2 km from dankuni toll plaza the road is full of hole it can cause accedent please maintain it properly it's condition is too bad we are paying toll tax so why nhai is not serveing us good road...

In Sira Toll they collected 590rs for mini bus instead of 280rs I don know what's wrong with Sora toll people
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible...

Yesterday(17.12.2021) & Today (18.12.2021) TI travelled to Tirupati via NH71. S.V Puram Toll plaza charging toll charges for car one way Rs.75/ and the road condition is very very bad, not motor-able road at all, when I asked the toll operator, he told me the road got damaged due to recent rain, in that case he should not charge anything from customer.
What is the solution, why should I pay for not maintaining the road as per the...

I am Dr. Rajender parshad, incharge of govt. Veterinary hospital, bisalwas, loharu Distt bhiwani in haryana state. Besides i have a charge of govt veterinary dispensary, Barwas. On 13th nov 2021 I crossed sriperumbathur toll around 7.13am from chennai towards kanchipuram.I was charged Rs. 50 through fasttag. Then from kanchipuram to chennai i crossed sriperumbathur toll around 3.55pm on the same day i was charged Rs. 50 through fasttag instead of charging the balance amount for return journey. I don't know what the fasttag purpose. I request the NHAI to take action against the toll plaza....

We see that Non standard barricades are placed on highway at pandluru, between Gudur and Naidupet in nellore district Andhra pradesh.
This place is a 4 road junction and The barricades placed here are completely blocking the visibility of other side vehicals waiting to cross the road. This is causing to accidents, vehicals hitting the barricades or vehicals applying brakes suddenly causing toppling of vehicals. Incidents happened multiple...

I am wrongly charged for 350 rupees from IHMCL..the message comes like this in my mobile. Rs 350.00 debited from your FASTag towards shortfall in toll charges for Mikirati Hawgaon Toll Plaza txn ref no. 0010002112141017032916. In case of any dispute pls call within 7 days -IHMCL.
Earlier I made a complain about double charge deducted in one toll plaza. Is this a punishment for my complain. Please resolve the problem....

I have fast tag on my car but toll plaza staff take money from me and said these cameras are not working
So solve my issue as soon as possible...

I travelled from Ghaziabad to Haridwar with my Car UP14DX7091 on 10th and 21st Nov 2021 and returned on the same day within 12 hrs but at SIWAYA TOLL PLAZA, I was charged Rs.95/ twice through Fastag for going to Haridar and for return journey, while it should be half for return journey.
So please arrange to refund Rs.45/- for each day.

On dated 13.12.2021 at about 06.04 PM while passing the toll gate namely "CORAL ASSOCIATES (A to C), Gudipada Toll Plaza, the person engaged in the toll plaza did not allow me to move with the reason that your fast tag has no sufficient balance and forcibly took Rs 150/- including fine for NON-Fast tag. Whereas my fast-tag had balance of 150/- and connected with paytm wallet and account, though the paytm wallet at that time had no balance...

The computer operator told me to submit photocopy of RC AND ADHAR CARD i told them right now i dont have photocopy. I was getting late in office i requested to allow me for today . In evening i will submit but they did not mark my word and i was forced scan...

No proper service road and toll charges are very expense, nearly they are charging 3ruppee/km and this toll is available for more than 15yrs and still they are just pulling money from public and there is no authority to question them...

I Use toll road only for 3-4km but i am forced to pay full toll fee, there is no service road provided for local people and there is no proper response,
how can some one expect to pay full amount for 2% usage
There should be rule for local and short distance users or service road need to provided ....

Even after paying such a high toll fee there is no proper road, road from tumkur to sira has numerous of pot hole which is not easy to drive also it is damaging our vehicle,
i am paying more than 2ruppee/km still this is the condition and it is not first time every 6months this happens and it takes 3-4months to get repair and after few months again same

I traveled from Pune to Kolhapur on 11/12/2021 i.e. Saturday and paid 200/- at Khedshivapur Toll Plaza as I didn't have FastTag at that time.
But the toll is free of charge for MH 12 vehicles as demanded and we were in a hurry to reach Kolhapur for a function and hence we request you the refund.
After that we installed FastTag at Annewadi Toll Plaza.

There is no separate line for fastag users at Milk Majra Toll Plaza Haryana. resulting in huge traffic jams all the time. this is also vey unsafe, . mis management of this toll plaza has resulted in unsafe & high noise pollution in this area...
