On dated 13.12.2021 at about 06.04 PM while passing the toll gate namely "CORAL ASSOCIATES (A to C), Gudipada Toll Plaza, the person engaged in the toll plaza did not allow me to move with the reason that your fast tag has no sufficient balance and forcibly took Rs 150/- including fine for NON-Fast tag. Whereas my fast-tag had balance of 150/- and connected with paytm wallet and account, though the paytm wallet at that time had no balance and immediately i added money to my Paytm wallet but the toll plaza persons claimed it will take 15 minutes to active your Fast tag, but when the Fastag is connected with Paytm and the same can be deducted from my Paytm wallet. But without doing so the toll plaza person forcibly charged penalty fee for non Fast tag, which is not only shows unprofessionalism but also worst service to the public at large, and government is being blamed for this wrong doing of this unprofessional toll plaza persons engaged.

This is a today's incident. I was about to cross Landhri toll plaza . I was told that toll has been started then i went to make a monthly pass as i am a routine passanger. The computer operator told me to submit photocopy of RC AND ADHAR CARD i told them right now i dont have photocopy. I was getting late in office i requested to allow me for today . In evening i will submit but they did not mark my word and i was forced scan my fast tag for full amount which was not justified. Now i want to ask that if official of toll plaza has started to submit RC and adhar card then they must have service for photocopies of the document because there is no shops near toll plaza...just because i dont have photocopies i have been charged 80 rs. You are requested to refund this amount to me because it was not justified. Otherwise i have to file my complaint consumer court for this matter. Vehicle no is HR20AB 4817

No proper service road and toll charges are very expense, nearly they are charging 3ruppee/km and this toll is available for more than 15yrs and still they are just pulling money from public and there is no authority to question them

I Use toll road only for 3-4km but i am forced to pay full toll fee, there is no service road provided for local people and there is no proper response,
how can some one expect to pay full amount for 2% usage
There should be rule for local and short distance users or service road need to provided .

Even after paying such a high toll fee there is no proper road, road from tumkur to sira has numerous of pot hole which is not easy to drive also it is damaging our vehicle,
i am paying more than 2ruppee/km still this is the condition and it is not first time every 6months this happens and it takes 3-4months to get repair and after few months again same

nhai is just taking money promising clean road for smooth and safe drive but here there is no road itslef only pot holes
i have raised multiple complaints still no solution every time comlaint will be closed without solution

I traveled from Pune to Kolhapur on 11/12/2021 i.e. Saturday and paid 200/- at Khedshivapur Toll Plaza as I didn't have FastTag at that time.
But the toll is free of charge for MH 12 vehicles as demanded and we were in a hurry to reach Kolhapur for a function and hence we request you the refund.
After that we installed FastTag at Annewadi Toll Plaza.
While returning also 100/- were debited from the FastTag account at Khedshivapur Toll Plaza on 14/12/2021 i.e. Tuesday.
Hence I'm expecting a quick action and refund of total 300/-

There is no separate line for fastag users at Milk Majra Toll Plaza Haryana. resulting in huge traffic jams all the time. this is also vey unsafe, . mis management of this toll plaza has resulted in unsafe & high noise pollution in this area

I was forced to pay in cash, despite of having fastag with sufficient balance

Toll plaza- Bhopal Bypass, Mubarakpur

I did recharge of fasttag on 28 November 2021 at 1.27 pm amout of Rs.1000 through bhim upi recharge successful from upi bhim but not credited to my fasttag account union Bank of India so I did complaint to ubi fast toll free number they told that they not received money or I did complaint to BHIM UPI they told that recharge was successful. So I did not get any solution .the transaction id no is[protected].

This toll plaza does not have Fastag and number of lanes are very few. ONe has to wait 20 minutes at least to cross the plaza. Also the roads around it are in pathetic shape....

Dear Sir, I traveled from Vijayawada to yerravaram on my personal vehicle on 13.12.2021 and the route length after hanuman junction is very bad and for that condition of roads it is very much regretted for paying toll fee also.
The road is full of heavy pot holes and ditches.
It is requested to survey the road condition and arrange to attend repairs on war foot basis.

Paid in cash but amount deducted from my Paytm wallet as well

I was traveling from Manesar to Kharkhoda. I was entered from Manesar through Fastag and trying to exit from Kharkhoda. But at Kharkhoda toll plaza, their system was down and they are forcing to change the lane or pay cash which I denied. Those guys have wasted my 30 min at toll. And after complaining to NHAI they have exempted the toll meaning they exepted their fault. After wasting my 30 min they opened the toll. I need an answer why they had done this to me. I was in emergency situation at that time.

There is a consistent traffic jam caused near Narmada bridge between Bharuch and Ankleshwar, Gujarat since many years on a daily basis. It takes minimum 7 hours to cover a mere 20 km distance with long queue of trucks. Cars are made to redirect from the village of Veradiya only to get stuck again once they touch the Highway. Kindly do something instead of making just fake and false promises of good road transport system. The common man is suffering due to wastage of time, money spent on already sky rocketing price of fuel due to your pathetic service.

Hi Team,

This is regarding the road between Londa and Khanapur which is in worst condition. The work was started in 2019 which was stopped due to objection from environmentalists etc. Till now we see that the road condition is as it is.
Please take in mind this is the only route we have to reach belgaum atleast in case of medical emergencies which is critical now a days due to pandemic. We are ashamed to see that the situation is still the same and not taken seriously.
Hope NHAI understands the basic need of common people and not make them to everytime struggle for the basic thing.

Abuse words form Toll Plaza Staffs when raising questions.

I complaint that my toll got deducted at jakhauli toll plaza even that toll was not working. And after complaining it was marked as resolved but i didn't got any mail or money back, kindly look into the topic.
