I was charged toll of Rs. 100/- yesterday on 24.12.2021 while travelling from Pune to Satara for my vehicle no. MH12QM6274 at Khed-Shivapur Toll Plaza when there is no Toll for MH12 and MH14 registration vehicles. This is not the first time it has been charged. Also the people on the Toll plaza are instructed to compulsorily deduct Toll on all vehicles even when MH12 and MH14 registered vehicles are exempt. Please look into the matter URGENTLY...

My car UP14BE8960 is equipped with Fastag. However, while passing through the Brijghat Toll Plaza on 20-Dec-2021 3:55 pm, the booth displayed low balance, despite having sufficient balance of Rs. 371.
I was charged Toll fee of Rs. 55 along with a double user fee of Rs. 55, totaling to Rs. 110.

I daily commute from ahmedabad to nadiad by NEH-1. but maintenance of the highway is very poor.
following are places where repairing work is badly needed when you travel from ahmedabad to vadoadara.

1. near Reliance petrol pump

2. just 5 km before nadiad a 1 km long patch which is not repaired since 2 years.

My vehicle number is KA04MR9390. I am using Airtel bank FASTag. Inspite of having balance of INR 4000 in my Airtel wallet, NHAI says there is no balance in my FASTag. I have raised complaint with NHAI and the complaint number is 4884272. When I ask for a tentative resolution date, I have been told that NHAI will call me when the issue is resolved. I have ended up paying more than 1000 rupees as penalty is different tolls in Karnataka....

The NH16 is the route from Kolkata towards Jamshedpur in Jharkhand, and beyond. On the Bengal side of the highway there are a number of metal structures which have been placed on the highway by the local residents and local police.

Complaining about toilet and drinking water facility at Bhatiwada toll plaza between Dahod and Godhra. There are no any drinking water facility and toilets are in very bad condition. Not maintained and even not properly build.

I travelled from Pune to Lonavala on Pune - Mumbai expressway and crossed the Talegoan Toll Plaza on 19th Dec 2021 10:10 AM. I was charged Rs 203 on my FasTag. Similarly on my return from Lonavala to Pune, I crossed Talegoan Toll Plaza on same day and was again charged Rs. 203 on 19th Dec 2021 04:10 PM.
