    This is with reference to order number
    82221697 for 15 pieces N95 masks. The order was delivered today on June 11th, 2021.

    As the quality of the masks is really very bad, I called up their call centre for refund but they quickly told me that they don't have any option for return. They issued a shopping voucher of half of the amount which is actually useless for me. The masks are also not worth wearing at all due to cheap quality.

    I am really disappointed and want full refund against this order

        I have ordered a set of N 95 masks (pack of 10) which contain various colors in the advertisement but the said colors aren't been delivered. All masks received are in Black and Grey.           I had placed an order for 10 N95 protective masks.

          Remarks: unprotective, unsuitable and unacceptable product quality.

          Defects:
          1.Holes in mask
          2.open mask from front (not exactly a mask)
          3.pins sticking out of the masks
          4.Duplicate N95 masks

          Called helpline for the refund but was told masks are non refundable and was offered 300 rupee coupon but I denied. PLEASE REFUND FULL AMOUNT.

          Please improve the quality or just stop the manufacturing of the product because these types of product will only increase the number of Covid cases and fatalities.

            Hi,

            I have placed the order of N95 pack of 10 protective mask (Order no:[protected] . The product which I have received is of very poor quality.I am not satisfied with the product. Following are the defects in the masks:

            1) The pins are sticking out of the masks
            2) The elastic earloops are not properly attached with the masks.
            3) The masks are very thin like paper. These are useless masks for this pandemic.
            4) These are duplicate N95 masks
            5) I have ordered set of masks which contains various colours in the advertisement but I have not received the different colours. You should provide the consumer what they have asked or shown.

            I have called helpline many times for the refund but they said masks are non returnable and with no warranty or guaranty. I just want to know what is my fault, I have paid cash Rs. 600 but in return I have received third class product which cannot save us from this pandemic. Pre-order my assumption was that naaptol is very big selling platform and should have a excellent customer service but my assumption turns out wrong. Post-order customer service is very pathetic. customer service executives said they can't refund money but can issue Rs.300 voucher to again purchase from naaptol.Kindly make it customer friendly.

            You are requested to kindly look into the matter and refund my money on money. Please justify your big brand name.

              I have order for 8 sets of bed sheets which I cancelled on that particular itself because I kept of receiving calls from the naaptol and even they successfully cancelled my order but today they delivered the product even after cancelling and when I called them to return the product the customer care are firstly not helpful and rude and secondly I will receive naaptol voucher and not actual cash which I paid to delivery person

              You guys are not being helpful at all. I got a call from customer service and they asked me for bank account number and ifsc code to refund the amount of 1999₹ which I provided via email and yet they are forcing me credit voucher.
              It doesn’t make any sense you guys are ready to give me credit voucher against the exchange but when I ask you to deposit the amount to my bank you guys are like the product is up to the mark and all
              Now I’m worried because you have my bank account number and still forcing me for credit voucher. And above all the your customer care executive even said that you guys are short of fund now like seriously!!
              Please stop this and don’t force someone to make purchase from your site

                We've ordered set of masks which contains various colors in the advertisement but the said colors isn't been delivered with same ratio such as like its differs in colors. We've talked to the customer service executive and they directed us to buy another set so they can provide the product as it said this time. The second time also the product is been received with different colors same like the first time. If its mistake from the package team it's your concern to make them do their work properly. Don't manipulate people into buying another set i[censored] can't provide the consumer what they asked for.

                            We recieved an envelope after opening that we got a scratch card and other letter saying that how to claim the prize details after scratching it says you win xuv 500 they mentioned sms code below 19028 So i contacted them they asked me to send the details and aadhar copy of the customer who placed an order. I sent all the details they asked me to pay 4% of charges before recieving the prize i said i will only pay when i recieve the car No we have some process for temporary registration so you should pay before.. then i contacted the naaptol customer care they said its fake please dont send any amount ..they also mentioned you recieved for 11th anniversary luckydraws. Please be careful and dont believe this kind of news.. its completely fake

                              My father ordered 1 juicer from naaptol which was delivered deffective. We returned the product nd asked for refund.that time they said they will call us back.                                     They are selling low quality masks by promising 5 layered n95 masks on tv. I bought 10 pack n95 masks for 500/-. To my surprise when i opend the package they are very thin just like paper. Dont buy these masks from naptol

                                      Hello,
                                      i had oredered 10 pcs handi set but i received only 4 handi.
                                      receiving date - 16 may 2021
                                      order no[protected].
                                      later knowing that they also counted the lid (used to cover handi) and 2 spoons.i am not satisfied with the product.
                                      now i requested them to give my money back, now they offering me a voucher.
                                      please Refund my money.

                                        Naaptol is sending Lucky Coupon gift card via post asking to scratch the card to see the prize money. After scratching the card it says i have won 7, 50000 amount in cash and a number was mentioned in the letter ([protected]) after calling this number i was asked to give the bank account details. This is totally a fraud a new way to loot money from innocent people.

                                        I would request consumer care to take strict action against this fraudster.
