National Highways Authority of India [NHAI] Complaints & Reviews

After green signal at toll plaza, as i moved my car further, barrier automatically fall down and broke my front glass. This is also a concern of safety, so solve this complain as soon as possible and provide me compensation towards my cars damage.
For clarification check:

Timing 3.10 pm, date 20/12/2021

We have wait on toll almost above two minutes after that toll deducted from my fastag account and toll employee misbehaved with me and my family.
So I am unsatisfied with service of toll plaza's employee.

Date of Journey - 19/12/2021.
Pune Express Way - Repair work in progress and heavy traffic due to same and also caused traffic - Toll Paid 270 Cash
Khed - Shivapur Toll plaza - Major Potholes Toll Amount 100/-
Anewadi Toll Plaza - Major Potholes Toll amount - 70/-
Kini Toll Plaza - Major Potholes Toll Amount 80/- Holes are filled but no leveling done.
Gabbur Toll Plaza - how this road is charging toll, as this is just a single lane road, no safety and road condition is worst. Toll Amount - 90/- Major Potholes
Guilalu Toll Plaza - Major Pothholes.. Toll amount - 70/-
Karjeevanhally Toll Plaza - 90% of the Road is with Potholes and not a single Road potholes are filled Toll amount - 85/-

All the Payments are done with Fastage no - [protected] Except Pune Exp which is paid by Cash.

I live in a small village PULNA BHYUNDAR, thats the base camp of famous valley of flowers and shri hemkund sahib . Recently a team of surveyors came here headed by Pramod Kumar as he told us. He came to survey for the ropeway construction for shri hemkund sahib.
We are poor villagers and hardly sustaining or livelihood with few tourists in monsoon and due to covid everything is already on its lowest point. We don't have much resources and in the meantime this group of surveyors came and spent few weeks here. They had our food and said they will pay for accomodation and food . We are used to of welcoming guests and we trusted them .
As their work was over they left and asked for bills, we gave them bills and they said they will pay soon . Its been 3 months now still we haven't received our sums.
We belong to a very small group of business owner and we want our hardly earned money.
Kindly see this matter and get the names of the team and please help us.
The sum is around 50000 and this money matters a lot to us .
I have sent his photo and whatsapp screen shot of chat with him he has been fraudulent since the day .
We will report pramod Kumar in our local police station soon. He lives in Delhi and thats it we only know this much.

We are going through bhopal bypass on hosangabad road side tha toll at the bypass has fast tag machines installed but they are collecting it through cash only and accordingly to the rule you don't have to pay a penny if the faatag machine is not working but on saying this toh toll operator the got angry and thashes us to leave the toll and not allowing to pass through that

I had crossed ban toll plaza in jammu on srinagar jammu highway on 25th November 2021 at about 9:45 am my toll was deducted, but after half an hour another toll of the same amount of rs 140 was deducted, and due to low balance that was due to your error I was stopped for an hour at kachkot toll plaza on same highway on same day, due to which I missed an important meeting and subsequently went in loss due to your error, I need the appropriate due from you

Toll fee deducted twice from my vehicle on 18/12/2021 at Madanpur Toll Gate ( Changsari, Assam) . SMS Irecieved copied here -
1) HDFC Bank FastTag deducted: Rs 110 for Vehicle No: AS01EG3286 at: Madanpur Toll Plaza on:[protected]T14:08:00 Wallet: [protected] Bal: Rs 620.
2) HDFC Bank FastTag deducted: Rs 110 for Vehicle No: AS01EG3286 at: Madanpur Toll Plaza on:[protected]T15:01:00 Wallet: [protected] Bal: Rs 510.
Please stop this type of illegal activity and refund the extra amount deducted, to my fastag wallet.

This is pertaining to Kannoli cross NHAI Toll where they are cheating people by charging money even if minimum balance is available in FASTTAG. In my case we had family with old aged People travelling in tempo traveller they stopped and told us that we do not have a minimum balance but instead we had 390 RSS sitting that Toll and they charged us by telling we need to pay 200Rs workout any receipt. When we went ahead and questioned They were very rude and used abusive words. After we showed the valve and again came back and forced them they were not allowing the vehicle.
We need support from NHAI to take it seriously and take action against the people.

The ECR TOLL in Uthandi charging high due to non avilablity of TOLL FAST tag.

The Return Toll tax to be collected is ₹175/- ( 110 +65) for Car, but yesterday ie on 18th Dec, they deducted ₹110/- on both ways. My car has fast tag & had balance available too.

Await your response on refund of excess amount of ₹45/-

Sir, Today I was charged an amount of Rs 80 for single journey at Harre Toll plaza near ganne at prayagraj. First time I check my transaction and I feel I was looted.
Details of the transaction is as follows :

I was very upset and don't know, since when or how long I am being cheated.

2 km from dankuni toll plaza the road is full of hole it can cause accedent please maintain it properly it's condition is too bad we are paying toll tax so why nhai is not serveing us good road

In Sira Toll they collected 590rs for mini bus instead of 280rs I don know what's wrong with Sora toll people

Yesterday(17.12.2021) & Today (18.12.2021) TI travelled to Tirupati via NH71. S.V Puram Toll plaza charging toll charges for car one way Rs.75/ and the road condition is very very bad, not motor-able road at all, when I asked the toll operator, he told me the road got damaged due to recent rain, in that case he should not charge anything from customer.
What is the solution, why should I pay for not maintaining the road as per the agreed condition to NHAI.

I am Dr. Rajender parshad, incharge of govt. Veterinary hospital, bisalwas, loharu Distt bhiwani in haryana state. Besides i have a charge of govt veterinary dispensary, Barwas. A toll tax is located only 200 meter from my hospital .and i have to go in barwas and nearby villages to vaccinate the animals and to handle the OPD in both govt. Hospital. The distance between both hospitals is about 2 km. Today, when i visited about 2.30 pm at govt. Hospital barwas the toll tax was charged with utter nonsense behave of staff. So put a guidline to me is it correct or not that they should charge me or not? Put a guideline to staff also to behave in a correct manner and guide me during govt. Services which is for 24 hour for silent patients which are the backbone for indian economy, from whom should i take back my unnecessary money which was charged by them? I hope i will get the solution ..

On 13th nov 2021 I crossed sriperumbathur toll around 7.13am from chennai towards kanchipuram.I was charged Rs. 50 through fasttag. Then from kanchipuram to chennai i crossed sriperumbathur toll around 3.55pm on the same day i was charged Rs. 50 through fasttag instead of charging the balance amount for return journey. I don't know what the fasttag purpose. I request the NHAI to take action against the toll plaza.

We see that Non standard barricades are placed on highway at pandluru, between Gudur and Naidupet in nellore district Andhra pradesh.
This place is a 4 road junction and The barricades placed here are completely blocking the visibility of other side vehicals waiting to cross the road. This is causing to accidents, vehicals hitting the barricades or vehicals applying brakes suddenly causing toppling of vehicals. Incidents happened multiple times and seems no action was taken to prevent.
The barricades are donated by nearby hotel and they are of sub standard lacking indications, blocking visibility, more height etc.
Changing the barricades to well standard ones will resolve the issue.
Requesting to take action to resolve the same.
