      I have received the torn and wrong product from Myntra.com.
      I tried to return the product informing the same and packaging was also tampered when I got the product. I shared the images with the Myntra.com but they are not accepting the product. They first picked up the product and then they messaged me that the brand tags were not there but I have the proof that the product has the brand tags intact. Now they are asking me to keep the product and I don’t have any option available. Product price is 1422 inr. Myntra is not accepting that they delivered the wrong and defective product. I tried making them understand with the proofs with all the pictures. I have the picture below and Myntra reply with a screenshot.
      Please help me out.

      Myntra called me and apologised for the service they rendered to me and accepted the wrong product they delivered and issued me the refund.

        I received one product from Myntra. And that product is not suitable for me. Because i raised return the product. When I received product in that no tag slip is there. But delevery agent person asking for tag receipt. I told him I only received product but in that tag is not there. Same day I sent mail through Myntra application but nobody is responding my mail. And I'm several times i called customer care not received. Today one more product I received in that product also tag receipt is not. Need a solution for the same.

          I got used, torn and different brand shoe in place of hrx shoe ...
          I have self shipped the order at the courier office but they are giving any response now
          I'm very disappointed by this service..
          I want full refund so that i can shop on Myntra again.
          So please resolve my problem ASAP.

            I have ordered 4 sarees form Myntra
            For some reason I have returned all 4 in next day
            I felt like some products has been used I like some different smell as well.

            Then I got refund money for 2 and 2 was in hold for quality check
            Then I call Myntra they said u will get updates in someday so i waiting for that.
            In same day I got refund got one saree
            And one saree i not got money .
            Then again I call Myntra they said it's not passed in quality check so return to customer.
            I was confirmed that I'm right that they send a user product and fooled teh coustomer.
            They said to receive the reshipped product then again make a call for return it.
            In next day I received the product and I call Myntra they saying now it's was not possible to return since it's not passed in quality check.

            Now they denied completely.
            They cheat the customer send old user product and when they return they saying used product.
            And more over in the middle these courier person are playing very good role in that . They blinding says it's used.
            They don't even know that how it's reve8for the customer.

            Its about 4140 rupees not a 400 to keep its Just like that.

                So basically two days back I received a call from the delivery office that your two parcel has arrived but we can’t deliver it to you as their server is still not showing the option of dispatch. Then I waited for two days & now instead of working on their server & when the parcel is actually at my locality delivery station they sent me the notification of cancellation of the product & when I raised this issue that when the product is still in the locality delivery station then why instead of working on your server you are cancelling the order & they replied with their not so valid reason & stopped write to us” facility for me!! Like seriously how disgusting. Now I ordered the new pair I want the company to either deliver me sherrif heels by tomorrow or the new pair within 2 days at any costtttt!

                    I ordered few lounge pants as i am a regular customer
                    But one of them turned out to be a torn one .
                    I recieved it today only and by the time i took it out to wear i saw it was torn

                          I am currently facing an issue from myntra.i have ordered a pair of crocs navy blue bayband crocs and I just got another pair of crocs which is of another model and it has been damaged while I inboxes it.it has been 2 days and no further proceedings has been done by the customer care.the product was returned on the next day ie on 19th Jan 2022 and after that it has been on hold and on the same day the 'on hold' become 'the return has been declined'.on the next day ie on 20th Jan the order has become 'out for pick'.it has been 3 days im waiting for my refund.

                          I request you to kindly initiate my refund.

                                I cancelled my order with Order ID # 1194310 [protected] also the refund is granted but my 78.24 and 52.17 INR had been added to the Myntra credit without my consent and knowledge.
                                Please remit my balance amount to the account and stop cheating people like this.

                                  I have ordered hrx navy blue shoes from Myntra from anja*********[protected]@gmail.comwhose size didn't match my feet size, so I put return request and after careful examination and checking of product it was picked up by agent, but I got that product back because of quality check issue.
                                  Inspite of proper tags that unused product was failed in quality check stating reason that it was used, the product was thoroughly checked by the pickup agent and then also it was returned so either the pickup agent is not right or the product was used itself.stop duping the people and refund my money

                                    This is regarding my order[protected]-3971003. There were 5 items in the order out of which I have only received one item however the status was updated as delivered. There are 4 missing items in the delivered order.

                                    The order with only one item was delivered on 28 Dec. I have immediately raised a concern to Customer care with multiple tickets however the issue is still unresolved as on date. Attached is the screenshot of the tickets which are subsequently closed without resolution.

                                    I have spoken to customer care multiple times however they are unresponsive and unable to identify the root cause of the issue and hence resolve it. I kindly request to please investigate the issue of these 5 missing products in the delivery and let me know the updates. All I want is confirmation that the package shipped by the seller to Myntra and then from Myntra to the Logistic department and then delivered to me was the same. But Myntra has failed to verify it. Customer-care desk kept providing the information about package delivery date and time to its different stops, but they were unable to verify if the package was the same or not.

                                    Please note that this is a serious breach of customer trust - How can the order status be updated as delivered when 4 items in the order were not received at my end.

                                    As this is a serious breach of consumer trust i.e. delivering one item against a payment of 5 items and because MyntraSupport is unable to resolve this for last 28th December, 2021, I am left with no choice but to raise it to further authority.

                                        I have ordered two set of Ruban earrings. After receiving, I choose to returning both the earrings. Because first one is defective and another one is different earring.but nobody is coming for pickup up my return. It's around 25 days.i want my money back.
