As I had placed an order with Order ID 119072937315087230101. I had received the original product with all brand tags and labels, As due to size fit issue tried for exchange but it was not possible as address is not eligible for exchange purposes, So I returned the original product with unused and unwashed condition. But after some days order status showed that the product failed on 15th Dec 2021 at quality checks so returned was rejected and re-shipped product delivered to me after 2 weeks of time. But as a customer I hope so it is customers right to know what was the actual issue with the product quality check details, why the product is rejected at quality checks, just saying quality checks failed means how customers should receive it when there is no fault from the customer end. Raised issue on 29th Dec2021 for Re-investigation, But there also said told same reason as quality checks failed.
As I returned the original product with brand tags, unused and unwashed condition. I would like to request myntra team to provide a proper reason why it had been rejected when I sent the original product only. Kindly check the details and do the needful.

Please know my case history below,
# first i requested for exchange of my shoes Red Tape
# A courier partner reached at my door step early morning and asked for replacement. I went to him with the old shoes, he try to match the serial numbers and try to scan but the same was not happen and he declined for the exchange, first of all number mismatch or any other issue are not my fault.
# after that I raised complaint for the same on 12th January 1pm. And I got assured that my complaint will be resolved on 15th January 1pm.
# but unfortunately that was also not happen on 15th then i contacted with your customer service team again and the senior from escalation department talked with me and assured me the resolution.
#on 16th i got message from your team that I will receive the exchange on 20th and finally j was happy that after so many efforts i got resolution.
# today i again got message from your side that the exchange is not possible and all the possible action are blocked for that order.
Now please tell me is there ang fault of me rahter than onyl shopping with Myntra. I am feeling that I did a crime by shopping with Myntra by which I am getting lots of issues. I had never such worst customer service ever. Your team just forcing their decision on the customer. If they say exchange is not possible than there is no value of customers complaints, escalations, how much they try, your team will forcefully agree them to listen and accept their action.
