I worked in naaptol as customer supportive associate and I worked nearly more than a month I joined May 23 to June 23 so my 1st month is completed the company salary cycle is every month 7 and 8 due to my mother's covid condition I take leaves from June 30 to July 7 and they hold my salary I asked them why they hold but they didn't respond I called HR Team leader everyone no one responded correctly and the team leader chandra shekhar told that given permission to take leave and asked my proof that I'm coming from my hometown to Hyderabad bus ticket I send it at the end he told I'm not gonna do anything it's not in my hands ask HR even hr is also not responding naaptol is one of the fraud company it cheats not only customers but also agents working in the naaptol so please solve my problem and help me to get my salary

I am order a mini cooler fan and delivered just now. But product color is not matching in my choice color and fan is moving very slow. Some defect is there. Product is very bad quality. So, I return your worst product and refund my money at an earliest

I am N.Arunkumar from coimbatore.I have ordered transforming Robot car on 20.06.2021.Order number is 82766634 .As i have received only a normal car on 25.06.2021 instead of transforming robot car.
By calling customer care number i have given complaint and they given complaint number 50527178.
Still i have not received any call from the customer care.Based on the TV show only i have ordered, Even i have called and told the customer care number for car colour too..but i have not received the original product.so do the needful soon

I purchased an electric portable fan cooler through teleshopping last week. The product they showed was totally deceiving. "It is not serving its real purpose" and very low quality. We are totally disappointed with its functioning. We bought the product believing it would be really useful. But it is fake.
Please do not carry on such false advertisements and fool customers .Money is very valuable. Please REFUND my whole money and take your product back

I have recived a gift scratch card worth Rs.12.5 lakh . They asked my bank details such as account no, & ifsc code. And my cell no. I have send it on[protected] through their WhatsApp no. And now he is asking to pay an amount of Rs. 12500 as documentation for reedem the price money. So I humbly request to u take needful action.

Yesterday I received a registered post from someone whose address wasn't even written on the post and inside I found a letter saying I've been selected and won some scratch and win kind of LOTTERY of amount 7, 50, 000/- on calling the number provided he asked me to send my account number, account holder name and IFSC code so I thought let's give it a shot and I submitted him some fake acc no. but correct IFSC code and Name and he said me that he'll do the transaction the next day so we waited. Next day he called and said that he's going to deposit the check and to call him up once I receive the amount a few minutes later I recieved a photo on WhatsApp which said that the transaction failed as I'm supposed to pay him the 1% tax and I knew this was what he was going for, later he called me and I confronted him n on asking whom do you think you're fooling like this n he ### said YOU. So please be aware and please don't fall for such frauds!!!

I got a post card showing that i got a hyundai creta car.. And the gifted amount of rupees fifteen lakh forty thousand. I got an online cheque too..now iam getting reply that the number for prize money is switched off. Is this fake..

Sir my sister won prize Kia seltos car in naptol online shopping so I'm not believe dis confirm it

We buyed 7 bags of scottish company from naaptol they were showing like they are very strong and durable after 2-3 days they were delivered and when We opened it firstly they delivered wrong colour, secondly they were torn and product quality is bad totally different from which one was shown they were showing that they were strong and durable but the product we got is very bad worst product I have ever buyed form online shopping and now we are staying to return it they are giving us voucher of 500 instead of our money not only they are not attending our calls too

I purchased one 5 litre copper water bottle with two glasses and one 300 ml free copper water bottle
but the company supplied smaller size glasses of 150 ml and one small glass with plastic lid as free water bottle. the capacity of this water bottle is 175 ml while shown on tv is 300 ml and design also is like glass
the customer care says the warranty is 48 hours the time is over
i requested to change these small bottle to the shown or claimed on the tv
this is not fair and open cheating by them
kindly get the items exchanged
