I had requested exchange for product received from myntra but delivery boy kept it on hold as preice tag is not there which i did not receive in forst place..i was only given tax invoice which in as it was received ..
Kindly look into this matter quickly

      I ordered a Royal Enfield Leather Jacket Large size from Myntra. The delivery person delivered the order on 21st January at around 3:30 pm. I didn't checked the item right away, since I trust Myntra that they will give me the right product for which I paid them. However, after 2 hours when I opened the package, I found a ladies cardigan jacket Monte Carlo, that was just Rs 1345. My jacket was Rs 8910. I don't know what went wrong, so I contacted...

      Had ordered a shirt (Roadster men coffee brown pure cotton shirt ) on Jan 16, 2022 from myntra. (Order ID # 1194226 [protected])
      It arrived early (19 Jan). I tried the shirt out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day but due some busy schedule the pickup not happened that day.Later i tried again for return they take the item by today (29 jan, 2022) After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "Cancelled: Sorry, since we were unable to pickup, your return request has been cancelled. For any related queries, please click here, http://mntr.se/rzik47385nx/. - Team Myntra." as it "failed to pass the quality check".
      I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now the item and money both is at them.. they picked my shirt(small size) and i haven't received a refund either my product . What i will do with that "price tag"??? why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

        Hey! I recieved a product(shoes) that is totally different form what I had ordered. And when I did a return policy the delivery/pickup agent told me to call on myntra and after approval he will pick it from me!
        Now! When I'm calling on customer care no. The number is going invalid...so tell me where I have to contact.
        This is really very disappointing.

          On january 16 th 2022 i ordered puma shoes from myntra via zestmoney.order got confirmed and i got my order on 21 st january.but on myntra app & myntra.com i am not able to see my order.after receiving the product i got my order id.order id is[protected]-8704203.since i want to return the item.kindly resolve the issue.on contacting myntra support they e mailed me that the order came from my second mobile number.but i am not able to login to that also.kindly do needful

            I am a frequent customer of MYNTRA and i have bought many many products . In last 10 days some sale was going on and i ordered many items . Unfortunately some products don't exactly match with the pictures or quality is not as per expectations or many times size is not fit to us..In sch cases we have no other option other than returning the product.Today my myntra account was blocked for reason best known to the myntra team. Bt i am helpless since i am not able to access my account as its locked.Plz help me in unlocking my account.

            They have done the same thing to me again. It seems that this kind of deduction might be part of their policy, and sooner or later, they may do it to others as well. I strongly advise everyone to be cautious when dealing with them. This behavior appears to be habitual. They had previously done something similar to me, but at that time, my wallet only had reward points, not actual money. This time, however, they have directly taken ₹5, 000—an outright act of theft.
            The request to the consumer forum is that this app should either be improved or shut down. Kindly take strict action against this fraud through the government & help my hard work earning money back.

              I have recieved a different colour jeans which I ordered.the order is mast and harbour pant though the customers have been getting different colour pant as the seller is misleading the consumer i haven't removed the tags anything and I raised a complaint with the Myntra they are saying they did all quality tests I asked them whether am i fooling you guys my registered mobile number is [protected]

                I placed an order on myntra from my account with phone number +91 [protected] on 26th jan 2022.. i was paying through net banking ( AXIS BANK ) however it was showing error henced i had to refresh the page and had to request for another OTP and then the. Order got placed…. However money got deducted twice from my account… and there is no information on my account about my first payment for which error was show but order not placed and amount got deducted.. i need refund

                      I order 3 articles and Myntra deliver two article in package and after complaining no solution given. Every time they revert after quality check we have send courier. I asked to share video that you have packed the article and they deny to send. Myntra with omnitech retail looting customers money and making crores of rupees by doing such malpractice

                        Your kind attention is invited to the refund of Rs 947/- due to be from Myntra since October 2021. The sequence of events are as under :-

                        I had placed an order for the following items :

                        1.
                        Item - Lino Perros (dusty pink shoulder bag)
                        Rate - Rs.1348/-
                        Ordered on - 16th Oct 2021
                        Delivered on - 19th Oct 2021

                        2.
                        Item - Lino Perros (dusty pink shoulder bag)

                        Ordered on - 19th Oct 2021
                        Delivered on - 20th Oct 2021

                        On delivery, it was noticed that both the bags were defective, i.e the inner lining cloth of the bag was completely torn. Tried exchanging the first bag, for which the option was that, an order had to be placed for any other item and only the balance amount would be refunded. Hence, an order was placed for earrings (silver toned contemporary jhumkas) of Rs.401. The jhumkas were delivered on 25th October and the bag which was to be exchanged was collected by the delivery boy. So a net refund of Rs.947/[protected] is due to me, which is pending till date, though three months have already lapsed. The matter was time and again reported to the customer care who went on giving assurances that the refund is already processed and would be credited within a week, but the assurances remained mere assurances, till date.

                        Secondly, the exchange with regard to the second bag could not be done as I was unable to click the ‘proceed exchange’ option. On enquiry with the customer care, the solution given time and again was to uninstall and install the app or try from a different device. The solutions given failed repeatedly and the exchange period lapsed. The net result being the defective bag lying with me till date.

                        You are once again requested to look into the matter and refund the amount due to me of Rs.947/- immediately, , or else I will be forced to lodge a complaint with the consumer court. A very bad experience indeed.

                            I have returned an item which i ordered from myntra. But i didn't get the refund related to that order. Myntra customer care said that they already finished refund procedure and successfully completed the refund to the bank.                               I've ordered a U.S .Polo white sneakers with an Order ID # 1192457 [protected].. We recieved a defective product with gum stains on the shoe soul.. We've placed an exchange with all the tags intact and it was canceled as the shoe had stains which was just the way we received it.. I've again escalated the issue but the response is that it is quality checked and there is no they can help.. The shoe has gum which spilled out of soul which can easily be understood.. why would we apply gum to the shoe.. having gum mark on the shoe they delivered is completely fault from the Myntra and why would I waste my money and suffer for the wrong did from their side.. I want this product to be returned and want my money back

                                सर नमस्कार,
                                मैंने मिंत्रा की वेबसाइट में एक जींस का आर्डर किया था जो ₹719 की थी यह सामान मेरे को आज डिलीवरी के लिए आया था मैंने डिलीवर बॉय को उसे ₹520/- नोट
                                (500/- का 1 नोट और 10/- का 2 नोट) और ₹200 का 5/- का कॉइन दिया था डिलीवर बॉय ने जो कॉइन है वह लेने से मना कर दिया यह कहकर मना कर दिया कि यह कॉइन नहीं चलता है हम लोग नहीं लेंगे और यह कहकर आर्डर को कैंसिल कर दिया !

                                यहां समान मुझे चाइये और मेरे पास जो पेमेंट की व्यवस्था है में भुगतान कर भी रहा था पर पेमेंट लेने के बदले जबरदस्ती आर्डर को कैंसिल कर दिया गया है !

                                यह कॉइन भारत सरकार का है और यह सभी जगह चल रहा है जिसे मेने भी किसी से लिया है इस संबंध में मैंने टोल फ्री में भी सूचना दी थी एवं जो यहां धमतरी के इंचार्ज हैं जिनका नंबर [protected] है उसने संपर्क भी किया ऊनका कहना है की हम लोग कॉइन नही लेंगे बैंक नही लेती है !

                                मेरा आपसे सादर निवेदन है की मेरी व्यवस्था अनुसार में भुगतान कर रहा हूँ कृपया मेरा समान सही समय पर ऊपलब्ध कराया जावे एवं यदि भारत सरकार ने कॉइन बंद करने की या कॉइन नही लेने की कोई सूचना जारी की होतो कृपया जानकारी देवे !

                                  Iam trying the return product. I have registerd a return requst on 16th janury 2022. But nobody came to take the product . I have already call the customer service and registerd the complaint many times . They told me the delivery agent try to call me several times they came to pick it up. But still nobody contact me and nobody came to my home. I dont know what’s happening. The delivedy agents try to cheating me. Now the website showing a status regarding this return the delivery attempt cancel becouse of customer not reachable which is not true. I want this matter to be cleard at earliset otherwise i will take this matter leagelly. As per the myntra return policy stated on the websiteis 30 days return policy due to the delivery agent irresponsibility the myntra reputation has been ruinde. In last few months i purchased around 40000 thousads rupees product due to the incident idont think so iam going to purchase anymore product from this website . I dont want anymore stupidity to happen again. When i talk to frnds regarding this matter they also had the same issues . So it high time that u check delivery agents otherwise you loose your business in this locality.

                                    Not able to login

                                    Im unable to book any product from the myntra app. though i give my login and password im unable to login. Jus get a msg everytime saying oops! thers's a problem pls try again later.Getting fedup coz I love myntra products and have purchased earlier but unable to do now. Not even possible to add products to cart or use buy now option. Was asked to clear cookies & cache and re-install the app but nothing worked out. Pls check on this & sort...
