On 24'th December 2021, my father got a message that Rs. 70 toll for the car GJ10AP0492 was deducted at 06:31 PM from the Vanana Toll Plaza (NH-8B Of Gujarat) with the TxnId:771640425078677513888P.

However, car had never been passed from the Toll Plaza at the said date as it was at Baroda, Gujarat at the time when toll has been deducted.

Please look into the matter. We need to know why this had happened and also need refund for the toll being cut inappropriately.

      I travelled in my car Reg.No.-CG04HD2910. from Raipur to Tumgaon on 28 Dec.2021. I was charged Rs.- 55.00 during onward journey at 11.03 AM at LAKHOLI toll plaza through fast tag. During return journey at 4.00 PM on the same day. I was again charged Rs.-55.00 at same toll plaza ( LAKHOLI toll plaza ) through my fast tag.
      I was not given any discount which was due to me.
      Request get refund to discount due to ma and take sutable action against defaulters to avoid such lapses in future too.
      I have attached screen shot of trasaction slips for your ready reference.

          Bhiknoor Toll plaza staff (nearby Kamareddy, Telangana) are of very rude behaviour.
          Our vehicle fastag is blacklisted due to low balance and insisted us to pay by cash but I am out of cash in hand. I am about to recharge the fastag but the operator along with three other persons could not wait and started using vulgar language on me and also manhandled me all at a time. I got some injuries on my collar bone due to their hands on me.
          So, requested to take the stringent action on them to avoid such incidents again

              I didn't had a fast tag and i was asked to pay 150 where the price board said 30 for cars then i gave 200and i was told that no money will be returned and when i argued i was said that i will beat you if you don't leave. They even used abusive language

                My name is Ayush Kumar Rastogi. I recharged my monthly pass of fast tag of vehicle number DL1CS4945 but instead of this toll booth operator recharged a car number DL5CS4945 . After my argument operator said it was mistake by me in telling the number But I was correct. Operator did this by cause. I asked him how can they recharge monthly pass for a random Vehicle whose papers for local residents is not submitted as that car in not from local area. I paid 285 rs. Again for my monthly recharge. This is totally a scam running at toll booth. This toll booth is located in Delhi meerut expressway, chajarsi, pilkhuwa dist hapur. My phone number is [protected]. I want to have you a look on this scam as these type of operators can easily scam 6-7 person daily. Please consider my complaint

                    Mumbai- Pune express way having very bad quality of road & many places work is going on so only one lane is operational hence traffic takes place & unable to maintain required speed. Then why full toll getting collected.
                    Why yellow line rule applies on toll plaza many times fasttag line was more than 500mtr still toll getting collected.

                      I recieved notice while recharging fastage that i need to update KYC for continuation of service, which i deed immediately and uploaded documents un mentioned site. But then NHAI is neither recharging and nor it is approving KYC, It shows KYC is pending and 1033 says it will take 7 days for KYC approval.en why NHAI blocks fastage while KYC is pending. Bank also do KYC but they do not block the account.

                          UNDVARIYA toll plaza in Rajasthan is very poorly managed, had a long waiting of 20 minutes due to poorly managed gates and on top of it the toll managenent people were arrogant and non Co operative
                          Against the rule collected the tolls inspite of huge delay

                            Fastag scanning is not done efficiently every time we are getting delayed 15 mins at toll plaza, nathavalasa, vizianagarm. The main purpose o[censored]sing fastag is not being fulfilled. in this regard, we request the kind authority to resolve the problem as early as possible. Also request to increase handheld scanner in every booth. To get that machine also it is taking too much time because only one such machine is available for the entire busy toll plaza.

                              Since PayTM balance was insufficient, we paid cash at Khalapur Toll (Rs 270).
                              Later, PayTM was recharged and money was charged on FasTag on Rs. 203 which was not supposed to be charged. Request you to refund the same. Thank you.

                                Hello Team,
                                I travelled on 25-Dec-2021 from Dasana toll and exit on Jakhauli for Kundali and amount deducted from Fasttag Rs. 75 (order id[protected], Vehicle no. HR05Y0805.

                                Then on return I travelled on 28-Dec-2021 from Jakhauli Toll and exit on Dasana then amount deducted from Fasttag Rs. 90 (order ID[protected], Vehicle no. HR05Y0805.

                                Why there is difference of amount as both side tax should be same.?
                                Can you please check and update on this?

                                  नम्र निवेदन है कि Choundha Toll Plaza, National Highway 3, Morena, Madhya Pradesh 476001 के टोल टैक्स पर गलत तरीके से टोल टैक्स की बसूली की जा रही है। मैं 23.12.2021 को Morena सिटी के पास इस्थित माता बसिया के मंदिर पर गया था माता पर जाने के लिए टोल टैक्स से पहले ही बाय पास रोड़ जाती हैं जिसके लिए टोल टैक्स को पार नही करना पड़ता है। फिर भी टोल प्लाजा वालो ने गलत तरीके से मेरी गाड़ी नंबर MP07 CE6142 का टोल टैक्स मेरे फास्टेग से 70 रुपए काट लिया है। जो की बहुत ही गलत है। कृपया इस तरह की बसूली की जाच करके इस टोल प्लाजा के मालिक पर उचित कार्यवाही करे। इस तरह की घटना मेरे साथ दो बार हो चुकी हैं। और रोज बहुत से लोगो से इस तरह से अबेध बसूली की जा रही है। उसकी जाच की जाए और इस तरह की अबेध बसूली को बंद कराया जाए।

                                    I have surender my sbi fastag on 15 dec 2021 . SBI FASTag surrender req no is SBIFTCL[protected] . I have try many times to contact sbi fastag but there is no response from there side and my fastag surrender process is not completed yet.

                                      Daily commute from Nashik to sinner. Everyday I am facing the problem of traffic. I am using fastag, but still I wait 20-30 minutes at toll plaza most of the time. Toll authority not following the rules and regulations of traffic, even not following any guidelines (like yellow line at toll). Please solve the issue as early as possible.
