On 30/12/2021 At about 2.43 pm
My Fastag of vehicle number HR12 AM0357 was deducted for Rs.60/-
And I was charged Rs.120/- by the Staff of the Toll plaza...

UNDVARIYA toll plaza in Rajasthan is very poorly managed, had a long waiting of 20 minutes due to poorly managed gates and on top of it the toll managenent people were arrogant and non Co operative
Against the rule collected the tolls inspite of huge delay
Please take some action...

Fastag scanning is not done efficiently every time we are getting delayed 15 mins at toll plaza, nathavalasa, vizianagarm. The main purpose o[censored]sing fastag is not being fulfilled. in this regard, we request the kind authority to resolve the problem as early as possible. Also request to increase handheld scanner in every booth. To get that machine also it is taking too much time because only one such machine is available for the entire busy...

Since PayTM balance was insufficient, we paid cash at Khalapur Toll (Rs 270).
Later, PayTM was recharged and money was charged on FasTag on Rs. 203 which was not supposed to be charged. Request you to refund the same. Thank you.

Hello Team,
I travelled on 25-Dec-2021 from Dasana toll and exit on Jakhauli for Kundali and amount deducted from Fasttag Rs. 75 (order id[protected], Vehicle no. HR05Y0805.

Then on return I travelled on 28-Dec-2021 from Jakhauli Toll and exit on Dasana then amount deducted from Fasttag Rs. 90 (order ID[protected], Vehicle no. HR05Y0805.

Why there is difference of amount as both side tax should be same.?br...

Dear Madam/Sir,
I have surender my sbi fastag on 15 dec 2021 . SBI FASTag surrender req no is SBIFTCL[protected] . I have try many times to contact sbi fastag but there is no response from there side and my fastag surrender process is not completed yet.
Please take the necessary action to solve my problem as soon as possible.

Daily commute from Nashik to sinner. Everyday I am facing the problem of traffic. I am using fastag, but still I wait 20-30 minutes at toll plaza most of the time. Toll authority not following the rules and regulations of traffic, even not following any guidelines (like yellow line at toll). Please solve the issue as early as possible....

Khesra No.. 952, 1053, which come under NH -527, Is disputed which case is pending in Patna high court still case is going on mean while NH 527 started land acquisition so we have noticed to land acquisition department Muzaffarpur that stop the payments of above mentioned khasras. But influence of money and power. Officers of department released payment of without court orders....

Sir chindwara to seoni NH347 road charge full toll tax but the road maintenance are zero .the road condition are worst .big holls are on the road .and also behavior of toll staff are very bad. Please take a action this type of contractor which is very careless in there work...

Hello,

My self ravish from sonepat, Sir/ma'am on (4th of December 2021) i was travelling to fridabad via KGP(Eastern Peripheral) on my bike and met with a severe accident just due to BAD BUMPS in the road.
It was that bad, i got 4 fractures and bike got badly damaged.
I just wanna know why NHAI recover road taxes and these toll taxes and all, if you cannot give the good roads, its very bad if your people getting...

I travelled on NH1A on 25 Dec 2021 between Pathankot and Mukerian
Rs 105.0 deducted from my paytm account through fast tag at Harsa Mansar toll plaza at 2.25 pm
. On my return journey on the same day, Rs 105.0 again got deducted from account at 3.05 pm at Harsa Mansar toll plaza.
I was not given 50% discount on return journey which was due to me. Request refund Rs 50.0 to my paytm account and issue necessary direction...

It always happens each lane per 10 vehicles get blocked for whooping 10 mins and some times redirectled to other lanes.

This is poor managnent of the toll boths

instead the vehicles should be issued challans and not blocked at the booths as it creats huge queues.

or the booths should detain the vehile in a seperate place and unblock the queues.

the guedelines issued are useless as...

Sir I'm residing in sector 45 Chandigarh and working in indian railways at Kalka frequently uses the chandimandir toll plaza on car bearing registration number CHO1BK8104 for which I was earlier charged with 150 rupees per month but now they are charging 300 rupees for monthly pass saying that my residence is more than 20 kilometres away from the above said toll plaza but in reality my residence is only 18 kilometres away from the above mentioned...

The 24 hrs cost is not being applied at the toll by deducting the amount...

Condition of NH27 is worst than a village road and there are multiple accidents happening because of that. A car cannot go above speed limit of 60km/h and is that a nation highway? There is definitely a big corruption and no one is taking any action. Toll plazas are charging around 500 rs for 270km journey. It is not acceptable....

The officials were requesting to submit the payment in cash as the fastag scanner at the toll was not working and they were not processing anything regarding that so they requested for cash...
