I have purchased 5 sarees from Myntra and i recieved one of them that is vastranand saree costs 1760 rupees. And the saree we received is torned and defective saree which is second hand product or used product. Is this the way to cheat with customer, i would like to never buy or use Myntra in lifetime, and i recommend the same to my contacts also

I ordered one oversized H & M T-shirt from myntra.com but size didn't fit me.
So I exchanged that T-shirt for a smaller size, but that T-shirt also didn't fit me
So I made a return request. And myntra now is saying no delivery guy is available in my area to take the product.
And I also cant exchange that product for another product.I tried to call customer care and that computer voice woman said they will call me after 5 minutes but now its been two days they havn't called me yet.

I need to return my order.but I'm unable to see my old orders.

I have ordered a Noise Colorfit Pro2 smartwatch with Order ID # 1200442 [protected] on 29/03/2022 and delivered on 01/04/2022 at 12 PM.
When I opened the package it was empty and the product is not there in the package. I am fully disappointed with Myntra's order and I want the product and if not possible then I want my money back.
I recorded the full video of opening the package.

I ordered one footwear from Myntra and I received the same on 31st March and due to size issue I created return and next day delivery guy took the product without checking it on front o[censored]s but later I saw in myntra app product said 'Refund on hold' due to quality issue. I called him he said there was network but I will receive the refund and I also raised same thing to cc and too said they will file complain against delivery boy and also investigate it.and today 1st April I got message saying your refund rejected as product did not passed quality check. I mean what's this how could do this. Means they are concerned about customer ? What if delivery person did anything?and first time am expiring such issue with Myntra really not expected.

I wanted to place a return but they asked for Self-shipping. I called their Customer Care Helpline Number but they said the same thing and refused doorstep pick up. I requested the Customer Care Executive to transfer the call to their Manager. I talked to him and he responded the same. I asked the Manager, where is it written on their website that the product in question, once ordered will have to be shipped by the customer themselves and how is it the customer's responsibility to 'self-ship'? He responded the same that the pick is not available. Then I requested the Manager to give me his full name and transfer the call to someone higher up but he refused to give me his name and after putting my call on hold he hung up to save himself.

Also, I ordered a lot of products from myntra and they are getting easily picked up by the executives. I have even returned products related to HnM easily.

My request is to please collect the delivered item from my door and refund the amount immediately.

I ordered some products from myntra.com. Order was not placed but my money got debited on 12th March 2022 till today I m not having any response from them. I raised request for refund but no use of it. Please I request u to help me to get refund as soon as possible.

I have received the refund of one of the products that i cancelled on myntra, it's been more than a month. I have followed of several times but still no update.

I have order these product on 26th March 2022, It was suppose to deliver on 30th March 2022, I have order these products for one of my best friend,
Myntra spoiled his birthday.
I want to log a complaint again Myntra.
Help me out on this.

As per Myntra, refund amount had been initiated on 18th, 19th and 20th March but I haven't received the amount yet.
They have provided me with the bank reference number but SBI is saying that reference number will not work and they need UTR number which Myntra is not providing. Refund is for around 23 products which amounts to around 25000 rupees.

I am a regular customer of Myntra with frequent purchases.My account got locked for reasons not known to me .When asked about it the Myntra customer support says that we cannot reveal the reasons .I have money in n my Myntra credit account which I have no access to .I want you to look into this matter and show some support.

I have made payment through paytm but my money is debited from account but order not placed. I also raised issue from their website but query was not resolved

I had ordered a kurta set from Myntra, which did not fit me and I returned it the very next day. the pick up boy took the piece after checking the tags. I got a message the next day that the pickup has been rejected due to missing tags.
I called up their customer care which promised to look in and resolve it. meanwhile, I called the pick up agent to check whether he has taken the tags back, which has has confirmed. but now the product has come back from myntra to me saying rejected due to tags not being present. This is an error from their side, as their agent will not pick up a product without tags from my end anyways. how do i get them to take the product back.

My Myntra account has been deactivated. I’m unable to return/exchange any orders which I want to because of fitting/quality issues but I’ve been denied any access or cooperation in doing so. I’m not getting proper justification on why my account has been deactivated. All my orders were prepaid, have been delivered to my permanent residence and were solely for my consumption. Ive been consistently trying to reach out to support team to clarify any concerns they have but no cooperation I’m getting. My money is stuck. Please help

I had ordered a pair of shoes (order no:[protected]-3968403) from Myntra on Mar 23. I received the item on Mar 24 but didn't find the quality upto my standard and issued a return. The item was picked up on the next day.
Later that day the return was put on hold so I raised an issue with the customer support. On Mar 26 I was informed my return was rejected because the item failed quality checks as it was used and the item will be reshipped .
So, I contacted the customer care helpline and asked for clarification on the issue. I was told that I'll have to accept the product and reapply for return. They couldn't provide me with details on why the quality checks failed and what issues they found.

I don't believe their claim that the item failed quality checks as I had only tried on the shoes once and found the quality of the item unsatisfactory. I had returned the item in it's packaging and original condition. The pick up agent had checked the item in front of me and found no issues as well.

I would like to raise an issue regarding the same. They have no basis to prove the the item was used and are rejecting my return and refund unfairly.

I ordered product on 25th March and my estimate dilevery date is 31st March.
But I want my product on before 29march because some emergency I will be out of town and no can collect product at home at 31st March
So I requested you to deliver my product before 29th March, it will be grateful to me

I had placed order for few clothes which costed me around Rs 2, 300/- but the order isn’t confirmed, money is already deducted from my account.

I have tried calling customer support and they haven’t been of any use, everytime they ask me to wait for 24 hours and then they do not respond at all .

So i brought a product from myntra a H&M blue oversize oxford shirt and decided to return the product next day because of size issue. I placed the return option next day the delivery person came to pickup the parcel he was very rude with me he dint know what he was doing i gave him the return parcel he took started scanning the tag but he dint had any idea what he was doing. later after 10 minutes or so i got a text message that the return pickup is cancelled by the associate even though i gave the parcel. I contacted myntra about this they raise a ticket which really dint help and made me wait for 5 days to resolve the issue same day evening i got a text message from the logistics [EKART] which picked up my parcel. In that message it was return that [Pickup Completed] .

I placed an order for a white dress from urbanic

I recieved my order on 21st of march 2022
And within half n hour or less i put the return for that dress due to size issue and a dirt stain on it . The courier boy came on 22nd to pick up the return . He checked the tags and all ither details and picked the product and i recieved the message that your return has been picked up successfully
Now in the evening when i checked the refund status they are showing quality check fail fue to stain and missing tags
And the tags were intact then only their courier boy picked up the return
Its really disgusting at their end kindly refund my amount asap
