Staff at Mandana Toll plaza near Kota Rajasthan is very rude and impolite. Here fastag scan machines never work properly always take more than 10 seconds to minutes to scan, resulting long waiting lanes. They most of the times use hand scanners to scan. Have to wait more than 10 minutes in lines and when complained staff behaves very impolitely and rudely. I have experienced this many times when travelling on this road.
If needed I have video proofs of long waiting lines at this toll plaza.

I have registered a complaint as well on NHAI helpline number for the same with complaint number 4942885.

I request you to please take strict action towards staff and incharge of this toll plaza and appoint some good people and get the scanner machines in working state.

    HDFC Bank FastTag deducted: Rs 85 for Vehicle No: MH02DN5653 at: Hiwargaon pavasa on:[protected]T19:27:50 Wallet: [protected] Bal: Rs 65
    I am local person for this toll plaza. Although I had submitted documents of my residence and vehicle. Refund amount to my fastag.

      Dear Team,

      Subject captioned damage happened on 20th Dec 2021 at KM42 Toll plaza at Line No. 23 @ 17:42 minutes. While crossing the toll @ line No. 23, system detected the tag, deduct the toll amount and allow me to move, but while moving towards, boom barrier suddenly fall on my car bonnet, i stopped for a while, boom barrier again up and allow me to move, but again boom barrier fall twice and damage the bonnet, resulted into dent and scratches on my car's bonnet.

      After this incident, i go to the control room and ask the officer to validate the damage and register my complain. Plaza control team (Mr. Bhim singh) had verified the damage, seen the video on their server and admitted the Toll fault.

      I had registered the complain and complain no. is 084.

      Issue:
      Since 20th Dec, I am calling to the PRO Mr. Takechand, but he is not lifting the call, no response. even many times I called the control room team but no response from them. Not yet get any compensation and resolution.

      Request:
      I would request you to please look into the issue on serious note and finalize the claim so that I can get my car repair. Enclosing scan copy of complain

        Description:
        I was waiting in line for more than 2 minutes on 'Karodi Toll Plaza' nearby Aurangabad (MH). Toll was charged even after explaining the waiting line rule to the toll handler.

        Could you please do us a favor and return the deducted money to restore our faith in NHAI and GOI. We really hope that rules are same across country for every citizen of India.

          I travelled to dindigul on 3rd January 2022 & I returned to my hometown on the same day evening, i was supposed to cross the kodai road toll plaza by 8.15 PM. I was in the lane for more than 3 to 5 minutes can’t able to cross the toll plaza, i am having my fastag in my car while crossing the toll they have charged 65 rupees @ 1.03 PM, and then by 8.24 PM they have charged rupees 30 for return journey. The lane supervisor simply wasting the time for more than 5 minutes i was waiting at the same place, all vehicles are making horn behind me and infront one maruthi suzuki ertiga was there, that car doesn’t have fastag i think so & this lane supervisor not even make any arrangements to make us take reverse and go by the next lane . He was simply talking with him more than 5 minutes and wasted our time. After 5 minutes we itself gone back and entered into the next lane by 8.23 PM. Finally i ran through the lane with another vehicle infront of me . They wasted my time & charged 30 rupees, so i need my money back from the concern toll authorities .

            On 29 December My Old age parents are travelling from Mouda-Nagpur to Bhopal (NH-69)
            At Patansawangi toll plaza, toll operator denied for fastag payment and took money Rs 180 which is doubled than usual amount of Rs 90.
            For your reference I am enclosing here the attachment in which it is clear that payment in fastag account is sufficient even before start of journey and fastag is in active condition.
            Payment deducted at toll plaza Mathani which is 54 Km before Patansawangi toll plaza and at Khambara toll plaza which is 83 Km after patansawangi is by fastag card only.
            The behaviour of Patansawangi Toll plaza team seems notorious as their conversation with my parents is disgraceful with foul words (recorded in dashboard cam). operator at patansawangi intentionally cheat the my old age parents and taken charges in cash of Rs 180.00.
            The case seems to be of insufficient services. If correct measures against Toll plaza operator will not taken by you than I am compelled to file a case in consumer forum.

              On January 1, 2022 morning, we were subjected to illegal toll collection at Paliyekkara toll booth.

              Details:

              Time: January 1, 2022 - between 9:50 AM to 9:55 AM

              Illegal collection by: Guruvayoor Infrastructure Pvt limited

              Vehicle No. KL 21 E 1891

              Amount collected:

              Fast tag deduction: INR 80 (Fast tag statement attached)

              Cash collection: INR 160 (we were told Fast tag did not work) (copy of ticket attached)

              Total amount collected INR 240.

              This issue was noticed by us in the evening and raised at the toll booth in person. Inspite of showing all documentary evidences, we were asked to wait for an uncertain time, showing the company doesn't have any quick mechanism to address the concerns. The company continues to hold illegally collected money. This continues even after raising this issue at the toll booth in person and sending multiple mails.

                On 25th December, while crossing the Kusgaon toll, I had paid toll by cash ( receipt attached) and also the same got deducted from my fast-tag balance. Please refund the amount back to my fast-tag account. I had also raised the complaint to etc.[protected]@axisbank.com with Interaction ID [protected] but the same is yet not resolved.

                Why charge the twice for the same toll.

                  Recently i was traveling back from Agra and there was long queue of almost 500 metres before Jewar toll. What's the point of having Fast Tag when people have to wait same as the time when there was no fast tag. I feel people who adhere to law and policies get penalized because of people who don't adhere on top of it when rules are not to pay toll if line is till yellow line at toll.

                    Recently i travel from sangli to mumbai in my vehicle mh47k4853 its showing insufficient balance on several toll plaza i.E. Satara bhuinj toll who collects double amount, even in khed shivapur toll its show insufficient balance but we complain them same then he check and amount deducted i received message for same . In mumbai pune express highway again same issue showing insufficient balance i require to pay double amount on both toll i.E. 540. I complain that having sufficient balance they do not show courtesy to check the same. Its simply harassment for non of my default i require to pay double amount in satara, talgaon toll, khalapur toll. Its my humble request to mr. Nitin gadkariji look in to this only khed shivapur toll following process by checking balance deducting the same . If this amount is not refunded to my account will raise issue create awareness among people through social platform that digital payment system do not have any ethics, rule and process its simply extortion racket whereby citizen who following your digital payment program is suffering. I want my double payment of toll on three tolls to be reimburse on my fast tag balance . Resolution of issue why its showing low balance despite sufficient balance. Even i call your customer care she tell me to coordinate when you next travel through toll plaza but at that time its rush of traffic many of them not ready to check and received the call .

                      I was issued a fastag for my car bearing number JK02BQ2462 in 2019 which is blocked now due to kyc issue and I am not able to deactivate or activate the same because of Kyc guidelines. The options for uploading the documents for address proof is not available on the portal due to which I am not able to deactivate or activate my fastag which is causing money and time wastage and mental harrassment. If my kyc was not as required at the time of issuance, why the fastag was issued to me. Please resolve.

                        I am resident of Amravati M.S. and have monthly pass of Nandgaon Toll Plaza which is recharged regularly. Ihad recharged on 31/12/2021 and paid 285 via UPI but the pass was not received for January month. I had again recharged on 03/01/2022 paying 285 again. My car no is MH27AC6511 and Tag no. 34161FAB2026C81C0218A840.

                        Kindly refund 285 rs.

                          I received message to update Nhai fast tag KYC for NHAI wallet yesterday. I updated the KYC today morning. Now I am on highway and the update is not reflecting, thereby I cannot recharge my FasTag. I called the helpline number, but could not find get any solution. I am stuck on the Ajmer - Bhilwara highway now.

                            This is regarding bad condition of tolled highway b/w Bangalore tumkuru . Near tumkuru the highway condition is so pathetic that vehicle can’t move even with 10 KM speed.
                            Please take action against the company as even after paying full toll fees also we are forced to use bad road.

                              At NH44- in MP near Gwalior- DAGRAI Toll plaza- Members are collecting toll illegally by every 10th vehicle. on 1st Jan 2022 Rs 120 (at 11:04 AM) was debited from my fast tag still they asked me to pay Rs 240( 2 times the toll fee) to open the gate (at 11:07 AM). Later I saw that the message & while returning when I saw the message next day I shown the proof to Toll plaza manage & finally got refund. This is happening to every 10 vehicle. Also ladies staff sitting at toll plaza do the mockery by cheating the customer. Attaching the proof. This is a kind of loot by the system. My Car number is DL7CR 3204- Maruti Ignis(Blue color). I am an Income tax payer & when cheated by government appointed agency then really disappoint by paying the tax honestly. Fast tag is good which is meant to save the time, Fuel, Pollution as well import bill of Government of India /Dollar. At afew tolls these purpose are getting defeated & request to take proper remedial action to keep the faith of citizen in system. Proof attached

                                  I was traveling from Meerut to Dehradun on 28th December 2021 with my parents and sister. My Fastag was active with money in that from which I paid on the same toll plaza on 25th December. I was stopped and asked to pay in cash because according to them my Fastag does not even exists in their records. I told them it is active, i even showed them the historical data and the same Fastag used on same toll plaza just 2 days back. They stopped listening and didn't allowed my vehicle to pass through for more than 20 minutes. I was aboused, they shouted on me in front of my parents and sister. I am a responsible citizen working day and night to bring glory to my country and this is the treatment we receive from these unprofessionals.
                                  Later when I denied paying them in cash, MAGICally my Fastag started working again. This was utterly ### and I want some action to be taken. I don't want anyone to face this issue because of lack of knowledge of toll plaza staff. I am attaching screenshot for reference

                                    I was returning Bhubaneswar from ganjam where gudipada toll plaza blocked me from crossing saying that my fastag hadn’t enough balance. Even after recharging the fastag they are making me wait for 20 minutes. Even did i recharge the toll they asked me to pay the double amount in cash or to wait. I have urgent work at bbsr .                                       Kitlana Toll Plaza on NH 148B.This toll has workers who dont know to use Fastag properly.Unneccessary crowd is there.A Staff misbehave with me today when i complain about delay in exit.It is worst Toll all over India.This cannot be tolerated with Govt.Medical Officer doing Covid duty.

                                        मैं राम लाल गांव थाना जिला कुरुक्षेत्र का ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस धारक हूं आज जब मैं दोपहर बाद लगभग 3:00 बजे पिहोवा की तरफ से कैथल की तरफ जा रहा था तो थाना टोल पर जो लेडी ऑफिशियल बैठी थी चेंबर में उन्होंने बिना मेरा view लिए मेरे वहीकल नंबर HR08AD 8864 का toll काट दिया! जब मैंने उनसे कहा कि मेरा लाइसेंस तो गांव थाना का ही है और मेरा टोल फीस वापस किया जाए तो उन्होंने अपनी असमर्थता जाहिर की कृपया उचित मार्गदर्शन करें और मेरा टोल फीस जो गलती से कट गया है उसको वापस किया जाए!
