    Hi Team,

    Pls note I came from Coimbatore to Erode via Chengapally toll gate dated 07th August evening time 6.30pm crossed in that toll gate charge RS.100 same as deducted but balance amount shows as excess amount debited so kindly help to resolve this problem.

      We were traveling from Pune to Mumbai today morning (Vehicle No MH 01 BY 5846). At Talegaon Toll Plaza, we paid Rs 270 as Toll Tax at 10-16 am (Receipt attached). Subsequently, at Khalapur Toll Plaza we showed our earlier receipt and exited.
      However, we found that Rs 203 has been deducted from my Fastag account at 10-54 am. (SMS copy attached)
      I should be refunded the excess amount of Rs 203 charged from my Fastag account.

        I have received msg on HDFC Fast tag, but my car is at my home and in my local place, still received msg and amount deducted from fast tag account. Msg as below. This needs to be corrected and refunded also how come toll on my car has been charged?

          Toll booth manager behaved rudley and told us that as you are handicapped, you are not doing any ""Ehsaan "" on government of India. Such harsh word is not acceptable to us.

            My car no TN59AQ8278with acc.ending 2B080, debited rs75 at Elliyarpathy Toll (madurai dt, Tamil nadu)on 07/08/21, 01.07.43pm and agai on return they deductedrs75 at Elliyarpathy toll on 07/08/21, 01.55.33pm.Whereas the board shows for return trip they could have deducted rs110in total and excess deduction should be refunded.

              Money is deducted from the fast tag account and still toll plaza people asked me for cash they said my account doesn't not have sufficient balance so paid them cash on that time but after a while i got msg that my money is deducted from fastag so that means i have paid 150rs extra cash for no reason this incident i have faced on haldgaon toll plaza wardha buttibori section please look in this matter my car no MH 29 BP 7342 fastag registered no [protected]

                  I am local passenger native from Sangamner. Amount of toll collected 3 times (85X3=155) without any intimation from Hivargoan Pawasa toll plaza in Maharashtra (Sangamner, Dist. Ahmednagar) located at Nashik -Pune highway.
                  The official number of aforesaid place is also not reachable.
                  Dates:24.06.2021, 26.07.2021, 025.08.2021.
                  I want my deducted amount back.

                      Dear sir

                      Yesterday 6-8-21 I have crossed the Toll gate with fastag, Even I have enough balance Toll booth employees asked me to pay double the amount, and amount is also detected in fastag, all off sudden standing in front of car and other vechiles to collect toll ..seriously this will lead to accident and Traffic is so High in this particular Toll during peak hours leading to slower delays in travel hour and High few consumption cost

                        Ahmedabad Indore Highway is in a very dilapidated condition at present. It is not possible to travel on this road by vehicle. What is the toll tax if you cannot provide the facility?
                        Currently a very large number of pits have been dug. So the loss of vehicle and life and property is being borne by the people. Who will bear the loss of vehicle and loss of life and property?

                          The road from Hazaribagh to Ranchi is very bad in condition. In many places the road is broken which invites accidents. Since you already taking toll tax at this road at ormanjhi Jharkhand, I sincerely request you to repair the road immediately and make it perfect for driving. I also request you to amke me aware about my this complain.

                            I travelled to Greater Noida on 4th August via KGP expressway, and returned on same day, but money got deducted twice.
                            Total Deduction- 95 + 95 = 190
                            Actual Deduction- 95 +45=140
                            Extra Desuction- 190 - 140= 50

                                      So amount deducted Rs 50 /- instead of Rs 25/-.
                                      also Fastag sensor not working properly which leads unnecessary delay on toll .
