There no cleaning in toilet and washroom at bhaiya toll plaza surat. It was dirty even don't have proper facility. Worst till date. Not maintain properly even after collecting high toll plaza taxes. Same on the toll plaza worst.

Yesterday i.e. on 21st November at Morning time when i going from Nagpur to Saoner by My Car Number MH49/ BB6659 PATANSWANGI TOLL PLAZA person deduct Rs. 90 which is correct at 11.20.03 AM.
When i return from Saoner to Nagpur by the same number car from same toll plaza personal deduct from Fast Tag acc first time 45 at 01.43.24 PM which is also correct. its a matter of great surprise when toll plaza personal again deduct Rs. 90 at 02.25.48 PM. While at that time i am in the way to Nagpur. In there CC TV Camera please check the same.

Now i request to NHAI Officer please refund my 90 Rs. which is wrong deducted by Patanswangi staff.

National Highway 930 in Gadchiroli Maharashtra is being constructed and till now it took 2 - 3 years more time period than required to complete so far. but this problem is just small in front of the problem which is I'm going to write that is, the actual existing road is so less wide that traffic many times reach its saturation in a day but authorities doesn't care about. So then the new road construction should be as wide as possible, but here also authorities doesn't care and because of very little space traffic movement many people have lost their lives in these years.
So please this is my humble request on behalf of everyone from the city to please take necessary action as soon as possible...

Needed to wait half and hr each on two toll collection points at yamuna express way today and this happens every time we travel despite having fast tag installed. Don't understand why all lanes are not fast tag lanes. The fast tag lane also moves so slow. The toll Collection agency just cares about the toll money and won't regulate vehicles at all. Express ways are built to reduce the travel time and toll points seem to increase it. Don't understand logic . If this is the situation near delhi then God knows what's happening in other parts of the country. NHAI don't seem to care about traveller's at all .

Mere car mein fast tag rhne pr v mujhe toll plaza mein 1 hour wait krna pda or staff ka behaviour v thik nhi hai plz kuch action lijiye

I am traveling back from kolhapur to pune on 20th November 21 evening, to pass khed sivapur toll plaza it took 30-40 mins. I asked at booth delayed reason, booth person told that tag reading machine is not working properly.

I am surprised Since government brings so much changes, but such type of issues delaying our journey unnecessary.

Also, khed sivapur toll is free for Pune residents, but still toll is deducted both way.

Dear Sir,
On 12 Nov i have travelling from Dhule to Nashik by my Car Ford Figo MH 15 DC 3638 first toll is of Rs. 145 on Laling Toll Plaza on 15.29 and once again toll is of Rs. 145 is deducted on Chandwad Toll Plaza on 19.05 . If once toll is deducted on Laling Toll Plaza no toll deduction on Chandwad Toll Plaza please solve my issue and recover me deducted amount.

Sir with due respect I'm a defence personnel while crossing the road from gudha gorji to Jhunjhunu at Narsinghpura toll plaza they charges road taxes on toll plaza. As per the rule there is no such rule for taking charges of road taxes from defence personnel.. Please take appropriate action for this

I am an advocate by profession Aman Kumar Verma. Today I.e., 21.11.2021, I crossed the Badarpur toll plaza in my car having registration no. UP16CM0041. Where the staff member told me that my fast tag is not working although I told her that it’s green and money has been deducted but she denied and said it’s of the another car that is ahead me and already crossed the toll due to heavy traffic. She made me pay Rs. 56 and after a minute when I went ahead money has been deducted from my Airtel wallet. It is requested that kindly look in the matter and refund my money. I have the slip and transaction of the payment.

With due respect I have to say that I crossed Maithi toll in Muzaffarpur-Darbhanga route yesterday I.e. on 20/11/2021 evening between 7 am to 8 pm . Your staff there went away leaving the counter . After waiting for around 10 min as the vehicles behind were giving ear soothing sounds, one-off my friend went asked them. No body was responding and were telling to go manager. Our demand was simply either to collect toll by FASTAG from which they have already taken during my upward journey and if not possible so to collect in cash or any other mode . Their behaviour were quite irresponsible. I had to attend a marriage ceremony also so was eager to return homage at time. When my one friend told that manually removal of barrier and collection then they also objected and get excited. Al these events of 15 minutes around created much difficulty to us. So I want compensation for that as well as punishment for them who were responsible for it.
I hope your response in 15 days otherwise I would be compelled to take next legal course of action.

Today 20.11.21 at around 7 .00 pm t was at Nashirabad toll plaza with my car MH 19 CU 5127 .. there were 3 vehicles ahead my car but it took 5 to 6 minutes to cross the toll booth, as the employee were so slow and in addition the vehicle just ahead me was MH 19 CY 8382 rented for GOVT OF INDIA with yellow number plate.. the driver of that car agrued with the toll person showed his ID and was not willing to pay the toll, this took at least 2 minutes to resolve... I told the booth person not to scan my fasttag as I waited for 5 to 6 min..But the toll is deduced from my account... Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action and refund me my toll

I crossed Mahant Maniyari toll plaza Bihar but all staffs misbehaved and used bad language and they tried to fraud with me money deducted from my fastag but than also they were asking to pay cash and talks rudely and used bad language

The condition of Lucknow-Faizabad road is very poor. It is full of patches. While there is two toll tax booths that charges around Rs. 100 each. So for a trip from Lucknow to Ayodya toll tax is Rs. 200 while the condition of the road is very very poor.
If you are charging this amount of money for the toll then please at least keep the road (Lucknow-Faizabad Highway) in good condition.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are facing several issues including traffic congestion, air pollution and health issues by having food from illegal road side shops on National Highway 206. Also the smoke coming out of the stove causes suffocation and great deal of inconvenience. The vendor and his customers are spreading filth on the road. It is difficult for ladies to pass that space as people use to gather there for smoking.

Despite several attempts asking to move out the shops, they are reluctant and challenges us to file complaint if we wish to. Please do the needful and help us with removing the encroachment.

For car they are not providing return ticket. Also for one side they are charging 50 rs. So i had to pay 100rs instead of 35 rs. Nhai tarrif board says 25 rs for one sode and 35 rs for return

I want to inform you about a deduction of Rs 120 from my fast Tag at Luharli Toll Plaza on[protected] at 04:34:50 from Wallet[protected].
While My Vehicle is at my Home and I have never traveled on the route and never Cross the Toll Plaza. Kindly Trace the Vehicle and Find its Registration Number from Your CCTV cameras.
the Balance in my Wallet was Rs 1000 which is now Rs 880.
In the Massage of the deduction of Rs 120 My Car Number is shown as - DL 2C BC 8757. This number is of My Car BREZZA which is Correct but I have not traveled on that route
Kindly Find the Actual Car Number from CCTV which pass through Toll Plazza at that Time and take appropriate action against the Car.

Gents, a new bridge before hanuman junction on NH16 Toll highway from Eluru is unsafe and likely cause of accident. Uneven level of bridge joints is very dangerous for vehicles and passengers. Action by concerned is needed. Speed limit required to avoid accidents. Safety concern for immediate action

In rajkot (gujarat), near gondal chowakdi, national highway 8b realated issue...Detail as below ...Sir, my self priti vaghela, i am am living at new swati park kothariya, i am pregnant woman, sir i am working in government department so i have to go daily office with my moped, sir as i am lady i want to request that all road are broken like, service road near swati park society, krishna way bridge, swati pan and riddhi sidhhi park, all road broken and demaged on this national highway service road...Also drange line also open and broken, than service road to virani aghat road also broken, and mid way or cross of service road also broken and demaged, virani aghat chowak to tapasi hottle all roads are broken, antoher side new swati park to riddhi siddhi park both roads are broken, also riddhi siddhi park have heavy damaged.Sir as i am pregnant woman and also many ladies, kids, girls, elders heave to suffer lot due to demaged of roads please sir repair or clear the pits with asphalt or moram so that the risk of an accident can be reduced
