I purchased a nike shoe 3 months back and its been a defected piece. My product is still in warranty but they are not ready to take my complaint and forcing me to contact brand. But on the nike website its been clearly mentioned that you should submit the defected photos along with invoice and style number to the purchaser. But as now my myntra is a purchaser and they are not helping. Didn't expect from such high brand myntra. My request number is IN[protected].

I had ordered neu look gym tight color black and grey on 31st jan from myntra. I tried it out but due to fitting issues i decided to exchange for a larger size since I order M but on packet and tag it was written small .I requested for exchange on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The delievery agent said he cant exchange I got another message saying my exchange request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

Actually I have purchased a product from Myntra of rupees 2499 on 29 jan..i have returned it on 31st Jan... it's been 5 days I haven't received my refund...they r saying that they have processed the payment but I haven't received it yet.. previous for once I have returned but at that time I have received my refund instantly but this time I haven't received my amount at all neither any notification I have received...Plz check it and take follow up regarding this payment..

Hi I placed an order of 1 hearing, 1 kurta, 1 toe ring but in the app it's stated as delivered by I have not received it. When I call the customer care they are telling the tat time is only 5. Days so either they will not refund the Amt and will not deliver the product want to register a major complaint.

Myntra delevired me wrong product..when I complaint he ignore me ...Myntra didn't work on my complaint..only tell me to wait ..I also waiting but he didn't work on my complaint

Dear Myntra, I order a Jacket of Perfkt U from your site Order ID # 1193285 [protected] . First of all I got delivery very late and when I try to check size, I found it is small in size, so I create exchange request not cancel, after request Myntra is not delivering exchange product to me from 20-25 days . I every time give complaint to myntra executive, they said we will resolve it and no body is taking any pain or confirmation from me, that I received my exchanged product or not. And now when I want to cancel it, they are confusing me that you could not cancel untill the delivery boy not come to your home for delivering your exchange product, You have to denied him and place another request of cancellation. Is this my fault, I faith on Myntra . Please resolve the issue, I will never shop from Myntra again in future.

I received the product-black parka jacket by Chemistry without a price tag.
Myntra/seller falsely claim that the price tag was present.

I was refund for the item.

Please see, I have never had such issue with return.
A true Myntra loving customer.
I still have price tags of my previous orders but for this there wasn't any price tag.

I have ordered a Libas green kurtas set which includes(kurta, palazzo and Dupatta) but I have not received the dupatta in the set so I have put a return request on the 31st january, 2022 and the item has been picked up on 1st february, 2022. But after that it is showing return is in hold due to quality check failed. How it is possible i didn't even used that product. I saw dupatta was not there so i put return request. Now they are saying product will get re-ship to my address. What kind of fraud Myntra is doing with customers?

I have order U.S. Polo Jeans which they delivered without price tag and now they are not accepting the return request of this second hand product and denying my refund amount.

I had ordered Van Heusen Bag, its size was big so i had returned it, payment was done using UPI, they updated that my Refund has been Processed. UPI refund should be credited instantly. I have not received my refund even after 4 days. I raised ticket with Myntra helpdesk and they closed it. If i call on their Helpdesk number, it has no option to talk to any person so it also is useless. I have no way to contact Myntra and get my refund back.

I have tried to return the product multiple times, as the product was not good fit on me. But the picup agent refused to collect saying that the QC code is missing in their tag. What can I do in such cases, it is not my faukt though, if the seller needs QC, then why the hell is it missing in the tag? I also tried reaching out the customer service but even after my query got acknowleged as Resolved, still the QC issue is resolvd. And its been my 4th attempt for the return of same product, and Im spending my time & energy for a simple return. Still the return pickup agent is telling he can't take the pickup without QC code orelse need to call Myntra and request for QC removal. Please do the needful as soon as possible as the last date for return is expiring within 2 days!

Myntra refused me to return my product based on some random reason. The normal return policy is 14 days but on one product it was 7 days. I ordered many items for my brother and would be husband and in order to avoid issue with size I ordered 2 sizes of most of the products. After wedding I tried to return one item and Myntra refused mentioning that we give exception of 2 days after 7 days window and it was the 3rd day. I requested them to allow me account credits for return in case money return isnt an option but they refused for all things.

I purchase product from myntra 19dec.2021.but i change my style and cancel my order. But my money is already paid when i cancel my order i not received any from myntra but myntra saying that i refund your money you can check your bank statement but i checked no money receive from myntra they provided bank reference number to contact to bank but denied they said contact your myntra team.

I didn't not received my refund for the 4 months. I talked to the supervisor for 3 times. When I a raised a issue regarding the refund without solving closing the issue how can it possible and shared the bank details so many times. Even today also without giving any response supervisor has declined the call when transferred how can be so irresponsible being a supervisor post. I went to the bank for the two times they told that we didn't received any refund if we received we would transfer the amount with in 3 days. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

Myntra gave me bad stuff but I returned it, Courier by Xpressbee by Delievery Boy Myntra took back the goods through return policy, The product has been received but refund has not been given to me yet.

I always aplly with COD and the delivery guy calls up to pick the items from his office which is 1Km away from my place.
Is this right?

please tell me if i am wrong or else i quit shopping in Myntra. all my colony people is finding this annoying too.

I ordered an inch 5 heel and they delivered wrong size, wrong product and used product to me and now they are declining the return request

I had ordered a MK watch from Myntra.
The product i received was damaged, there's a slight scratch on the dial.
I had placed a return request on the same day, as there's no option for exchange.
The delivery guy, refused the pick up of the product and asked me to speak with the customer service, where they asked me to provide all the detailed info of the product.
After providing everything i got a message stating my return has been rejected due to quality check issue.
Now they are refusing to accept the product.
Hence i request them to either provide me the exchange of the similar watch or return the amount.
