today (18 Jan, 21) they said that matter resolved with out providing any solution.They even not replied my email and did not consider the invoice .They even gave me rs 50 cashback on the same day for the order that I placed.Please do to the needful and solve my problem as soon as possible.

I have two issues
First one is i ordered a dress from myntra. But i get some duplicates product without tag or any thing so I tried to return may time but the pickup person didn’t came once so I complained at myntra helpcenter but every time I complained they tack it and after two days its showed me that resolved with out doing any thing. The that duplicate product is also with me and didn’t get refunded I tried to complain 5-6 time and aslo return the product 6 time but i m helpless

And second thing is also ordered a shirt at same time but its not fitted so because of not availability I returned the product this time the pickup person take the product and after taking i get the message that your pickup is canceled so product is already gone so I didn’t had that shirt and also not refunded so I complained for both but myntra didn’t answer about this two things

I have not received my refund as myntra as already initiated refund but the amount is not reflecting in my bank account nd I already connected with my bank and they are saying pls contact myntra we can’t help u regarding this so pls initiate my amount ASAP
