For car they are not providing return ticket. Also for one side they are charging 50 rs. So i had to pay 100rs instead of 35 rs. Nhai tarrif board says 25 rs for one sode and 35 rs for return

I want to inform you about a deduction of Rs 120 from my fast Tag at Luharli Toll Plaza on[protected] at 04:34:50 from Wallet[protected].
While My Vehicle is at my Home and I have never traveled on the route and never Cross the Toll Plaza. Kindly Trace the Vehicle and Find its Registration Number from Your CCTV cameras.
the Balance in my Wallet was Rs 1000 which is now Rs 880.
In the Massage of the deduction of Rs 120 My Car Number is shown as - DL 2C BC 8757. This number is of My Car BREZZA which is Correct but I have not traveled on that route
Kindly Find the Actual Car Number from CCTV which pass through Toll Plazza at that Time and take appropriate action against the Car.

Gents, a new bridge before hanuman junction on NH16 Toll highway from Eluru is unsafe and likely cause of accident. Uneven level of bridge joints is very dangerous for vehicles and passengers. Action by concerned is needed. Speed limit required to avoid accidents. Safety concern for immediate action

In rajkot (gujarat), near gondal chowakdi, national highway 8b realated issue...Detail as below ...Sir, my self priti vaghela, i am am living at new swati park kothariya, i am pregnant woman, sir i am working in government department so i have to go daily office with my moped, sir as i am lady i want to request that all road are broken like, service road near swati park society, krishna way bridge, swati pan and riddhi sidhhi park, all road broken and demaged on this national highway service road...Also drange line also open and broken, than service road to virani aghat road also broken, and mid way or cross of service road also broken and demaged, virani aghat chowak to tapasi hottle all roads are broken, antoher side new swati park to riddhi siddhi park both roads are broken, also riddhi siddhi park have heavy damaged.Sir as i am pregnant woman and also many ladies, kids, girls, elders heave to suffer lot due to demaged of roads please sir repair or clear the pits with asphalt or moram so that the risk of an accident can be reduced

In Rajkot(GUJARAT), there are two overbridge under NHAI (8B), near Gondal Chowakdi Rajkot (1) Ridhhi siddhi park overbridge/swati park over bridge(2) Hudako chowakdi Overbridge...under these both overbridge Roads are totally broken as well as Electric lights not working and also service road also totally damaged.

Ner Gondal chowakdi (Rajkot-Gujarat), there are service roads and mains nation highway are totally broken each and every time accident running.please repair

I am a native from nashik. The toll tax deducted Rs.290 which was more at pimpalgaon baswant nashik. This incident happened on 16/11/2021.

Service road near to the Bharat petrol pump punawale in Pimpari chinchwad area is in very bad condition. It has big path holes. This service road is completely blocked due to water in rainy season. There are 500+ families residing in this area . Using such road has caused many incidents .attached photo shows road conditions just die to rain for one day on, 16th November 2021 .

I have been charged twice at chainwa toll plaza which is situtaed at chapra gopalganj highway. They ask me for cash and told me that my fastag balance is low. But after some time I get transaction message. It is totally fraud at chainwa toll plaza. My vehicle no. Is BR28X7377 the amount was deducted at 4.30 pm at 16/11/2021. And I have cash receipt of toll plaza which I am attaching the same.

I am from Talegaon Dabhade.
My Car No is MH14 FM 2855.
When i am going from toll naka i always give prior intimation to staff that i am from Talegaon Dabhade Also i show my Licence to staff.
But after 1 hour toll cut message comes.

It is going from 6 months frequently.

Are any Government agency is involved in this to resolve our problem ?

Can i get toll amount refund.

If anybody dont have fast tag then toll plaza takes Double amount of toll.
Same way Toll Cutted from Local cars by mistake then Toll plaza should Also diposite double amount in fast tag account same way.

On 15th November, We were coming from Delhi to Shahbad Markanda (Haryana). evening around 6:15pm one Truch (HR 39 E0640) (Larger one 14/16 wheeler) hit my car during the wrong side overtake at a speed of 80km/h and ran away in his on way at the same speed. I tried to follow him and simultaneously we tried to call at 1033 and 100 help line number but both the numbers were busy more than 30min.
Finally 1033 picked up by a customer care executive but he said they can help to catch a
vehicle of overspeeding and can not inform to the traffic police to catch that driver.

That truck (HR 39 E0640) crossed the CCTV CAMERA INSTALLED ON OVERHEAD BRIDGE JUST 3KM BEFORE TO SHAHBAD Markanda, Haryana.

Yesterday, we come to know about the poor system of over India.

Most Interesting: In India, Domino's claims that they can deliver the Pizza within 30min but a needy people on our National Highways can not contact to the helpline numbers 1033 and 100 upto 30min. After contacting them they can help to someone or control anything.

The rush at the toll plaza of meerut west uttarpardesh is very high in evening time hence they cut the toll after saying that the line is more than 100 m please review it.

At Barai, NH19, over bridge has not build on cross road which connect more than 20 villages and connects to Rajasthan further, now situation getting worse day by day, vehicles and pedestrian risks their life to cross the 6 lanes hingway and even accidents are common at crossing. Please take a look and approve the overbridge.

I was charged 220/- in cash at srinagar toll plaza at 11:40 pm on 15/11/2021 as my fasttag was showing blacklisted. But my paytm account also got debited with 55/- at 11:40 pm on 15/11/2021. This was my return trip on the same day from Faridabad which is why i believe i was charged half in the return trip ( was charged 110/- at 7 pm).

I am working in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, so i have to cross the ban toll plaza everyday, two times in a day. The automatic machines are not working, everytime they deduct the toll manul machines which is also less in number. We have to wait for long time for the deduction of toll even though we have fast tag. Most of the time the deductions are wrong. they deduct the same amount even in the return journey. The behave of the staff is also very rude even though we are paying the full toll. They have also issued the wrong passes to some of the vehicles which is a issue of inquiry.

The road laid by nhai is not properly maintained and especially after the rain there are lots of pits in the centre lane of both sides. They should be immediately setright to avoid untoward incidents.

Why do you allow them charging toll to local vehicles ? They are debiting fast tag account after few minutes of passing through Khed Shivapur toll plaza to private local vehicles. Aren’t you aware of this theft ?
