Toll joginihai in NH-30 charges double to all vehicle even to govt vehicles.
They do have unsocial people(in a straight language GOONS) present in the toll to threat people.
I would request you to take action and stop these kind of illegal toll taxes.

There are three potholes in the main road. Various accidents had also happened because of that potholes.

My private car number is RJ20UA8448. I am from kota. Kota bypass(hanging bridge) toll fees is exempted for kota citizens. So kindly refund my toll fees 65/-.

I travel to kolhapur passes kini toll plaza on 7th August 2021 and return on same day within 5 hours. toll plaza charged both time 80 rs from my fastag. No concessions on my return trip on same day

Today, 09 Aug 21 at about 1915 h, whilst driving from Delhi to Sector 84 Gurugram there were stray cattle on Hero Honda Chowk flyover and I had a very close shave. Request urgent necessary action to prevent such occurence and avoid serious traffic accident.

I was traveling from deoli to kota via NH 27 by my car RJ01CB6831 WAGON R . I stop at kishorepura toll Plaza their fastTAG scanner didn't worked and they asked me to change the lane...again in second lane same issue was there...meanwhile I got the message for toll charges deduction at 18.26 local time but still i didn't crossed the toll so I asked the toll manager that my amount is deducted please exempt my vehicle to pass without charges...he asked the toll person to exempt charges and let me pass...but after 16 minutes I got another message for toll deduction at 18.42 local time so kindly refund my amount and charge only for single transaction instead of two.

Airtel fasttag services

At Simalia toll plaza NH27, when I crossed the gate, FASTag charged Rs.75, I came back within 24 hours FASTag charged Rs.35, it charged Rs.105 in total. The fixed charges are Rs 75, then why have you charged Rs 35 more, what is the benefit of fastage which is taking more than the fixed charge.

Sir I happened to travel to and fro from BELUR to HASSAN with my family including my 10 year old son yesterday the 8 Aug 2021 on NH 373.
Sir I want to bring in to your notice that there are humps on the entire stretch most without any INDICATIONS prior to it or even without any indicators on them for drivers to identify their presence
Sir I being in medical profession personally feel EVERY LIFE IS IMPORTANT
Requesting you sir to take immediate steps to prevent untoward incidents on NH 373.

From Rajamundry to Vijayawada the NH is horrible, roads damaged like can be used like burial ground. We are traveling from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad with vehicle No AP31ER7611 got suspension & Tyre damaged and repair cost at Hyderabad was nearly 10, 000.

We feel very sorry for the bad management and no Toll has a complaint book to register a complaint and the staff are very irresponsible and they are pushing and saying that go and complaint ON LINE.

Mr. Satyanarayana a Toll Manager at Eluru Toll has been arguing and saying that do what you want.

We are paying for road and we paying for Vechile damage. Please rectify this and required immediate reply.

They have charged double Slip attached.

I wish to draw your kind attention towards pitiable condition of NH-10 and service roads around NH-10 around Delhi Rohtak bypass flyover over Jhajjar road in Bahadurgarh. The service roads all around Delhi Rohtak Bypass flyover are full of deep ditches which may cause serious accidents even in day time and may endanger life and personal safety of any one passing through these roads. It is pertinent to mention here that in previous few days, some trucks have overturned due to the bad condition of the service roads.
A complaint in this regard was made to the EE, PWD (B&R), Bahadurgarh whereby it was informed that NH-10 and the service road around NH-10 falls under the jurisdiction of NHAI. Your department is not serious to improve the condition of the NH-10 and service roads around Delhi Rohtak bypass flyover on Jhajjar road in Bahadurgarh and is not maintaining the roads in a good and safe manner.
Under these circumstances, your goodself is requested that all the service roads around Delhi Rohtak Bypass flyover (on NH-10) over Jhajjar road in Bahadurgarh may be managed, maintained and reconstructed in proper manner for the sake of general public to avoid any serious happenings.

I live near manesar Gurgaon toll and I have to pay the toll charges plus waste 15 to 25 minutes everyday at the toll...today I came to the toll plaza at 9am but was not able to cross untill 9.26..even though I have fasttag and paid the monthly charges in advance! When I asked the toll person to open the barriers as it had already crossed 25 minutes of waiting time, they started blaiming me for the jam as i stopped to complain! I had no choice but to move on! There is no platform to observe the functioning of toll plaza as per rules it should not waste more than 15 minutes !

Sir tangtur toll plaza over load charges is 1 ton over load charges by hand security cash transaction in manager mastan is total security employees or handling drivers please only cash collection over load charges charge to fastag but no only cash in toll manger collection total illigal

I traveled from Mumbai to Nasik today.
I was charged toll twice, I was charged 120 rs. at Arjunali Padga tool plaza & then again at Ghoti tool plaza. Please refund my 120 rs back.

Toll charged at Khed Shivapur for MH-12 : l passed through khed Shivapur toll plaza (MAHARASHTRA) on 8th August 2021 at 8:27 p.m. . My vehicle no. is MH-12 NU 6037 . I informed the window person about vehicle no. and got confirmed that MH 12 vehicles are exempted from toll. But the toll amount 100/_ is deducted through my fast tag account. I had been stopped at 11:27 pm till 11:56 pm for fastag blacklist evennthough I had balance and still I did filled wallet with 500 Rs more at 11:29. They insisted me to pay double in cash saying fastag will take 20-30 or more mins to get active after recharge. I refused and they halt me with my two little kid n wife for about 30 min. Frustrated I told to fine me though I was not at fault. Suddenly toll admin rushed in hurry asking operator to release vehicle probably realising his misdeed. I doubt they halted me just to bribe and I got message of just 10 Rs charge as I was returning from same toll within 7-8 hours only. I doubt something unhealthy unethical practice by toll operators.

Request please upgrage the system to fill the potholes on Mumbai Nasik Highway as the contractor uses some apshalt, cement block and tar which gets out in few days and the possition of the pothole is same as before .
Yesteday when i was travelling towards Kalyan from Thane on eastern express highway i couldnt drive my bike smoothly as due to potholes there was a huge traffic block and too i felt i could lose my control too can lose my life .

Today ie 8th August my vehicle was with me at Madhav Gyan Kendra Nainy Prayagraj.
I received a message " Paid Rs 70.0 toll for at Badauri on 08 Aug 2021, 01:25 PM. TxnId: 771628409376388239891P.Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 535."
This is a big fraud. Kindly look into the matter.
