I had received damaged product. I returned it but still not get refund.

Purchased a tissot watch and gets delivered on 11th feb, didn't like the so placed return on the same day, i didn't recieve any accknowledgment mail or message for being accepted for return the product i waited for 2 days nothen happen until then .so i thought this must be a system glitch and then i cancelled the return and placed it one more time same thing happend this time as well, so i CONTACTed myntra CUSTOMER support since 13th feb to 24th feb all these dumbs together sorting the issue and they not able to sort it in the last 9 days one thing these fraud company people are saying wait for 24 hrs and it will be resolved this is the worst ### company i have ever seen there CUSTOMER service are joke big time thugs i am stuck with that ### watch worth Rs 49000 i am sick n tired of calling them again and again and they always saying wait for 24 hrs in the last 9 days there 24 hrs hasn't completed. Spoken with several people like Anushika( case manager escalation desk ), Nupur, priyanka (case manager escalation ) but the issue hasn't resolved yet

And pay through Paytm but I haven't received any refund
But they said that they proceed my refund and for confirmation i was called in my bank customer care but they said that you didn't recieve any type of refund.

Myntra delivered v2 value and variety product delivered but inside the package product was zara brand delivered. so i’m many time requests to myntra help line but they are deny to return product.

I made an order on 31st Dec, 2021 on Myntra (Order No:[protected]-1684103) for an amount of Rs. 2, 949 and the amount got deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed. Initially I made the payment using SBI netbanking but I have not received its refund yet. The reason I want to the product is because the colour I placed the order for was black but what I received is yellow. I had opted for return and when the delivery agent came for pick he did not pick up the return because what I ordered was for black but what I received was yellow. How is this fair? I have lost my money and you guys aren’t even taking even if it’s your mistake to send the wrong colour. Kindly help!!!
I have been buying from Myntra for a very long time but this is very disappointing! This is not what I expected! If I call on customer care there is no option to even tell my problem! How irresponsible are you guys to not even give an option for person to explain their issue?

Gerua women black kurta delivered to me on 20 November 2021 was of very low quality. It seems fabric was old. It got torn in the second use. Order ID [protected]

I am using Myntra since many years. Myntra deactivated my account without giving me any information. I have around 3000rs cash in that account which I can not afford to loose.

Revert from Myntra : "The account has been identified to be in violation of Myntra Fair Usage Policy and has been deactivated for any further transactions.

I've ordered a Roadster co-ord set from Myntra recently and I didn't like the dress and wanted to return but when I put a request it said I should self ship the product. If they are providing door delivery why can't they pick up the item from here? This is not fair I want the product to be picked from where it has been delivered.

I have received the torn and wrong product from Myntra.com.
I tried to return the product informing the same and packaging was also tampered when I got the product. I shared the images with the Myntra.com but they are not accepting the product. They first picked up the product and then they messaged me that the brand tags were not there but I have the proof that the product has the brand tags intact. Now they are asking me to keep the product and I don’t have any option available. Product price is 1422 inr. Myntra is not accepting that they delivered the wrong and defective product. I tried making them understand with the proofs with all the pictures. I have the picture below and Myntra reply with a screenshot.
Please help me out.

I received one product from Myntra. And that product is not suitable for me. Because i raised return the product. When I received product in that no tag slip is there. But delevery agent person asking for tag receipt. I told him I only received product but in that tag is not there. Same day I sent mail through Myntra application but nobody is responding my mail. And I'm several times i called customer care not received. Today one more product I received in that product also tag receipt is not. Need a solution for the same.

I have ordered 4 sarees form Myntra
For some reason I have returned all 4 in next day
I felt like some products has been used I like some different smell as well.

Then I got refund money for 2 and 2 was in hold for quality check
Then I call Myntra they said u will get updates in someday so i waiting for that.
In same day I got refund got one saree
And one saree i not got money .
Then again I call Myntra they said it's not passed in quality check so return to customer.
I was confirmed that I'm right that they send a user product and fooled teh coustomer.
They said to receive the reshipped product then again make a call for return it.
In next day I received the product and I call Myntra they saying now it's was not possible to return since it's not passed in quality check.

Now they denied completely.
They cheat the customer send old user product and when they return they saying used product.
And more over in the middle these courier person are playing very good role in that . They blinding says it's used.
They don't even know that how it's reve8for the customer.

Its about 4140 rupees not a 400 to keep its Just like that.

So basically two days back I received a call from the delivery office that your two parcel has arrived but we can’t deliver it to you as their server is still not showing the option of dispatch. Then I waited for two days & now instead of working on their server & when the parcel is actually at my locality delivery station they sent me the notification of cancellation of the product & when I raised this issue that when the product is still in the locality delivery station then why instead of working on your server you are cancelling the order & they replied with their not so valid reason & stopped write to us” facility for me!! Like seriously how disgusting. Now I ordered the new pair I want the company to either deliver me sherrif heels by tomorrow or the new pair within 2 days at any costtttt!

Myntra Company is Unnecessarily Advertising fake Statements about discount on first order to grab the customers attention. I Kindly request Myntra Company not to share or not to advertise such fake Statements about discount to grab customers attention
