I ordered a product from Myntra on 17th December. Below mentioned are the product details.
order no :119161359761846173501

Return for this product was raised on
Return executive checked the product and mentioned that a tag is missing.
I told him that all the tags which were received with the item are present.
He suggested that you need to check with the customer care regarding the same.
I followed up with myntra customer care and they mentioned that the return executive has mentioned that the product in damaged category.
Customercare executive told me that they will start an enquiry on this and will share the response in couple of days.
Issue Created : IN[protected]
Again i called them in few days and they mentioned that as the product is damaged so you need to send a mail with pics of the item with all attached tags.
I sent a mail to [protected]@myntra.com on 2nd Jan with all images.
I called them again and still the response was same that the product is in damaged condition so it cannot be returned.
I requested them to send another return executive and get the item checked, they mentioned that it will not be possible.

I request to help me in resolving the issue.

    Regarding above mentioned subject we have purchased product(Mast & Harbour Blazer) from myntra on dated 10th nov, 2021. But order was not placed and amount Rs.1649/- deducted from our Kotak bank account above mention Rs.1649/- is not created in my bank account. Contact personally 3 times with bank, bank manager told me that the amount Rs.1649 debited from my account and it is already credited to myntra on dated 12h nov, 2021.
    And myntra, is saying payment is not received by us. We send them bank statement, but they refuse to pay refund ammount Rs.1649.

          I made a purchase of worth ₹ 4856/- on 23rd December 2021 around 11:36 pm.
          The issue is my payment was debited twice.
          I made Queries twice already but haven’t received my refund yet. It has already been more than a week.
          Refund the amount ₹4856/- to my registered Account number ASAP.

            Nobody can expect this type of behavior from Myntra.
            My return has been pickedup today, but I didn't got my refund till now.

              I had ordered 2 PERFKT-U jackets. Received only 1 jacket today in order. Jacket PERFKT-U Men Navy Blue Size L was not delivered in the packet. Product was cash on delivery, paid the entire amount Rs. 2079 to the delivery guy.

                I ordered Daniel klein watch from myntra on 31st December 2021. On 6th January 2022 I got my parcel from myntra. When I opened the parcel I found a Daniel klein watch box and then I opened a box the box was empty there is no watch inside the box. I
                paid a cash from my card the price of watch is 2832/- . I complained to myntra customer care they complained register my files but the next 3 days they said company send the watch. There is no policy of your issue we can't help it. Now what gonna I do.

                There is no watch inside the box. They said they send me watch. But I got empty box. I'm highly disappointed by the service offered by myntra. Now I'm not gonna shop again from myntra. Please learn some honest business policy from Amazon and flipkart

                  I ordered Daniel klein watch from myntra on 31st December 2021. On 6th of January 2022 I got my parcel. When I opened a package I found a watch box and then I opened a box the watch was missing there is no watch inside the box. I paid a cash from my card and the price of the watch 2832/-. I call customer care and they file my complain but the next 3 days the said there is no any policy of your issue. They said we can't help it.

                    I’ve ordered a dress for my kid and received the dress with different colour, asked for replacement via Myntra portal.. but delivery agent said hez not accepting any returns and gave a personal advice to adjust with existing dress.. was shocked at his words and there by lost my interest to shop in Myntra. Very poor service n unworthy delivery agents.

                      I returned one puma shoes of INR 1474 Order ID # 1192142 [protected] from myntra for which i paid through COD.Its more than 2 weeks and the money is not reflecting in my bank account.I called them and they told me that the refund has already been processed from their side in another bank account which I don't know and some time they said it is processed in your bank account if its not reflecting in your bank account kindly get in touch with your bank customer care.They provided me this reference no[protected].They told me that your bank support team will be able to trace the transaction and will update you regarding the same.They also provided me this link https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ for registring online complaint.I registered complaint with the Sbi but after few days i got replied from sbi that no such payment had been recieved from myntra.Again i called myntra customer support and they are just repeating the same thing refund has already been processed you get in touch with your bank.If you are refunding money its your responsiblity to track the status of your refund and if the money is not credited its your responsiblity to check why its not credited.Bank is saying no such refund has been initiated by you, you are saying you have refunded then where money has been stuck electronically.I was a very big fan of myntra but after this experience i have lost faith..from last 2 weeks i am just calling Sbi and myntra but sbi is saying myntra has sent you money get in touch with them, myntra is saying we have sent you money get in touch with your bank.Horrible experience

                        I'm highly disappointed by the services offered by Myntra. I have done shopping on Myntra during the sale and bought around 24 products. Out of those 24 products, I have not received 3 products, and the order was marked delivered automatically. Products which are missing are all marked as delivered on 21st December. Also, I didn't receive any SMS for those products. I raised the complaint the same day when I noticed that the order was marked delivered without receiving the actual order in your APP. It's been 25 days now there's no update on it. I have raised complaints multiple times and they don't give an appropriate answer. All they say is the order is delivered from their end and send automated messages and close my ticket. My only question is where are the products gone then? If the products are delivered from your end then is there chances that product is delivered to the wrong address? I have been using Myntra for so many years and I'm shocked at how your team is handling such a situation. How the orders can go missing and you are harassing your customers without any reason? If you are certain that the products are delivered to my address then do you have any proof for the same? Whenever I raise such questions to your support team then they don't have any answers to it. I even had word with Senior Executives but they don't have any answers to it. I strongly feel I have been cheated by you and your system. Your support team is not helpful at all and not giving any strong answers to it.
                        All I expect is products delivered to my address ASAP. This is not acceptable and I want a resolution for the same. Get back to me soonest possible. Enclosed all the screenshots and proofs for the same.

                          I had ordered a 'LINO PERROS Off-white solid shoulder bag for my mother from myntra. It was delivered on 7 Dec 2021. A return request was initiated on 19 Dec 2021 based on the grounds of dislike of the color of the product. On 20 Dec 2021 return pick up agent came and she convinced my mother that she cant take the product that day so she will pick it up next day (which never happened). On the same day I received a message that my return was put on hold due to Quality Check Failure as it has missing tags or damaged. The product is still with me in the same packaging as it was delivered. It has all the Tags and is nowhere damaged. I do not understand how such a claim can be made.
                          I constantly followed up with Myntra customer care for the same after which they wrongly categorised my complain under" I have received a damaged product" They kept closing my complain stating that the product received is new. My concern was never the quality of the product. I kept explaining the whole situation every time to atleast a number of customer executives and they kept parroting the same thing and soon closed my complaints under wrong category. On 29 Dec 2021 I was asked to provide the pictures of the tag and video of the product via mail for verifying by one customer care executive Mr Ayush. I was asked to wait until 3 Jan 2022 and that my issue has been forwarded to senior executive Ms Raksha. But they replied the same resolution to my mail also saying that product was delivered new which was never even my concerned issue. Issue was wrong information by pick up agent.
                          On 7 Jan 2022(just a day after the return window originally closes) they declined my whole return request only stating the product was damaged. On requesting a call back, height o[censored]nprofessional behaviour was shown when nobody from their team could provide me the exact details of how they found it to be damaged or why did they cancel the return request. They wont even send any agent to verify the claims or atleast re-check the product if they want. How did they find it to be damaged then?
                          This was simply a case of misguiding by the pick-up agent and then all the inconvenience caused which they kept justifying under random wrong topics as "product is damaged" or "tags are missing" etc.
                          Its has been more than a month around this issue now and I am unable to even make a return request again as the window is closed. I have all the proof that the product is just as it is and fresh and I am being wronged here based on baseless claims.
                          I just want return pick up of this product that I am stuck with now and its refund. I urge someone to please help me resolve my concern or atleast guide me with suitable course of action.

                            Myntra delivered an order of Slazenger shorts to me on January 1st. This item was defective/damaged because of a color bleed. Several attempts have been made to obtain a return or exchange for this product. However, they have consistently denied my request, claiming that the product they sent was a "fresh product in sealed and pristine condition". This bleed could have occurred at any time during delivery, but they are apparently not responsible for it. They are also denying any further investigation considering both parties.

                            My order falls under a said "easy 30 days return & exchange" but that's also of no use right now. Now, I have no choice but to seek help from consumer and complaint forums.

                              A refund of Rs.2399 has not been given to me yet. Order was-Vero Moda(Women Blue Cardigan-Size XL) and order id #119171711543230229001.

                              I have been trying to contact Myntra for so many days but the customer care is being so useless and isn't helping at all . Very poor customer service. Froma brand like Myntra, it's not expected, there must be some transparency. Please help me out with that.

                                I had ordered woodland shoes (Men mustard yellow solid leather mid top sneaker size 7) Order ID #119196917867507154201
                                I tried the shoes but due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. After pick up i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
                                I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                                    I returned a jacket within the return policies of Myntra, they approved the request and collected the jacket. Then they updated on their app that they have processed the repayment, but they could not provide me with the transaction ID. Then on call they confirmed that the amount that’s was processed on 10/12/2021 was not processed by their bank and that they will be reprocessing the payment in the next ten days, I waited and since then, I have been on never ending calls with them where they only provide timelines and they have now stopped taking any calls altogether.
