Dear sir/madam,
I'm Akesh, we live in Natham (Pincode: 634401), a town in Dindigul District of Tamil Nadu. On the road of Dindigul - Natham Higway the name Board of Natham is damaged because of that it is not properly visible until vehicles get closer to it, possibly this situation could make Accidents. So I kindly request the respective authorities to take a proper action to it.

My self sandeep yadav a disabled person with more than 50 percent disability wants to state that during my journey from a by pass road near DMART at Bhilai Chhattisgarh from my four wheeler vehicle.

At Toll Naka I showed my unique identity disability card issued by govt. of India and also my license to Toll Tax duty person and also to supervisor .

Inspite of saying and showing all the relevant proof of my disability, the NHAI Toll collecting person has taken the Toll Tax by stating that only 100 percent disable person are eligible for toll tax exemption and i[censored] have some problem just lodge a complaint with our Toll Tax receipt

Here by i m attaching the relevant documents about journey on 14.11.2021 and also attaching my unique identity disability card issued by govt of india and my driving license.

Kindly resolve my query and return my toll tax amount and also guide toll collecting persons about the exemption rules

On Talegaon Toll Plaza they are not able to SCAN FastTag. So they take CASH of Rs. 270, which cover next Khalapur Toll Plaza and no need to pay on next toll booth. But When i reached to next Khalapur Toll Plaza that time my FastTag was scanned & they deduct my Rs. 203 from FastTag. Kindly process for refund on my FastTag Account. For reference both deduction receipts attached.

Chalakwadi ( BOT (Toll) ) opraters are very rude arrogent and causes huge traffic lines more than 500m on road. Still it dosent leaves vehicles .collects mony in whatever case even people stuck their for more than half hour . Are Fast tags are introdused for this? If the situation at this toll dosent improve i being an high court advocate will perform legal actions against this toll management. I have paid toll to this plaza on 14/11/2021 by my vehicle number MH15GF6678.

Whereas RJ20 registration number car is exempted at dhaneshwar toll plaza at hanging bridge kota..
I had submitted my car documents many times at their office ..
But they doesn't care ...
Their behavior is also very rude and even they don't want to Listen ...

My fast tag has been deducted instead of I have been waiting for more than 10 seconds in the 100 meter area of the toll booth as per law, Toll should be deducted.

Please note that while travelling from Ranchi to Gaya, Toll was collected at Rasoiya Dhamna Toll near Barhi on Grand trunk road which was neither showed on Toll information system nor on Google map. Lot of places road was single way due to flyover construction and many places portholes were there. Taking toll on such a old road should be illegal. Please do enquiry on that.

Today on 13 Nov 2021, i was travelled from Mumbai to nashik that time at padgha toll Paid Rs 120.0 toll for MH03BS4288 at Arjunalli on 13 Nov 2021, 08:36 AM. TxnId: 0010012111130836120880 through Fastag, after that when I was reached at Ghoti toll plaza again through Fastag automatically debited Paid Rs 120.0 toll for MH03BS4288 at Ghoti on 13 Nov 2021, 10:51 AM. TxnId: 0010002111131051278520., means I was paid twice toll for same route and this happen due to fastag, before that when I was travelled for same route i was paid toll once at padgha then that receipt when I was show to the ghoti toll plaza they allow me to pass away on same receipt means I was pay toll at once but due to fastag today I was paid twice, so I request you to please return back my extra recover Rs. 120 at ghoti toll plaza as early as possible.

I am lt col vishvesh kumar mishra serving in Indian Army for the last 15 years. I am writing to you with regards to Mr Anil Singh ( Toll booth operator) and Mr S Singh Chauhan ( Toll manager) presently working at Dakhina Shekhpur Toll plaza between Raebareli and Lucknow. Sequence of events were as under
a) Mr Anil Singh, Toll booth operator, was shown the I card. Individual kept the I card with him and when asked for told that he needs to show to nhai. When I asked for the I card again then started telling me there is no exemption and showed the circular. I asked for the manager to speak to him about the same
b) Mr S Singh then came over and told there is no provision and u need to pay the toll
c) Mr Anil Singh then told me to pay toll and penalty charges also. I failed to understand what penalty charges and for what when the individual kept my I card and when I resisted to keep it then tells me show movement order. Copy of toll slip attached as reference

I failed to understand that either there should be no exemption for defence forces or please put appropriate authority to check the document i[censored] feel so. I am confident that the toll booth operator would have not signed or seen the Indian official secrets act which bind us to keep secrecy. Do u want us to share the classified document which includes movement order and leave certificate to such an individual.

Secondly please clarify the penalty charges taken from me at the said toll plaza

Would request you to please address my issues or give me reply with clarification

Fast Tag Auto Scan is not working since long time now at this Toll Plaza.

You have to stop the car and manual a person has to scan each and every car since so many months now.

No benefits for fast tag and waste of resources even after spending so much on infrastructure.

Please look into it and get it resolved

When I have Rs. 96 fastag balance the Gollaprolu toll plaza id no 352048 East godavari Andhra Pradesh staff to refused to pass my vehicle no AP16BC0257 at the time of 18.32 dated[protected] and they told to me error is low balance. I need only Rs. 20 for passage of the vehicle. In the spot (18.34) I recharged the balance for Rs. 100 and next 10 seconds I got successful recharge with Rs.196 balance sms also. Even after recharge also they are not allowed my vehicle. But they objected and to want reverse my vehicle from their toll gate premises And they want 15 minutes time to passage my vehicle after successful recharge. After 18 minutes they allowed my vehicle. Why I am suffered without any negative balance.

Once again the same issue occurred on the same toll gate. no action taken.
why should we need to pay extra? kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/ Madam
We have a dispute about 3 toll gates (Sullurpet, Bhudanam & Nellore) Located in Andhra Pradesh. The problem is they are charging twice for a single entry. Repeatedly this is happening and all lcv vehicles who are passing by.

Their response for this act is "we don't have a separate deduction for LCV so we deduct LCV in Truck category".

The details of the vehicle and the amount deducted in each Toll Gate are attached.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

My car Number MP17CC9004 passes through JOGNIHAI Toll Plaza Rewa M.P. at 06.41 am on 12.11.2021 which deducted Rs. 70.00 from FASTTAG while for local vehicles Only Rs. 35.00 charge should be deducted.

I live in Pune. As per my knowledge, all the vehicles who have Pune passing, don't have to pay toll at Khed-Shivalur toll naka. But still, they don't have any lane for Pune vehicles or they never allow Pune passing vehicles to not pay. Now a days, we have to pay through fast tag. So it automatically gets cut but they never pay it off or give refund. There are lot of lines and huge traffic blocks. There are no lines at Anewadi toll. Then why always, we have to wait for such a long time at toll and have to pay, when we are not suppose to be.

This is brought to your kind attention that people at the toll plaza at Gudur, under the Hyderabad-Yadagiri section, are collecting the cash because of the non-functing of your sensors. I am having a toll tag and having a balance of more than Rs.4500/-

Yesterday my passing on Shamshabad Airport, happened. For your reference, I am herewith giving you the details of the amount paid and my vehicle particulars.
