The condition of NH 53 near Nagpur is worst, the road is uneven and is full of patchwork which has worsened the road conditions, yet till is being collected.

This is again 2nd time that I have been deducted for excess directions on 11th Aug.

I was going from Mumbai to nasjik
1) 1st deduction is at arjunalli toll plaza at 13.25 hrs

2) 2nd deduction is at Ghoti toll plaza at 15.15 hrs

I had launched a complaint from the earlier complaint still the problem not resolved.

1. As per NHAI guidelines, I have applied for the issue of FasTAG to Armed Forces Personnel on 12 March 2021. My application Number is RO-GAN[protected]. The online screenshot is also been attached herewith for your verification.

2. It has already been more than 5 months but I’ve not been issued with a FasTAG yet. A personal visit to the RO office, Gandhinagar, has elicited no response from them. It was even advised to seek redressal of grievance, on the said matter, through online mode only. Therefore your intervention is kindly solicited in this matter.

3. You are kindly requested to issue appropriate instructions to the concerned RO and expedite the issue of FasTAG since it is now been made mandatory as per the Motor Vehicle Act in vogue.

SIR MY VEHICLE NO TN10BC6193 . I HAVE THE FASTAG ACCOUNT WITH CANARA BANK. TO MY SURPRISE TOLL CHARGES HAS DEBITED ON
18.7.2021 at toll charges at 14.35. for 80/- trip number as 2189458 and on 01.8.2021same toll plaza at 20.38 tripnumber 2265635.my car is in madras
and how they charged rs.80/ from chennai nearly 4 toll plaza are there how vikravandi is charging. the fact os my car is in chennai only. so some body is misusing my car number of some data error. kindly rectify and recredit the amount. I have already taken this wiht my banker also

I am traveling from pune to Nasik, on 8.55 am at hiwargaon pavsa toll booth, there was some technical problem, after half hour waiting passed toll booth, there staf is also very rude n arrogant

Hi, I recently used toll plaza Hirebagewadi, Belgaum Karnataka. The toll booth employees and the manager and everyone around was not wearing mask and hence violating the rule at a government controlled location. This is a serious issue and urge you take strict action against the violators and impose fine. The manager in change Sundar B Myageri forget as not complaint also.

I was traveling from Lucknow to jagdishpur in Amethi District on 08.08.2021. At about 1830 hrs when I was to cross toll booth near Haidergarh, I saw that only lanes were showing green arrow. I entered first lane, after waiting for few minutes a person asked me to go to another lane, I got irritated and felt harassed. I crossed the booth through another lane. Mismanagement of the booth I feel necessary remedial action to be initiated.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am a daily traveler on EPE (Eastern Peripheral Expressway) from mavikalan to jakhauli.
mavikalan to jakhauli.25 rs
and Jakhauli to mavikalan in eveaning =15 rs. total 40rs/Day
but twice or thrice in a week toll deducted in morning 25 and in eveaning 50
total =70,
Can you please explain why your system is harassing the public .And this problem is coming from last six months

Yesterday I travelled from Bhandup to Nashik ( ie. on 11th Aug. 2021).

On NH3 my toll was deducted at Arjunalli Toll plaza at 15.31 Hrs. for Vehicle No. MH15 DC 4632.
Again at Ghoti Toll Plaza the Toll was deducted at 17.09 Hrs. for the ssame vehicle MH15DC 4632.
On this road If the toll is decucted at First Toll Plaza it Should not be deducted at second toll plaza.
You are requested to refund my toll amount which is deducted in excess.

It's about NH33 . The road need to repair bihar sharif to bypass (nh82 bypass).there is many pits on road with full of water. Daily accident happening with small vechiles. Repair the road asvsoon as possible.

Sir today on dated 11august 2021 around 2:55pm on sarsawa toll plaza in up on rurkee haridwar highway my car HP 23D 9057 got hit by the truk no . HP 64 A 0625 due to the negligence of toll employees as they have give direction to the truk to reverse from line without clearing the line because of this it hit my car standing behind the truk in the line of lane 1 on the toll plaza. My car bumper got dent & scractch on it . I try to complaint in the office but they did not cooprate with me & also argue with my family, misbehaved with them, Used abusive language & also asked me to pay the toll by cash as the toll has already deducted from my fast tag. They also refused to show me the video clip of the incident where the truck hit my standstill car standing in the row right behind the truck . Its pure negligence of toll department & I want strict action against the employees who are taking bribe at toll in cash & also want the claim of my damaged car bumper . Thank you

The public toilet was available in the place of Tuticorin to Madurai high way nest mini shop (ELIYARPATHI TOLL PLAZA . When we try to use that toilet one of the incharging person is misbehaving to us. In that way there is no any toilets. There was no water in the toilet
It was so uncomfortable for public and it's so hard for public. Kindly solve the problem and it will be more comfortable for women's.

I am a govt.bus conductor in kerala state..During my service operation from kozhikode to Banglore in K.N.Hundi toll plaza near mysore, karnataka, the staff give detailed receipt ...But in night a small slip only..Haven't no details including bus no...That is suspectable...And also the token receipt issued from a simple ticket machine...Not from computer...Please give me a reply...

I travelled from Mumbai to Nasik today 11th Aug and the Si gleway toll was cut twice at entry Arjunalli and exit point Ghoti

We were traveling in my car, MH 14 FG 4432 from Pune to Kerala on 7th and 8th August 2021. In addition to the fastag toll that was deducted for this car, toll was deducted at 3 toll posts for my other car MH 14 DT 8075 also, which is also linked to the same bank account, but through another fast tag. However this car was not in use.
The toll posts that toll was additionally deducted were:
Vijaymangalam Toll Plaza
Hirebgewadi Toll Plaza
Chokkenahalli Toll Plaza.
Kindly look into this and refund the amount.

The number of security personnel employed by the Datar Security Service Group at the closed toll plaza in Punjab of National Highway is higher in paperwork but the number of employees working on the toll is less. This is due to bribery of National Highway employees. There are 12 hours of security personnel working on the toll and they are paid only eight hours which is a form of exploitation. The issue should be dealt with as soon as possible

राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के पंजाब में बंद टोल प्लाजा पर दातार सुरक्षा सेवा समूह द्वारा नियोजित सुरक्षा कर्मियों की संख्या कागजी कार्रवाई में अधिक है लेकिन टोल पर काम करने वाले कर्मचारियों की संख्या कम है। यह राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग कर्मचारियों की रिश्वत के कारण है। टोल पर 12 घंटे सुरक्षाकर्मी काम करते हैं और उन्हें केवल आठ घंटे का भुगतान किया जाता है जो शोषण का एक रूप है। इस मुद्दे को जल्द से जल्द निपटाया जाना चाहिए।

Fast tag is not working and they are charging only cash

Dear sir, good evening.
I request the ministry of road and transportation to improve the condition of the NH 105 (Pinjore-Baddi-Nalagarh). Traffic load on the road is very high due to big pharmaceutical industry at Baddi but road is very poor and tight. There are very big holes on road which leads to daily accidents on this road. Why this is single lane road? This should be four lane. Many times announcements done for its four lanes but nothing happened. Many people are dying daily on this road due to accidents.
So I request and believe that my voice will be reached to Sh. Gadkari sir and quick action will be taken.

Note:- First of all kindly fill the holes and repair the patches to save the lives of people.
