In NH4 in so many places main road as well as service roads are in bad conditions, very poor maintenance
I give some places where I usually travel

1. Nagamangalam
2. Ponnamakulapalle
3. Four roads
Toll being collected without lapses but no maintenance or repair work being done
On service road My Friend car went water and now it is in garage costing 1lakh rupees..only because of your improper maintenance of roads

Please speak to concern and make neat roads

Dear All,

I am stuck with Fastag Scam on Yamuna Expressway, Mathura Toll Plaza. Actually My issues is, A Toll person staff charged twice toll on Mathura Toll. One of the Toll receive as a Cash and another deduction from my Fastag Account. and all staff misguide and misbehave to my family person. I really disappointed with this situation.

Kindly take strict action on all staff members and i want back my refund for another payment toll charge to me by Mathura Toll Staff.

Last night i took the Nelamagala Toll road to reach NICE road in Bangalore.

Despite the amount debiting from my FASTag the toll operator claimed there was insufficient balance and demanded I pay double the fees for the toll.

The incident occurred at around 8:37 pm

The toll Operator was distracted during the transaction and failed to follow up on verification despite requesting

Harur to uthangarai highway (NH179A) the person named Antony and other officers are causing trouble, there is problem in measuring the road construction, measurement is taken only in our side road, there is no measurement taken in opposite road side, they are not giving correct explaination . Highway is concerned for both side road, why partiality for one side ?? Still we are living in outside town, why in this particular area occupying so much land ?the officer named Antony wants money to leave our property..I have audio proof also...I complained in MORTH 3 months before..they forward to devitional engineer...they are still not concerned about our problem ...Please give us correct explaination, Solve our problem .

I m submit local address printed registration certificate, electricity bill of owner and voter card for below 20 km area local pass
They return my document and say we consider only adhar card for local residency pass

I personly meat with toll manager arvind kumar [protected] he clearly reject nhai not accepted other than adhar card for local pass
When i ask for reply on mail or written on nhai lattehead they say him yeha bekar nhi betha or na hi hum mail use krte hai

Due to this i pay last 30 days to till date Rs 200 toll per day pls help

Work of NH-222 Ahmednagar Bypass Is in progress for which land was acquired according to land acquisition map created by Dy Superintendent LandRrecords, Ahmadnagar (Map no- ka/Bhumapan/Tatadi/Bhusampadan/Mo.Ra.No/95/2018/dates[protected]
Land acquisition boundaries were marked on land by NHAI fixing NHAI cement concrete poles (Image attached). We have NA land plot layout in Survey number 368/1 beside road and also we were suppose to start construction work on it, but due to covid situation we delayed the same.
In month of June 2021 Physically bypass development work started by NHAI. New demarcation poles were fitted, HT Electricity line extension work started at site. We noticed work is going through our land Which was having fencing compound and new poles are placed in our compounded area which was demolished. Immediately we took run to NHAI office and discussed about the work, Project head Mr. Diwan requested us to submitted written complaint to NHAI Office, we submit on date 30 .06 .2021. (copy attached). In that we requested them to verify ongoing work which is making encroachment in our land. Project Head Mr. Diwan replied that we work according to map given by land records. After continual follow up To NHAI, NHAI issued letter to Dy. Superintendent land records of ahmadnagar for getting land measurements done again of the same survey number in presence of both land record officer and NHAI officer.(letter copy attached)
On 13.10.2021 Survey was finally done in presence of NHAI officer Mr. Sayyed and Land Record officer Mr. Gade. Detailed map was issued by land records showing encroachment done by ongoing work and the Map of Acquisition. The detailed map and covering letter was handover to NHAI officer Mr. Diwan. Even after clarity given by land records regarding encroachment Mr. Diwan is not ready to accept facts. We are Harassed and getting avoided replies from NHAI officer Mr. Diwan.
We request you to kindly pay your valuable attention in this matter Due to which common people are getting harassed beyond limits.
We have totally faith on you, that you will go through deep of this matter and bring real Situation in front of all. We look forward for immediate action and Justice.

As a resident of India first I would like to appreciate work of NHAI and Ministry of Road and transport,

My complaint is against Road contractor who is involved in construction of part of the NH161 going near my village named Sawarkheda, TQ. DIST : Hingoli, Maharashtra.

They have not provided us any optional route while constructing at above mentioned location which is causing blockage of the road to passengers of village,

I request you to please contact the contractor and ask them to provide optional Road for us as early as possible.

I m travel to satara to kolhapur on taswade toll plaza maharashtra. I have fastaag balance is also rs 331 but toll plaza system is not oparating properly and toll employees is charging mi double toll..and employees is behavior is harsh to mi..and employees are argru with mi..

I was charged 50 rs from duhai to meerut expressway on 6/11/21 at 11.07am, 16/11/21 at 9.13am, 25/11/21 at 10.20am while charges are 15 rs.

Nobody is there to hear complaint.

This complaint against the toll between Mysore and Nanjangud. The road is completed on 2019, and from the collecting of toll fees has started. At present Yousufali toll agency has collecting the fee, but the roads are in worst condition, the roads are full of potholes, unscientific humps and patches. these are not at all caused by recent heavy rains but due to not maintaining the road condition properly. I request you to take necessary action against the agency who are all collecting fee with out road maintains.

We had made a travel via car from Bangalore to chitradurga on 21/11/2021 and returned back from chitradurga to BANGALORE on 25/11/2021.

The toll road was found full of potholes which has resulted in breakdown of vehicle, this toll roads mentioned below are paid user roads which has completely neglected safety norms this roads are night mare to travel or drive in night times no safety for travels, we would request you to take necessary action against such neglect toll authority, on complaining at toll plaza threatened to contact 1033, no complaint was taken by toll plaza authority.

Below mentioned toll roads are worst nd found full of potholes around 40 km stretch.

1. Karnataka Kulumapalya toll plaza & 115001 ( toll charges 20/- INR for car).

2. Karnataka chokkenahalli toll plaza & 115002 ( toll charges 20/- INR for car).

3. Karnataka karjeevanhally toll plaza & 17001 ( toll charges 85/- INR for car) one sided travel paid via fastag.

Above mentioned toll roads are used by people on paid basis no safety for travels is provide only potholes nd accidents, breakdown of cars are observed, no proper lighting facility across road is observed, I would request you to take necessary action against such neglect toll plaza authority

I am traveling from Dewas to Gwalior. After the Guna bypass toll, few kms away, there is a speed breaker and there was no sign board for it. On the left side road construction is going on. We were at a speed of 70+ km/hr and had to apply sudden breaks. This is risky. Please put appropriate sign boards.

Recently we are passing from Angar Toll Gate,
But at the toll gate the scanner is not working properly and we are waiting from 20 to 25 min and when we ask to the Toll agent then they replied very angry and aggressively,
Also at this toll there are no primary servises are available like washroom and drinking water.

On the way from Siliguri to guwahati
Undocumented toll is collected in HASLUDANGA TOLL PLAZA from the local buses from a side lane.
That money is not going to govt
Rather looted by employee of toll plaza

Recently I visited my native place Rajauli Nawada Bihar from Delhi via Koderma railway station on dated 19.11.2021 in afternoon time. During travelling by car NH 31 between Koderma ( Border of Jharkhand and Bihar) and Rajauli was not clear due to checking of liquor by competent department of Bihar State Goverment time to time. I was stuck 4-5 hours. Also understand from taxi driver that locaton is always waist time of local as well as all traveller who travelled both way in that place. daily time waste 6-7 hours whenever travel between both state border. Many small and heavy vehicles stuck during that time. No any other connecting road to move Koderma or Rajauli.
We request you to please look into the matter and provide free road on that area so that save time, money & revenue as well as waste of Diesel & Petrol.

I was at Mathura toll plaza on 23 november 2021 at 6:53pm. There was a huge traffic at toll plaza. Four lanes was closed and only 2 lanes had fastag. Even though I have fastag I had to went to cash lane just due to huge jam at fastag lanes and also cash lane is also so slow. I request you to upgrade all lanes with fastag to reduce time and jam.

I had crossed Bagwada Fee Plaza on 19-Nov-2021 at 10:56:50 AM with vehicle No- MP04EB6782, with approx. 05 barriers for side only 02 barriers were working with large queue of vehicle on requesting toll staff for opening other barriers they said their is shortfall of staff and one of the staff of that plaza misbehaved and when I asked for compalint book he said online kar do mein kisi ke baap se nahi darta free mein toll nahi chala rahi hai.

This is regarding NH-34 ( earlier known as NH-91 or GT road). The work on this road was started more than a dacade ago but it has never been completed even till now and thrown open to public and charging tolls over couple of years now.

At present also road is not completely build between Gaziabad to Aligarh but tolls are forcibly charges with always a waiting of more than 10 minutes each time.

My complaints are about:
1. Completion of the road why not completed yet, even now it has got fully damaged now.
2. Toll charges : Sikandrabad toll always waste more than 10 minutes in queue and staff always doing timepass with folks not paying with fastag. I see fastag being a big problem causing long queues when people don't pay using it. toll authorities just enjoys sitting in their cabin blocking everyone behind them.

The road quality from Ranipet to Chennai is in worst condition.
You can see 1/2 feet depth holes foe every 100 meters. Despite of repairing It the toll agents are just collecting toll fees alone.

There are so many break downs and tyre damages (punctures/Tyre tear down) happening every day. Please support to fix this immediately.

Please do not collect toll charge till the issue is fixed.

Last week while traveling from radhanpur, Gujarat to Santalpur, Gujarat (road NH 15 - Samakhiali - Santalpur - Radhanpur - Bhaghar - Tharad), the condition of road is not good. I must say that NHAI official's can't drive on it at speed of 80 kmph. NHAI must look into this kind of major issue. Trust on NHAI is there but, no repair and maintenance work from contractor side.
People suffering from this kind of worst road conditions. After paying toll tax not a good ride for travellers.

It's request to NHAI, do some needful in this matter.
