I'm highly disappointed by the services offered by Myntra. I have done shopping on Myntra during the sale and bought around 24 products. Out of those 24 products, I have not received 3 products, and the order was marked delivered automatically. Products which are missing are all marked as delivered on 21st December. Also, I didn't receive any SMS for those products. I raised the complaint the same day when I noticed that the order was marked delivered without receiving the actual order in your APP. It's been 25 days now there's no update on it. I have raised complaints multiple times and they don't give an appropriate answer. All they say is the order is delivered from their end and send automated messages and close my ticket. My only question is where are the products gone then? If the products are delivered from your end then is there chances that product is delivered to the wrong address? I have been using Myntra for so many years and I'm shocked at how your team is handling such a situation. How the orders can go missing and you are harassing your customers without any reason? If you are certain that the products are delivered to my address then do you have any proof for the same? Whenever I raise such questions to your support team then they don't have any answers to it. I even had word with Senior Executives but they don't have any answers to it. I strongly feel I have been cheated by you and your system. Your support team is not helpful at all and not giving any strong answers to it.
All I expect is products delivered to my address ASAP. This is not acceptable and I want a resolution for the same. Get back to me soonest possible. Enclosed all the screenshots and proofs for the same.

    Dear sir/ mam i purchased u.s polo orange sweatshirt from myntra on 25 dec. 2021 . But due to fitting issue i want to return the product. My pickup date scheduled but pickup boy hasn't picked up my product and put in hold with fake reasons. Even he didn't see my product.

    I had ordered a 'LINO PERROS Off-white solid shoulder bag for my mother from myntra. It was delivered on 7 Dec 2021. A return request was initiated on 19 Dec 2021 based on the grounds of dislike of the color of the product. On 20 Dec 2021 return pick up agent came and she convinced my mother that she cant take the product that day so she will pick it up next day (which never happened). On the same day I received a message that my return was put on hold due to Quality Check Failure as it has missing tags or damaged. The product is still with me in the same packaging as it was delivered. It has all the Tags and is nowhere damaged. I do not understand how such a claim can be made.
    I constantly followed up with Myntra customer care for the same after which they wrongly categorised my complain under" I have received a damaged product" They kept closing my complain stating that the product received is new. My concern was never the quality of the product. I kept explaining the whole situation every time to atleast a number of customer executives and they kept parroting the same thing and soon closed my complaints under wrong category. On 29 Dec 2021 I was asked to provide the pictures of the tag and video of the product via mail for verifying by one customer care executive Mr Ayush. I was asked to wait until 3 Jan 2022 and that my issue has been forwarded to senior executive Ms Raksha. But they replied the same resolution to my mail also saying that product was delivered new which was never even my concerned issue. Issue was wrong information by pick up agent.
    On 7 Jan 2022(just a day after the return window originally closes) they declined my whole return request only stating the product was damaged. On requesting a call back, height o[censored]nprofessional behaviour was shown when nobody from their team could provide me the exact details of how they found it to be damaged or why did they cancel the return request. They wont even send any agent to verify the claims or atleast re-check the product if they want. How did they find it to be damaged then?
    This was simply a case of misguiding by the pick-up agent and then all the inconvenience caused which they kept justifying under random wrong topics as "product is damaged" or "tags are missing" etc.
    Its has been more than a month around this issue now and I am unable to even make a return request again as the window is closed. I have all the proof that the product is just as it is and fresh and I am being wronged here based on baseless claims.
    I just want return pick up of this product that I am stuck with now and its refund. I urge someone to please help me resolve my concern or atleast guide me with suitable course of action.

      Myntra delivered an order of Slazenger shorts to me on January 1st. This item was defective/damaged because of a color bleed. Several attempts have been made to obtain a return or exchange for this product. However, they have consistently denied my request, claiming that the product they sent was a "fresh product in sealed and pristine condition". This bleed could have occurred at any time during delivery, but they are apparently not responsible for it. They are also denying any further investigation considering both parties.

      My order falls under a said "easy 30 days return & exchange" but that's also of no use right now. Now, I have no choice but to seek help from consumer and complaint forums.

        A refund of Rs.2399 has not been given to me yet. Order was-Vero Moda(Women Blue Cardigan-Size XL) and order id #119171711543230229001.

        I have been trying to contact Myntra for so many days but the customer care is being so useless and isn't helping at all . Very poor customer service. Froma brand like Myntra, it's not expected, there must be some transparency. Please help me out with that.

          I had ordered woodland shoes (Men mustard yellow solid leather mid top sneaker size 7) Order ID #119196917867507154201
          I tried the shoes but due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. After pick up i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
          I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

              I returned a jacket within the return policies of Myntra, they approved the request and collected the jacket. Then they updated on their app that they have processed the repayment, but they could not provide me with the transaction ID. Then on call they confirmed that the amount that’s was processed on 10/12/2021 was not processed by their bank and that they will be reprocessing the payment in the next ten days, I waited and since then, I have been on never ending calls with them where they only provide timelines and they have now stopped taking any calls altogether.

                I have ordered one black color rib dress in which I was having size problem so I put in exchange for size and after exchange I received dress in maroon color with different style which I didn't liked so I decided to return, this dress I returned with Tokyo talkies tops in white and rust color, I received returned msg for tops but didn't received returned msg for ribbed dress. App is showing ribbed dress status as out for pick up since more than a month and Myntra agents are saying they didn't received product.
                My question is if dress has not been picked from our address why didn't delivery agent came to pick from more than a month .
                Myntra agents are asking me for return I'd which I didn't received and delivery agent didn't update return status in their system and because of their mistake I have lost product and money both and Myntra is not agreeing to refund money back now.
                In this situation we can trust Myntra any more.

                    I had ordered a Jeans of brand Pepe, I have received a used product of some other brand and within 1 hour of delivery I have escalated to the support and placed a request for return, now the pickup person is saying he cannot take the product because it is used. That is the reason why I have placed return request, how can myntra even force us to take a used product and not return our money.
                    When I escalated the issue again and my account was blocked and I cannot return the product. So myntra wants me to pay for a used product of different brand because of some loophole in your system.
                    Most importantly the quality check team which boasts of sanity checks in these COVID times has sent me used product.

                      I have ordered few products from myntra but i wanted to return due to some issues so i registered for a return on[protected] and it was picked up[protected] with tracking id MYNR[protected] by Ekart wishmaster by Lingeshkumar j and even i got the confirmation sms by ekart. But the status in myntra site was not changed to returned and the refund was not initiated. i contacted customer care and they have informed me that its still not received at their desk. how long will it take to return to their destination and when will my refund be initiated.

                        Myntra have canceled my order on their own which I have ordered during a sale for less price on 19-Dec-2021. Even though the product is still available, they are not ready to resend the product instead they processed the refund which is not at all acceptanle. I tried reaching their customer support and they are playing bluff games with the customers by saying silly reasons. Expecting a proper resolution for the same.

                          I ordered jewellery items from Myntra which I did not like. I initiated return on the very next day of receiving the items but the delivery executive refused to pick up the items. I initiated return 3 times on the app but it was refused all 3 times even when we provided the items alongwith the bills. After initiating return online 3 times on the app now the return window is closed on the app. This is causing undue stress on me. Also it has resulted in unnecessary monetary loss for me.

                              Sir, i order spykar men blue jeans but due to fitting issue i return the product. During return when delivery boy picked up the product everything good, product quality check pass, serial no. Matched, that is exactly i handover same product. Next day company (myntra) says that i handover wrong product to delivery boy and they put my product on hold. And they not give my refund back . They said that they reship the product and not give the refund. But i have proof that i handover correct product to delivery boy . Here in these pictures show that serial no. Of jeans internal tag (attached permanently to jeans) matched with serial no. Of external tag . Please help 🙏🙏

                                I requested for a refund, after my product has been picked up on 30th November 2021, i waited till 11th then i called customer care for help they asked me to wait till 23rd December .ok i waited but there was no reflection of the refund in my account. Its now new year still i got nthng! Worst customer service ever! And worst app as well! Bloody cheater @myntra shame on you guys !!

                                  I bought a Fabindia kurta but the color and fit were not proper, so I filed a return for the same the very next moment. However, my return request was rejected. I had only tried the kurta once and all the tags are intact, and the team did not provide any other details. They just mention that the tags were not there. I refuse to believe that because I had put it back in the packet and it was as it is. Had the tag not been present, how would the delivery person complete the return. And even if done, nobody from their team can provide me the exact details and the reason they did it. They keep repeating "sorry" and "tags not present". I want proof of the same, which I know they don't have because the product is as it is with all relevant tags attached.

                                  Also in addition to the refund and return, I would also like to escalate the inconvenience caused and unprofessionalism by the team.

                                  --- Details ---

                                  Ordered a women's mustard yellow kurta from Fabindia from Myntra (order#[protected]-0100101) delivered on January 4, and placed a return request on January 5, 2022.

                                  The item was picked up the same day on 5th January, and later I was informed that the return was rejected. Upon inquiring with the customer care team, I didn’t get any reason or worthwhile response and the team only repeatedly said that they are sorry and the return was rejected because of the absence of a tag. There were no details and I refuse to accept that the tags were missing as I had placed the product as it is back in the packet and returned. The product was then marked as re-shipped because of quality issues.

                                  Later when I requested a callback, the agent kept me on hold to check "details" and then hung up on me. I tried reaching out via mail but couldn’t find the valid mail ID as well.

                                  I don't think anybody has any details about the quality checks, and they are simply avoiding it.

                                  Please help.
