      I orderd from naaptol on 19 july 2021 my order no No.84213005
      I returned the product and they refunding me my money in my account
      they told me that the NEFT has been procced on 26 july 2021 afterr so many calls and request. But the refund not credited till now. By neft amount credited normally in 1 to 2 days but 4 days gone.

      Customer care said to wait for 1-2 working days for process the request and they will share the number to which I have to share bank account number for payment refund process.

      Pathetic and unpleasant shopping experience .

      Don't make customer fool, instead value them.

      Please help me to get my money refund and inform on same.

          I am a regular customer of naaptol but today[protected] i got a letter from naaptol lucky draw, in that letter i got a prize swift dzire car or 9, 30, 000. and send the bank details and id card but unfortunately i sended the details to the whatsapp number thats my mistake i know. after 2 minutes they are message to me verification call come within 24 hrs. but after some time i knew this is fraud, suddenly i deleted the id card and my messeges from the whatsapp. so please find the fraud gang and do action agains the bluddy fraud team. it is request from my side because in this time and in this society fully poor peoples and illeterated peoples please find the gang urgently take a immediate action against the gang

            Dear Team,

            We received this product on 17th JULY, 2021
            Order Number: 83768980
            Not satisfied with the product since it was not as shown in the TV show. Therefore we returned it.
            A voucher was issued for the same. But we requested for cash refund.

            Naaptol without our consent placed another order(Order number:[protected] using the voucher. Also when I tried to complain about it to the Customer service they didn't respond in a good manner.

            We, being loyal customer, request you to please process the refund for the cancelled order since we do not need any voucher.

            According to Naaptol policy and terms & conditions I am entitled for cash refund. I have also attached the terms and conditions for cash refund in this mail. PFA.

            I have received the refund. Thank you.

            I case anyone is receiving any difficulty in getting any refunds from Naaptol, check all the terms and conditions and all their privacy policy. After checking everything if you think you are eligible for the refund, just mail them explaining the issue. You will definitely get the refund.

            Calling the customer care won't help. Therefore I will advice you to mail them.

              I received a scratch card coupon from naaptol notifying me that I won 7.5 lakh on a lucky draw on 9 july 2021. I read about the exact happening to another customer too. But How do these fraudsters get our exact address and mobile number? I believe it is because the company freely giving our information to whomever. This is violation of our privacy.

                Naaptol ki taraf se hmko b same 7, 50, 000 ka scratch card mila h.. Naaptol ki taraf se fraud krne walo ko customer ki information qq hi di jati h.. Naaptol worst pe worst hota jaa rha h.. Apne damage products or aesi fraudulent activities ki wajah se koi naaptol se Kuch b purchase ni krega na hi apni info dega ki customer k sath cyber crime ho sake.

                  Sir/mam please help me out from these fraud Naaptol.
                  I have shopping from Naaptol on 3 july for beg set and i received the product on 8 July but product quality is very cheap and and size is too small and they said its water proff but its actually not.
                  I have received call from Naaptol on next day they ask me to send my bank details i have sent them and then next day they again call me and ask for my govt id i have also sent and then they ask a hend written note for refund i also send it but till now i have not received any refund and when i call to Naaptol customer care they talk me badly and said we can not refund you and cut the call.

                      I have ordered a vapourizer. It didn't work properly. I have complainted to customer care. They didn't do much. I asked them to take back the product. That also they didn't do. Either take the product and give my money back. Or give a working conditioned product.

                          I hve recieved faulty products from Naaptol for which I was given a voucher to redeem . The same voucher wasn't reedemed at the time the other item was purchased . Now the second item too is defective. Being fed up of the products being faulty I need the companyto return them back and refund the money . No vouchers cn be entertained by me further.

                              Hello there,

                              I had placed a order for Tshirt through Naaptol application and I made the payment in advance 700 rupees.

                              Due to some reasons I canceled the order and now it's been more than three days till now I haven't received any refund or voucher from their side.

                              On daily basis they are giving false commitments that by today will get refund or before end of the you will get but till now I haven't received refund or voucher.

                              This is my humble request kindly look into this and try to resolve it as soon as possible.

                                  I had ordered 5 round neck t shirts for 599, when the order placed. I noticed the quality of product was very bad so i did request at naaptol whatsapp for return product. Issue do not sort out. I ensure the return policy from agent of naaptol before ordered it. Please solve this issue as soon as possible

                                    I worked in naaptol as customer supportive associate and I worked nearly more than a month I joined May 23 to June 23 so my 1st month is completed the company salary cycle is every month 7 and 8 due to my mother's covid condition I take leaves from June 30 to July 7 and they hold my salary I asked them why they hold but they didn't respond I called HR Team leader everyone no one responded correctly and the team leader chandra shekhar told that given permission to take leave and asked my proof that I'm coming from my hometown to Hyderabad bus ticket I send it at the end he told I'm not gonna do anything it's not in my hands ask HR even hr is also not responding naaptol is one of the fraud company it cheats not only customers but also agents working in the naaptol so please solve my problem and help me to get my salary
