My car is charged excess toll charge. In badava toll plaza for round trip within 24hr they are charging 90(TO ₹60 anf FRO ₹30), but they charged me ₹120 within 24hr

I am a citizen of India. I am Alvin Edisen from Pudussery grama panchayath, Palakkad district, Kerala state, India.NH 544 is passing through our Place and toll plaza is also locating there (NH 544, Pampampallam toll plaza valayar). There is a village near that toll plaza named Attapallam, more than 5000 peoples are living there. But there is no Service road is provided there, we have to drive 3 kilometers extra to reach our juction.It have been 5 years the road works are completed but they haven't take any steps for our service road work. It has very difficult for us.Lamps are also not provided there.Plese take further movement for our difficulties.

Illegal collection from private toll booth

My name is Tanuja Sharma, My Car No. is - RJ40CA4682. I am a Rajasthan Government Employee, My Job is Transferable - in every 2 years I have transferred. In my Aadhar Card My Permanent Address is mentioned i.e. My Native Place - which is in Alwar District of Rajasthan. Now my Posting is in Bharatpur District. Ludhawai Toll Manganer does not issuing me Local Toll Benefits. He is telling that in Aadhar Card address is not local. Where as I have provided them Local Address Proof - as Written Address Proof from my Government School; In my Gas Connection Local Address is mentioned - I provided this also to them. But they denied my Application and did not provide me local Toll Benefits.
Kindly help me & make me provid local Toll Benefits at Ludhawai Toll Plaza.
In NHAI Rules nowhere is mentioned that Only Aadhar Card can be used as address proof verification and any other documents are not valid.

As we were passing through Mikirati toll plaza, the cashier asked us for cash with a penalty even after we had balance in fastag account. The receipt also does not match our car no.
Kindly look into the matter.

We are Requesting to you please complete the NH-8( NH-48) Service Road From -(Gundalav Bridge to Kundi bridge, District-Valsad, State-Gujarat) Because Near Saron village Main highway crossing is More dangerous for Everyone and in past and present there are Many Road Accidents.
So, we're Humbly Requesting to you Please complete the Service Road both Side of Main highway

The condition of NH 53 near Nagpur is worst, the road is uneven and is full of patchwork which has worsened the road conditions, yet till is being collected.

This is again 2nd time that I have been deducted for excess directions on 11th Aug.

I was going from Mumbai to nasjik
1) 1st deduction is at arjunalli toll plaza at 13.25 hrs

2) 2nd deduction is at Ghoti toll plaza at 15.15 hrs

I had launched a complaint from the earlier complaint still the problem not resolved.

1. As per NHAI guidelines, I have applied for the issue of FasTAG to Armed Forces Personnel on 12 March 2021. My application Number is RO-GAN[protected]. The online screenshot is also been attached herewith for your verification.

2. It has already been more than 5 months but I’ve not been issued with a FasTAG yet. A personal visit to the RO office, Gandhinagar, has elicited no response from them. It was even advised to seek redressal of grievance, on the said matter, through online mode only. Therefore your intervention is kindly solicited in this matter.

3. You are kindly requested to issue appropriate instructions to the concerned RO and expedite the issue of FasTAG since it is now been made mandatory as per the Motor Vehicle Act in vogue.

and how they charged rs.80/ from chennai nearly 4 toll plaza are there how vikravandi is charging. the fact os my car is in chennai only. so some body is misusing my car number of some data error. kindly rectify and recredit the amount. I have already taken this wiht my banker also

I am traveling from pune to Nasik, on 8.55 am at hiwargaon pavsa toll booth, there was some technical problem, after half hour waiting passed toll booth, there staf is also very rude n arrogant

Hi, I recently used toll plaza Hirebagewadi, Belgaum Karnataka. The toll booth employees and the manager and everyone around was not wearing mask and hence violating the rule at a government controlled location. This is a serious issue and urge you take strict action against the violators and impose fine. The manager in change Sundar B Myageri forget as not complaint also.

I was traveling from Lucknow to jagdishpur in Amethi District on 08.08.2021. At about 1830 hrs when I was to cross toll booth near Haidergarh, I saw that only lanes were showing green arrow. I entered first lane, after waiting for few minutes a person asked me to go to another lane, I got irritated and felt harassed. I crossed the booth through another lane. Mismanagement of the booth I feel necessary remedial action to be initiated.

I am a daily traveler on EPE (Eastern Peripheral Expressway) from mavikalan to jakhauli.
mavikalan to jakhauli.25 rs
and Jakhauli to mavikalan in eveaning =15 rs. total 40rs/Day
but twice or thrice in a week toll deducted in morning 25 and in eveaning 50
total =70,
Can you please explain why your system is harassing the public .And this problem is coming from last six months

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yesterday I travelled from Bhandup to Nashik ( ie. on 11th Aug. 2021).

On NH3 my toll was deducted at Arjunalli Toll plaza at 15.31 Hrs. for Vehicle No. MH15 DC 4632.
Again at Ghoti Toll Plaza the Toll was deducted at 17.09 Hrs. for the ssame vehicle MH15DC 4632.
On this road If the toll is decucted at First Toll Plaza it Should not be deducted at second toll plaza.
You are requested to refund my toll amount which is deducted in excess.

It's about NH33 . The road need to repair bihar sharif to bypass (nh82 bypass).there is many pits on road with full of water. Daily accident happening with small vechiles. Repair the road asvsoon as possible.
