Hi,
As our government of India introduced about fastag for making traffic smooth and hassle free,
I usually go faridabad via Delhi, I am using fastag, but they always say that your balance is low, and you will have to pay, if we request them they gather with 3 4 people and strat arguing, I felt very bad experience, I could not ask the person name,
I would like to give a very honest feedback, Please take an action against of this nonsense thing,

While going to Bongaigaon on 09.11.2021 we have entered Bijni Till Gate and they said the Fast tag is not working, they used the hand scanner but it didn't work and same has been happening with other vehicles also. They have checked the balance through mobile apps too. So they asked us to pay ₹80 and pass. While coming back again we have faces same situation and asked them to get it done through mobile apps they said the system is not there and started misbehaving us. Then my driver asked them to take the Cash they charged ₹150 and when we showed them the earlier Receipt they just ignored. When I told them that the same car got scanned in Madanpur toll gate then why not here.. When they told me that every gate got different system and I want record their Statment they tried to take my phone away, push me and tried to pull me out from my car. Are you appointing gundaas in those toll gate??? Most of the time this toll gate having scanner issue and take cash... Then what is the use of Fast tag. I need you to take action against them

Bad road condition on Jaipur Road, bikaner is leading to fatal accidents everyday,
please start the highway construction as soon as possible.
Also there is no road light on one side of the road.
This road is considered as NH 11 so this should be constructed importantly and should be given priority.
Also there is no speed limit rule there and reckless driving.

At Nandgaonpeth toll plaza on amravati nagpur highway 2 out of 5 gates are always closed at heavy rush morning hours. Due to such unuse of available structure results in heavy traffic jam at the entry of toll plaza. Even after the implementation of Fastag system if we are still waiting in row and losing a fuel in jam due to poor maintenance practices and uncaring nature of staff of NHAI, no one can't achieve a goal of reducing an import bill of fuel. Nhai must Pay some attention to improve in house practices to reduce burden on country's economy. Give some good results so that countrymen can show some respect to you.

We want to highlight the issue which we are facing on daily basis. There is a one street lamp on the main bus stand of Bhawanigarh 148026 near Patiala. This bus stop is on the main highway & there are too much wires lying near bus stand chair. All wires are in torn condition. There is a very big risk for people’s. I am attaching one picture for the same. Please instruct your local team to resolve this issue asap. Thank you

On 10.11.2021 7:42am, when I was passing toll plaza ndkhairi Plaza on nagpur amravati rd.i was about to pay by fasttag on my car but toll personal replied that there system shows that my fastag is blacklisted and cheated my double charge by cash and allowed me to go but I didn't faced any complaints in rest of the tolls.later on I found that payment of rs45 was also deducted.car no .mh46 bv5601

First of all, in every 2 km of road from himmatnagar to Ahmedabad contains diversion. Also the quality of regular road is not upto the mark. Patholes everywhere. Secondly, the toll plaza is doing the cheating to almost every car owners who pass from their toll. On the date of 7th November 2021. I passed through this toll. And when my car reached to the toll booth. The display was showing like zero balance. I vividly remember that I had enough Balance in my fastag which can accommodate 65 ₹ toll. But due to hurry and pressure from vehicles behind me. I gave double toll of ₹130 by cash. After sometime when I checked my fastag Balance, it was 70₹. So as per the fastag rule it must be cut during toll passing. But this toll plaza do cheating. They must have some software due to which fastag error occur. And this is not only my complaint. Many people complain about this. But it is not enough for the deaf ear of government.

We are passing through the keshod-somnath highway,
And between it there where Dari Toll plaza.
Dari toll plaza's staff behavior like he owns tall, nd speak like they are owner of tall nd also he slept old age man who truly is right

The toll plaza does not contain a fastag. So when I asked about the issue, they said it is not mandatory to have a fastag in a state highway. Also they didn't tell me their identity when I told them that I was going to complain in the higher authority. If we need to carry cash in the highway, then what's the use of having a fastag attached in my car. Hence I request you to see the issue and resolve it as soon as possible

I am resident of pune having my vehicle no mh 12 while on the way to kolhapur i was charged outbound in inbound toll. I heard that mh 12 vehicles are exempt from paying toll at khed shivapur toll naka. Still it was charged. Please update

We facing traffic problems at NH-65, Bundar road in Poranki village-521137 due to Unauthorized Occupations of road margin by shop holders for their business use.
So kindly free up road margin particularly between Masjid to Anjaneya Swamy Temple.

I had faced problem at Toll plaza named Nandi Kandi on the way hyderabad to Mumbai. I had travelled to kamkole from hyderabad yesterday (6/11/2021). Kamkole is just 500 meters after Nandi kandi plaza. when crossing nandi kandi toll plaza while going from hyderabad to kamkole toll plaza had deducted toll charges from fastag. once I reached kamkole, I had to return back hyderabad immediately. while returning from kamkole to hyderabad at the same toll plaza (nandi kandi), they were not in a position to deduct the toll charges from my fastag. the reason they said I should not go for return at the same toll plaza within 15 mins from my first cross at toll plaza. the staff at toll plaza did not allow me to office to talk to the manager at toll plaza. I was asked to pay by cash and in case of emergency. when I thought of returning back by paying cash, they charged me double the charge of actual fee without informing me. I have registered this complaint by calling ar 1033 and the complaint nunber is 4607210. please address the below points
1. why should I wait for 15 mins minimum I like to return through the same toll plaza.
2. what happens in case of emergency and need to return the toll plaza immediately and not carrying any cash to pay by cash
3. why the manager was not accessible to address if there is any issue.
4. why was I charged double the money when paying by cash where the problem was with toll plaza people(they could not deduct the money from my fastag)

This is to bring your kind notice that there is no provision of rain water drainage adjacent to national highway near 14 mile, Village Badargan Bihal.

Consequently, during rainy season it gets choker blocked and water flows through orchards to residential area.

I humbly request you to look in to the matter asap to avoid and unfortunate and unforeseen situation to arise.

I had travelled by car from Jaipur to tonk on dated 8.11.2021 and return journey was completed within less than six hours.
On checking the deductions from my FASTTAG for the journey, found that return journey benefit was given by TOLL PLAZA BARKHEDA ( SHIVDASPURA), but the benefit was not given by TOLL PLAZA BARKHEDA PLAZA and full amount was charged As for the return journey in spite of the journey having been completed in less ten six hours.
You are requested to examine the issue and issue refund for the excess amount charged for the journey. Also please update the software for these and all other PLAZAs where excess charges are being levied and travellers fleeced.
Also on toll plaza many rows fastag sensors not working.

Tamil nadu state chingelpet dt in mamandur village across palar river NHAI bridge both up and down are damaged and public travelling this bridge has more difficult and accidents happens . Hence kindly arrange good healthy roads and save accidents .

Respected sir / madam the NH-45 road in Tamilnadu state chingelpet state near chingelpet - mamandur village and 15 kms from paranur TOLL PLAZA and opposite to sai baba temple in mamandur big holes in NH-45 ROAD and accident happend today . A block of diversion has fallen on NH 47 on Ahmedabad Rajkot highway after Limbdi

I travel pune to nashik then oraginal toll is 35₹ but this person say to me pay 70₹ Beacuse you use fastag lane and no any indecator there this is fastag line and this is pay line and all employees speak ruadly so take action on this Beacuse we pay money and road is also trubble

High way from Karad to Pune always has constuction work going on since beginning. Today, we are in the traffic since 4.30 till now, 8.30 and will take more time to cross Satara tolls. I don't know for what the tolls are being collected if the road is not yet completed. We had started Bangalore at 5 and reached kolhapur by 2.30 pm. Almost 700+ kms we could complete leisurely, but this hardly 3 hours journey is killing 5-6 hours. All the appreciation given to you for good roads are gettr reversed on this road. Please do something.

Pune vehicles are exempt at Khed-Shivapur Toll still I was charged Rs 100 for the toll details as below
