Myself kabit kumar poonia was travelling from sadulpur, Rajasthan to Gwalisar, Rajasthan on 11 August 2021 and have been stopped at the toll by saying that your balance is low but i was having the twice double side the toll tax price in my wallet. They said that you should have extra 1000 in my wallet. Again they said that your car is not connected to the fastag but i was having one registered to my vehicle DL12 CJ 0931 and their behaviour was really very rude to the customers. My request is to really guide the staff members how to behave with customer and improve the fastag scaning time process.

    Fastag linked wikth chechis.No.Ma3rfl41skk112765 (vehicle.No.Mp21ca9746) has been debited with rs.55 at mohtara toll plaza (m.P) on 09/08/2021 08:27am.

    As per new rule if you have to wait more than 12 sec at any toll plaza then you need not to pay toll charges
    but my waiting time is much more than 12 sec (more than minute) and amount debited from my fasttag account whic is against the rule. Toll plaza counter person did not agree.

    Kindly take necessary action so that i will get refund.

      On 10.08.2021, i am going to ahmedabad @ 11 AM. At vadodara toll plaza deducted amount of Rs.115. I am returning from Ahmedabad on 10.08.2021 @ 7 PM. At Ahmedabad toll plaza deducted amount of Rs.110 instead of 50% as per rules. pl give me credit of 50% amount to my fastag account.

        On 8th Aug 21, I was passing from Mumbai to nashik.
        There has been excess deduction from my fastag account no 14487697
        Vehicle No MH15.HM.1881

        1st deduction was on Arjunalli toll plaza at 18.51 hrs -120rs

        2nd deduction was on Ghoti toll plaza at 20.14 hrs - 120rs

        2nd deduction was the excess deduction, which was suppose to not have happen.

        I want a my excess deduction to be refund in next 2hrs maximum, failing to do it you are liable for the interest amount on it. Failing to do so I will be launching written complaint against the NHAI.

          No rule for Fastag or without Fastag vehicles
          Long wait even have Fastag
          No penalty for without Fastag or not enough balance vehicles entering to Fastag lane
          Tool plaza Management says that they can not do anything

            NH-91 (From Ghaziabad to Aligarh) was built to improve the degraded Grand Trunk (G. T.) Road. But now on NH-91, there are some unfinished roads/flyovers, uncountable potholes and no lights which makes NH-91 very dangerous to drive on during the night and increases the chances of accidents. It is now back to the same degraded GT Road state from where it began. But still Toll Tax for it is very high.

              Sir,
              I am writing this because of the pathetic experience of roads in Kerala.
              The National Highway 66 in Kerala is in very poor condition the stretch from Alappuzha to Kollam is very difficult and it is very dangerous to bike riders.The are so many gutters in this routes and it creates very very traffic blocks in the road and so many accidents are happening day by day.So I request the whole department to reconstruct the highway network in Kerala.I am also attaching the news link reported by 24 News channel about the pathetic condition of roads

                  A few days ago, on 4th August 2021, my Sister had an accident on NH 06, Near Saraswati Ford Jalgaon .
                  The work of four-laning of the highway is in progress but the road suddenly ends there, so the potholes & the road have become wide, so it is not noticeable while driving.
                  I request you to put up large signboard & please complete the work on that road and fill in the gaps so that there will be no more accidents.

                    Sir, I am residing at Noida. On Monday, 02 Aug 21, I was travelling via EPE. In spite of being well within the speed limits I could not avoid a huge pothole stretching from centre of the road to the right lane. My car sustained severe damage and I had to replace the tyre as well as the dented alloy wheel. Approx expenditure incurred was Rs 15000 /- I urge you to look into the matter to reimburse the said amount and ask relevant staff to repair the toll road. I did my duty by paying the toll and I expected the relevant authorities to maintain expected standards or at least put up a caution to look out for the potholes. Since nothing was done I attribute the accident to negligence by the staff responsible for maintenance and supervision of the EPE. Facts can be authenticated by checking the relevant cctv footage on the road. Car no is DL3CCS8692..Thank You.

                      Toll joginihai in NH-30 charges double to all vehicle even to govt vehicles.
                      They do have unsocial people(in a straight language GOONS) present in the toll to threat people.
                      I would request you to take action and stop these kind of illegal toll taxes.

                              Today, 09 Aug 21 at about 1915 h, whilst driving from Delhi to Sector 84 Gurugram there were stray cattle on Hero Honda Chowk flyover and I had a very close shave. Request urgent necessary action to prevent such occurence and avoid serious traffic accident.

                                I was traveling from deoli to kota via NH 27 by my car RJ01CB6831 WAGON R . I stop at kishorepura toll Plaza their fastTAG scanner didn't worked and they asked me to change the lane...again in second lane same issue was there...meanwhile I got the message for toll charges deduction at 18.26 local time but still i didn't crossed the toll so I asked the toll manager that my amount is deducted please exempt my vehicle to pass without charges...he asked the toll person to exempt charges and let me pass...but after 16 minutes I got another message for toll deduction at 18.42 local time so kindly refund my amount and charge only for single transaction instead of two.

                                  At Simalia toll plaza NH27, when I crossed the gate, FASTag charged Rs.75, I came back within 24 hours FASTag charged Rs.35, it charged Rs.105 in total. The fixed charges are Rs 75, then why have you charged Rs 35 more, what is the benefit of fastage which is taking more than the fixed charge.

                                    Sir I want to bring in to your notice that there are humps on the entire stretch most without any INDICATIONS prior to it or even without any indicators on them for drivers to identify their presence
                                    Sir I being in medical profession personally feel EVERY LIFE IS IMPORTANT
                                    Requesting you sir to take immediate steps to prevent untoward incidents on NH 373.

                                      From Rajamundry to Vijayawada the NH is horrible, roads damaged like can be used like burial ground. We are traveling from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad with vehicle No AP31ER7611 got suspension & Tyre damaged and repair cost at Hyderabad was nearly 10, 000.

                                      We feel very sorry for the bad management and no Toll has a complaint book to register a complaint and the staff are very irresponsible and they are pushing and saying that go and complaint ON LINE.

                                      Mr. Satyanarayana a Toll Manager at Eluru Toll has been arguing and saying that do what you want.

                                      We are paying for road and we paying for Vechile damage. Please rectify this and required immediate reply.
