I was traveling from Meerut to Dehradun on 28th December 2021 with my parents and sister. My Fastag was active with money in that from which I paid on the same toll plaza on 25th December. I was stopped and asked to pay in cash because according to them my Fastag does not even exists in their records. I told them it is active, i even showed them the historical data and the same Fastag used on same toll plaza just 2 days back. They stopped listening and didn't allowed my vehicle to pass through for more than 20 minutes. I was aboused, they shouted on me in front of my parents and sister. I am a responsible citizen working day and night to bring glory to my country and this is the treatment we receive from these unprofessionals.
Later when I denied paying them in cash, MAGICally my Fastag started working again. This was utterly ### and I want some action to be taken. I don't want anyone to face this issue because of lack of knowledge of toll plaza staff. I am attaching screenshot for reference

I was returning Bhubaneswar from ganjam where gudipada toll plaza blocked me from crossing saying that my fastag hadn’t enough balance. Even after recharging the fastag they are making me wait for 20 minutes. Even did i recharge the toll they asked me to pay the double amount in cash or to wait. I have urgent work at bbsr . My vehicle regd no is OD 02 BG 7376.

Kitlana Toll Plaza on NH 148B.This toll has workers who dont know to use Fastag properly.Unneccessary crowd is there.A Staff misbehave with me today when i complain about delay in exit.It is worst Toll all over India.This cannot be tolerated with Govt.Medical Officer doing Covid duty.

मैं राम लाल गांव थाना जिला कुरुक्षेत्र का ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस धारक हूं आज जब मैं दोपहर बाद लगभग 3:00 बजे पिहोवा की तरफ से कैथल की तरफ जा रहा था तो थाना टोल पर जो लेडी ऑफिशियल बैठी थी चेंबर में उन्होंने बिना मेरा view लिए मेरे वहीकल नंबर HR08AD 8864 का toll काट दिया! जब मैंने उनसे कहा कि मेरा लाइसेंस तो गांव थाना का ही है और मेरा टोल फीस वापस किया जाए तो उन्होंने अपनी असमर्थता जाहिर की कृपया उचित मार्गदर्शन करें और मेरा टोल फीस जो गलती से कट गया है उसको वापस किया जाए!

I recharged my monthly pass renewal.
I did my payment through Paytm UPI.

Myself Marimuthu T from Palani. NHAI had aquired my land in mollampatti village for the recent progress of the NHAI bypass goes over it. Evne after submitting the right documents and continuous 1.5 Yrs follow up i yet to get the compensation for the land. when i try to approach the intermediate officers they say reasons to procrastinate despite some of the other land owners got the compensation in hand. All over this the project is nearing the completion stage.

Requesting your support to get the righteous compensation amount. Have attached the photocopy of the land registration number

When i was travelling from palakkad to salem there are somany toll plaza near coimbatore..even if it is two lane road i am paying toll by waiting long time..
Date[protected] time 14:25 i have waited more than 10 minutes at trichy cochin toll plaza..i m attaching the image of the que also..kindly ensure it will not happen further otherwise i will demand for the toll i have paid..

Yesterday I was passing by Bagepalli NHAI Toll plaza at 4:18pm IST. Since I had purchased a used car 2 weeks back & I had applied for Fastag & yet to receive it, i had to pay cash at toll plaza as per process. I paid case at counter at 4:18 pm IST (+ or - 2 mins to be precise). The toll cashier didn't had change to return, he left the counter & took 2 - 3 mins & returned with change & gave cash receipt. I travelled for 500 mts & then parked the vehicle near a stall & verified the details & found the time stamp in ticket to be incorrect. The ticket was showing a time of 3::59pm IST where I was at toll plaza at 4:18pm. I was confused & wanted to understand if the receipt is for my vehicle or for any other vehicle which passed by at 3:59pm as there is no mention of vehicle number on the ticket & instead I see number 23 as vehicle number. Pls clarify this as I want to be sure that toll fee collected is actually reaching the right destination & there is no cheating o[censored]sers. Thank you

I crossed Bhavdeen Toll Plaza twice the same day i.e. on 2nd of January, 2021 at around 4:30 pm while going to Sirsa and at around 7.00 pm while coming back from sirsa. But in the morning I saw a message of Toll fee deduction of Rs 65. When I checked my Paytm wallet, it shows me crossing the toll plaza on 2nd January at 8:02 pm and on 3rd January at 5:34 am.
It's due to wrong processing of Toll Plaza due to which I have been charged full toll fee twice while i used the same toll on single day. Photos regarding this are ayttached for your further perusal.

Further, I don't think it happened just with me. I would have happened with others also if the toll plaza's processing machine is at the fault

Because In my village, the road was very bad.

NH2, that is Durgapur Express Highway between Durgapur to Kolkata experiences are as follows:
1. Indiscipline driving by Big Trucks. They keep on changing lanes arbitrarily and suddenly blocking others
2. Trucks are parked on one side of the highway throughout the stretch. Blocking a portion of the road
3. On 1st January 2022, the entire stretch of the express highway after Banskopa Toll Plaza and upto Panagarh was completely blocked by many trucks parked in the middle of the road
4. Dankuni Toll Plaza to Kolkata is most of the time blocked by trucks across all lanes. If someone is driving from Durgapur to Kolkata in the evening time, then it can take anything between 2 hours to indefinite number of hours to go a distance of 10 KM from Dankuni Toll Plaza to Bali (entry of Kolkata). This is happening day after days, month after months without any resolution

This is really frustrating, I as a commuter completely uncertain what amount of time it would take to travel from Durgapur to Kolkata, especially in the evening. Sometimes even when returning from Kolkata to Durgapur in the evening, the stretch from Bali to Dankuni is a night mare. Due to indiscriminate driving of trucks, trucks parked by the side of the road and road blocks

Today i waa crossed from jagjitlura tour plaza on moga chd highway near cheema village i was paid by cash rs 95 at 8.32 am . But in the evening i had received a msg from wallet account linked with fastag same amount again deducted from my wallet.
Please return my extra deducted amount

Kindly note my complaint with regard to very bad condition of NH 143A between LOHARDAGA TOWN to GHAGHRA in Jharkhand State. It is very uneven and at most of the places the surface is broken.The road is very bumpy.

The worst traffic control method I ever saw in our country. Don't understand the purpose of placing the Springpost dividers on extremely busy highways (like NH65). With heavy vehicles blocking the way, extreme traffic jams are seen in many places. Moreover some vehicles try to overtake by going between the poles and hence causing extremely dangerous situations. Hope necessary action would be taken asap to make NH safer to travel..

Nh48 has a long patch which is completely damaged...the road between balewadi stadium to sus bridge is broken with multiple big holes. One such hole after orchid hotel is covering half the road and 2 feet deep. It's immediately after orchid hotel towards Bangalore...this is totally unacceptable and dangerous driving conditions.
Pls take immediate action to avoid issue to life

As per government guidelines if we've to wait for more than 5 minutes we don't have to pay the toll tax. So i am complaining about this issue because we almost wait for 7 minutes and still we paid the toll tax. So you've to repay it as per the rules.

I have been charged twice at one toll plaza. The details are as under as received through message
1. Rs 70.00 deducted for Toll Charges at Mada Fee Plaza (JK02BU8797), txn ID 721640756702817925648P on 29-Dec-2021 11:08:50 AM. FASTag balance Rs.826.25 -IHMCL
2. Rs 70.00 deducted for Toll Charges at NHAI (JK02BU8797), txn ID 0010002112311809163973 on 29-Dec-2021 11:08:50 AM. FASTag balance Rs.486.25 -IHMCL

NHAI Is requested to refund my hard earned money back.
